I m confused by the number of positive reviews this place has received. It feels like the feedback, along with the frequent mentions of staff names, might not be entirely authentic. The pizza was disappointing poorly assembled, and the toppings seemed thrown together without care. Honestly, it didn t live up to the hype, and I wouldn t recommend

I have been going to this Pizza Pizza for quite awhile now and the costumer service from one of the workers; Parmeet, is amazing!

Visit regularly over there just because of their quality of food and moreover their way of greeting is too good especially Parmeet who is very nice guy and his nature is very good

What kind a place is this.? No regards for the customer, I was in the middle of ordering and this other guys just takes over the system to do something of his own. The guy on the front has no knowledge of the menu, the guy kept going to back to confirm things on the menu. I will not be visiting this place again.

This is an excellent pizza shop. It is very clean, staff are friendly and organized and the pizza was very good. Highly recommended. Only criticism is that the fries are just ok .. but hey they are the only pizza place I know that does fries.

I visited this store yesterday & ordered Halfmoon Bread it was delicious and most importantly the Gujarati boy who is cashier had a very sweet and smiling nature that was so impressive.

The food was very good but there was a very angry old man whom shouted at us. The other people there told me they waited 45 minutes and still didn t get their pizza. Extremely disappointed.

After watching a movie at 1 am on July 2nd, we went to get pizza. We ordered a medium 2-pizza deal, choosing one with pepperoni and mushrooms and the other with pepperoni and red onions. I repeated the order three times to make sure it was clear, but the cashier didnt confirm the order and didnt give us a receipt. Later, we received one pizza without pepperoni. When we asked why, he insisted we hadnt ordered it, refusing to acknowledge our order. We all knew we had clearly ordered it. He then asked for the receipt, which we didnt receive. He retrieved it from the trash and showed us that it didn t list the pepperoni. How were we supposed to know that? We ordered it correctly; its his responsibility to take the order accurately. He smiled arrogantly throughout the interaction. I even tipped him, which I now regret. This was the worst pizza experience ever.Utterly Disappointed.

I made a reservation to pick up the goods yesterday evening. The tall and thin service staff at the counter here are very dedicated. We have come here many times and he always smiles when he sees customers. This kind of service quality is very rare in Toronto and is worth giving. Encouragement. Of course, the pizza is grilled to perfection, and the spiral fries are also very crispy. It is rare for a meal to be delivered at the same level every time. Its great! The atmosphere is 4 stars because the dining area inside is relatively dark.

Loved it, just amazing one of the best pizza pizza store in downtown, everything from taste to staff was amazing. I would like to mention Sarthak and Kishan, who made one of the best pizzas I ever had.

I can confidently say it is one of the best pizza pizza. I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure I felt welcome and they were helpful for making choices The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it. The toppings were fresh and generously applied, and the cheese was gooey and delicious.

This is by far the best pizza pizza store in downtown when it comes to customer service and quality of food. Absolutely love it!!

The experience was so good and staff is so caring

If possible this would have been zero ratings. No customer service. Ordered a pizza, got the wrong toppings, went to get it exchanged, they basically, used their hands to remove the toppings without gloves and re applied the new topping on the same pizza and put it in the oven again and gave it back to us. Pizza came back burnt. This is unhygienic and disrespectful. On top of that they lied about they made a new pizza. Overall, the experience was awful. Don t waste your time going to this location.
