Please bring back the old quality food and taste. Taste dull and soggy

Rubbish food, rubbish service, one employee didnt wear gloves the whole time, didnt wash his hands, took the money, didnt wash his hands, and just made pizza.

I tried veggie and it was delicious. Plus friendly staff.

I dont often eat at Pizza Nova because their prices can be expensive, but their pizza taste freaking awesome.

There was a lovely gentleman who was working yesterday, the Sunday evening. His positive attitude made my day! Not to mention, he went above and beyond with his customer service and made me feel safe. I commend this gentleman. I wish I got his name.

Pizza is decent. The one girl that works there is really nice. She knows who she is. But the guys who work there are complete goofs and that s why it gets a 1 star.

Its Pizza Nova. They follow a set of company recopies. Cant really mess that up.

The girl working there was kind of rushing while making order . I made an order of a pizza with meat balls and garlic bread immediately I realized I forgot to ask her what meat it was as I don t do beef. Then I asked to cancel my order of those meat balls after confirming it s beef I know I should have asked but I am not all at fault as she was rushing while I was trying to make order also I made clear no other meat than chicken in pizza. After she talked to us very rudely and also loud . And then she was talking nicely to other white people. I realized she must be a racist or treats people accordingly I don t tolerate rude behavior unless I am unkind to you The girl if you are reading this then you should be ashamed of your behavior. I know you might be working hard but don t have right to spoil someone s day. Please amend yourself. It s unfortunate that you are in customer service . Learn it. Pizza was good!!!

Worse pizza Nova restaurants in town they dont even have ketchup here, I ask for the bathroom and they wont allow me, never come back here

They just gave me a medium burnt pizza. I can not find a contact number to call and let them know l just paid 36 dollors

Cheap and delicious

THEY HAVE LACTOSE FREE/DAIRY FREE CHEESE!!!! Their ingredients are great; pizza tasted good, and Ill definitely order from them again.

Growing up in Scarborough in the Markham Road and Eglington Ave area. pizza Nova was my favourite store. I drove a 1959 VW beetle then. I applied for a pizza delivery guy and drove pizza around in a car with no heat. It was warm when I drove 4-5 pizza at once. 399 Markham Road ordered the most. ( Bikers ate slot lol )

The owner or whomever he is old man is a horrible person with no customer service. He does not charge fairly and refuses business to loyal customers when they address it.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and it had disproportionate spots of cheese and sauce, also had a mushroom baked into the crust...very poorly made and am disappointed because I like pizza nova. ...

The woman working the cash was super friendly, not just to me but all the customers who came in while I was there. She even knew some of the regulars orders! Staff like that make all the difference and really help bring customers back for repeat business. The pizza was great as always.

I ordered a veal sandwich with a ginger ale from ubereats on here and the estimated time was 940-10pm. I placed the order around 9pm and my food didn t arrive till 10:40pm. And they forgot my ginger ale. I called the restaurant to ask why it was taking so long and they hung up on me twice and the food was sitting on the porch with no notification or phone call that it was here. The sandwich was $30 after tip and tax. Very poor customer service, not satisfied or happy.

Ordered two walk in specials at 4:15pm March 30th, paid and went to the car to wait the 20 min. came back after 20 min the guy behind the counter forgot to make the pizzas. got my money back none the less very impressed with the lack of intelligence from the employees

This location has really good pizza! Service is always with a smile and a thanks! Earlier in the pandemic we ordered groceries and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the products offered.

Asked for honey garlic from front guy, he kept giving creamy garlic. Told 5 times, the guy spoke something in his language, could not understand. Not a good experience.

Thankfully not my usual pizza nova. Not sure if there is parking in the back, everyone just randomly stops on the street and runs inside. Ordered ahead and figured it was a quick in and out. New cashier? Uncertain. Im sorry to say she didnt know what she was doing. I ordered 1 Coke. 1 Fanta. 2 sprite. 2 root beer. 6 total. She grabbed 1 Coke. 3 sprite. 2 root beer. I asked about the missing Fanta. She said no Fanta was ordered. I indicated orange on the invoice is Fanta. Thats what I picked on the website. She then pointed to the root beer and said its here. She didnt know the brands and incorrectly identified them. Thats okay. I attempted to help and said orange is Fanta and that she gave me too many Sprite. She appeared to get more confused, took one of the root beer and tried to put it back. I said, no, I had 2 root beer it was correct and only needed to swap the extra sprite for a Fanta. She literally just froze and stood there, not knowing what to do. She then had to wait for more experienced staff to look at the order and get the correct drinks. Again, this was 6 drinks in total. Also needed staff to instruct her to bag the drinks, dips, etc. for me. What an adventure. It took so long and while i was slightly frustrated. I felt bad for her. So I quickly paid and left a tip. I would go back, but if something like that happened again. That would be it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please dont eat from here. I went there to grab 2 slices of pizza and watched flies land on random slices of pizza. This place is not sanitary, im not sure how much they paid the 5 star reviewers for saying that it is clean.

