Very good pizza. Nice crust. Not floppy. Not soggy. Not overdone. Just perfect. Good cheese source. This pizza is better than most pizza joints. The only room for improvement would be to offer in house made dipping sauces vs the packaged ones. This would put cici pizza at the top.

I have food here many times. Last time I ordered wings it was terrible both the wings and the fries. So tonight I gave them a second chance. Both the wings and the fries were bad. Just had their pizza. It was bad. This place has gone way downhill since daughter took over. I wont ever go back.

Delivery isnt usually 30min or less but it is well worth the wait. I order at least twice a month and it is always consistent. Im going to have to try their wings on my next order.

Cici s is consistently good pizza. I have dropped in numerous times for a slice, a pizza, and from time to time, just some garlic bread to accompany the meal I cooked at home (I ve run out of bread a time or two ). It s a reliable neighbourhood pizza shop.

The veggie was NOT good! Couldn t even finish it.

I ordered 33 dollars of food and hand to call them the frys were cold under cooked chicken wings over cooked and my god the pizza was so under cooked so doughy and soggy....so I called them...yes they did send another over for courtesy to replace my order. ..I also sent my order back and hopefully they leaen from this experience. I DONT think Ill be ordering again

This was by far the most mediocre pizza and wings I ve ever had. I was craving pizza and wings and happened to be in the area. I was intrigued by the reviews, but beyond disappointed by the food. The pizza and were wings were dry as hell and tasteless. How s that even possible? Wishing everyone who gives this place a try a better experience. I know I won t be giving it a second chance.

I cant recommend this humble, family owned and operated pizza and wing joint- the Crown Jewel of pizza in Parkdale- enough. I picked up a medium pepperoni pie with ten PERFECT chicken wings for $22 with tip and- GASP!- there was ABUNDANT, deliciously greasy cheeeese on my pizza (you listening, Pizza Pizza?) and the ingredients they use in general are high quality. My food was hot and perfect and fully cooked. Highly recommended! Edit September 07 2023: Madonna, Mia! Whotta PIE! Stopped in on a hot evening, ordered a large 3-topping, came out piping hot, PERFECT, with a dipping sauce and tip it came to just $20. Yeah. You heard me lol ...thanks Diana, Noelle and Sylvia. Delicious An edit AGAIN June 01 2024... Honestly, this establishment never disappoints. Their pies are, to quote Jean Ralphio, Straight up de-LOY-cious!!! A real treat, great people, they create great pies. Thank you!

I hate to have to write this but I have to be honest. I just moved to Toronto from Chicago but my boyfriend is a Parkdale native. I found Cici s online and was shocked he s never tried, so I insisted we do so! We ordered combo #2 with the free delivery because we re in Parkdale (love that lol) We did half cheese half tomatoes, red onions and hot banana peppers. He was not a fan of the veggies half which was his half. So we ended up sharing the cheese half which was good but didn t leave much for us. I got my wings tossed in hot sauce, paid extra for a ranch that I didn t receive. However I did call about that and the lady on the phone was super nice and even offered to have the delivery driver bring it back. I didn t want the delivery driver to have to do all of that so she did take down our info and gave us a credit for 2 free dips next time (thank you, I really appreciate that) but the wings were so dry and tough and I m almost certain they were tossed in mild sauce not hot sauce :( I had to throw them all away unfortunately, there was no fixing the dryness (I really tried) Wedges were super yummy!

Been my favourite pizza place since moving to Toronto. Girlfriend had a tough day so request pizza as comfort food and added in the notes that she s was feeling down so make with love the moment i got in and told them the order name they asked how she was doing super genuinely. they put a cute note in the pizza box and on the wedges ordered as well as included a free salad. absolutely made her day, the pizza was amazing (especially considering the price), and i ll be sure to only be going to Cici s. best staff, best za

It was my first time trying CiCi s pizza. Got the combo. Love the fries and wings. Small thin crust pizza was too salty. Interesting that a pizza places best items were not the pizza but sides. Maybe i was unlucky. Will try again!

We ordered Cicis for take out pizza night a while ago and although it was good m, the pizza appeal sucked. Im giving you guys five stars on Google for the food, service and speed, but the pizza itself is realistically kind of like a 5 out of 10 because half of our toppings were on the right side of the pizza. It didnt slide over. It was designed that way, very sloppy. My $0.02: Train the pizza staff better. Divide the toppings and out them evenly across the entire pizza. Overall pizza was ok, and crust was ok, but the aesthetic pizza appeal was missing. Hope you improve and keep crushing it in 2024.

The food was good, but the service was AMAZING! Nowadays its hard to find places that they actually care. When my husband went to order, he asked for the fries earlier if possible because i was really HANGRY. The server said it might not be ready much earlier but if it does, he will let us know. But my husband left to come back and sit in the car. When the fries were ready, the server came out in the cold winter day, and searched in the street to find our car, just to bring us the fries since they knew I was super hungry Thank you and you made my day!

