pizza is fine, need some new stuff tho.. the hot honey is their #1 currently . Their CS did give us a credit on a late order, had to call. if your trying to get a large order or anything more then a slice around lunch time, go elsewhere.

food: the quality is not satisfactory in todays hyper-competition. an IT sounding brand must taste closer to naples as opposed to naples delivery: major ordering problem with the android app. (1) my delivery address was transmitted incomplete to the resto; the second line of my address was ignored by the app (2) my mobile number which had been registered in the app was not visible by the resto conclusion: the delivery did not come. 15 mins after i complained by phone, it was delivered cold in total, the pizzas were promised in 40 mins; they arrived 45 mins late and cold the total delivery time was 85 mins. my 20% tip was wasted

This brunch specifically not very good. We made a pick up order and once we came they couldn t find in the system. Classic pepperoni was okay and cup pepperoni was overcooked.

No matter how many toppings you get they give you cheese pizza at this loc. (edit) This is now actually one of my favourite pizza places in the neighborhood so I will increase it from 2* to 4*

I have been happy with pizzailo in the past. Sadly last week my pizza was very oily, the crust was so soggy it felt and tasted raw. I was very disappointed. I will give them another chance because of past good experience.

Difficult to find parking

After waiting one hour or more for our pizza to arrive, not only was it stone cold, but it was not what we ordered. When I called the store, the person was extremely rude and unhelpful and denied the order was wrong and refused to believe the pizza was cold. With so many pizza places around, you wouldn t expect they d be so willing to lose a customer because of poor customer service. Especially over something so easily fixable. Why bother opening a restaurant or working in the service industry to begin with if you have no interest in customer satisfaction and are downright unpleasant and rude?

The best place for Pizza in Toronto city..... The Hand made products plus the customer services is like family ....

Update: Never got refund for order that was not delivered. Shame on you Pizzaiolo. Can I give you 0 stars? I ordered pizza almost 2 hours ago. It never arrived! Called the store 40 min ago, lady said they were little busy and pizza is on the way. Never showed up! I called back and said to the lady that I will come over for a refund, she said manager is not there and when he comes tomorrow ot will be a question how much refund he will give me??? What!!!??? Now you are telling me you are just not gonna give me my money back even you never delivered what I paid for??? I am lost for words! You bunch of thievs!!!

That was a good quality pizza on a reasonable price. I ordered xl pepperoni and canadina. Everyone liked it.

They make a quality slice, and always have many options.

I ordered a Pizza from this location with a bbq base. I received the pizza and it was basically just cheese and bread. Called the location to ask to give the pizza back and get a new one and had so much pushback. They refused to do anything about the mistake on the order. Will not be ordering from here again! Horrible customer service!!!

We ordered 2 pizzas online, it arrived more than an hour later and barely had any ingredients. We called them and they told us they were short in ingredients! Another branch we had ordered before has been great, this one was disappointing!

It s not the greatest pizza you ll ever have, however it is always good and it s consistent and reliable.

Came here to grab a quick slice and when I requested the hot honey pepperoni I was told they didnt have any. When I wanted to have it added on another slice the guy said it would be an extra charge even on a pepperoni slice because of company policy ? Why would I want to pay more than usual for the same slice ?

Crust A+. update: recently received a burnt pizza but their staff replaced it no questions and gave some additional stuff. Unfortunately, last pizza I got there was mouldy. Emailed them online for a refund, they asked for pictures and then didnt get back to me. 30$ in the garbage.

Ordered pizzas and there was virtually no cheese on it. If its a cost saving tactic I would highly encourage this store to reconsider their business model. Thick soggy dough. Yuk! Overpriced and subpar service (took over 1.15 hours for a pickup when app said 35 mins) . I will not be eating here again. Sorry. Update: I reached out to customer service who never responded. I can see that this business has deep rooted customer service problems.

Just moved to this neighbourhood 3 weeks ago, honestly one of the best things I found so far. If you are passing by here, give it a try. It is cheap and good pizza. It also has vegan options which is nice.

2 hours of waiting for the delivery of the order after I get a call from the pizza delivery saying that he was in the elevator of my building. 20 minutes past that call, it turns out he wasnt even in the area. After calling the driver he admits he delivered the pizza at my door. Never happened. I mean, when you have to lie your customers to cover your flaws you should be having way bigger problems. Before the rebranding this pizza place was reliable. Not any more.

I love Pizzaiolo My fav pizza is the basic margarita called Sofia The pieces are huge and fulfilling. Reasonable pricing too.

Easily my fave chain pizzeria. Tasty crust, good sauce, and usually, fine and fresh toppings. Today, for instance, I ordered two pies and although I often get the same pizzas each time, I was craving a Hawaiian pizza. It arrived and although everything tasted great on the one, the Hawaiian s bacon(has ham and bacon on it - didn t realize it had bacon but all the better, no?) tasted very off like, old. Stale. Ruined my craving for this, and any future Hawaiian wheels for a good while.

While the quality at this location has been good in the past and still is, they have of late gotten really poor at order completeness, forgetting and getting things like drinks and dips wrong. This has been consistent over the last several orders placed.