Great pizza, better than the Pizza Pizza just down the street, but the staff are extremely belligerent and rude. I was insulted by them on my last visit and I will never return. Sadly the food is actually not bad, but I cannot support those who insult their customers. One star.

They charge 3.75 for delivery but on the 3.75 they charge 13% tax.Seriously? So your 19 dollar pizza comes to 26...

This is the worst location as far as customer service and quality of the food. Pizza Nova used to be my fave... not anymore. Prices are not reflective of the quality and even their so called specials are always the same and so limited.

Friendly and convenient location. Staff are always quick and helpful here. Also pretty easy to do pickup as the street next to it is pretty dead and you can definitely do a stop-over without blocking traffic

Pizza was great! The dough is thin crust but well cooked, service was amazing. Real bacon instead of bacon bits, ground beef Chucks pretty big, vegetables looked fresh.

Food is very good and its fast. Very convenient for me and staff are very nice.

This is our local Pizza Nova and our favourite pizza! Staff is always friendly and fast and efficient! Love Pizza Nova and the charities they support.

this store has people making pizzas without masks, and the 2 customers who were in the store before me did not have masks and the staff DID NOT CARE. Never going back and I recommend others not to go. This location lost my business. I recently came on June 22, 2020 11:59pm, ordered a pizza for pickup, so I walked to store before it closed at 12:00am. While walking I called the store to make sure they dont close up cause I am on my way in 8-10mins. The customer service lady told me my order did not go through online, which is strange cause I got a confirmation that my order was placed. So I finally reached the store before close 11:59am, the bald head man at front cashier had two pizzas ready for me. One is the first one I made online from home 2nd was customer service pizza that was made cause they told me my online order at home did not go through. So the bald head man at front desk got mad at me for something thats not my fault. I told him I understand your frustration but dont take it out on customer. Customer service lady told me my online order did not go through so they placed a 2nd order of same pizza. So the bald head man proceeds to charge me for 2 orders. But he ended up giving me one pizza and started cursing me out while closing up shop. Never going back worst pizza nova location I visited so far. He even tried price gauging me higher price than store price. That man need to learn better customer service and not get angry when its not customers fault. If you want to go to a place where worker always in a bad mood. Always trying to fight with you this is the place

I will never forget that in the middle of the pandemic the older guy at the front told me to remove my mask because he couldnt hear me. I mean the pizza its ok but not worth my money if the customer service and the common sense is zero. Never again.

Good Pizza Nova. Only been there for about two years so relatively new. Food is great and the service is generally pretty good. But the reason I give only 4 stars out of 5 is because is lately the service has been a bit annoying. There will be 5 people behind the counter all doing or pretending to do something when I go into pick up my order. As there is a clear hierarchy in the staff and what their job entails the other 4 workers will continually go on working and pretending like they dont see the (several) customers standing there waiting to be served. This has happened the last 4 or 5 times I have been there. I have personally been in the food industry for over 16 years and understand that every employee should be helping to serve or at least tell the person who is supposed to serve that customers are waiting. This is much better than making several customers wait 2 or 3 minutes for the correct employee to see them while the rest of the employees ignore the paying customers.

So yeah anyways had ordered a jumbo pizza with wings order was 43 mins instead of 40 thats okay but we were shorted 1 chicken wing as my mom has said so I called pizza nova to know about what had happened so they transferred me to customer service next time they said that seeing u only received 9 chicken wings u get a *free* box next time u order so *free* wow 10 wings cool was pleased about that this will be on my visit to my parents

I love their panzerotti with mushrooms, cheese, pineapple and bacon. Bacon and mushroom are fresh, not that freeze dried stuff. Also their party size pizza is great with one little bump...the middle is slightly burnt. A little criticism is a good thing. I do take out but the guys there are courteous and professional. Bless

Tasty, ingredients are fresh. I love that I can drizzle olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder on top. Same guy is usually there when I go, friendly. My local go to for pizza. Not a fan of their garlic dipping sauce tho, tastes too much like mayo but thats not a reflection on this location, good thing theres a Pizza Pizza close by.

quality is okay but quantity is not satisfactory compared to the high price. the amount of toppings are scantily spread.

Third time they forget an item and I have to re heat my pizza or wings!! I asked specifically to cook the wings well done! I received only one well done the rest are all soft!! So annoying! It is not rocket science and you don;t need a degree to cook the food in the right way. Third time you guys either forget my creamy sauces, my drinks or to cook the wings. I am considering just not friggen ordering delivery and pay you extra for the headache

The large pizza I ordered previously was amazing. Today I ordered a slice and it wasnt all that great. Guess it varies.

Ive never been here. But, my bus stop is just outside it. So I guess its good.

Its not super busy, so the wait for pizza is usually very reasonable, and the gluten free crust is delicious!

Fantastic pizza and the hot wing sauce is delicious with the pizza.

We ordered panzerottis and told it would be delivered within 45 minutes. After an hour, I called to check on the status and was told it had left the store. We live a 3 minute drive away (according to Google maps), it ended up taking about 1.5 hours to be delivered and our food was lukewarm. I wish I had just gone myself had I known it would take so long. We will NOT be ordering from them again for delivery. Such a shame.
