Pizza was burnt, he barely put enough bbq sauce that I paid for so I asked for more and he told me to pay for another one with attitude and ended up putting a small amount again I am never coming back, please teach your workings about customer service.

Got poor customer service and pizza was not made properly. This place used be good but quality has gone down recently.

I normally buy from this place pizzas, like once or twice a week Last night I bought a pepperoni and another 3 topping one. Unfortunately, the pepperoni was very hard and crispy while I did not order a crispy one. My guests and I did not enjoy the pizza at all

This Pizza Pizza location (Mt. pleasant & Soudan) is run by few old fellows who don t know how to speak with customers. The old fellow behind the counter is always annoyed for some reason and do not properly answer your questions. The menu is also misleading where they display same item (as special menu) in lower price than if you ask separately at the counter. Not everyone is a pro in ordering Pizzas, so they should guide customer politely so that they can choose the right options, but the cashier is always annoyed and never bothers to explain properly.

I always check on fresh slices after my work. Highly recommend.

They go as chicken chicken in uber for wings... and the wings are really bad.

This location isnt enforcing proof of vaccine for dine-in per Ontarios mandate, but has their indoor seating open. This isnt made better by how cramped it is. Allowing people to dine in in such a tight space just allows for people milling around without masks on. Really uncomfortable. While its very warm in there and I can understand the employees discomfort, their masks were also not covering their nose and mouth most of the time. I dont think Ill be back at this location.

While I love Pizza Pizza, this is the 2nd time that I notice NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE WEARING FACE MASKS! Night shift. This is completely unacceptable and a health risk. So both the food AND customers are at risk because of this. Someone should report this to health authorities. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL HEALTH CRISIS. Come on.

Soooo dry and no flavour

This is the worst pizza pizza in the city. My wife just went in there and the employee behind the counter just ignored her while he was texting away on his phone. Dont give them your business

Fast service, friendly staff,tasty food,convenient location.

They play the same music every day. They say it s the radio but I guarantee one of their phones are plugged in and they just have a soft spot for the Turtles. If you like the hit Happy Together by the Turtles then your eating experience will be world class. Great pizza by the way. Hats off to the franchisee Luigi

I was working nearby I went to the store in the night and the guy was cleaning the machine and start making pizza without washing his hands and after minutes he was going back and using his mobile his behaviour was so rude dont come to this store. UNHYGIENIC ! WORST SERVICE !

Not much variety of slice pizza. Obviously they want people to buy custom made pizza. Pizza Nova is better it has variety of slice pizza and also with thin crust.

STAY AWAY from this location. Pizza was undercooked but worst of all went to pick it up and heard a staff member sneezing by the toppings. No thanks!

Average pizza as usual

This location needs improvement on customer service and perhaps try to get the orders right the first two times not the third. One of my worst experience at Pizza Pizza with my friends. The inside of the store was not clean at all. Dont recommend this store.

We ordered 2 mid size pizzas. One chicken and one steak. Pizza maker just dropped some pieces in center. Thats it. We had cheese pizzas instead but we paid for chicken and steak.

The cashier was the cooker at the same time. He took bills, the phone and the our food. The place doesnt look clean. We dont recommend this place. Also we ordered wings and he left more time at the oil so the wings were so heavy. We got sick with my boyfriend after we eat there.

Pizza Pizza on Mt Pleasant the guy working just now was just absolutely the rudest person ever. I just wanted a slice and he didn t even acknowledge me. Completely empty shop except for me. I asked for a slice and he said nothing. Waited for around 5 mins for him to even start to heat up my slice (which looked old af) and finally he says you got cash my machines broken. I said forget it and left. What even is that?? Won t be going

I would say most of the guys that work there are fine. But theres this one employee (or perhaps the owner) just seems very lazy and dont care. Happened twice now, I once asked for fries and he told me the fryer is broken so I just got a slice, but I saw another worker use it afterwards for a mobile order while eating in store. Today, same worker, I asked for a small pizza. He asked me to order a medium because the small would cost me $15!!! I asked him to show me on the menu... He couldnt and then ignore me. I then ask for a slice instead... He still sitting on his chair on the side ignoring me. Until I ask again, then he followed up with you gotta pay cash. What the!?... I go there because its nice and quick, but I rather walk a bit further to the other pizza stores instead going forward.

I had great experience here. Because place is small but pizza here was very good and IL pizza which I ate was fresh and hot. They dont serve customer old pizza like other.

Best to just go to Mcdonalds or A&W for late night eating. Almost an hour left until close but employees refuse to serve. Not a good place to go if you want to eat late night.

Extremely horrible. We regularly order online from Pizza Pizza. But whenever we have selected this outlet, the pizza has been extremely spicy. We hail from India; very well know what spicy means. But even for us, the honey garlic sriracha they prepared was extremely spicy. To the extent we had to Just dispose off the pizza in the compost bin. Very very horrible.

I rarely give 1 star... ever.. but this place... takes forever to make pizza.. and sometimes go wrong on prices, and or does not know the promotional prices they have, or they just wanna cheat you.. I dunno.. when I order something on special They make me feel like Im doing something bad.. so.. will I ever return here? No, never.. and i have a feeling the owner probably dont want me back to order their walk in specials.. Honestly,, i get it when they are busy,,, but this place is never busy.. haha

Guy came and did not give us our food , horrible service. RBC went down and I told him to wait A second while I called, turned out they were updating the bank and would be 15 minutes. He said he had other orders to do and left us starving. Wasnt our fault and we missed out on food, he was incredibly rude. Do not eat here worst service ever, he probably ate our food. We used just eat.ca and got souvlaki dinners

Got pizza delivered to me the other night. It was late, and was not made correctly (had the wrong ingredients), and seemed under cooked. Delivery person was kind enough, but insisted on me paying since they were really busy cause of the Blue Jays game. Pizza stores around the corner, dont know if were really busy was a legit reason for how late it was, and definitely no excuse for poor quality.

Great food but customer service is horrible! Okay ordering take out is extremely uncomfortable because they seem so offended all the TIME. I called upper management and told them about the order i placed at mount pleasant location, they didnt do much Ill just go elsewhere !! :) They dont care!

I went in to claim two free slices from a Leafs game promotion the night before. I only had the tickets on my phone and they said their scanner was broken and couldnt scan off my phone so needed a physical copy, which is fine... until I offered to email the tickets to them so they could be printed and they said they dont have a printer. What major business doesnt have a printer? Fix your equipment and operate like a real business. Huge fail.
