Traditional pies and slices with attention to quality ingredients and house-made dough.
Great pizza spot, hits the spot and is definitely high quality and worth the extra couple of bucks. Dips are made in house and super tasty without overwhelming the pizza. Crust is dreamy and fluffy with a solid crunch, cheese and sauce are delightful. Toppings are fresh. Big fan, i don't know if it's the *best* in the city as it's a subjective title, but it's definitely a top contender in the top spots of the city.
This spot has changed my perspective on what makes a pizza good. These slices were on point. They’re cooked perfectly, the ingredients are fresh, and it’s different from your typical slice in a good way. There’s a queue to enter but it was definitely worth the wait. It can get packed in terms of seating so prepare for the worst. Besides that this is a top tier pizza spot. I got 3 slices the vodka, regular slice, and burrata marinara slices. Every slice was consistent in the richness of flavor. First bite was crunchy 3/3. This slice is true perfection. Each slice changed my perspective on what’s a good slice. The in house ranch is so good and compliments each slice. The service is on point shout out to the staff.
Must try place for pizza lovers. Tried their Margherita Pizza, it was great. The crust has got just the right crunch, fresh & warm and toppings ain’t too overwhelming. I preordered it and no queue on a Wednesday evening. There is very minimal dine in space, won’t recommend eating there. Overall, I find it slightly expensive, have had good pizza in dine in service for less price. It’s definitely worth giving it a try.
If you're willing to part with a few dollars more than large chains, then you'll be rewarded with an outstanding pizzeria experience! Just know it's thin crust, expertly balanced between lightly blistered crisp and chewy, and the toppings are not overwhelmingly heavy. Fresh and flavourful, created with careful attention to detail and quality, and definite skill. From first looking at it, to taking in the aroma, to your first bite, to finishing off your slice, you'll savour it all. They run a tight shop, yet the service is still welcoming, fair and warm, God bless them. They're happy to provide you with top notch pizza, you're pleased to be their customer, it's a beautiful thing. I ordered ahead online and the pepperoni and mushroom bianco pizzas were timed to a few minutes of the pick up request. A neighbourhood pizzeria? Yeah, GTA, consider it your neighbourhood pizzeria and make the trek! Enjoy!
First I was a bit surprised by the line up of people outside of the restaurant, but with the first bite, I totally agreed that it would worth it. I tried some slices; Super tasty, specially the vodka pizza! One of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted.
Pizzeria Badiali in Toronto has earned a well-deserved reputation for serving up some of the city’s finest pizza. Tucked away in a cozy spot with a casual vibe, it’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home. Their slices strike the perfect balance between thin, crisp crust and a generous amount of toppings, making every bite deliciously satisfying. The menu may be small, but each option is crafted with quality ingredients and care, from the classic Margherita to creative specials that rotate regularly. The tomato sauce has a bright, fresh flavor, and the mozzarella is always perfectly melted. What stands out is their attention to detail, from the dough that’s proofed to perfection to the fresh basil that adds a pop of flavor and aroma. The staff is friendly, and service is quick despite the usual crowd, making it a great stop for lunch or a casual dinner. Though it’s primarily a takeout spot, you can grab a seat at the counter if you’re lucky. With fair pricing for the quality and taste you get, Pizzeria Badiali is a must-visit for any pizza lover in Toronto. Expect a bit of a wait but know that it’s well worth it.
Quite possibly the best pizza in the world. Definitely in Canada. Got a few slices to try and share. The place is clean and runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. The guy in front of us complained because he wanted the pizza "fresh" trust me if you're going here ITS FRESH. the pizza is out of the oven and folks are buying it up so quickly. Make sure you get a dip! Hot honey is a treat.
Went on a Wednesday around 5:30 pm and there was no line! But it quickly formed about half an hour later. The pizza is New York-style, huge slices, thin and crispy crust. Pretty solid flavors with an amazing crunch every bite. The vodka one was my favorite as it was tastier than the others. They were light on the cheese topping for the cheese and pepperoni so it brought out a more tomato taste. They have special pies for order only where they partner with other local spots is cute! The service is pretty quick once you order. They heat the slices for you and package it with paper plates and a brown branded bag if you ordered to-go. The seating outside is quite pleasant at this time (early fall) since they're located in the middle of a neighborhood. Would order a whole pie next time to share with friends!
