Real Japanese Ramen Restaurant on 2057 Yonge St
Had a great lunch here on Sunday. Unfortunately I accidentally left my gloves behind. However the amazing staff had bagged them up and put the date down, so I was able to reclaim them when I went back today. Thank you so much!
Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a wonderfully authentic ramen shop. One of my favourite places for ramen in Toronto. The pork broth has rich smoky flavours and is a very delicious satisfying bowl of ramen. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
Food was great. The ramen is tasteful and flavourful. I would recommend the Shio Ramen. Reasonable price as well.
We came here about a year ago and hoped that another visit would change my opinion.... and it has! I had the Miso lunch special and my mother had the breaded pork. The miso broth was creamy and with lots of umami and the noodles were bouncy with just the right amount of chew. The chashu pork was tender and the dumplings were a nice accompaniment. Although the breaded pork was tender, it could have sat in the strainer for a minute longer as it was a tad oily. However the star of the show was the ramen and it was far better than our first visit.
Hokkaido Ramen Santouka in Toronto is absolutely wonderful! The food is delicious, perfectly seasoned, and paired with the company of incredibly pleasant people. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back every day!👏👏👏👏👏👏☺️
For Ramen lovers 🍜, Santouka is definitely one of the best options in the neighborhood. The restaurant is very organized, has great service from all employees, has a cozy atmosphere and the food is delicious. The menu is quite varied, with starters, hot dishes and the house specialty, Ramen. They have beer and drinks to accompany your meal. In addition to serving in the restaurant, they also offer take-out and delivery. The prices are not out of line with the average restaurant in the area, especially since the dishes are very well served. For customers who need assistance with disabilities, the restaurant has an accessible entrance, access ramp and adapted toilet. For those who go with children, there are high chairs. Santouka is close to bus stops and Dasville metro station.
This is a good place to get good ramen. We came here on a Saturday at 4 pm. The place looked like it could accommodate around 20-30 people but it was not busy when we arrived. The staff were welcoming. They have great customer service. We did not wait long for our food. We got the Toroniku Kara-Miso Ramen (about $24) and the Miso Cha-Shu Ramen (about $20). We also ordered extra mushroom and bamboo shoots (about $2 each), and takoyaki (a little over $4). The Toroniku Kara-Miso ramen broth was rich and flavourful with just the right amount of spice, and the pork cheek was very tender. The Miso Cha-Shu Ramen basically had the non-spicy version of the kara-miso broth and had pork belly as the protein. The pork belly was well seasoned and tender. However, the noodles did not have enough chew for us. The mushrooms and bamboo shoots made up for the lack of chew from the noodles, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND having the additional bamboo shoots. For me, It had that smell of bamboo shoots that came from a can. The bamboo shoots that is already included in the ramen is just the right amount. They had appropriate portion size. The extras we ordered were enough to be shared by 2 people. Overall it was a good dining experience.
Amazing experience for the taste buds. I got the spicy veggie ramen, which was very tasty, hearty and has a unique flavour that differs from other spots I have tried. My partner got the spicy pork, which he said was one of the best he has tried in town. Definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys a good bowl of ramen.
Great food
My 6th time.
Best ramen shop in Toronto. Served just like how I had it in Hokkaido Japan, the northern most island. Very authentic. Most staff are from Japan and are very friendly.
Wow. Just thank you!
The atmosphere at Santouka is very inviting. The food is amazing and the service is quick and professional!
Outstanding!!! The food is very very good. Staff is super friendly. We had the wasabi gyoza and wasabi beef and the salmon avocado tartar. Plus the pork cutlet. All of them were fab. And the prices are very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend. Food
This place always has solid food. Best ramen in toronto hands down! Love their saba and their ice cold beer.
Authentic and tasty ramen
Great ramen at fairly convenient location.
Not Authentic Japanese Ramen at all. No matter from the soup, noodle and the Cha Shu
A bit surprised by all the excellent reviews. A friend and I visited for the first time tonight and ordered Kara-miso ramen and it was really mediocre.
Very good!!!
