The chicken veal sandwich was very tasty. The meat was properly cooked. I am beginning to think the location at Bloor Dundas burn anything I order on purpose. Doesn't matter if it's a salad.

The service is always remarkable and very friendly. The cleanliness of the dining area could be improved. However, overall, it's excellent service, and the pizza is always fresh.
My claim of this being the best pizza in town still holds true after many years. Nova's pepperoni pizza is unbeatable, period! Free parking is available outside, the store provides restroom facilities, ample seating, and it's frequently bustling with activity. The service is consistently good.
This place is amazing. Great food, fast, fresh and very good ingredients. While it is a chain, I'm very impressed with the atmosphere and great food. I recommend these guy for a quick slice of a family pizza night. I was in a pinch and needed 6 party sized pizzas fast. They were made and ready in 40 min. They were really busy and they made it all happen with a smile. Great experience.
Staff and owner are wonderful. Pizza was 10 on 10 . Thank you for making delicious pizzas and keeping it consistent.
Overall quality of the pizza and Ingredients has gone down tremendously. Shame since staff is friendly and restaurant is clean.

Absolutely horrible wait times. It should not take more than 15 minutes to make a pizza. It takes them over 30. This is not the first time either. Prices are ridiculous
Ordered pizza and wings, wanted honey garlic, we got hot sauce with no way to contact the store, not good.

I ordered a pizza and got it a hour late and no warmth to it whatsoever and I order alot from here may not anymore
They messed up an order through no fault of their own when the order was called in it wasnt put in properly so had to wait another half hour to 40 minutes.

Pizza Nova is our pizza chain place to go. They know to cook, do that fast and do not compromise on quality. This particular location has friendly and quick staff. We are always glad to be there. Food
Pizza is always a great choice. Parking is interesting, but getting out can be a challenge.
Their display is always empty. Came twice same bad experience. Not recommended for walk in.
Terrible people and terrible service. Very rude staff. Avoid at all costs.

A mistake was made with the toppings and instead of trying to solve the problem the staff member was quick to blame myself. At no point was there any sort of effort to try and fix the problem just lay blame. A quick discussion as to how to fix the issue would have been the right customer service thing to do.
The lasagna was GROSS.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! They have pet birds in a cage where they make the food, the guy making the pizza I watched him touch his face, his phone and was touching MONEY and went back to making pizza without ever changing his gloves or washing his hands!!!! DISGUSTING!!!
Our go to pizza spot for consistently good pies. Plus, their wings are good also. Spicy sopresetta, hot peppers and green olives is my favourite, with a thin crust. When we ordered Pizza Nova delivery, the wings would constantly be overcooked. Eventually found out they came from another location! If we want good pizza AND wings, we pick them up here.
This one of the best pizza nova fresh for walk in very busy take out very few ppl literally sit bring your family to eat

Good tasting pizza!
This place cannot figure out how to work a simple pos system. Twice I have been here for a simple pick up and they have lost my order . No reason or compensation. The. Worst.
There were rats outside in the Pizza nova trash can when counting money the staff did not wash hands before going back to making pizza
I used to be a fan of Nova... Really just an average experience food wise last few times... But the night servers are very pleasant to deal with.
Great wings and will get the custom pizzas orders correct. Mostly do take out. Seating geared more for the local students

The pizzas were delicious, and the kind person on the phone even helped me get one of their deals which made the Delicious tasting pizza all the more tantalizing! It took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my order. After 40 minutes I called the store and they said they didnt even checked the Doordash app to see they had an order. Pizza got here cold and soggy.

Ive always had a great experience there. The service has proven to be consistent. My kids love the pizza that they serve. I usually get the party size and I have never had an issue. Always taste great. The kids hate the broccoli but I love it and its good for them . When its just me ordering a small slice I add pineapples I gave 3 stars because although I love their pizza options, the lactose free pizza needs some work. The lactose free pizza is not great. Its rubbery and the worst tasting ever. Hopefully they can fix this in the future. Its the only issue I have with the company which I believe is not specific to this location. Its just the first time I tried it. Sigh .
I placed an order at 3pm in the afternoon for an order at 5:30pm and it never arrived. I called at 5:15pm to be proactive as I has guests coming they told me it s on it way. Continued to call then they say it s just almost out of the oven. They sound like they are a deer in headlights with zero problem solving skills. I kept calling every 30 minutes and zero progress. Zero intelligence. IQ of a peanut organization. Now 7pm still no pizza. I have been calling every 30 minutes since 5:15pm. Now 7:30pm no pizza yet

I am very disappointed in this pizza. I ordered a large white California pizza with chicken. The toppings only covered the inside diameter of a small size pizza with no toppings for 3 from the outside of the crust. There was a lot of oil leaking into the box. This is misrepresentation. I wish I could post the pic but don t see the option. I am also concerned that two of the staff making the pizzas were wearing their masks below their noses and one pulled it up when he saw me looking.

Didnt ask for thin crust. I asked for regular, both pizzas were like this,
Disappointed on yet another location. This location also was very stingy on sauce as the other location nearby. How much does a little extra sauce cost? Pennies? Ordered a party size pizza and no sauce even close to the edges making it very doughy. Maybe pizza nova is dropping in quality, definitely dropping in toppings quantity and sauce also.
Be Aware - This is by far the highest quality Pizza Nova in the South West End of Toronto, so... It will be extremely busy with pick up orders - Weekend nights give them an extra 10-15 minutes if you dont like waiting.

They were closed. I was to late.
I order a lasagna, like most fast food I thought it would be fast! I waited 30 mins and only one other person came in to order a quick slice. 4 staff, one pizza went out for delivery-slow night. Now, I can appreciate a slow cooked meal and actually prefer them, but I stop for fast service. I just wish I would have been told it was going to take so long and I would have ordered a slice. Instead, I fell asleep standing up.

My favorite pizza joint
Walked into Pizza Nova looking for just a slice of pizza but they didnt have any ready. They said it would be 15 minutes wait time so they recommend a sandwich. I got a veal cutlet sandwich after a 10 minutes wait and was very satisfied with the size and quality.
Pizza was fresh and its thin slice with lots of toppings. Some people dont like thin crust pizza.... Awkward to park and access by car. Easy to access as a walk in pizza joint. Nice patio that isnt to bothered by local traffic.

Pizza was better than usual (they tend to overcook it) but seeing one of the cooks pull his mask away from his face to sneeze in front of the oven was quite the put off.
This place used to awesome. Ive had way over cooked pizza and wings the last 5 out of 6 times Ive ordered. Seems to be worse on Friday and Saturdays when its busier.

Okay pizza. Nice location overlooking Dundas, but interior seating is awkward and a tad dingey.
Beast Veggie slices from all the major chains. Go in the morning to early afternoon to get the most juiciest and tastiest slices.

The worst pizza ever, I ordered medium pepperoni with mushroom. I ordered regular crust, and it came out a thin SOGGY dough, the fat was everywhere, pepperoni are not done. I do not recommend ordering from this place, it s cheap but TERRIBLE quality, absolutely is not worth anything!
