Domaine Mamo is located in Midtown Toronto, in the heart of Mount Pleasant Village. Inspired by French-Italian regional cuisine, we offer dishes celebrating the diverse influences of the Maritime Alps and the Mediterranean coastline. Providing a warm and hospitable atmosphere, it is our goal to create happy and lasting memories for our guests.
The entire staff provides exceptional service and are friendly and personable. The atmosphere is wonderful. The 2 appetizers and 3 mains were excellent. The mains really stood out with well balanced fresh flavors from the fresh herbs you could taste in the pizza sauce, to the chicken which you could taste was flavored with butter but made light with herbs and vegetables, to the braised beef which fell apart with a slight pull off the fork and was flavorful but not overpoweringly so. At the end you feel you ate healthy. There is room for improvement on the dessert side of things though, which could have been more airy and light on the parts that should be (profiteroles and lemon sherbet) and richer on others (chocolate sauce). I will definitely return; amazing restaurant.
Enjoyed the food and most importantly the great hospitality of the staff! Will definitely go again :)
This is my first time writing a review. Domaine Mamo is a hidden gem. The food is so creative yet delicious. The customer service is incredible. Not even 7:00pm on a weeknight and the restaurant was already full. You can see many are regulars. I will highly recommend this place. We will definitely coming back. Cheers.
This restaurant is a hidden gem. I have dined here many times over many months and I have found it to be consistently excellent. The menu has a nice range of choices, and specials as well. Service is always prompt, friendly yet, unobtrusive. The wine list is wide ranging and fine quality. Robbie, the owner, ensures each patron feels right at home. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Just amazing!!! Service, food, drinks, staff… everything is 10/10 about this place!!! You will be greeted with such welcoming approach and from there it all just falls into place. You can’t go wrong with any item on the menu, everything is fresh and delicious. My new best fave local place!!! Robby is doing such an amazing job here!!!
Good food and nice atmosphere. Small cosy restaurant with a very friendly vibe. The owner was very nice. The waiter we had was not the most friendly but the rest of the staff were very good. Will be back and leave room for dessert next time!
One of my favorite restaurants: intimate, relaxing, yet fun and entertaining serving really, really good food!! Always a treat to go back. Book your table in advance, as the restaurant gets filled up really fast.
The best of both worlds: French and Italian cuisine! This place has truly mastered the art of carefully choosing the finest French and Italian dishes, using excellent ingredients. From their delectable olive oil to their homemade focaccia, every element is carefully chosen to deliver a memorable culinary experience. They source exquisite imported products from France and Italy. Moreover, their wine list offers carefully curated options. Since discovering this gem, we've been returning almost every weekend, eager to explore every item on their menu. Each visit has been an incredible experience, thanks to the impeccable service and the beautiful presentation of their dishes. One aspect that stood out to us was their attention to detail, even when it comes to the glassware. Whether you order a glass of white or red wine, they go the extra mile by providing the proper glasses. The interior design of the place is refreshing, bubbly, and elegant. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for its fusion of French and Italian cuisine, excellent service, and inviting ambiance. Prepare yourself for an exceptional dining experience that will leave you coming back for more. (Pictures are from 3 or 4 different dinners at Domaine Mamo)
Rob and the team provided some of the best service we ve ever received at a Toronto restaurant. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. Will definitely be coming back.
Dropped in Tuesday night to meet a friend for a drink. Kept the kitchen open just a few extra minutes for us! The owner (Robbie? God I hope I got that right ) was fantastic and turns out he loves the Miramichi (my hometown). Great food, wine and better people!!
This place is incredible and run by a really wonderful person! I left behind something if great value to me and Robert made sure I got it back. I cannot wait to come again.
Fantastic restaurant. I will be going again soon! Vegetarian options: They have a pasta option, salads and a couple pizzas that would be suitable for vegetarians. I bet you could ask to remove the goat cheese on the bucatini dish to easily make it vegan.