Maybe I got it on a bad night, or just got unlucky based on the other reviews. But this is some very mid ramen. Nothing wrong with it, but just very meh. Same with the spring rolls.
Food was okay - but my friend and I both got terrible food poisoning. Would not recommend!
Had a great miso ramen , good service
Such a great place for ramen... We tried the tofu starter, veg ramen and cheesecake and everything was perfect!
Best ramen Ive ever had. Love that they offer different sizes too! Gyoza were also delicious.
Of course, its a Japanese ramen shop. delicious. It might be more delicious than Santoka in America. There is also a limited menu, so the deliciousness will not disappoint. We also have a wide selection of original appetizers. Of course, it can also be used as a pub.
Amazing food
On the description they said that I should have got 5 pieces of meat in my ramen, I got 2. And those 2 pieces were 80% fat. Really? The fish cake is small and miserable and everything has very strange and old smell
You will always receive warm welcome when you arrive and thanks and farewell in Japanese when you are leaving the restaurant. They have a variety of hot, dipping and chilled ramen as well as some other foods. Love their homemade Japanese pickled vegetables and perfect gyoza dumplings that are crunchy at the bottom and soft at the top. Their food tastes fresh, good and made from the scratch. They have some interesting deserts, too. I do not feel rushed out of the restaurant. They have a great jazz music playing in the background, very relaxing. Great service, too - they really set the bar high with their wonderful staff! They also have punch-cards and you can earn free gyoza, ramen or some other food. 10/10!
Hokkaido Ramen Santouka in [location] offers an authentic taste of Japan with their delicious shio ramen that rivals those in Japan itself. The broth was rich and perfectly balanced, complementing the noodles and pork slices wonderfully. Service was impeccable, with attentive and polite staff who ensured a comfortable dining experience. The restaurant was impeccably clean, from the tidy restroom to the hygienic kitchen, reflecting their commitment to quality. Overall, dining here was a delightful reminder of Japan, making it a must-visit for anyone craving genuine Japanese ramen and hospitality.
Best ramen Ive had in Canada. I had the toroniku shoyu ramen and it was absolutely phenomenal. Will be back soon
Good ramen. Restaurant looked a bit slow in Sat. lunch time though. Vegan ramen almost hit 20 dollars, a bit pricy. Vegetarian options: Vege ramen
Good Tsukemen (Separated soup and noodles). Felt like back to Japan.
We came to this location with excellent experience from its downtown restaurant. Ramen are awesome as always! Soup piping hot which is even better. Staff are polite, cheerful, attentive and fast. We are all satisfied. Thank you for the great quality food and service!
My favourite Ramen/Noodle restaurant, but every time there s something else surprisingly good too. Don t forget to explore their appetizer and dessert menus!
Amazing ramen. Its the best Ive had in Canada. Good menu options,, and friendly staff.
Great choices for ramen, though on the saltier side. Lots of options for toppings, at an additional cost. Patio seating is available, great for the warmer weather!
They play nice jazz and they have nice tsukemen
Was good
mid
Taste so much better (compare to other ramen franchises) and love the variety of appetizer options. You can ask less salty if you care about sodium .
I generally avoid eating ramen because it can be hit or miss. Good ramen is hard to come by and bad ramen taste like a good quality pack of instant noodle. Arrived at 9pm to Hokkaido Ramen Santouka to a quiet restaurant. Its a smaller store that seats about 30-40 tops. They have a rather large menu with many options and toppings for an added cost Decided to go for the Spicy Tsukemen $19.50) which is a ramen dipped in a concentrated broth. Noodles are served cold and broth is served hot. The dish itself was not very good. I couldnt make out what the soup base was. The fermented bamboo (menma) and vinegar overtook the dish. For a lack of better comparison, it tasted like noodles being dipped in a spicy pickle brine. The noodle were poorly done as it was hard, bland and had no chew to it. In my opinion, the noodles were undercooked. The egg was cooked perfectly. Jammy and not runny. There is only one single person washroom making it inconvenient if it were to get busy. Overall, would not recommend.