I don t even know where to begin. If I had the option to give no stars I would. I ordered 2 medium pizza s and it tasted disgusting. It was very dry and burnt. It tasted like the pizza has been sitting out for long. I spoke with Abhijith and he said they will send a driver back to issue me my refund. The drivers name was Deepak. When the driver arrived he told us he cannot give us a refund. We then had to walk all the way to the store and bring the pizza in ourselves for a refund just for them to have the nerve to say they can t give a refund even after the fact that they said they would give us a refund when we spoke on the phone. Not to mention, the customer service was so bad, no leadership and they all looked like they had no idea how to deal with the situation. I was in there for a good 20 mins before I was FINALLY given my refund. I will NEVER order from this place again, I promise you that. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!

This has been my favourite pizza shop to order from for years. The last few times I ve ordered it just hasn t hit the same at all. Don t know if it s based on staff or quality of ingredients but something isn t the same.

If you can access it through Eglintons construction blockade this is nice place to have quick bite and they even have few but decent seats and you can tell the local loves too. Have nice pizza.

My favorite spot in the neighborhood to get a slice. I also occasionally order a whole pizza from them. Normally I like to customize my pizza but these guys have really great specialty creations that I love as is. Great tasting pizza and the service is usually pretty good.

I use to order lots of pizza from here for office catering across the street (think 4-6 large pizzas to feed staff) and get slices for myself for years. Pizza and service has gone downhill. The last two times I got pizza here it wasn t as tasty as it use to be. This is not gourmet pizza, but use to be consistent and better. Last time I asked the new guy for chilli flakes and he barely gave any (I prob counted 8 flakes!). Tonight, a new employee (girl) was working and picked up several chilli flakes with her fingers one by one that landed on the counter to put onto my pizza, and also handles cash so that means she touches the cash register, etc. so I asked her for a new slice, and she made a face (she is not the pizza maker whom only touches food!). Staff need to be better and clean. Is there no food handling and training? What s wrong with your pizza?

I have ordered from this location nearly every week for years and it has been excellent. BUT the last several times have been VERY disappointing! Their normally wonderful thin crust pizza was burnt and hard and dry. I called on each occasion, but what s the point? It s not like I m going to wait for another order to show up. I gave them several chances. Guess I m looking for a new regular shop!

One of the best pizza places i have ever been to and that is saying something because i have been to many places. Their crust is well cooked, toppings are well marinated and tastes fresh. The people there are also very nice and humble.

My order was wrong. I come to pizzaiolo for the fresh garlic and BOTH pizzas I ordered lacked the garlic even though I specified it three times to the staff. Also the meat pizza was too salty.

Was expecting a half-baked attempt at a pizza like the other chains such as Pizza Pizza but ended up coming here two times in a week because the taste of the pizza was amazing! Dough was just a little underdone the first time but the second time was perfect. Garlic dip paired perfectly with the crust and I usually toss the crust. My pizza had chicken, mushrooms, bbq sauce, and lots of garlic paired with thin crust and was amazing! Online special makes it worth visiting. Recommend the spot.

I walk by this place to and from work every day and the smells from here kept drawing me in... FINALLY had a soccer last night and the pizza was good! Not as amazing as I expected (probably because I hyped it up so much in my head) but very good pizza. The crust was nice and crispy without being burnt or oily. It was probably one of the better crusts I have had on a NY style pizza.

This store does not use any cheese on their pizza. The pizza was cold and the crust was so thick and soft, it was undercooked. I just read the other reviews and OMG they are so true. My pizza had virtually no cheese on it. Isnt that one of the main things on a pizza? My pizza was so bad my family did not eat it and we ended up getting another take out.

This place is terrible. I normally will give a place a break for bad food but every time I order from this place they screw up. The current pizza I m eating is burnt to a crisp. It feels like I m eating tree bark. Other times I have ordered from here they have forgotten ingredients. They have no quality control. I m never ordering from here again

Rude staff and hygiene is a bad word for them

I liked Pizzaiolo when they first got started but after a few bad experiences with the franchisees at other locations, I stopped going to Pizzaiolo. That is until I recently learned that they made a commitment, in writing on their website, that all of their locations are 100% nut-free. And so, I gave them another chance and have very much enjoyed my visits to this particular location. The staff are fast and courteous, and the pizzas are consistently solid for a pizza chain. Prices are reasonable and inline, and you get expected value for your money. This location is a high-traffic location so they need to make a little extra effort with wiping tables, counters and chairs. But all in all it is a solid pizza franchise.

Awesome Italian pizza

My go-to when vegan pizza needs to be ordered. Daiya mozzarella and gluten-free base are also available. Tomato sauce is yum and end result not too salty. Thumbs up all around.

Delicious pizza. Great service. I like the fact they personally deliver, the traditional way, not through third parties. Lots of vegetarian ingredients.

Really great pizza! Only have ever stopped by once or twice in the past, and this location was conveniently located right beside work during their Anniversary Giveaway. Slices are double the size than those offered at most chain places; absolutely delicious and great quality. Only shame is those who complained the entire time in line for a free slice - so many ungrateful individuals. Its not like youre paying anything out of pocket, nor were majority of them donating to contribute to a the charity fundraiser.