We had dinner at Domaine Mamo twice this month and we loved it! Great food and drinks, great atmosphere and very hospitable. Robert & team gave us a great dining experience
Good food and good service. The tables are too close and no privacy
Excellent food and service. A must try.
Food and drinks are excellent! Wish I knew about this place sooner. 10/10 :)
Came here for a large event. Decent fresh salad with a good fish steak.
I have been going to Mamo since it opened and always have a great time. Everyone is treated beautifully by Robbie and his staff. The food is excellent and they have an extensive wine list to satisfy everyones likes. The ambiance is very warm and conducive to a wonderful evening like we had last evening. Ill keep coming back.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with friends at this restaurant. Service was excellent. Fish was cooked to perfection. I wish they didn t make the entree as saucy but it was still tasty.
Solid selection, interesting menu - well executed. Attentive service and comfortable welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend and will be back. Food
This was fantastic! Bouillabaisse and octopus and short rib and seafood pasta! fantastic food and the absolute best service!
Had an amazing time, food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend the Parma salad and Papardelle
My favorite restaurant in Midtown. We recently hosted an event here; the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our guests are STILL raving about the food, especially the short rib and halibut.
Food was good, loved it. Service was mediocre, the ambiance was offputting. And what s the point of indicating special occasion and putting a request when nothing would be done about it?
Best birthday ever! Thanks to my BFF Alison and hubby Joe. Great food, great time
Outstanding restaurant experience. The food and service is impossible to beat. Had an amazing time here, and the owners Robbie and Annita were incredible! Highly recommend.
Went on valentines the place was very busy and full booked in advance, after eating here I can tell why this place is so popular! Top quality food and beverages along side very good customer service there was a bit of a wait for our main dish but given how busy they were we didn t mind the wait. I would 100 recommend this place for your next date night
My second time here and always a great experience. Every dish is excellent and full of flavour. The pasta was perfect.
I ve been intrigued by this small stylish french/Italian bistro for some time, and when we decided to dine there for a special evening this week, it definitely didn t disappoint . In fact, everything far exceeded our hopes the ambience, the impeccable friendly service, and most importantly, the beautiful and exceptional cuisine. We ll be back !
Simply put, no other restaurant I would rather be. Hemingway would love it here, and I m sure would have even chosen the ambience here over the Florida Keys. Engaged & experienced ownership; passionate staff; scrumpdillyicious food; and so-cool vibe from the Italian wallpaper, owner-designed bar & table lamps, original French art inspired by Picasso and Basquiat (my opinion only)-what a combination. Charles Dickens in Tale of Two Cities said it the best. It was the best of times (while there), it was the worst of times (having to leave). Joe Keirstead
Extremely professional service, with amazing food. 10/10. Highly recommended for any occasion. We love the consistency and atmosphere.
Four of us had to make a last minute dinner reservation earlier this week. Wed never been to MaMo before but a friend had recommended it so we decided to try it. Well what a pleasant surprise we had when we arrived. The place looked stunning and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was most knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and made recommendations when asked. We had four different dinners and all of us agreed--the food is outstanding. Well be back! William
Food was ok but not very good. focaccia was very dry. Our desert was also really bad. We ordered tarte tatin which was very disappointing and was basically poached apple with caramel sauce. The pastry was extremely thin, almost non existant. Service was poor. I ordered red wine which was full of pieces of cork. When i asked the waiter who was also the owner to change it, he reluctantly said he would only filter it. Obviously my wine had still pieces of cork in it. I would definitely not return and would not recommend this restaurant either.
Great food. Great ambience. Great service.
This restaurant is everything that you want in your Go To dining spot. The food and service is excellent. Great wine list to choose from. If you have room for dessert it is certainly worth sharing. Can t wait to go back. Bravo!