Great ramen, good service and a nice atmosphere. Absolutely no complaints!
The veggie ramen lunch special is delicious and the service is friendly, helpful and efficient. Love this place!
Great new place...I feel we will become regulars...love the broth rich and delish! Had a pint of Sapporo and a ramune....(Japan summer festival vibes)the Ramune lemonade...with the marble gimmick.... Tried the shiyou ramen...with extra veges Also order the yuzu cheesecake and rice balls (Hanami Dango) Was delish will be back often...as just moved to the area...
I had the ramen with pork. I like a moist, tender, fatty piece of pork. It was an overcooked dry hunk of pork. The broth was delicious. The server was lovely. The seating could be more comfortable. The pork . Id try it again at another location. Pass on the pork though.
the good ramen place in this area!
After a brutal day of moving, we stumbled our way to this joint, relying on nostalgic memories and a hope that it hadn t gone downhill like so many other places post-pandemic. To our delight, the service was friendly and attentive, even better than the downtown location. (I know, downtown location is normally busy, its luxury to expect the such) Off to a good start! Skeptical about whether the food quality had taken a nosedive, we played it safe with the classics: Salmon Cutlet, Shoyu Ramen, and Shio Chashu Ramen with butter (dont judge me). If theres one of few things to dent, the menu booklet was a bit cluttered, not the streamlined selection I remembered. But onto the important stuff, the food! The soup base was just right, with a comforting pork aroma. It wasn t as sweet as I remembered, but it still hit the spot. The chashu (sliced meats) was thinner than before but not disappointingly so as Ive seen in many other places recently. And the butter? It added a lovely richness to the Shio ramen, perfect for those who like a bit more depth. If not, the Shio s mild yet rich flavor and the Shoyu s robust kick will more than suffice. Now, the salmon cutlet was a pleasant surprise. Thick, tender, and devoid of any fishy smell, it was akin to a well-cooked chicken breast, only better. Santouka proves that corporate-owned restaurants can maintain quality and standards. While so many others have let us down big time, this place remains a reliable refuge for ramen lovers. Its a place Id revisit in a heartbeat. Vegetarian options: Vegetable ramen available Dietary restrictions: Gluten, please be advised for soy-sauce based offerings Parking: There are green p lot and on the street Kid-friendliness: Yes they could enjoy :) Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow entrance and hallway could be a bit of challenge to manoeuvre around
The best place to eat ramen in Toronto!! The salmon tartare was so delicious and the ramen was so delicious.
So I ordered the fried chicken and ask for the sauce. When I pay the bill there is 50 cents charge. I m ok with paying just not happy about that they did not mention the sauce is extra.
I liked the food. The menu does a fairly good job of warning what may be in different orders. I came to eat soft things here ( I have braces). I had difficulty eating the egg noodle vege ramen. Ill try the kale noodle instead next time. The temperature of the ramen was too much for my tooth sensitivity. It would be nice if a smaller portion was offered ( I left two 3rds of my ramen uneaten even though it was enjoyable) Ill likely try it again after I get the braces out, or if I do take out. Vegetarian options: Limited variety: There was really just one vegetarian ramen option (that you would want to augment with side dishes / extra toppings). Tastes good.
Very good. The Kara-miso is my favorite.
Santouka branch in Vancouver tasted wayyy better. Service was fine and friendly. Food was bland - the broth lacked flavour. We ordered miso ramen and shio ramen. It didnt hit my ramen craving. One of the two pieces of chashu was good but the other wasnt (it was a bit tough). Probably wont return again at this price point.
Disappointed at flavourless vegetarian ramen and so few vegetarian choices. It s okay but I ve had better ramen. Agree with previous poster that the santouka in Vancouver is better
Very good establishment, they greet you in Japanese when you enter and leave. The food is authentic and the experience and environment is quite homey. I recommend this to anyone who would like to fill their tummy for cheap. Also there s a lunch special, so yummy.
Great ramen, great appetizers like the pork cutlet and karrage chicken. Their rice flour ball dessert with melted sugar is also great! Staff disappears at times. Food
I tried their seasonal dish ginger ramen and it tasted excellent. The broth was full of ginger taste. The other ramen was shoyu pork ramen which was good too. The gyoza was average. Too starchy.