Freaking amazing. Blew my socks off
I get the hype...its good pizza
My only must stop anytime Im in Toronto. I would like them to cater my funeral some day. Best pizza in Toronto hands down. Try one of everything you cant go wrong.
The pizza was delicious, they had a solid variation, the size was very good and everyone was super friendly! Be aware of there not being seats though.
Ive waited contemplated long(over years) and hard before putting this review and backed up by facts and not bias. I had Badialis a while back and the taste still had imprinted in my brain, particularly the crust. Recently I went to NY which is supposed to have one of the worlds best pizzas and went to most popular/iconic and recommended pizza joints there(Johns, Scarrs, Lucali etc) but still felt none of them were as good as Badialis. Then I thought perhaps experience in my head about Badilalis is foggy and perhaps its not as good as I remember it to be. So recently again I visited and this time ordered a whole pie. And to my surprise it was even better than I had remembered and definitely better than any of those famous pizza joints in NY. And so far the best pizza I have had. The perfect balance of toppings and the crispy yet chewy crust which almost feels slightly fried because of the brush of olive oil as a final touch makes it a perfect pizza and better than any other. It can get very busy, and can have huge lineups so brace for it or just order online a full pizza(at least a day ahead). Online ordering was user friendly, you can set exact time, and to my surprise they prepare the pizza exactly when you placed the pick up for accurate to the dot. I placed order for pickup at 7.15pm and went at 7.13 hoping it would be ready sitting in a box, but it wasnt. Exactly at 7.15pm I was handed over a box with pizza with cheese still bubbling. So just go for online order. I truly hope they can maintain the quality and the perfect system. A little welcome nod or smile would be nice from the staff, but who knows they just might be too busy creating their perfect pizza, so wont complain.
Best pizza in Toronto! The dough is super nice, has a bit of sourness to it.
Great food just not a place where you can hit the curb, park and go.
Wow I was skeptical but the pizza lives up to its hype. The burratta is so fresh.
The best Pizza ever, i tried mushroom bianco. It was the most juicy and delicious pizza I have ever had. Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg options - Mushroom Bianco - Margherita - Marinara - Cacio e pepe - Salads
Slices are freshly made and tasted really good. Garlic dip is the OG. Staff is really quick and professional working at a super fast speed. Everything about this place is great :) Must try :) Food : 5/5
You know the place is good when they don t have time to close it for renovations! If you love trying new places, add this to your list. The food is amazing! We were fortunate enough to have avoided a long queue that extends out the store. We tried 3 different slices: 1. Vodka Pizza A simple pizza with a slightly different base sauce than the usual. Crust so perfect, neither soggy, nor over done. 2. Cacio e pepe The parmesan sprinkled on top adds to the flavour and texture of the pizza. 3. Burrata Marinara The Basil and Burrata are perfectly balanced and complement each other so fine. You can sense the aroma of basil infused with the burrata cheese as well. Definitely worth it! Vegetarian options: Margarita Cacio e pepe Parking: There s no seating for dine in options, you stand and eat by the windows counters
Finally tried this Toronto gem and it did not disappoint. One of the best pizzas in the city and while we couldnt order a full pizza in line (at the time since how busy it was), we did get to sample a lot of the different pizza slices. Burrata, Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza were well worth it and recommend.
The best pizza Ive eaten to date. The hype is definitely worth it. A staple Toronto experience. The Vodka pizza is my favorite by far. Im usually a big toppings guy but this vodka pizza is the only exception.
As someone who moved to Toronto a few years ago, I always found it absurd how people were willing to wait in line for anything. Badiali s was one of these places and I really wanted it to not be good so I could stand by this criticism. Unfortunately (or fortunately), it is worth every minute in line. The slices are well price considering the size and how busy the place always is. One of the slices even comes with a hearty portion of burrata for a good price! I have tried almost every flavour and would recommend all of them. The Cacio e Pepe and Buratta are my favourite. I really need to try one of their seasonal flavours soon! The only thing is the lack of seating. Which makes sense since to my knowledge, they have been in the same location since they opened and before their fame. During the summer it s fine because there is a patio area where you can sit but once it s colder, this poses a challenge. It is also a bit absurd to me that often times you have to order take out pizzas multiple days ahead. It is rare that you can find a same day pick up slot, unless it s for 9pm-10pm. So, if you d like some pizza but don t want to eat it out in the cold, you have to remember to order ahead. They also only delivery to certain areas of Toronto. If you live downtown but East of Bathurst, you have to make the trip to the east end! I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting or new to Toronto. It is definitely worth the hype. My recommendation would be to go closer to when they open to avoid the line but if you go on a weekday, it shouldn t be too bad!