We went as a last minute decision to celebrate an anniversary.. what a wonderful decision -- the restaurant is tiny (on the main floor) but the ambiance is warm and friendly -- and our meals were superb. Surprisingly ample portions. Roberto the owner makes you feel welcome -- understandably he beams with pride as well he should. Kudos!! Vegetarian options: lots of fish and veggies
Domaine Mamo offers a truly exceptional dining experience that will leave you eager to return, with beautiful decor and exceptional hospitality from the owner. The space is modern and elegant, with carefully curated artwork and stylish lighting fixtures. The owner greets you warmly and takes the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations based on your preferences, making sure that you have a great dining experience. I have been multiple times and always enjoy the food, but recently I had the lamb burger from the spring menu - delicious! Its a must-try dish that alone is worth the visit.
Excellent experience. Food was top shelf as well as the service. BRAVO!
Great French/Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in the Mount Pleasant area. Tasteful modern bistro interior, and a lovely upstairs dining room with a skylight, perfect for summer sunsets. Food is delicious, and features the best bouillabaisse I ve had outside of Europe. Staff are friendly and omnipresent. Strongly recommend for a date or intimate dinner with friends!
This place is SO good. Please do yourself a favour and go tomorrow.
We discovered this little Gem by accident. Happen to be walking by and said let s give this place a try. We have now been back 4 times. Robert the owner is Italian and his wife is French. Warm welcome from the owner when you walk in. European feel when you walk in. Now to the good stuff. There food. Over the four times we have been they have tried most of the menu and all we can say is WoW. Great quality ingredients, amazing service. Book a table now you will not be disappointed.
Consistently a great experience. You feel like you are truely being welcomed! Try the chick pea fries mind blowing . The tartare, steak, octopus, halibut .all great. But it is Rob and his team that really make this an experience. Rob clearly still loves being a restaurateur and it shows.
We went there for dinner last night and loved it. Fantastic patio, music, food and service. Will be back again. Did not expect anything less, knowing it is the same owner as Coquine.
Consistently delicious. Friendly warm service. Amazing music played. Our go to restaurant whenever we can.
This is a must visit for the hood. A wonderful dining experience from the moment you walk in. Gorgeous interior design, warm and professional staff, delicious food. Fancy enough for a special occasion , but still somewhere you could just drop in. Looking forward to our next visit!
Great spit with a very comfortable atmosphere. The food was delicious, especially then focaccia which was so most and addictive. If you are looking for a night out with great food and drinks with attentive service and a super friendly owner, then this is your spot! Food
Incredible food, highly recommend this neighbourhood gem.
The food was not good. The waiter (bold-headed) was arrogant and cynical. Will never go again, and won t recommend anyone, especially if you are with kids.
Gorgeous restaurant, amazing service, delicious & beautifully presented food!
We had an amazing experience here during a family dinner! The service was wonderful even when it got crowded and the food was delicious!! I will definitely be coming back!
We had a memorable anniversary dinner at Domaine Mamo. The decor is modern, elegant and cozy at the same time. Food was amazing! You could order anything and probably wouldn t go wrong with it. We had the croquettes, panisse, and sardines for our appetizers and loved all of them. For our mains we ordered the daily specials which were also wonderful! For dessert we had chocolate profiteroles with gelato and the portion was easily enough for two people. The owner, Rob, was warm and friendly when he greeted us and every time he checked in on us. We will definitely return and tell our friends about this gem on mount pleasant.
Delicious food served with thoughtful service in a romantic environment.
The food and atmosphere was perfect! The service was amazing and made my birthday special! Love this place! The owner is the best in the business!
Perfect restaurant for date nights! Fun atmosphere and great foods. Dont need to go downtown. My daughter favorite restaurant too. She love fish dish and pizza and hug from rob!
An small French & Italian Fusion Restaurant in Mid town. Very tasty food, professional Server and friendly Service.
I booked a table last night for myself and a friend having read the reviews. When we arrived the restaurant, it was closed. Beyond embarrassing. I was mortified as my friend travelled over an hour to eat here.
Beautiful restaurant in a very convenient location. Very Tasty food. Dined outdoors on the beautiful Gripblock patio.