Love this place service is really attentive and the foods are consistently good! Id say its a slightly bit more salty than Sensotei place, but more flavors in soup for sure. Japanese desserts here are really good, you must try.
The food was amazing! But just one server was managing an extremely busy time and we got to know that the management only have one server taking orders, seating, managing customers, taking and delivering food to the tables regardless of the busyness or time. They need to think humanely, and invest in the business and their staff so it feels good for us to come back. The food and even that server s service was great!!
Parking: Green P Food
best ramen in the neighborhood! and theres a few now. the kara miso ramen is fantastic
Place is great. Some of the best Ramen in Toronto. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Loved the atmosphere here excited to come back again.
We really like what we ordered today. A negi meshi combination with shio ramen and a toroniku starter. Everything is perfect! The soup base is flavorful and rich. The noodle is just right for the softness. And the toroniku is really soft and taste even better when soaking into the soup. I think this is the best ramen store in Toronto!
Life pro tip: are you here with a friend or loved one, and you both want to order extra toppings? Perhaps some corn, or butter, as recommended (rightly!) by the menu? Order one set of extra toppings and split it. Extra toppings come on a little side dish, and are quite plentiful. Unless you really want to eat an entire 3/4 cup of corn all by yourself, you will be fine with sharing. In general: love everything about the restaurant, from the cheery welcome, personal bag rack for your table, inventive Asian-inspired cocktails, Michelin-quality ramen, to the big thank you when you eventually leave.
My favourite ramen shop in Toronto. Truly authentic and amazing service
The atmosphere, music, staff and overall experience was 5 stars. The tofu stake was really good! however I wasn t the most amazed by the ramen itself. I think that the flavour has almost been Americanized to fit the public appeal it was not the most jaw dropping ramen but nonetheless it was good. 7/10 I d say! Give it a try though! To each their own and I do definitively recommend this place!
Order their Hanami Dango and the Yuzu Cheesecake, both were really good. Both were too pretty to eat.
everything was nice
I thought the place was very genuine, clean and professional. I really enjoyed the fresh ingredients and tasty Miso Ramen! Lovely experience.
Stopped for a quick lunch. It was pretty full which is always a good sign. Got their creamy broth ramen which was amazing! The broth was flavourful and their noodles were cooked to perfection. Also got a side of salmon croquettes which were so good with their homemade sauce.
Had their cha shu shoyu ramen, it was pretty good.
Small place, but nice. I got the shoyu, noodles were good with a nice bite to them and the broth was great, not too heavy and with great flavour. Came in once with a friend and another solo for a quick bite would recommend
Great Soup!however, they charged $1.40 for extra small green onion . Maybe it is price for uptown toronto!
Great Ramen and fantastic service. Nothing better than a cozy bowl of ramen in a friendly atmosphere on a cold day
Update 20230109: I come for a quick dinner with my daughter tonight. Warm greeting from the friendly servers to make a good start. They gave phenomenal hospitality service to give caring to my 8-year-old daughter by providing us a sofa seats, glass of water and extra cutley items to us. The shio soup base is delicious as usual. The taste is as good as Santouka in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Philippines. The noodles are improved compared with few years ago, closer with the other Santouka in Asia. Compared the one in downtown, I can get an hour free street parking from neighbour around. The interior is spacious and cozy. Staff are extremely nice. Well sure come often as one of our usual dining restaurant. For free 1-hr street parking, I recommend to park near Lola Road.
Great food (especially the small plates) and really great service. The servers were excellent, and made a great effort during a very busy service. My only complaint was that the seats near the door are exposed to the cold wind anytime the door opens.
Waited 20 minutes, not too bad. Ordered Ginger Ramen and Avocado Flitters. Ramen was full of ginger flavor. Soup was delicious but after finished drinking half of the soup, I was then thirsty for the whole day. Too much MSG?