The pizza was really good and service was fast. Note: I went during a weekday when people were all at work so there wasn t much of a line.
Best pizza I ve had on that street! Quick in and out Staff is so nice!
Great pizza slices and almost worth the hype depending on which one you choose. A little pricey but high quality.
The vodka slice (no alcohol involved) is the best slice in the city. Extremely flavourful and is served very quickly. The quality and taste are very consistent. I ve never had to line up for more than a minute. Do grab the pink soda and the garlic sauce with the vodka slice
Greatness for a reason.
Best pizza in Toronto. Hands down. ,
My fav pizza in Toronto! So good. We ate standing at the rail by the window since it was cold out.
4 slices and 2 dips for 30$!!! One of the best pizzas I ve had in my life! Coming back SOON !!
Great slices for a good price. Freshly made and warmed up.
I stopped in for lunch and got two slices. One a la vodka and the second was a mushroom special (forget the exact name). Both were fantastic. A must try pizza spot.
Excellent crust, but the sauce could be better
It is a must visit, with the Slice Vodka being the absolute standout. The perfect combination of flavors makes it a top pizza destination! Food
The service is super fast! Dont let the long lineup of people discourage you.
5 star without a doubt. The cheese pizza is absolutely amazing. The vibe and service is great. Love coming here for a slice or two, especially when the line isn t too long. Second best pizza I have ever had!! Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza
Run, dont walk, and pick up the Hawaiian pizza!
The hype this place gets is warranted. I still haven t had a pizza as good as their vodka slices
Tried cheese and marinara, felt sub par and not the hype! Would suggest to have more vegetarian options.. service is good Food : 2/5
Amazing but overhyped
Noticed this place had great reviews, so we gave it a try. No queue at 1:00pm on a Friday, so service was quick and efficient. We ordered cacio e pepe, buratta marinara and pepperoni. ALL were VERY tasty, but our fav was cacio e pepe! This may be the best pizza by the slice I ve ever had, so it s worth a detour if you re looking for some great pizza! The crust has a nice crunch, and I think that s what separates it from your regular pizza place!
gooddd
They have great pizza but the slices are kinda small from other places i have had!
Vodka pie is a must try Pro tip: Order online to skip the half an hour queue Food : 5/5
YUMMY
One of the best pizzas in Toronto. For me, the best so far. #1
Excellent neighborhood pizza spot thats definitely worth the hype! My faves are the pepperoni and the vodka slices.
Amazing pizza! Best Ive ever had.
Can t get over this place. Planning my next visit currently:)
Best (NY style) pizza in Toronto. Hands down. Only thing is there s not much room to eat indoors. Nice staff as well.
Another pizza spot! Another great pizzeria for Toronto! I know everyone has a tier list of pizza joints and I know most will say it is their number one spot, but everyone has their preferences. It is a good spot, my wife loves it and would say it is her favourite. The crust is certainly amazing, a good amount of char, air bubbles on point, we ate it fresh and every bite was delicious. It was just the one pizza we had, we will have to find time to try others. The line was pretty long when we got there, glad we ordered ahead.
Must visit place.
Must have new York inspired pizza. It will go straight to your top 3 or top 10 at least.
Found three long hair strands baked into my slice. Nasty, nasty work. And the workflow is mad inefficient, too. I get being a popular spot, but thirty minutes in the middle of a line not moving while the cashier splits tasks as two other dudes goof off in the corner is not okay! If youre a store thats gonna claim New York quality, youre gonna need the same efficiency and quality control, too!