Amazing meal! My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary here and had an outstanding evening. The cuisine was incredible...each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. Rob and his team were very welcoming and ensured that we were well taken care of throughout the meal. Highly recommend checking out this restaurant!
Best cassoulet Ive ever had. Great service. Awesome vibe.
Beautiful French Italian. Master chef Didier Leroy still at top of his game
Creative menu and everything was good. The service was attentive and friendly. Very enjoyable and we will return
WOW WOW WOW!!!! My husband and I had such an AMAZING experience at this restaurant. From the variety FOOD and DRINKS and SERVICE everything was just PERFECT. We would like to say THANK YOU to Roberto and Alessandro for creating a wonderful experience we shall never forget. We shall soon be back...
Great atmosphere. Friendly and sociable staff. Highly recommend neighbourhood place. Alexandro is a phenomenal server.
Excellent food, excellent service, great wine list. The panisse was one of the best things Ive ever tasted. Highly recommended!
This is what hospitality is about; a fine dining experience, with an atmosphere of your favourite relative s home. Domaine MoMa and its staff (from ownership to part-time support) are so attentive and engaging, it s truly a feast for your senses, and your soul. Don t miss the chance to meet them and enjoy!
Went to Domain MaMo on Saturday and had a lovely time. Food was fantastic (had cheese plate, bread, mussels, and lemon meringue) along with our server Alexander. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.
While the food was very good, the decor nice, if a little too bright, and the background music great, the waiter ruined the experience for us. At expensive restaurants, dinner is more than a meal, it should be an experience. We were not made to feel welcome. Nobody was rude but nobody was friendly. The waiter was quite arrogant and dismissive. Not once did he come by to see if what wed been given was good or not. Even at the end, he didnt ask if we enjoyed our meal. He killed the experience and we wont be returning any time soon. Its a shame because the food was delicious. The bouillabaisse was absolutely delicious as was the sal de mer appetizer. At the end the apple tarte tatin was amazing.
The restaurant is gorgeous from the inside. However, we felt the food was very bland, and the service was cold. At this high price point, we had much higher expectations. It was unfortunately an expensive let down for our date night experience.
Had an amazing dinner experience here yesterday! The food was amazing, and the service was even better. The owner Robbie was super welcoming and made sure we had a great experience. Would definitely return! PS. Would recommend the sardines! Im typically not a fan, BUT these ones were mild and delicious.
Absolutely lovely! The menu is extensive so ask your server for suggestions; there are some exceptional dishes. They have a well curated wine list with lots of choices by the glass. Add quality cocktail options, great ambiance, and this local owner operated gem is a place to come back to.
Robert and team delivered a great evening! (AGAIN TONIGHT!) Bravo!
Great dinner experience! The food was superb, and the service, even better. Owner Robbie was welcoming and made sure everything was perfectO! Highly would recommend this place!
Great, fresh-tasting tasting food and really decent service. I will say things are a bit overpriced though, but it seems like many things are these days.
The most delicious food and cocktails in midtown! The restaurant has beautiful ambience, creative dishes, and friendly staff. I was incredibly pleased with the overall atmosphere, and I will definitely be back for more amazing meals!
Great tasty food, good ambience, however some times there is slow service, give yourself extra time
In one word....magnifique!! The staff was professional, courteous and fun!! The ambience is warm and inviting. The FOOD....absolutely delicious. The menu has something for everyone. The Cantalupo was so fresh, juicy and sweet. The prosciutto melts in your mouth. I highly recommend Domain Mamo.
Great atmosphere, delicious food, and Robby the owner is very welcoming and friendly. Im glad to see this place doing well. Worth the price.
Great service.. amazing atmosphere and the food was delicious..Highly recommend this restaurant.
