Yesterday I bought a pizza, two pieces. One of them was relatively normal, the second one was completely inedible. It was dried out, completely stale. It could rather be thrown into the air instead of a frisbee. I like this pizzeria, and maybe this happened due to the seller's oversight.., but you understand a hungry person after a hard day at work. Around 5 pm , yesterday Regards
Terrible customer service. The owner was extremely rude when I politely told him the pizza was STALE and I asked him what can be done. He proceeded to be careless and dismiss all my points and did not provide any solutions that made sense. Will never come back again. THE PIZZA SUCKED!!! Waste of my money.
Everything is haram in this cafe especially be careful they can give pork pizza and they do not care if you are Muslim. Those guys have sanitary problems. Staff are rough and they must be educated and attentive.
This place is only useful to use the toilet. They display days old pizza and get upset at people who question when the pizza was made. I just witness like 4 Flys sitting on the pizza I cancelled my order. Yuck It used to be a decent place.
The worst pizza I have tasted all my life. Despite waiting for so long, the pizza ddnt taste like pizza at all. I added extra cheese and bacon but to be honest I doubt if any extras were added at all despite being charged for it. The Chefs were looking so bored and tired at the back and whenever I would check for my order , they would look at me with a really kindof pissed off face regardless of the fact that the place ddnt look busy at all. We were just 2 people inside waiting for our orders. What disappointed me the most was how the pizza separated the toppings from the bread. The bread was super dry and thin, the toppings were not even covering the whole bread. It was so dry. Please Pizza Nova do better and employ people who are happy to be working for you. The Cashier was good but the Chefs were looking so annoyed and disinterested with whatever they were doing at the back. I will never ever step my foot at that Finch and Weston branch ever again. Infact , thank you Pizza Nova, I had no clue pizza can taste so bad , thanks to you. Really not worth a penny.

I’ve been here with friends back 4 years ago before covid. I can’t really remember but I have a little but memory of them feeding me cheese pizza. After 4 years later I have came back but with my little sister. This time I ordered their $9.99 medium walk in pizza with 1 free topping. I ordered that pizza with plant based pepperoni. I’ve actually tried the plant based pepperoni from another Pizza Nova location and let me just tell you the plant based is so so sooo good! I also ordered their wedges on the side and their 10pc bbq wings! My total came up to with taxes $37 and couple cents! After placing my ordering the staff let me know it would take 15mins. 15 mins is an appropriate time to wait and I had no issues with that. After 15 mins when I came back everything was ready. Me and my little sister sat down to dine in. Me has for Parmesan seasoning, onion seasoning, chilli pepper seasoning and the oregano seasoning! All was absolutely delicious. We all applied Parmesan seasoning on the potato wedges and the bbq wings and it was soooo good. We sat down for 2 hours and finished all the food. The food was over all amazing! Speed of service was 10/10! Cleanliness was 10/10! Food taste was 10/10! And customer service was 10/10! I honestly had zero issues! I will definitely be coming back here again since this place is near me and is great! I would highly recommend this place to others as well! Food is always made hot and fresh! Thank you Pizza Nova Team for serving us we truly appreciate it!

Do no place orders for delivery with them from Skip the dishes. Its crazy how we cannot track their location when theyre out for delivery. This is the second time Ive placed an order and it never arrives. Complete disappointment.

The taste changes from good to worse. You gotta make sure the crust is done well and the veggies or meat used is fresh ..rude service tho!

Food is great, some of the best pizza in the area. The only downfall is my fall down due to lack of warning at the door. On top of it all, no help from the staff to get back up and took someone outside the restaurant to help. Please put a sign warning customers about the step up as it is a safety Hazzard for new customers, elderly, and disabled customers. Wheelchair accessibility: None, no ramps, manual door
Pizza and wings are always amazing! But do yourself a favour and order online and NOT Uber eats, you ll be saving yourself a lot of money .
Great place
Placed an order by phone. Mixed chicken box ( wings, legs, and breast nuggets) and hot sauce on the side. I went to pick it up, and they made HOT chicken. I told them this is not what I ordered, and they were made again . I took home the food and found out they gave only chicken wings rather than my order.
No complaints about the food or its taste... The food tasted good and everything was fine... But I personally felt that the taste this time was not how it used to be...
Food was good. Arancini were pricey for 3 small rice balls. But the pizza slice was great!

The worse place I have been in all Ontario. Food And people who works there . Toilet all dirty with garbage bin in sink, I came in evening when during huge rain. Bought pizza to have place to wait for rain to stop. Pizzeria was empty and they decided that I have only 10 min to eat and can wait for rain to stop outside Sick people

Good food. Good hours of operation. Kinda slow though....they have gotten a little faster lately, which is great. Staff are usually friendly.
Ordered on the app, and the order was not delivered as asked. Went into the store to try and ask what happened and got yelled at by the front desk, telling me I didn t order properly. A simple discussion turned into an aggressive argument on who s at fault? I still paid the amount originally and just wanted the toppings on the pizza but seemed like they were more interested in arguing and causing a scene than just resolving the issue. Customer service was horrible, would not recommend.

The staff is friendly and the food is tasty. I love their pizza. And the orders are usually completed in the time frame given. You can order ahead and pick up to speed things up. Pizza was dry, no sauce and hard like you are eating cardboard! It s never been the best pizza nova location but now it s trash! I will never use this location again! P.s I added a picture of my pizza with the toppings peeled back and you can see for your self there s little to no sauce! If you are looking for a good pizza nova go to Jane and Wilson absolutely amazing location or at least it used to be!

Pizza was on point !
Bad restaurant, the first impression left bad feed back. The old staff very impolitely treat me. I felt treat as an animal. I just finished my shift in the middle of night. Thinking of grabbing pizza before transfering to my other bus at Finch ave west and weston. I lost my appetite to chew this pizza. I am very understand this pandemic situation gave a hard time to every business owner. But he not supposed to treat a customer like that. I hope those people get a karma.

The Panzerotti is Amazing about the pizzas dont k own to much honestly . The guys are nice and fast . You can get your order in around 15 mins. Prices are not expensive and this branch has a big parking lot .
Its a convenient location for pick-up. Expect your order to take 10 minutes more than they tell you.
Rude and super slow staff, as if they are working for free, the guy who took the order was slow, and the one who served us the food after 28 minutes has an attitude. I will never visit again

Guy at cash just wants your money. My pizza slice was not warmed as it was thrown into the oven for 2 seconds. They did not offer any other free toppings when even asked. Quality of this place is gone down. It is only convenient as it is only place open for a large area.

Absolutely disgusting. Never coming back. The toilet has urine all over the seat... Bugs crawling by the sink.. Stains that Im sure were there for years... And the urinal across it had pubes allover and was stained... Which led me to question if the men washed their hands as it was absolutely mortifying... The slice had old /rotten vegetables I couldnt even eat it. Never coming back. Still shaking from the site of the bathroom alone....

I ordered a hawaiana Pizza and I got just got the mass of the pizza with some pineapple and I complained to the guy who took my order and he said you said pizza with pineapple who the hell order like that ? He was lying and I had to speak with the manager and I got my hawaiana pizza . I had to wait 30 min just for a pizza .