If you re craving authentic Italian pizza, Pizzeria Badilia is a must-try! Their crust is perfectly crispy yet chewy, and the flavors are outstanding. The Burrata Mariana Slice shines with creamy burrata and rich marinara, while the Casio Slice balances bold flavors with simplicity. Great pizza, great vibes don t miss it! Vegetarian options: Yes Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Nope
Went shortly after it opened one morning. No lineup and it was very tasty.
Great pizza with fresh ingredients and amazing flavor! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. However, if you re planning to visit on a weekend, be prepared for a wait of 30+ minutes in line it s a popular spot for a reason!
One of the best pizza in the city
The best pizza in Toronto You would be amazed by how unique the taste of pizza could be. Try Caccio et Pepe Food : 5/5
A1 establishment. This is by far the best pizza I have had in all of Canada and the US. I ve had slices and ordered an entire pie. Neither have disappointed. Love the vibe on the outside patio. When you step inside your senses will be immersed in the sights, sounds, and smell of a top quality Pizza parlour. We look forward to our next order.
Arrived at around 1 pm on a Saturday right before a line formed outside. They didnt have the pineapple option but the mushroom was really good, the burrata one was nice too. I can see why people would line up for this. Theres standing room by a bar inside and a few tables with chairs outside as first come first serve.
Iconic pizzeria place in town. The vodka and margarita pizzas are must try. They have large queue on weekends during evenings.
Got the vodka pie and a caesar salad, ordered online, great service. The salad was okay, I liked that they give you anchovies. My only gripe with the pizza is that I feel like it gets soggy because of all the sauce or maybe needs thicker dough in the undercarriage area or a longer cook time? Felt like the pizza was falling apart while eating but overall still a good flavour.
I really wanted to like this place but after waiting 45min in line and took a few bites, I was severely disappointed. The mushroom one had no taste. The vodka tasted like an average cheese pizza. I questioned whether everyone who rated 5 stars had a different pizza. We ordered 4 different kinds and it was average at best. Were they paid or maybe they never had actually good pizza? Several people who passed the line all made comments that its overrated and it definitely is. I wouldnt go back if there wasnt a line up.
Ive eaten a lot of pizza in the city, and this is by far some of the best! The crust is a great texture, the toppings are all good quality, and I love the flavour options. You need to order ahead if you want a full pizza, and wait in line (sometimes a very long one) for a slice. Very busy, but worth it.
Worth the wait Dietary restrictions: Lactose Food : 5/5 |
Delicious pizza slices! We got the pepperoni, mushroom and burrata pizza, all so delicious. My only critique was that I asked for the slices to be cut in half for sharing but they werent. But overall, quality pizza. Well be coming back
The best pizza in the world, I dare you to find a better crust or sauce or toppings! However the service is beyond bad. Suuuuuper rude as if they re doing us a favour while we re waiting outside under the rain for 1 hour. They literally made fun of us, and when we finally got to the cash, we felt like an inconvenience. I understand they re busy but this is a Blessing, they should be grateful rather than acting like aholes. Kudos to whoever is behind the recipes, even the process is impressive, you can tell that all the chefs cared!
UPDATE: I just wanted to share that Badiali s customer service is AMAZING. There was a hiccup in my order, and the rep on the phone and the delivery driver were so nice, so accommodating and apologetic. The driver definitely didn t need to apologize! This goes to show that it s not just about the food, it s about the customer experience and service!! The number 1 pizza place in Toronto, and so far in my books, in anywhere. I crave the burrata pizza, all. the. time. The crust, the toppings, the whole pie is worth driving 40 mins for. Reheat the slices in an air fryer the next day and it tastes just like it did the day we brought it home.
Lives up to the hype. Some of the best pizza I ve had anywhere. Line wasn t too long at 6:45pm
Deeeelicious!
Probably the best wheel i ve ever eaten. Do yourself a favor, order ahead.
The best pizza in Toronto, had it second time and no regrets. Love you guys, keep going.
Well worth the wait. Great pizza Vegetarian options: Marinara pizza was vegan friendly and delicious Food : 5/5 |
Adding to the echo chamber, but it s justifiable. This is some hella good za. Is it worth the crazy long lines? I don t think so. Order pizzas ahead of time for pickup to not be a schmuck in line. Their dipping sauce is a must buy to take the pizza slices to the next level. Glad the city has a gem like Badiali.
