Apologies, I ate the food so fast I forgot to take pictures. The selection of food is good. I had a lemon chicken stew on rice that was absolutely delicious. The Oreo, marshmallow cookie was amazing as well. The prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend
Great place to grab a hot meal if you are in the area. I tried the schnitzel which was pretty good with a side of potatoes. Different items on the menu each day so I will be trying again.
I decided to try this place out. It’s close to my work. They open for lunch. And I went around 4:30. You have to park at the factory beside them. The place has takeout. I got the 1 protein and 2 sides for $15. The lasagna was a large portion and it was delicious. There was chicken rice which had lots of pieces of chicken mixed in. And mixed vegetables which didn’t fit on the container so he put it in another container. The server was very friendly. They are on Instagram showing you what’s on the menu for that day.
We tried it today for the first time. Schnitzel, chicken breast, roast potatoes. Everything was terrific! My wife put it best. She said “it is real food”. Not fast food with all the negatives that entails. The staff were friendly and efficient And the clincher is the price, very reasonable pricing This is our new go to place when cooking at home is not on
I think I’ve tried all the menu already 😬😁. Seriously, they change up their menu every day, which is pretty awesome. Let me give you some of my favourite dishes: the chicken soup is oh-so comforting, the brownie is seriously indulgent, and they have killer options like schnitzel, carne Asada, roast chicken, beef stroganoff, meatballs, and lasagna. Trust me when I say that I highly recommend checking them out. You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely loved this place! Worked in the area for almost a year and there’s nothing like it. Nothing else in the area can compete with the variety and quality of the food you can grab and go here, big supporter of healthy living and this place makes it so easy to grab a hearty but healthy lunch. All this and still very much one of the cheapest options around!

I was just there for the first time and ordered the roasted potatoes and managed to get the very last order of roast beef I. Gravy. It was fabulous. I will be going back again to try other meals. Thank you. There was only 1 parking spot and because I have problems walking it was hard for me
Please go and enjoy these reasonably priced, and delicious food for takeout. Supplied in large portions. I ordered a meal with 1 protein and 2 sides and that will give me 2 dinners.
The food is so good and Gabe couldn t be nicer. Their schnitzel is top notch and I am OBSESSED with their chicken parm. I go every Thursday for it !

This is exactly what our neighbourhood and Resilience Fitness community was in need of! We are super grateful to have healthy hot meals on the go Along with other healthy snacks & pre packed meals. Brilliant! Trying the hot table for the first time today was a great experience!! The food was nothing short of delicious. My kids enjoyed it too! All the staff are super friendly & kind as well. This place just opened around the corner from my job so I dropped by on my break to check it out. Got the large combo with 2 protein and 2 sides. Im loving the beef stir fry and chicken stew, and the creamed cauliflower side is delicious as well. Menu changes every day but my first impression is that these guys make some really good food. Large portion sizes too Will definitely be returning and will be recommending to all my coworkers as well.
Best chicken noodle soup I ve ever had!! I ve been eating it every day for lunch and LOVE it!
The. Food. Is. Amazing. We tried the jerk bbq style chicken, roasted chicken, rice , potatoes and the pasta bolognese. The flavour is on point and the service is great. I love that the menu changes every day so you have the chance to try new things! Their price range is also great . Highly recommend!

Amazing food!!!! I highly recommend stopping by for some lunch or dinner! The chefs are on point with their options and I LOVED THE STEW and CHICKEN! Can t wait to go back again. And, they also have some great grab n go options for those in a rush that want to eat healthy on the go! Parking: Easy to park. Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the food!
