THEY STOLE MY MONEY! Made an order through Uber Eats, but this location uses their own drivers. My food never showed up. Yet the store keeps saying it was delivered, with no proof. My ring camera shows it never arrived, and yet horrible staff refuse to return my money. It’s theft!.Who knows how often they do this scam to their customers.
Pizzaiolo Gourmet Pizza on Yonge St. is my go-to spot when I’m craving quality pizza! Their crust strikes that perfect balance of thin yet satisfyingly crisp, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients—every topping has such great flavor. I usually go for the classic Margherita, but they have some fun, unique options if you're in the mood to try something different. Worst service received ever. The delivery guy kept our pizza on the carpet without dialing the buzzer code and there was lots of insects on the carpet. How can he be so irresponsible and careless? So unprofessional and when I call the location they told me that they cannot do anything as the Manager is not there. So unprofessional teams. STAY AWAY FROM THAT LOCATION. For hygiene reason, I had to throw away the pizza
I ordered through Uber Eats the time was supposed to be between 640 and 7 PM delivery.The delivery was apparently through their own delivery people, not through Uber eats delivery .The pizza never came. It was now 715. I decided to call every time I called they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I was beyond surprised and shocked this is no way to conduct business. I thought maybe it s because on the app I don t tip I tip privately when my food is delivered, regardless if that is the reason it is inexcusable. I called Uber eats and cancelled my order though at some point through Uber delivery the pizza showed up almost 2 hours later. It was stone cold! Since the experience I was having with the store itself I was super concerned about actually eating the pizza. I tipped the Uber delivery person and threw the pizza away. Needless to say, I will never ever order or go to this specific pizza place again. I will also be giving my reviews on social media..
Probably the best pizza franchise in the GTA. My go-to was Domino s, but I must say, Pizzaiolo is miles ahead of them. They don t have any locations close to me, but it s definitely worth paying extra for delivery than driving 2 mins to my nearby Domino s to get a pizza.

Ordered take out and the delivery guy left eh pizza outside, IN THE WINTER. They did not attempt to knock or call my number to let me know. Food came out cold and chewy.
Some of pizzas are diet and good health for me. They have good slices.Great customer service, fast delivery and good communication. I ordered some pizzas are vegetarian as it is a bit different from another pizza brands because they have a lot of good healthy pizzas especially vegetable pizzas that is one of my favorites! See you again!