Tsukemen that is hard to find in Toronto . I look forward to ordering. Tsukemen has arrived. The noodles are medium-thick, slightly yellow in color, and cooked just enough to have a chewy texture. Now, about Tsuyu. It looks just like I expected! When I mixed it with the noodles...aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhacious to find this is a lot spicier than I expected, its a bit salty. As a Japanese person, it was a little difficult for me. I ate it all, thinking that it would be good even if it was a little milder. However, the software service was good. I felt like I was in Japan, and the staff were very helpful. Check the toilet. The toilets were also well-cleaned.
The pork spicy miso ramen, tsukemen, fried chicken, takoyaki, and tartare were all delicious! The pork belly was very tender, and the spicy miso and tsukemen soup were rich. The fried chicken in particular is exquisite, with good seasoning, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside! The takoyaki was also crispy and delicious
Wow! wow! An amazing location that we came across on the way home! The staff were super friendly, the atmosphere was magical and the food fantastic! Thank you for an amazing meal and time! Worth a visit or several!
The service was very good. The food was delicious and very tasty. Great location too. Although its a little bit pricey.
Amazing ramen place! It was 50% off their regular ramen today and the place was packed but the service was still fast and the food really good.
I ordered tsukemen, the soup is so-so and only tasted like soy sourde with green onion oil. I expected the soup would be more thick. The most disappointed part was the customer service. When I was still sipping my drink, the staff came and asked if we want to order dessert or get the bill. There were 2 people in queue. The whole meal was around 30 mins and I saw they did the same way to the other table. I would feel better if they are less pushy.
Worst veggie option ramen Ive ever had, but the appetizers and drinks and vibes were great!
Ramen restaurant
Best ramen in the city
Not bad but not good
Best ramen in Toronto, hands down.
Best ramen ever!! So delicious, this is the Ramen spot, no doubt
Good Ramen. The chicken karaage is outstanding. Great Asahi Beer prices.
Delicious Ramen but Karage was a bit salty!
Very nice ramen, good kitchen, really nice servers. Would wish the ramen was fresher but it must be hard as it comes from Japan. Preferred it to the Pho places I have gone and it is about the same price @$17 for a large bowl.
This is one of my favorite ramen places in Toronto. They have many vegetarian options that are very tasty. The atmosphere here is very welcoming. Moreover, they have very yummy drinks.
Pretty average ramen. Good atmosphere and service was okay - took a while to get served after we were seated but rest of the night was good. The tsukemen was not that great though; the broth was very slippery? to the point where it didn t even stick to the noodles.
Great service, you can order regular or large size ramen. The option to get a smaller size is great. I got spicy veggie ramen with kale noodles and tofu on the side. Would definitely recommend, it was delicious.
Oishii desu yo! Tasty and delicious ramen, and you know its actually good as we saw lots of Japanese dining here.
pretty tasty
Was looking forward to a nice bowl of ramen but never got to have one. Walked in around 9 on a Friday and was totally ignored. Everyone saw me. Not one of the 4 staff acknowledge my presence or said that they d be right with me. After 5 minutes I walked out. Surprised by the poor service. I ve had much better in the past. Maybe having another ramen place opening a block N will improve things.
Santouka is one of the best ramen chains. Ramen is reliably hot and delicious. Highly recommend the karamiso ramen if you like it spicy. Service is very friendly. It can get busy during peak hours, and if you have a small party you may be seated at the shared table in the middle.
Modest Ramen outlet in mid town toronto. Good veggie broth. Tofu steak was good and fresh. Hanami Dango is a different but good dessert option. Slightly expensive for the ramen options but still a go to.
Party of 7. Very friendly servicrl. Provided options for diet restrictions.
Extremely warm staff, wonderful environment, excellent food. Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian gyoza
Worst service
It was pretty good ramen! Loved it.
Staff were polite and ambiance was good. However, it took 30 minutes for my ramen (house signature) to arrive which was not ideal. There was nothing special with it. Although, the pork katsudon was good.
Went there for late lunch (around 1:30pm) Ordered combination (i got Cha Chu combo and asked for less salty) Food was good and service was nice.
