The Chana Bhatura and lassi were amazing fluffy bhatura, flavorful chana, and perfectly sweet lassi. Kratis excellent and professional service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Great food and amazing staff! Made me fall in love with the place since my first visit there. Aditi and Dhiren are amazing with their service and have some of the best Indian food in this side of the city. Great prices and gregarious staff. I became a frequent visitor since my first visit and will be going there for a long time. Also, they have a tiffin service with their delish food at a great price, a service not quite available in downtown Toronto. I am sure many people would benefit from that service.

Horrible. Got a 2 for 1 butter chicken deal on DoorDash and this restaurant gave me less chicken than should be in 1 butter chicken spread out over 2. There is literally less than 300 grams of chicken here. Stay away from these classic pindy scammers. Absolute disgrace.

I recently had the chance to try the butter chicken roti and I must say, it was a culinary delight. The roti itself was perfectly soft providing the ideal wrap for the rich and creamy butter chicken. The chicken was tender, cooked in a flavourful sauce that balanced spices and creaminess beautifully.

I tried placing an order on UberEats around 9:50 PM, well it clearly states that closing time is 10 PM. However, the restaurant showed as unavailable for orders. Its frustrating and misleading. When i called the restaurant and spoke to the girl, she was too confused and couldn t answer my question properly. This kind of inconsistency is disappointing and makes me hesitant to order from here in the future. Get your act together.

The service was incredibly slow, and the food was disappointing. The dishes lacked flavor, and portions were small for the price. The restaurant was also unclean, with dirty tables and sticky floors. Overall, a terrible dining experience that I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Definitely wont be returning.

To be honest I don t even feel that this place deserves even one star but there was no other option. The food quality is really bad. The oil they use to cook gives you after food digestion problems. Change the oil or change the food business.

They have transformed the whole place recently, we were extremely impressed with the vast snacks and food menu. We loved the masala dosa and pav bhaji pizza, Ishmeet the cook did an excellent job preparing it! We still in awe of this place

Masala Dosa was awesome. However, roti is just frozen which kinda lost me. Chai also average but ambience really good.

The sauce on the butter chicken is sweet and ketchup and the Samosa you could wring out the nasty rancid grease

Decent choices if bite size items/snacks, liked the concept and the taste of roti n curry, good taste and heavy portion and of course don t forget the lassi ! Although the lassi wasn t in traditional style it Stand out with its taste. Cheers to the team friendly staff

The butter chicken was barely filled. I used to go there and they used to give good portions. Not anymore. When I called them to confront them they told me I must be mistaken and they never got my order even though I was physically there 15 min before. Definitely not worth 18$ for one butter chicken roti. I will never go again.

We had their Signature Butter Chicken Roti and an order of the regular Butter chicken with rice. I asked for mild spice as I wanted to enjoy the food. It was absolutely DELICIOUS omg! We ate at 4pm and we were full til the next day! Super filling for sure! It was definitely a wonderful surprise. Can t wait to visit again.

I ordered on ubereats chicken curry with rice and roti I have never in my life ate Indian food this bad so tasteless and on top of that over priced and portions are so small. coming from non Indian person. I wouldnt eat it for free.

Ive been wanting to try this restaurant for some time and stopped in today for lunch with a friend. I ordered curry chicken roti and asked for no spice. It was ok, a little spicy still for my liking and lacking in flavour, I had to put salt on it for a quick fix. The table needed to be wiped down, we did it ourselves. The sever could have been friendlier given it was my first time.other than that the wait time was short, the establishment was otherwise clean. I did not visit the washroom. I may return to try the lamb curry.

Dropped by to have dinner with my buddies at the restaurant and surprised by the taste. We order mail kofta curry with roti and it s so yummy. I recommend this place from my frnds especially the service provided by staff and their friendliness makes me to go back to it again and again. I tried the chole chawal at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! The chickpeas were cooked just right and had a rich, flavorful gravy. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the dish had the right amount of spice to it. The portion size was generous, and the staff was very friendly. Ill definitely be coming back for more!

I visit Butter Chicken Roti very often and love their signature butter chicken. Visited on May 5th at about 9pm and ordered 2 signature butter chicken roties- one with roti on the side and one inside to go. The one with roti on the side was perfect, but, the roti wrapped one had all the chicken burnt so it was impossible to eat. I called the next day and explained the situation, they offered me a free drink and dessert next time I come in, I asked if I can have just one signature butter chicken remade instead to which they said that its against their company policy. The dish is almost $20 so the quality must match the price.

I ordered on Uber eats chicken tikka with potatoes. I received 5 piece of chicken and all gravy with no potatoes. Worst portioning I ve ever seen.

Was asked to pay $25 for a an item listed on the menu for $11.99, asked for the butter chicken poutine and wasn t given the option to put it on fries, girl at the till was either clueless or trying to scam me, food was good but very strange interaction

The food quality is subpar. Their food proportions do not justify the price at all. Their prices are more than all fast casual places out there but their paneer roti had 4 small pieces of paneer and chicken roti had 4 small cubes of chicken. Their food is just carbs and gravy and has no protein. Totally not worth it. Will not visit again.

We ordered aloo tikki, which could have been better in taste. They should serve it with less chick peas as size of the tikki seemed quiet small to me which is actually the main purpose of ordering it. Except that their restrooms could be maintained in better way. Restaurant had wet floor that nobody cared about. It wasn t busy at all so at least other things could have been taken care of meanwhile. To my surprise Can of pop was for 3.33$ which seemed not value for money at all to me. Parking: If you get a free street parking, I would say you are lucky or else you have to look for a paid parking if you want to dine in there.

Hidden Gem but a must try. While the location surely caters mostly to the George Brown Campus, if you are nearby, I highly recommend getting the signature dish at the least. Its amazing and packed full. Vegetarian options: Various Vegetarian Dishes, if you are not sure what something is, do ask the team there what things are made with, and youll find yourself trying something youve not before. The staff explains anything you want to know and are keen to offer a better experience here I find. Kid-friendliness: There is lots of seating downstairs and up, with a table to see many and bench style cubes upstairs.

Do not go unless you are high and couldn t find anything else to eat. There are better places in the area. I made a mistake.

I have often been to this place. But the Kind of service I received this time was top notch. The servers (Santosh and Aditi) were very friendly and professional. They customised the chana according to my taste palate. Santosh did beautiful plating and didn t treat me different bc I am a student. Aditi was very respectful and made sure to take feedback before I left. World love to go again.

Food itself was not so bad but it is definitely not for everyone. Even medium spicy is very spicy. So if you are not good with spices make sure tell them not to add any spices. They take Indian spices to a whole new level which is kinda unexpected in butter chicken

I visited Butter Chicken Roti as part of the Secret Food Tours with Yulia and it was delicious!! We had butter chicken with roti and were able to have the spice suited to our level. I m still thinking of how good the butter chicken was and wish I could recreate it myself! The portions were great, service was very efficient and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. This was my first time going to Butter Chicken Roti and I heavily underestimated the spice level! The roti was fresh and filled with the signature butter chicken. Im pretty good with spicy foods and chose the spicy hot level which I guess was too hot for me! Will go again and try their thali or butter chicken poutine!