I had really good expectations about the place but sadly ended up on me leaving after 45 minutes with one drink some free fries and not bill. Lets start on the fact that my server was a bit drunk, as someone who works in the industry I can tell, because of that he probably forgot to punch in the order and after 25 minutes waiting for two appetizers when we asked the manager about our food he said the ticket got lost but my food was going to be ready in 7 minutes, he offered us some fries and shots of vodka, ok, passed a few minutes I saw my food being delivered to the next table and nobody noticed it? When I decided it was enough waiting I went in the place and asked for my bill for what the answer theres not bill, our apologies, we run the food to the wrong table, sorry about that. Hahaha what a .....ing experience! Its really sad seeing this kinda situations. I ended up eating Macdonalds. Ha!
Lovely mix of French and Italian dishes. Panisse is a must order! Tasty pasta dishes, cod filets and dessert from my 3 visits there. There is outdoor patio with umbrellas and comfortable indoor dining as well. Food arrives promptly with good service
Great food and excellent service! Robbie and his team are exceptional. Will visit again!
Beautiful restaurant with an amazing owner Robbie and staff were fantastic. Paul even smiled for us. Great selection of Mediterranean cuisine, overall experience 10. Thank you for having us. Zuzana
The best restaurant in Toronto. The staff have a PHD in customer service. The chef should have a PHD in culinary perfection. And the owner should and definitely has a PHD in creating a Masterpiece.
Delicious food and great service.
Went for our anniversary. Really nice place, the waiter was super nice and french so we loved it. The owner was friendly and fun to talk to. The food was great, I had some of my best oysters ! Maybe the only negative point was that the two tables next to us were super loud, but that was just bad luck.
Was here for a work-related dinner talk. The upstairs is a quaint small space for a group of 15 or so. Starter: panisse (chickpea fries) was DELICIOUS along with olives and focaccia bread (people dived into the food before I could get some pictures!) 10/10 recommend. As a world traveller and foodie, I must say this is my first time trying chickpea in a large polenta-like format! Momo salad: delicious... Perfect quantity and quality. Main: braised beef short rib, green peas, red wine sauce, mashed potatoes: this beef literally MELTED in your mouth!! Every bite was absolutely delicious. Perfectly flavored, not too salty, not too spicy. Quantity was filling for an average adult. (It does leave room for dessert if one is interested!). Everyone mentions the owner Robbie for a reason. He is very kind, funny and very welcoming. I look forward to my next meal here and reviewing more foods! Vegetarian options: Yes veggie, pescatarian options available. Dietary restrictions: Staff is very accommodating of requests.
Fantastic food, ambiance and service. Roberto and Alexandro made our experience dining there the best. Fun, delicious. We didn t want to leave. Order the Cassoulet and the short rib. Will definitely come back
My wife and I had a fantastic evening at Domaine MaMo. We each had the Lavender Collins, and split the chickpea fries, the focaccia, the beef short rib, and the cornish hen with mashed potatoes and truffle oil. Everything was delicious, and we still havent stopped raving about how tender the short rib was. It was perfect. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, and his menu recommendations were spot on. We wish we tried this place sooner and cant wait to return.
Absolutely outstanding! Every bite of every plate we tried was unique and beyond delicious. I can t wait to come back - especially when that stunning interior space is open for use. Congratulations to the entire Mamo team for an amazing accomplishment. Mid town Toronto is soooo lucky to have this gem . Drinks were fabulous too!!!
WOW WOW WOW all I can say is fantabulous beautiful atmosphere impeccable food (chickpea fries an absolute must have) pizzas were amazing. We were introduced to the owner Rob fantastic guy made you feel like you are family. Master chef Didier Leroy is a real artist in the kitchen. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Great job boys good luck to a long prosperous future
Domaine Mamo is a true gem in the heart of mount pleasant village. 5 star dining with a touch of class and calm all in one. Service is fab, and Chef is spectacular. We will be back!
BEST CHEF IN CITY IF NOT ALL OF CANADA!
Last night of only patio service before Stage 3 re-opening. Caught in the downpour 4 times so not a great time to judge staff, service and food but for sure 6 stars for effort. Would definitely try again.