Vety Good but not the best in the city
Honestly I have heard nothing but great reviews, rants and raves mixed with pure praise about this place. Waited in line for honestly 40 plus minutes, so you know it s either going to be a sensation of overly hyped spot and It was the latter of the two. Tried a few slices, one was the Classic Pepperoni, The Cacio e Pepe and The Vodka. The best of the three for myself was the Cacio e Pepe. They are your classic New York Style Pizza and to be fair they are better than a lot of New York Pizza spots I have tried in New York. They all had a nice crisp on the bottom, they weren t heavily layered with toppings which was good but the pepperoni weren t so tasty and the sauce was tarty. The Cacio e Pepe had a nice blend of cheeses but truly all I tasted was the pecorino. The Vodka gave me instant acid reflux and your basic rose sauce. I m not impressed. Would I go back and wait in a line even half the time I originally had, no. If you brought me a slice I would definitely eat it. Overall the pizza itself was 6 out of 10.
Their vodka pizza slice fresh out the oven blessed my entire mouth. This pizza is gonna keep me up at night. I ll be back
once you have tried this pizza, I promise you will NEVER go back to fast-food chain pizza restaurants! some people may think its a bit pricy but honestly its worth any price, its just that good! I travel nearly 40 mins just to get this pizza unapologetically. TIP FOR FIRST-TIMERS: if you want to order a whole pizza try to put in your online order at least 3-5 hours in advance from when you want it because they are extremely busy. they do have slices available but most of the time there is a long line outside so just be prepared to wait either way. one minor thing that could be improved is the size of their space, it seems a bit small inside there for the amount of pizzas they produce in a day. but nonetheless, ALWAYS AMAZING PIZZA FROM BADIALI!!!!! Vegetarian options: some pizzas are vegetarian and came be made vegan upon request.
Super tasty and crunchy pizza slices
Hands down the best Pizza in Toronto!!! If you crave for stone baked pizza go no further ..every pizza has great flavour.
Incredible pizza, surprisingly kind service for how packed they are, and a fun lively environment. Love that its sitting in a neighborhood, too - adds to the charm in my opinion. Have to leave my 5-star review because its current average of 4.7 feels low for how good it is. Downside is the line and parking.. but its worth it! Highly recommend!
The pizza is good, don t get me wrong but worth standing in line for? The best pizza is definitely an overstatement. We tried the mushroom, vodka, pepperoni and salami pizza slices with the garlic pepper dip. The pepperoni was my favourite, everything else was meh. The dip was really good, probably the best part. FYI if you want a whole pizza then pre order for pickup!! However, you could walk over the corner to Good Son and get some unique pizzas and dine in peacefully while you re at it. The lineup took us 35 mins to get our food. Horrible parking and nowhere to dine in except the patio while freezing your toes off. I would only pre order the pepperoni pizza IF I were to buy from Badiali again.
One of the best pizzas in Toronto!! Perfectly baked with a touch of crispness
Amazing pizza with freshness in every bite. Definitely worth the hype and a must try in Toronto.
My go-to is the Vodka Pie and Cacio Pepe. I wish you could customize pizzas. Pepperoni on the vodka pie would definitely be the icing on the cake.
Loved the burrata pizza!
I usually avoid hyped places but this spot actually delivered. Would go again.
Best pizza I ve ever had!! We came in a Saturday afternoon and waited an hour in total. It was well worth the wait. We got the vodka pizza, the mushroom bianco and the cacio e pepe. They all had strong flavours and you can taste the quality of their ingredients! Oh and the dipping sauces are phenomenal
Best pizza in town!
Mushroom Bianco was incredible. The marinara was !
