The food is so drenched in sauce that it feels like they’re trying to hide the flavors of the rest of the ingredients. Nothing tasted fresh and seemed like reheated frozen food.
Very friendly service to myself and my daughter and good food / smoothies. They have acai bowls as well which i intend to come back for.
The vegetarian kimchi bowl was excellent... The beef Bao... kind of a disappointment. In a city where braised beef and pork belly Baos our top rate this was just meh. Having said that, this is a franchise chain and I guess that's how they do it... It would be great if the bao buns were steamed for softness.... They tasted like they were just pulled out of a bag. Too much sauce for my liking. Very messy to eat..... And the beef was Garden variety... Could be better...
Reasonably priced overall. However, I’ve realized I’m not a fan of egg sandwiches when the bread isn’t toasted—it’s just too soft for me! If you’re like me, you might want to try something else instead, haha. I also tried the smoothie, which was okay. The wait time was about 15 minutes for two smoothies and two sandwiches—not terrible.
I had the avocado toast with egg. I heard so many positive things about avocado toast with egg from various sources. I gave it a try and I was not very pleased with the food. I found the avocado was a tragedy to waste and the egg was runny and raw which I felt uneasy eating and the sauce is not for me. It didn't live up to the hype. I was majorly disappointed and disgusted. I found the pink chai a very strange to drink. I think this place lives up to its name.. Bad Egg and I apologize but I have no return to this establishment and it was a time wasted for me to travel there.
Tried Bad Egg on Queen E this morning and had a great experience. Ordered the French toast, club and plain egg and cheese sandwiches, plus a Masala Chai. Everything was delicious and fresh and the staff were warm, and friendly. They even offered us free fries and coffee while we waited for the food. The absolute stand out though was the Masala Chai. Tasted like the real deal with real spices, not boxed chai syrup. It left a warm spice flavour and zing when I sipped it. I’ll go out of my way to come back for that for sure!
Very reasonably priced amazing breakfast sandwiches. Chicken and beef bao buns are delicious as well. They haven’t even been open a week and we’ve been back twice so that must say something good. However, the girls making the juice don’t know what they’re doing so had to sick em a star.
The food was well cooked just like I prefer. I tried Korean poutine chicken. The fries were freshly cooked. Korean sauce was top notch. Portion was huge. I love it.
Burger was delicious, service was fast. Cant ask for much more
The egg classic is the way to go! Will be back to try the bowls.
Excellent food, nice location:)
Wonderful new addition to the neighborhood! Unique mix of Japanese Egg Sandos, Chinese Baos and Korean Kimchi dishes, all served fast and fresh. The smoothies are great too!
Jaymeet great customer service

Egg drop BLT and a banana fruit smoothie. Delicious, filling and well priced. Friendly staff too! Great addition to the neighbourhood! Food : 5/5
Had the Kimchi rice bowl today and the bulgogi flavour was really well done. Dave and team are great, would come back again
Ordered the chicken and beef baos. There were hints of good flavour under the mountain of sauce that was drizzled over every part of the bao making them impossible to eat with out getting sauce on every part of your hand and face. The sauce drowned out whatever good flavour was present. I dont know why they did this. Meat was also lacking in quantity for the size of bao bun. Within 3 bites i had more than half the bao left and no more meat.
I got a smoothie ( chia berry ) and a Korean poutine. The experiment was amazing such a friendly girl named Kris at the counter beautiful smile and even gave me my drink at my table definitely going again!!!
I had the meet my lover and it was amazing! Id come back again and try the shrimp rice bowl. Food : 5/5
Amazing food! Great service. Loved the egg drop concept.