Visited about 10 days after they opened and it felt like theyd been opened for years. Service was great, even in the midst of patio-only dining during Covid and a very new staff. The kindness and attention to detail made me feel completely at ease. But that was just the beginning... The food was as good as any that I have ever had in Toronto, a city with a fantastic food tradition. Steak Tartare is favourite of mine and a great indication of a quality kitchen (as far as Im concerned) - it can often be mush without texture and over seasoned; it can sometimes come across as beef hash and eggs left over from breakfast... but at Domaine Mamo, it had fantastic texture, the perfect inclusion of egg, cornichon and mustard... it would eat twice a day, every day if I could. I am sure that there are those who would challenge my, but I consider it to be the best steak tartare in the city. The frites on the side we perfect. I started with a couple of things, but most memorable was the Smoked Salmon Petit Choux was the perfect way to start as it promised all the joy that was delivered with the rest of the meal. Wine list is clever and well priced. I look forward to being back again and again to make my way through the whole menu. Toronto is so fortunate to have Chef Didier LeRoy back in such an accessible restaurant and in a partnership with Robert Prete. I hope that Domaine Mamo is around for many, many years. Best dinning experience of the last 5 years for me.
Loved Coquine, now LOVE Domaine MaMo. Thrilled to see Robert and Chef Didier back in the heart of Midtown. Authentic French food, cozy atmosphere and that perfect personalized touch! Will be back maybe tomorrow. Merci ! - Gen & John
Lovely new restaurant with beautiful gold and white decor and plush velvet benches. We were a party of six and ordered a number of appetizers to share including pizza, croquettes, meatballs and panisse which are the most delectable chickpea fries! I had the tartare de poison (salmon, capers and more) with a side of the homemade bread - was delicious and just enough given all the appetizers I ate. My husband had the beef which was cooked to perfection with a side of tasty mushrooms. Others in the party enjoyed the mussels with side frites, pork chop, pappardelle with seafood, friture and grattare vegetable. For dessert, we shared the lemon custard, chocolate cremeux and assorted fine chocolates (my fav was the raspberry chocolate). Every dish was well presented and we all thoroughly enjoyed! We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Robert who walked us through the menu and even got to meet Chef Didier! All in all, amazing evening of food, cocktails and good friends. We will definitely be back and I look forward to trying some of the pasta dishes and perhaps reserving the private room for a larger gathering.
Came here with some coworkers and it was an amazing experience, service was amazing, food was the best and was very delicious
Phenomenal. Make sure you try the panisse (chickpea fries).
Great service, great food.
Excellent food...i mean, excellent. The service was super friendly (a bit slow) but very nice nonetheless. Id definitely come back.
Amazing food, excellent service and great ambiance. Will be back for sure!
This place is a hidden gem. Excellent food & service. They make you feel at home. Will definitely come back to try more options from the fantastic menu!
Amazing restaurant. Best pizza. Great wine selection. Im very happy you opened in the neighborhood. Looking forward to many great meals
To start, my partner and I ordered the artisanal bread, the fromage platter and the meli melo - all decent, but not exceptional given that this is fine dining. The bread was very mediocre and very dough-y, and the meli melo was nothing special - just a bowel of mushrooms. As for the fromage platter, the portion was very, very tiny. For our mains we ordered the pappardelle and the provencal pizza. While the seafood was fresh in the pappardelle - the dish overall was seriously lacking in flavour. While the sauce dieppoise was delicate so as to not overpower the seafood, it again, had no flavour and tasted more like water with tarragon sprinkled in. Now, the provencal pizza - the dough was undercooked and the combination of anchovies and olive tapenade made for an overly salty pizza (and this is coming from someone who loves their salt). Overall, these two dishes tasted as though they were flavourless frozen food, rather than fine dining. Sadly, all of these 5-star reviews were incredibly misleading. There are far better Italian and French restaurants in the city, with infinitely better food and ambiance.