I frequently get pizza from here. Stopped by tonight on halloween and was very disappointed. The slices were much smaller then normal. Sucks when you are expecting a certain standard
ABSOLUTELY DeLiCious
Pizza was delicious but detailed ordering should be available online. Drove all the way from brampton and couldnt order was told online orders only. So sad as we needed it for a birthday. Not sure if I will drive that far again. But the 8 slices we managed to buy for $50 was flavorful. L
Excellent pizza spot! Best for takeout :)
One of the Best Pizzas in Toronto
After hearing and seeing so many great things about Pizzeria Badiali, we decided to call one afternoon and place an order for pick up for that night. The ordering process online was very easy, user friendly and quick. Had absolutely no issues ordering online and it was super convenient. Upon arriving, our pizza was ready exactly on time which was super surprising but also very professional. There is a separate line to pick up orders at the store once you arrive making it very convenient especially not having to wait in a line wrapping around the whole neighbourhood. Being a pizza connoisseur in my personal opinion just based on how many different pizza I have tried world wide - I have to say that Pizzeria Badiali is by far the best pizza I have tried in the GTA and maybe in fact all of Canada. Their dough so crispy yer so fluffy and light so it doesn t make you feel bloated. Their sauce is very flavourful but not overtaking. Their cheese is perfect and the pepperoni is phenomenal. The staff is also super friendly and very accommodating. I wish I did live closer so I can make it a weekly thing however anytime I am in the city and looking for pizza, I wouldn t buy from anywhere else. I would highly recommend this pizza to anyone who haven t had a chance to try it. It s worth the drive, worth the wait and worth the effort.
it was delicious. I admit I had high expectations as this place is rated #1 pizza spot by majority of food critics on TikTok. I would disagree. King slice on queen W. and others such as pizza Shab on Yonge / finch are top spots. The pizza was delicious. It is in a prime location since ossington area is super hip.
Pre order if you dont like lines. Pizza is amazing. Worth the hype. Food : 5/5
Great crust and tomato sauce. Can be better on toppings.Vodka pizza was rhetorical best.Pepperoni was mediocre
Best pizza places I ve had in the city hands down. My go to is the vodka pizza
Great place, but every night I try to order a pizza for pick up and they cannot accommodate. Super frustrating. Just take my money and give me a pizza
I really wanted to love the pizza here after seeing it all over social media. Unfortunately, the slices (burrata marinara and capicola and pineapple) I chose did not live up to the hype. Its better than from your regular pizza chain, but nothing special to go out of your way to get. We went around 3 pm. on a weekday, and lineups werent so bad, but I can see how it can get chaotic during busier times. Some people like to try to cut the lines, and no one is there to call this out. I liked the interior of the shop but the pizza was just ok. Parking was a bit of a pain to find. After driving around, we got lucky and found a spot close by that someone just left.
Always worth the wait for a slice.
The vodka slice and pepperoni pizza is the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. The pizza has the perfect crunch and the perfect amount of toppings. I tried ordering a box pizza and splitting it into 2 types ( Vodka and pepperoni) before but they do not allow that. Other than that concern the food and service is amazing . The hot honey sauce I believe is really good as well .
We got the whole pepperoni pizza with capocollo and it was awesome . Great pie.
It lives up to the hype and is worth the line
Excellent slice!
Probably the best pizza in all of Canada hands down. Crispy crust, no flop and the pizza is unique
Parking: You order slices and you get the pizza slice thats been sitting there for hours Wheelchair accessibility: No
There is always a waiting. However, I am willing to wait for the pizza I get here. My fav is vodka pizzaa and Burrata Marinara.
Go to spot for Toronto Pizza!!
Test was delicious Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza Food : 5/5 |
I d say this is one of the best pizza spots in town! The pizza is absolutely delicious, and I ve tried almost everything on the menu. My favorites are the Salami Hot Pepper, Vodka, and Burrata Marinara pizzas. The Hot & Honey dip sweet treat, but the Green Garlic Ranch is definitely my top choice, it s amazing! Most people are good with 2 slices. The only downside is that it can get quite busy, so be prepared to wait outside, as the indoor space is limited. Only if your ordering the 16 inch ahead of time then you could skip the line and pick it up as they have a separate line. They do have standing room inside and outdoor seating, though. Overall, definitely worth the wait for pizza lovers! Parking: Parking was a mission, as the only option is to park on the side of the road, we parked 300m away.
One of the best Pizzas to have in Toronto. Always fresh and the quality of the ingredients is impeccable. Very Friendly staff. The only thing they could improve is the timing for getting the whole pizza. You would have to book a slot to get the pizza, if you do not order it well by time, you may not be able to have it the same day.
