A neighborhood gem the pizza is absolutely amazing I would have posted Pic but its gone now . I had The King, it was delicious with perfectly proportioned ingredients on a perfectly crisp thin but not too thin crust. The was delicious and I have no doubt everything else on the menu is. Delicious food, phenomenal service. Only warning is DON T ORDER THROUGH HUNGRY PANDA - THEY ARE A SCAM. They overcharge several dollars then place your order through skip the dishes which caused so much confusion ordering online. Again, the restaurant is 10/10, but do not use the hungry panda app to order. Food

Hello, everyone! I just wanted tell you about this amazing pizza place in Toronto near Eaton park! It was very delicious and high quality pizza! We ordered one medium pizza for both. Portion was very good and very fresh! We enjoyed the atmosphere in this cafe, owner is very polite and kind, and everybody who works are very helpful with nice service! 100 % recommended this cafe, who wants got high quality food with high service!!!

Food was excellent, but my wife lost $100 we called the next day, the owner answered and was happy because he found it, and was waiting for us to call. This world still good and has honest people.

I ve came here twice, and the owner is always so kind and welcoming. The food here is honestly the best. Tastes so fresh and packed with flavour. My usual order is the half zaatar and half cheese with the toppings of my choice. I also get the lentil soup which is so warm and delicious. Definitely recommend coming here!!

What can I say about this place, it s absolutely delicious. If you want to eat something filling and fresh this is the place to come. There are different options all made with fresh ingredients. Armenian pizza, cheese, zaatar you can also choose meat which is so yummy!

Finally got a chance to try this place. The owner was SO welcoming and good in helping us decide what to get. We ended up with an Armenian version 2 and it hit the spot! The soujouk was the perfect blend of spices and the experience was great. Will return!

Their pizzas are loaded with cheese and have a local taste and look to them. I was hoping for vegan pizzas as well but they don t have any, however, I tried their Mish Mash which is a flat bread wrap made with Zaatar with a mix of veggies (and other topings of your choice) and I really liked it. Great local experience overall!

Mamajoun has a nice selection of Middle Eastern bakery. The place is small but it has great customer service

Best lahmajoun I ve had in Toronto so far. Absolutely worth a try!

It was delicious and the staff was lovely and kind. Very small. We called ahead to make sure they had a seating area. Not really a fully dine in option but it worked for the small lunch break we needed. The price was also very good.

Incredible Armenian food here, the lahmajun is so yummy and they even offer a lahmajun pizza which looks great. The Papajoun is a favorite, especially topped with cheese and soujouk. Delish! They also have a variety of imported Armenian foods along with frozen food to take home like soujouk, basterma, and packages of lahmajun. Highly recommend, we always make a point to stop here when in the area

Liked the freshness and the taste of lahmajo at this place. The service was quick and friendly. I bought the papajun (meat lahmajo) and the cheese lahmajo last week. Killed them both at one shot. Liked the test very much. Would recommend to try for sure. authentic and freshly made at the spot.

Tried soujouk( middle eastern beef sausage) & cheese wrap. When wrap was pressed in panini grill, it was crunchy at the same time soft enough to enjoy as a wrap. I chose olives, tomatoes, onion, pickled turnips for filling and it worked out great. Picked up 3 fresh zaatar pizza to go($6.50). Once I got home, added chopped onion, tomato, ham and cheese & made into simple pizza. It was a great summer patio lunch. Sesame herb paste from zaatar really gives unique nutty flavour & thin crust pizza makes such a light dish! Also bought Mohamara sauce($5) to go. This walnut & pepper dip was fantastic. Am planning to toast pita bread or I can just reheat zaatar pizza, cut into small peaces and dip in Mohamara.

Mamajoun is a place Ive wanted to try since they first opened. I finally got around to it! The place is part restaurant, offering Armenian pizzas and more, and part grocery store. Offerings include preserved meats and preserved fruits (jams) of all types. Our meal started with an order of Mante (beef dumplings). It was served in a tomato sauce with yogurt and spices. It was a great way to start our meal. Other choices included the Papajoun and the Armenian Pizza, both suggested by Mirhan and both delicious. The Papajoun was a flatbread pizza with ground beef, spices, and a red pepper paste. We added some hot peppers. It was folded and toasted, giving it a nice texture. Yummy! The Armenian Pizza was topped with soujouk (an Armenian sausage), beef, onions, tomato sauce, and cheese. The crust was good and the pizza was delicious! Their delicious food was very enjoyable! Thank you, Chef Mirhan!

Unfortunately since I dont live in the area Ive only been able to come here twice so far, but it will always be in the back of my mind moving forward whenever Im in Scarborough. The food tastes excellent and is freshly made, at a reasonable price given the quality and care that goes into it. The owner is also very friendly and helpful which goes a long way with any small business. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody in the area who needs something quick to eat but wants something better than your typical fast food garbage.

Our go-to for super thin slice armenian pizza. So much flavor, always fast and fresh, and the owners are awesome. Pretty much everything weve tried there has been incredible! I promise you you wont be disappointed!

