The service has improved noticeably. No longer do they throw your slice at you. On the other hand, the quality of the food is terrible. I ordered the Canadian Slice. It was floppy, mushy, and flavorless. What a pitiful excuse for food... let alone pizza.
After I placed my order, when I checked my receipt, I noticed that they did not write the drinks. I paid for my order. When it arrived, they did not give me a napkin. My order was burnt. I took a photo of it and talked to the person in charge. I was shocked by the burnt statement. He said it was like this and said it was normal. I will never eat from this place again. Bad experience.

It’s a small branch of Pizza nova chain, the food tastes good but I would recommend to get your pizza & have at your place as it’s mostly takeaway joint.
great pizza nova location. service was quick and fast! the guys working there actually went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. wish they had more than one table of u choose to eat inside but they have a counter u can stand and eat. if in this area again i would definitely order from this location again. great work!!
Pizza was good until I found a mouse dropping in my food. I got a large cheese for a new years party I had and, to my horror, I found a mouse dropping imbedded in the pizza. Unfortunately this was the second last slice so I'm almost positive me and my family had eaten a slice with droppings already. At first I thought it was just burnt cheese but I'm pretty familiar with mice (I used to work with them at a wildlife sanctuary) and I'm not even sure how this happened because I watched the guy make it in front of me. Which can only mean that it was already in the cheese when he topped it off. Won't be coming here again, proceed with caution.
Pizza was ordered from here for a work function. I was surprised by the taste as it was better than expected and the ingredients seemed fresh. We ordered Meat lovers pizzas and the bacon for the first time at a pizza place tasted like what you would make at home.

Great and very tasty plus the juicy pizza I ever had and the cashier was also very nice and friendly. I recommend that you buy pizza only if you are a pizza lover.
Ive noticed that in the evenings they get the orders just right, however during lunch hours it seems the pizza makers dont pay enough attention to the order details; which makes it frustrating that you have to check the pizzas every time at the store before leaving... more consistently would be great as I always enjoy the quality and tase of pizza nova!

4/5 stars. Food was yummy but the atmosphere felt different. Staff were friendly and food arrived quicker than usual? I do hope that they improve their atmosphere though.
I ordered pizza for delivery. They took 2 hours to deliver 1 large pizza. I don t live from this location, but I certainly don t live 2 hours away. The pizza was cold by the time it was delivered.

I called for placing an order but the person who picked up the call a rude. I understand they are in a rush but atleast dont answer my questions rudely if I want to ask about options.

Cleanliness does not seem like a priority for this location or pizza nova. I ordered a pizza and paid for it with cash and got change back. The same person who touch the dirty money and register went to make my pizza without washing their hands and were not wearing a mask. I sent an email to pizza nova to let them know what I saw and that I was upset by it and they did not bother to reply back. Pizza nova doesnt seem to care about standards. Imagine what they do when people are not looking? Edit: I waited a month for a response from pizza nova and still no reply. They dont care.
This is the most unclean pizza place in Canada, I knew they never used new oil to stretch the starch, they barely to change new topping everyday. Please do not buy pizza in this store, their food is harmful for your health

The cleaning should be done properly at this store, looks very unhygienic when I visited the store. The customer service was good and to fast and taste was also good.

Very late and the need to really improve on customer service. I did an Uber eats order and the app told that it was ready for pickup, walked in and they give me the food but my garlic bread wasn t even ready and I had to wait another 10 mins to get it ready. Very unprofessional.

I have never been disappointed with their pizzas or the staff. Every time they have been hot and tasty (wings too)!. Mind you, I also tend to be really hungry when I go there.
I love the black crust pizza. So light; delicious and reasonably priced. Really friendly service.

Beat pizza ever, ordered the Diavolo, pepperoni and cheese. They use authentic sauce, fresh veggies, and good quality cheese. Highly recommend this location, awesome friendly staff.

Pizza was okay. Not the worst, but not a great value. Their large is the size of a medium at other chains and is priced like an extra large at the same other chains. I hadnt tried this location in 10 or so years, maybe Ill wait the same before trying again.

For my taste, this is the pizza available in a chain store. I like the flavour of the ingredients and the dough is excellent. The restaurant were everything started has also a great service, menu and a salad bar.

Pizza is okay but the staff is rude. The environment is strange as in full swing summer, they have the heat on always. I had to go out as it was nearly impossible to be inside for long.

Awesome pizza 90% of the time, but the level of customer service here from management to the forefront CR representatives, it s just atrocious. I am all about diversity, equal opportunity, but when the person answering the phone on behalf of their company (Dominos) and has extremely poor verbal communication skills, this is problematic! When I as for a manager and I get someone coming on the phone to pretend that they are and falsifying their name, this is problematic! Having some talk down to me and accuse me of not know how to use the Dominos app, when I ve been using it since it launched and order pizza almost every week, this is problematic! All in All - if it wasn t for the convenience and lack of competition, I would definitely not be ordering here.

Fast service
Came in for a takeout order on a Friday. I was told that it would take 20-25 minutes. I waited for 55 minutes to get my pizza and every time I ask how much longer, the answer I would get is 5-7 minutes. Need either more staff or better time management. I was not the only customer in that situation at the time.
Veg slice tasted bland, no ac on during extreme heat warning days either.
