Ordered a pizza through Uber Eats. Got here quick and was really good for the first slice. Then I noticed a big dark blob in the second piece. I pulled on it and a big fly was baked into the cheese. I understand mistakes happen but not noticing a huge fly being baked into the top layer of a pizza is horrifying. The quality control here is awful.
i ordered food with proof and got rejected. I live next door but yet got refused. 1 star out of 5 the manager was difficult for sure. refund or lawsuit indefinitely

Disgusting. They gave me an uncooked pizza to eat. Good thing I attempted to eat it in the restaurant. If I had taken it home I would have been stuck with it. Disgusting. Almost forgot—I gave them a tip when I paid for the pizza. This is one reason tipping has gotten out of control. They didn’t deserve a tip but I gave them one before I sat down to eat. Tips must be earned and poor service does not deserve a tip. Almost forgot that I ordered a Honey Heat from this same location a few weeks before this incident and it was practically all pepperoni. I paid for a pepperoni pizza at a Honey Heat price. And as you can see below, customer service asked me to email them so they can rectify the problem. I did so and two weeks later, nothing from them. Meanwhile, I went to yet another Pizzaiolo along the waterfront and asked for a pepperoni slice. There was no cheese on it and barely any sauce. I asked the guy at the counter about it and before offering me another slice he was all defensive about it. I just left the half-eaten pizza at my table. Customer service, don’t even bother contacting me again. Pizzaiolo is no longer part of my consideration set when it comes to pizza. You guys call yourselves the “pizza maker’s pizza”. I’d like to meet this pizza maker because you guys don’t know anything about making pizza or customer service
I like the variaton of pizza types, taste good and fresh but if cheese were more on pizzas that would better, recommended by me
Got two different pizzas! Ordered them and it was a real disappointment. It was just okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. There are better pizza places around the area. However, the staff here are super nice and deserve credit.

The pizza is pretty good, but what makes this place an enjoyable experience is the staff. They are kind, professional and willing to accommodate your dietary needs. Id rather eat here than any other pizza place in the area because of the customer service, the clean establishment and the decent pizza. One qualm I do have is with the potato pizza. I am vegan and would like to enjoy the potato pizza but the potatoes are, usually, pretty raw, tasteless and inedible, not a good pizza to choose. Im sure its not the establishments fault but rather the product that is provided to them by the franchise, itstoo bad as I really like potato pizza. Ive tried this pizza three times and wanted to like I but all three times it was not good, it was a waste of my money. Needless to say I will never be buying the potato pizza, again. All the other vegan pizzas are good and tasty with lots of fresh toppings.

Please Please don t eat pizza here they doesn t know how to cook. I am in Canada 15 years. I never see worst pizza in my life. Please highly recommending if you hungry stay without food but don t go this pizza store.

Nice guys that work there everyday and decent pizza. Definitely better quality than Pizza Pizza or Dominos and the Slices are much bigger for the same price.

This place is horrible customer service, my daughter order a pizza and they told us they put the pizza in the garbage, they did not call her to said the order was ready, when I called to get the manager Rambo one employee was very rude and said he put on the garbage and I he said to me over the phone don t care if you loose your money, we don t know if even he has prepared the pizzas.We basically e spend 60 dollars and they did not gave us the pizza.

Worst ever Pizza Id in my life and worst customer service in the store. Ordered one XL pizza with 2 dips and garlic bread. Dips were not provided and pizza base is wheat bread and toppings are mushroom and meat. There were no meat at all and when enquired about the missing dips, the store person is very rude and not even apology for his mistake. Never ever try for this Pizza. No option to give zero ratings.
This man from front counter handles cash money, NOT WASHING HIS HANDS, handles the pizza dough with his hands, oven handles, spatula, touching the POS all without washing his hands! MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING or get rid of him! I just ordered a slice and observed all that in the span of a couple mins!
I was referred to Pizzaolo by a friend who eats well. This pizza joint does not disappoint. The quality of toppings and ingredients makes them stand out from the competition (trust me, I eat a lot of Pizza Piza and Pizza Nova). This is an indulgence for Friday nights and work lunches. I got a half and half pizza recently. Double tiny cup pepperoni on one side, the other side was vegetarian. The truffle oil is a must-add.
Great Pizzas for a extremely reasonable price. Fresh and good quality toppings, with a variety of selections. Prepared with care, received my order quickly. Would definitely recommend to someone in the area who s looking to grab some pizza.
Ive ordered twice from this place. First time uber eats messed up and delivery person forces me to come to the lobby to pick up the pizza so he can confront me. I dont give him a tip since I find this incredibly unprofessional (and really annoying). Nevertheless, I order a second time, since they do vegan and I dont know anyone else around here who does, and I get the same driver. I wouldnt have ordered if Id thought that was a possiblity. This time he complains about not having enough for gas, and asks me for a 2 dollar tip to pay for it. I dont know his relationship with the store (or uber eats). Its not of my business. I dont think that driver likes his job though. My honest take. I am now done with this place either way. I dont like being accosted by delivery people and begged for tips. It is also worth noting that the distance of the his trip was less than a kilometer. So I guess gas is 2 dollars a liter and thats what he meant by that. I am flabbergasted why I have to deal with this. I have more important things to do. This is my review. Unless I got very unlucky I do not recommend ordering delivery.

Their pizzas are not that great and overpriced for what it is. Also they wouldn t honour their special because I happen to ask after I entered the store but before they finished making their pizza.

Ordered 2 large pizzas. The order arrived late and both pizzas were hard as cardboard. I will not be ordering from this location again. Life is too short for bad pizza.
Delicious pizza. The crust was super crunchy and they were extremely generous with their toppings. Finally, loved the fact that the pizza wasnt terribly greasy. Cant wait to try more pizzas.
Staff were rude, crust was too large, not enough cheese and to top it all off the banana peppers had gone bad. Other locations are much better. Was instructed to email pizzaiolo customer service but never received a response. Changing review to 1 star as the customer service the provide is performative and they don t actually want to make things right.
Amazing quality food and friendly staff. It was my first time eating at that establishment and the staff were friendly gave me recommendations that were really tasty. They also open late hours which is really convenient for a night owl like myself. Overall would recommend

Employees tried saying there cheese pizza was a double topping pizza so It would be more expensive. Just be honest instead of trying to scam people for a few bucks