I went to this ramen shop with my wife and two daughters. The ramen was excellent. The wait staff are also nice and friendly. You can order different sizes of ramen bowls depending on how hungry you are, which is great because my daughters weigh less than a 100lbs so they can t eat a large bowl of ramen. The small bowl was plenty for them. We will be back again the next time we are visiting Toronto. Parking: We took an Uber and I m glad we did because all the parking spots on the street were taken.
Ordered through Skip. Food was very underwhelming. Ordered the Kara miso ramen with chasu; Noodles tasted like a pack of generic microwaveable dry noodles with similar texture. Chasu was below average and seemed boiled. Broth did not taste home-made or sastfying as you d expect of a bowl of ramen. Very little umami. -Also ordered the Nangi (fried chicken): It was very soft (no crips at all) and had a rubber like texture. Very disappointing.
My favorite Ramen chain in Toronto.
Their new cold noodle dish is 5/5. It tastes like Japanese + Vietnamese fusion. Highly recommended, especially on a hot day. On the special items menu, they have a wasabi roast beef appetizer. It was not bad, but I think the beef could ve been more tender. Their takoyaki is always a good choice, probably one of the best in TO. Great service and fair pricing. Santouka never misses! Kid-friendliness: High chairs available. Small rice bowls are also great for kids.
Ramen is good and tastes like usual Japanese ramen. I always order their gyoza to complement my bowl of ramen, and its as tasty.
Great Place for Ramen. The food is great but might want to book before arriving. The Fried chicken was the most tender chicken I have ever had. Do Try the chicken and pork ramen
Best spot for ramen. They cook their bone broth for 2 days, so their ramen is very rich in flavour and nutrients. Cute little spot too
I ve walked by this place many many times and have always wanted to try it. I finally gave in and made my take out order! I ordered the spicy veggie ramen ($19.05, around $2+ more than a meat option = $21.20 with tofu compared to a $16.95 for meat) and asked for tofu to be added since there wasn t any protein in there (extra $2.15). Since I ordered it to go I was charged a $1 to go fee. (What????) Honestly after spending $25 (totally NOT worth it for a veggie bowl) I m not sure I d go back again. The noodles were really nice but honestly I thought the rest of the bowl was just okay in comparison to some other restaurants where I ve tried ramen before. There was hardly any soup and the description on the menu lists that there s broccoli included but I received none. The service was also very slow. Maybe they were short staffed but I swear when I put my order through the gentleman said it would take minutes which turned into about 20+. There was even a lady sat in there with her family that was complaining because their order was taking so long to come out. Also a little shocked to find out it s a chain restaurant. Vegetarian options: very expensive, no protein included in ramen. $2 extra on top of base price
Its a nice little ramen spot with a good atmosphere and pleasant service. I thought the ramen flavours were good but not excellent. It seems to be a bit on the tame side of flavor. A bit on the pricer side for what you get. Overall, not a bad place. Food : 4/5
Good Japanese Ramen
Fantastic Ramen, one of the best I ever had.
Great location, fast friendly service. I ordered shoyu. Tasted ok, but the meat was bland and unappealing, like a lot of other Toronto ramen joints. Couldn t hold a candle to the beautifully seasoned and cooked ramens I m getting accustomed to in the US. It s a pass for me.
Hard boil egg? Are you be kidding me? I will never come and visit again. Also it got NOTHING with ramen. Food
The food was good and the service was really exceptional! The staff ensured we had everything we needed and didnt hesitate to provide. The presentation was good and overall the place was really well decorated, and I was pleased to have stayed there.
Love the Ramen! The staff is great and the atmosphere and decor is really nice too. The noodles are very fresh and tasty.