Delicious food. Special options you can t find anywhere else in the city. Tons of options for vegans and vegetarians. I enjoyed it so much that I took their catering menu. The staff are all so caring. Very good people. Worth driving to all the way from the west end. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Finally got the chance to try an Armenian joun and pizza and I think everyone needs to try this. I drive and ordered the joun wrap with thyme spread and an Italian sausage and peppers pizza. The pizza was great but the star of the show was definitely the joun wrap. So flavourful it was almost overwhelming! The herb spread was absolutely delicious with the beef and the mint helped temper all the strong flavours. Also tone is olives and pickles on mine which is a win. The pizza was solid too, I like the thinner crust with emphasis on the toppings. Will come back to try more jouns

Owner is very chill, funny and kind. Bought a Large The Armenian pizza, it was on a thin crust baked perfectly. The beef topping leaves a savoury taste, definitely would come back for this pizza again. Oh and the Yan apple juice is something I d recommend as well. It s not the same as store bought juice. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely excellent!

Had a Mish Mash (Zaatar + olives), topped with the everything + garlic sauce. The mint leaves were super refreshing, and every bite popped with flavour from the pickled turnips and seasonings. Pressed and grilled make it nice and crispy, so much fun texture contrast. The owner is super friendly and chatty. I found out they carry vegan soujuk as a topping, youll have to ask for it!

We called today and ordered a medium Armenian pizza, which was a perfect size for 2 people plus leftovers. We arrived within 20 minutes of placing our order and it was already prepped. The staff member was warm and friendly, and the space is lovely. There are a range of prepackaged items you can purchase. They even had bags of specialty coffee and an Armenian vegan cookbook available for purchase. The pizza itself was *so good* - I love the flavours in the soujouk and beef. I cant wait to go back.

I love discovering food from different cultures in Toronto and I always wanted to try Armenian food. Just a little while ago I finally got to try out this place which is an Armenian pizzeria that specialize in Mediterranean flatbreads and baked goods. They are known for putting a new twist on an old middle eastern favourite: Lahmajoun (Arabic) -which translates to meat on dough/bread. I got to try Mamajoun (Lahmajoun) - fresh ground beef, tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley and red pepper and the Hummus - chickpeas, tahini, garlic, cumin, olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Growing up in the east end of Toronto, I always passed by this place and have no idea how I missed it! I recently stumbled upon this business on Yelp Canadas 100 Places to Eat in 2021 (#58). I highly recommend trying out the Mamajoun and to try other traditional options, special to Armenia. I especially enjoyed the hummus as it was very fresh and you can tell they use quality ingredients. There is so many variety here and Im definitely going back to try other side dishes and flatbreads such as the zaatar, mishmash, eetch, babaghanouj, mohamara and salads. They have options that are vegan/vegetarian and make everything from scratch. Make sure to check them out.

Best lahmajun in the city in my opinion.

I was about to order the Italian sausage for my Papajoun wrap and my guy says no don t do that . I m glad I took his advice because the Soujouk recommendation was delicious. We also tried the pizza, no complaints it was great. Really good service too. It s a shame I live about 45 minutes away because I d come here weekly.

Our family came for late lunch on a Saturday. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, as it was our first time there, answering our questions, giving us pointers on whats popular and the types of toppings that would go well with the different types of protein. Had a Papajoun base with sujuk, and braised beef with cheese base. No photos because it was too delicious to wait!

I was wowed with my first visit - brought a friend and we both tried the mish mash joun with soujouk (Armenian sausage), which was made to order and pressed after toppings were added. I only needed to add a few olives and fresh toppings because the mishmash on its own was incredibly flavourful with zaatar, tomato paste, and other ingredients. I also tried the lentil soup - loved the pita and garlic chips that came with it. The soup had some rice as well. The service was friendly and warm. They offer dips and pantry items such as meals to go, freshly made dips (like hummus, babaganoush, and muhammara) and spices. Take out only.

Wish I had taken photos, the food looked as good as it tasted. I have been meaning to stop by for a couple of years and Im glad they survived covid shut downs. Very happy I finally did, many of thier items are made in house and counter staff are super helpful. I ordered BABAGHANOUJ and 2 pizzas; Greek and the Armenian. Both were delicious, my son was very happy with the Armenian. The ghanouj was not like the stuff you get in store, its fresh made people! Will be back to try the Joun next time.

Mamajoun is the place to be. Get all your traditional Armenian delicious foods all in one place. One of the best Lahmajouns in Scarborough. Competitors are decent, but they dont compare, as the ingredients here are different and very traditional and tasty. They also have Zaatar (Manahish) , Cheese and a large variety of other delicious items. Please show them your support. Mihran is also a very nice guy and generous too. 5 stars!

WOW is all I can say!!! I came here one day on a whim from Vaughan, and was immediately greeted with the owner; extremely warm and inviting! He took his time to show me the menu, and how it works, showed his shop and then finally I ordered into 4 of his Armenian pizza wraps... DELISH!!! Wish we knew about this place sooner!! Great quality, fresh ingredients, authenticity in flavours and textures, unique combinations and sauces, and excellent friendly service!!! Was very surprised that staff were not wearing masks. The Armenian pizza is tasty, but greasy and salty. Pizza is also expensive compared to other restaurants with the same or higher quality.