An absolute neighborhood favourite, hands down! Prices are awesome, and given the cost of living as is currently, a whole pie or a both priced at a fantastic level suiting my budget. Counter service never fails to be impressive. What more can be said! Theyre all very friendly despite a fast paced environment, with regular stream of calls coming in. Just had an issue with an order understandable on a Friday and I was given options (including full refund) to make things right. You gotta appreciate that and tip your cap when you can....so here I am. Great food, regardless

Picked up a couple of pizzas on a busy night. They are a bit delayed and had to wait a bit. They set it right and took care of us. Good service, price is on point and pizza was mad tasty. Get you some.

Got the walk in deal (large 1 topping pizza for $11.85) and it was DELICIOUS. The dough was super fresh and yummy and overall was scrumdiddlyumptious - Not to mention it was HUGE. Workers were so queer friendly to me and my partner and the environment was super welcoming :)! Definitely will be eating here again.

For context, they left the pizza at the door. No knock or anything. Pizza was great, be it cold. Wings were overseaoned and salty AF but still good. Would order again but do pickup

Grabbed a slice to go a few days ago and it was very disappointing. Crust was super thin and burnt, hardly any cheese at all and only 2 pieces of pepperoni. Looked absolutely nothing like any of the photos everyone else has uploaded, so maybe they were just having an off-day? Id be willing to update/change my review if the slices are better next time I go there.

Good is great and a reasonable price

Cicis Pizza is without a doubt my favorite pizza joint in Toronto. They often go far beyond the call of duty and often make me a special large 5x pepperoni pizza, (not on the menu), without judging me! The front desk/cash staff all have great sense of humor and I always have a good laugh when leaving with my order. Speaking of orders, the lemon-pepper wings are absolutely To-Die-For. They also have a homemade hot-honey sauce for the pizza, (be sure to order it), that is so good that, Im often tempted to drink it straight from the little plastic container like a shot of tequila. You definitely wont be disappointed if you order from Cicis!

When youre living in parkdale, this is the spot.

Ordered a large Gunnars Pizza last night, and it was (and still is!) absolutely delicious. They were 100% accommodating when I requested it without chicken, and substituted a generous amount of sun-dried tomatoes. The crust is wonderful and colossal, and to prevent my backside from becoming less wonderful and more colossal, I removed the crust edges and will use them to make a breakfast egg strata. Highly recommended!

One of the best pizza places in the city. A hidden gem.

The pizza slice was great. Many places sell leftover (from canceled orders) or day old pieces. Cicis serves fresh slices that can take reheating. Lovely burnished crust with pillowy interior. Nice ratio of ingredients to sauce to base. Imaginative ingredients. Courteous service and no bums rush to eat up and dash.

Got a pepperoni slice pizza. Big slice for only $3.25! Loved it! Perfect amount of cheese and pepperoni. I will come back and get a whole pizza next time.

From all the things I ve heard about CiCi s, my first time was very underwhelming. The pizza was decent but getting thick crust was a very bad idea. Some of the crusts were almost half the pizza. I would probably recommend the thin or normal crust. I ordered the honey garlic wings on the side and those were just as you d expect. Also avoid making the same mistake as me. I wanted garlic dip and inputted garlic on my pizza. Though it was my mistake, I wish they could ve called me to confirm my order when I ordered online. Might do a walk in next time to try a slice in store but for now, I will not be ordering online for delivery. Also I was told Parkdale M6K would be free delivery but the website said $2.00. Not a big amount but good to know.

Ordered 3 topping large pizza here today and it was so good! Love the little sweetness of the dough, the sauce that is not sour (like at the most pizza places), toppings taste great too! Especially for this price! Honestly, I dont understand how the owner can keep prices so low and have such a great quality pizza! I didnt have any issues with staffs attitude, as it was mentioned in many negative reviews. I came in too early for my order and received a part of it (fries) right away and the rest (pizza and drinks) just a few minutes later. I will definitely order here again when in the neighborhood! Ordered from CiCis for the first time to support local and I was they did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious! We ordered the spicy Hawaiian and a regular pepperoni with wings and wedges. Great service from the workers there, always such a comforting environment when the workers just stare at you from a distance for a minute when youre trying to order food and then walk away in the middle of taking my order. Guy with glasses has a serious staring problem (might need to get the checked out) and the girl seems to be grumpy for some reason (also need to get checked out). I wanted to support a small business but if this is what they offer, might as well go eat at 241 pizza.

Cicis is one of my favourite pizza spots in the city! The story behind Cici s really captures what makes the food scene in our neighbourhood so special. While this pizzeria has been around since the early 1990s, no one really knows exactly who or when it started. The current owner, Diana Hyunh, says that Cici s was opened by Vietnamese immigrants. It was sold around the Vietnamese community until it landed on my parents in 2008, Diana says. Minh and Kim ran the shop until 2016. They ve retired, but they love to work so they re still around. Many of the slices at Cici s have great neighbourhood stories behind them. Gunnar s, a pizza with a pesto base with chicken, mushrooms and garlic, was actually invented by a customer. It s actually named after a local guy that lives down the street, Diana explains. Augustino s, which has pepperoni, mushrooms, bacon crumbles, hot pepper, black olives and chilli flakes, is named after a man who used to run a bike shop down the road from Cici s. He has since passed away, but his pizza is delicious, Diana says. Diana has always thought that Parkdale was an underrated neighbourhood. There s such a community here, she says. Everyone says hi and we all seem to know each other.