Do you feel the most important thing about a pizza is the crust? Badiali serves New York style slices that fold perfectly. I had the cheese (looked best in the case) and I thought it was ok, but not all that memorable? Don t get me wrong it was done well but I felt like I was eating more crust than anything else, and kind of wished they had a diavola or broccoli/sausage pie or maybe I just prefer the Neopolitano style with California toppings over the New York classics... I ll come back to try either a burrata or cacio e pepe with green garlic dip to see if I like that better. Service was very efficient, no wait mid-afternoon weekday, seating limited.
Amazing pizza, and great customer service.
Easily one of the best slices of pizzas I ve ever had! Sauce Cheese Crispy Pepperoni Dough
Worth the hype. If you re craving amazing pizza, look no further! This place nails it with a perfectly crispy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. Their menu has a great variety, from classic Margherita to creative specialty pies.
Best pizza in Toronto. Its not a wave - its the real thing. #NuffSaid Vegetarian options: Many. Food : 5/5 |
It was so good, I went back twice to order more in the same day
Their pizza was quite good. I think my only complaint is that the tomato sauce is a bit too sweet for my personal preference, but its fantastic overall. It was an easy experience to place an order online for pickup to avoid waiting in any line.
Vegetarian options: Cacio e Pepe, margherita, and vodka are all vegetarian options Food
Good pizzas
Theyve increased their prices SIGNIFICANTLY. There is obviously no shortage of business but $20 for 2 slices of pizza and a dip is ridiculous
The pizza is really good but the place could be much better. There are no tables or chairs available where to eat, the patio they have is not illuminated nor heated, and there s not a single washroom available for guests. It s like Pay for your pizza and get the hell out of here .
Delish New York Style Pizza
Best thin-ish crust pizza in the city, hands down. I always get the cacio e pepe and salami & pepper slices, but the burrata marinara is highly recommended too. Vegetarians will also appreciate the fact that their veggie slices are at least as good as, if not better, than their non-veggie slices. The green garlic ranch is the dipping sauce Id recommend, but feel free to try the others too. If youre wondering whether the lineup is worth it, Id say yes.
My favourite place to grab slices downtown, love the options that they have.
one of best pizza i ve ever had! definitely a must try in toronto
Finally made it here after all the hype Got a simple pepperoni slice. Pretty good Food
The best pizza in Toronto, hands down bar none. Anyone who says otherwise has no idea what they re on about.
Fantastic pizza. Make sure you pre-order it online so that you don t have to wait in line :)
Pizzeria Badiali is the best pizza in Toronto. Finally a spot that lives up to the hype. Vodka Pizza and Marinara Burrata is a must. Make sure you take their creamy pepperoncini dip or Hot Honey to take your pizza to the next level. If you prebook an entire pie, you dont have to wait in line. But if you want to try a slice of your choice. You have to wait in line. On a Sat afternoon, my wait time was around 30-40 mins.
This the so far the most similar pizza to what I had in Naples, Italy. Even the environment and vibe, smells and looks are very close. A big up to who has been able to keep this authenticity.
Worth all the hype!
Great pizza, just make sure to go before they sell out!
Simply the best pizza in Toronto. Worth the long line up every time.
I discovered this amazing pizza place while I was on my way to another restaurant. Let s just say I don t regret the detour! Loved the pizzas
Bruhhh!! The best pizza...
If you like thin crust, crispy pizza Badialis is for you. Long line up but worth the wait.
Hands down the best pizza joint in Toronto! Every slice is amazing and I go every chance I get! The peperoncini dip is to die for. I always buy extra for the house
Coming from Edmonton, we ve got a handful of NY-style pizza spots, and they re decent. But if you ve never been to NY (you know, the thin slices) and want to try something that really nails it, Badiali is where you wanna be! Just a heads-up if you re ordering a full pie, you gotta do it ahead of time. If you re just grabbing slices, you pick from whatever they re making at the moment. And yeah, there s gonna be a lineup. We showed up at 7 PM, and I didn t start eating till 9 PM. Parking? Pretty limited, so plan for that too. I tried the cheese, vodka, burrata, and mushroom slices. Here s my ranking: Cheese 9.1/10 Mushroom 8/10 Vodka 6.1/10 Burrata 5.5/10