I had the vegetarian spicy miso ramen with an added egg. It was okay the broth wasn t something to write home about, the egg was cooked a tad too long (not jammy) and the celery was a bit too salty. The ramen are mostly pork-broth based, so if you don t eat pork, your options are quite limited to begin with. ¯\_( )_/¯
The noodles in the Shoyu Chashu ramen tasted very alkaline compared to other ramen stores. The egg that came with the Tsuke-men was hard boiled, which was disappointing and didn t seem that traditional. The only thing I liked was the portion of the Chashu. In terms of the service, it was not on par since they had insufficient staff, and we felt pretty left out the whole time when we needed their help. In terms of the atmosphere, we were offered a very small table and we didn t feel like staying there for a long time. Stay away if you are looking for a place for a gathering or just simply chitchatting with friends.
The place is what you want it to be. Relaxing, the food well was that good that I could eat the plate in order to not waste anything of that broth. My personal experience was miso ramen and hit ever spot possible and impossible. The jazz music at the back let s you enjoy a conversation or yourself. Love it. I ll be going there when craving ramen!
Great ramen. Delicious soup bases. Extra hot soup base, the way I like it. I got the miso ramen large size Food : 5/5
We were supposed to have only the lychee affogato but the cocktails looked delicious! The lychee Sakura one was perfect. The seaweed seasoned potato chips were also delicious, would recommend!
Is always a great time eating in here The servers are really helpful Is a little bit expensive, but still worth it Food : 5/5
Food here were great! Came really fast and with decent drink menu. Service was fast as well, but waiter kept trying to take our plates, even when we were in the middle of eating.
I like this ramen place. Good tastes and service.
Ramen is good, appetizers are unfortunately frozen. Would be great if both the dumplings and takoyaki were prepared fresh, would really elevate the dining experience. Service was great!
Lovely place! A bit crampted but overall very lovely. Good music, good food, it has wheelchair access. The service was excellent, too. They are patient and very friendly. I really liked that they had an option for smaller or larger portions of the dishes!
Always amazing. Love the food. Vegetarian options: They have vege ramen for none pork eater Food : 5/5 |
Great food and friendly service. It deserve five stars and come back again.
Ive tried this place 3 times now their soup base is pretty great, but its the noodles that arent doing it for me personally. Im not sure what it is, but they dont feel like they match the soup & they feel too a bit too stringy & a bit flavourless. However the staff are always friendly and location itself is very nice, I wish I personally liked their noodle quality more!
Im sorry for knocking over the water, I promise I wont do that again. I wasnt being careful and didnt look at my surroundings. Can you please forgive me. It wasnt on purpose, my elbow accidentally knocked it over. Please let me come again. Im sorry
Still my favorite ramen place in Toronto
Great ramens. Go for the Tantan men during the winter. The chef, Ryo is amazing. Food
One of my friends really love it, and constantly come to this place for 3 days. I have no clue ..
ramen was okay but the whole restaurant had a very unpleasant pork smell that made dining in not the best :( never experienced this before at a ramen place before
I really love ramen, and this is definitely the best ramen Ive ever had. Service was fantastic too.
Great place to get ramen! Small and busy place and seems understaffed (though service was good). Expect a wait! I got the ramen + small rice bowl combo. The karaoke-miso ramen was quite spicy with a flavourful broth and tasty toppings. The grilled salmon rice bowl was good but the salmon was a bit too dry. I highly recommend that you get a combo. They are only marginally more expensive than just a bowl of ramen and are much better value. The ramen portions are a bit small and you will definitely want to add extra toppings, so the ramen alone seems a bit overpriced
Fantastic spicy soy milk ramen.
I ordered the spicy miso barbecued pork ramen set, it s not spicy~ but very delicious
New favorite Ramen spot. Best lunch Ive had in a long time.
Great ramen, like in Dundas and Orange County, CA.
Slightly disappointed with the Kara miso tsukemen ramen. Ordered it to take out, the dipping soup was very very thin. Supposed to be much thicker. Other items such as the shoyu and shio ramen is great though.
As good and if not better than downtown location, as they offer more appetizers.
Toroniko toroniko toroniko. Must I say it again. Amazing ramen and get the toroniko. Your welcome.
Always get the spicy miso. It s nice that you can adjust the texture of the noodles and saltiness!
The menu is almost the same as Santouka in America, and the taste is just as good as what youd get in Japan. I feel like the service is better at American stores.
Authentic taste