Finally.... The anticipated opening of Robs newest restaurant has delivered with great flair, and doesnt disappoint at all. Ive been there 4-5 times already, and continue to be impressed. The food is fresh, full of flavour, and leaves you wanting more. I would highly recommend trying it all. My favorites are the Panisse, Croquettes, Bouillabaisse, Saucisse, and not to forget the PIZZAs and the Pappardelle. Im a fan of the Lavender Collins as a refreshing drink, and if you are adventurous, try the Provençal Sour. (I like it...) Great job Mr. Rob Prete, and salut to your Master Chef, Didier Leroy! Congrats, and see you soon.
Had anticipated the opening of this restaurant and sadly we were completely underwhelmed when we went there to celebrate our anniversary. Poor service. Disjointed and pretentious menu (instead of meat entitled mountain ). No market fish despite mentioned twice on menu. Settled for completely tasteless Pasta Genovese at $24 per serving food cost less than $1. Our table was constantly bombarded by fruit flies (killed 7 throughout dinner). Very disappointing.
Excellent. Great service, cozy atmosphere, required vaccinations. Croquettes, seafood pappardelle, duck sausage, profiteroles, and apple tarte tatin are all hard recommends
Incredible from start to finish. Very fortunate to have Domaine MaMo in our neighborhood. 10/10.
Food was phenomenal, drinks were amazing service was 10/10 mix Robbies personality in with it and its the best dinning experience in Toronto hands down.
Lovely Spot, inside fantastic neighborhood, busy hospitable staff, Fab eclectic food, cocktails & vino. Chickpea fries to die for & tar tar! Good music thru-out the evening as well! Wed go back!
Lovely new spot in the neighbourhood!! The space itself is beautiful, the food was excellent (I especially enjoyed the tartare de boeuf, the meli melo, the croquettes and the tarte tatin), and the service was impeccable. I will definitely be back!
How absolutely amazing...welcome to the neighborhood!!! LOVED IT!
This is the third time my wife and I have dined at this restaurant. The food last night was superb and the service was excellent. The music was a little loud and when we mentioned it they immediately turned it down. All in all an excellent experience. We will be back
Wow - what can I say. Long story short: You absolutely have to go here. Read on for more: I was here last night and I was beyond impressed with EVERYTHING. First of all - a huge thank you to our server Alex. His service was extraordinary - the attention to detail, the kindness, and the warmth that he exuded was really something. Ive been to many, many, many restaurants over the years and I have never experienced such amazing service. Second thing id like to bring attention to: THE FOOD. Listen. I woke up the next morning and I could still taste the pasta and wine and bonbons. Its almost like my palette didnt want to forget the experience. The food was delicious. I dont know how else to say it. Domaine, you were extraordinary. I have already planned my next visit. This restaurant is so good, I would literally take myself on a date here. Alone. And often. Come here by yourself, with a date, with family, with a colleague, with your team - with whoever or with no one at all - and youll have a great time.
We really enjoyed our entire experience at Domain MaMo. From the moment we arrived, staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming. There was a nice variety of dishes to choose from and each of us enjoyed our meals immensely. They have done a great job of putting everything together to ensure your night out, is a good one. I look forward to returning.
Wow, what a wonderful place. My wife and I enjoyed everything immensely. The ambience, food, and service was beyond our expectations
Overall is good
Quaint neighborhood restaurant. Picturesque with delicious food. Apps chickpea fries are heavenly & salmon tar tar. Great wine list and the music flows with the cocktails. Attentive staff made it supper enjoyable.
Fantastic food and service
Excellent service, very friendly and welcoming vibe. Beautifully decorated inside. The food was delicious, perfect sized portions. Great recommendations but the staff! Absolutely recommend!
One of the first few there and never offered a better seat. Sat infront of the door and by the cashier. Interior is cozy. Everything was bland. Pizza was awful. Not real Italian pizza more like flatbread with toppings that are recycled throughout the menu. Only saving grace was the mushroom side dish, ratatouille and foie gras. The worst was the porkchop. Extremely dry and when I gave that feedback the manager had the audacity to say the porkchop will always be dry. Oh? So why is this on the menu.... Cant take feedback. Overall, there are waaay better french restaurants in Toronto. Skip this place.
