U ordered a chicken leg and they gave me a mixed with dirty chicken wings. I can even see the chicken feather on the top of it. This is a serious issue, i hope i am not getting sick.
I ordered a veggie pizza from Pizza Pizza, and it was delicious—crispy crust, generous toppings, and gooey cheese. The customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly and ensured my order was correct and on time. A great experience overall!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location today. The cashier was rude and unprofessional. I didn’t receive the sauce for my wings, and when I politely asked for it, she threw the dip onto the counter with a bad attitude. On top of that, the wings I received were cold, which I had to complain about to the manager, who thankfully replaced them. What made the situation worse was that the cashier seemed upset and began speaking to her colleagues in another language, which I understood to be insulting me. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this branch again due to the poor service and disrespectful staff. Very disappointed.
I went there this afternoon after work to buy 2 boxes of pizza. The crew that took my order was very nice and approachable. Her name is Vidhi. She presented me with the menu very nicely and gave me suggestions about good deals. Service was also fast and good. Thumbs up all the way. 😊😊
I recently visited Pizza Pizza and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the cashier was very attentive and friendly. They made sure my order was correct and even suggested some great toppings for my pizza. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! I love the food here. The service is amazing and the serving time is average. Perfect if you want to buy a pizza slice on the go! Sometimes it's crowded by students from schools, but the place is amazing in general.
Imagine walking in to a pizza store and ordering a large pepperoni and you get a large cheese pizza with pieces of pepperoni placed after the cheese pizza is fully cooked. After I told the worked I ordered a large pepperoni and they got my ordered wrong. One of the workers told me can you wait 2 min, then she just put a bunch of pepperonis on a baking sheet and put them on the oven, then she took the separately cooked pepperoni pieces and literally smash it on the cheese pizza. What’s funny is she had the audacity to bring the pizza and show it to me with that look of: here you go idiot it’s a pepperoni pizza now. I don’t really know if they think they’re smart or this customer service is acceptable, no apology at all or any realization of the mistake, just a cheese pizza with slammed pepperoni.

I cant understand how someone can be hired for customer service who lacks basic manners (not necessarily formal education). Basic etiquette: if someone says good evening, you respond; if someone says thank you, you reply accordingly; if someone says goodbye, you also respond. I dont expect to be treated like royalty, but its very frustrating to always encounter people who dont understand the simplest rules of courtesy in society, especially when they are placed at the front of your business to interact with customers. The total lack of friendliness and the annoyance with which they serve here is incomprehensible

Horrible. Pizzas and strombolli too small. Not worth spending your money. Staff in the front of the store cant be found. When I raised my concern to the staff about the small portion that was prepared by the pizza maker, she said The one who prepared the food is aware about your concern and reasons that its not his fault. Its with his hands. NEVER GO TO 597 Markham Pizza pizza. You will be disappointed with the good and terrible service.
Today the preparation of food was totally anoying. All the topping was speraded here and there which was very disgusting and difficult to eat

Pizza Pizza provided an outstanding dining experience with its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The pizzas, especially the Classic Pepperoni and the Veggie Supreme, were bursting with flavor, thanks to the fresh, high-quality ingredients. The crust was delightfully crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. Its definitely my go-to spot now for a reliably delicious pizza in town!
The so called manager in this location was the worst manager I have came across. I wanted to replace my drinks with dips which I always do and is not something new, he said I cant do that, Im like bring ur manger and he said he is. What kind of manager treats their customers with such rude demeanor? And he was working with airpods in his ear as if he is not on duty. He couldnt even hear what I was saying. Overall, VERY RUDE, CARELESS MANAGER.

This is a family favourite location, staff there, esp. Vidhi are very accommodating and friendly. Pizza is standard fare, but this location is quite quick in making their orders - I normally get mine in 13 min.

I recently had a fantastic experience at this pizza shop, and I must say that Dipen and Gaurang were outstanding. Their customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my meal. The pizza itself was delicious, but their friendly and attentive service truly made the dining experience memorable. I highly recommend this place, thanks to Dipen and Gaurangs excellent service.
