Eating garbage is a dry transaction. What an order? It was a steak kebab and dried falafel. And we told them. They knew what he liked about the food, so they hung the phone in his face and the restaurant turned off. I do not recommend any treatment at all, but the husband goes and takes it from them

Love the vibes! As in Iraqi, I approve of this place. Food is authentic, cooked by Iraqi chefs, and the atmosphere is just homey- they re open late as well. Portions are absolutely HUGE, they gave out lentil soups and appetizers (as well as a free tea station). Would come back!

I ordered food for a party and paid almost 500 but food was bad, some of the food was burnt and stale. The staff was very rude and even thou I placed the order in advance I still had to wait for 20 mins. I would not recommend this place.

The food this restaurant serves is top notch! The salads are delicious and fresh, the falafel is amazing and the beef shawarma is one of the most flavourful Ive had - it melts in your mouth. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for delicious Iraqi food :)

I LOVE this restaurant!!! The service is phenomenal and the food is DELICIOUS. I 100% recommend this for everyone, especially if you re coming in from a different country like me. They provide you with joy on top of your orders, which I loved the most Vegetarian options: They provide and no individual has to worry:) Dietary restrictions: They are very aware, patient and respectful, which I find very rare in some restaurants. Parking: The parking has a great location with a lot of space which is amazing for big cars. There are many parking spots for all customers as well! Kid-friendliness: Amazing service for my kids! They approached them in a kind way and engaged really well. Wheelchair accessibility: One of my cousins had a great experience as a disabled human At other local restaurants, other customers complained, but here it was the total opposite! Everyone deserves to be treated equally.

The kabob, and chicken tikka were burned and extremely dry. The beef shawarma is mediocre at best. Overall a horrible experience, dont let the 5 star reviews fool you unless you like eating burned food with bread.

When you go to Barmakey, you dont expect 5 star service or a special atmosphere. What you do expect is very good tasting food. Everyone that Ive asked about Barmakey really likes their food and a lot of times we will go out of our way to eat there. You can sit inside or outside and enjoy your meal and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this place for good middle eastern food.

Great iraqi food

We came across this restaurant accidently in a unlikely industrial park location. We ordered several dishes from the menu right on the wall and above our table. Everything tested freshly made with generous portions. There is a beautiful bar, a patio with pool table and game room. Decoration is that of a dinner along with authentic woodcarved lamp posts. Having lunch here felt like dinning in a five star restaurant with the owner sending us complementary dessert and tea.

Got the Kabob and rice and eggplant. Ot was delicious. Eggplant is a mix of veggies and served cold with dressing. Really good and staff were nice.
