This is a 0 star rating I dont know how to explain the taste of the chicken shawarma but it tasted like fish horrible horrible horrible horrible awful taste do not recommend this place whatsoever just awful food. Girls making the food are half asleep. Bathroom smells like hell on earth.

Been going to this place for years, my go to is the chicken shawarma plate with extra garlic sauce. It always hits the spot. Portions are generous and quality is consistent, never had a bad meal. Staff is super friendly and everything is displayed so you know it s fresh!

SHE EVEN MIXED UP THE INGREDIENTS TO HIDE THE AMOUNT! Some people just ruin establishments. What an asinine thing to do to someone! Even lied to her manager and said she put the regular amount! I showed him the paper bag full of onions and the next bite of the sandwich was pure onion.. I hate to waste food. Please serve a shawrama with onions NOT AN ONION WITH A SIDE OF SHAWRAMA... Manager offered a free wrap but I was disgusted and just left. Dont understand people sometimes

This family owned place defines quality. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is always curtious and friendly. I recently ordered catering, and they did not disappoint. Dormet deserves all the 5 stars without any hesitation.

Traditional shawarma recipes with traditional sauces and those good middle eastern pickles and turnips. I have only gotten the wraps here, but I am very satisfied with just that. All their other food looks good as well and they make it all fresh to order, so expect to wait a bit longer than osmows, but also expect better quality and flavour. Also with tax in a wrap costs 10$ exact. Pretty good deal if you ask me. The staff also are very friendly, and I feel so comfortable eating in their establishment.

Ordered a shawarma and soup and got a bowl of salt and a shawarma with salt, salt & more salt..... Maybe it was just a one time thing. The staff were definitely friendly.

Picked up a chicken shawarma wrap for lunch. The wrap itself was filled with chicken and the toppings were fresh. The only downside was that it was extremely salty. But overall, really good bang for your buck and service was friendly. The restaurant was also clean.

I have been eating here for a few years. It is a small self serve restaurant. They are very friendly. I have had the chicken kabob which was excellent. They also have a very reasonable quarter chicken tandoori lunch which is very tasy. Their rice is the best that I have had. Highly recommended!

Family owned business and the food is always hot and fresh! Been coming here for years because their food is simply amazing and flavourful. It doesnt have the generic, bland taste of chain shawarma places and its an affordable option. I usually order the chicken shawarma wrap with lentil soup however Ive tried some of their platters. The portions are really big and will leave you really full. Their platters are also massive and can portion it into 2 meals if you have a smaller appetite. If you enjoy Middle Eastern food then wont be disappointed coming here.

Im not sure why I havent come here more over the years- their food is great: super fresh and tasty, using what seem to be quality ingredients. Its hard to beat their shawarma combo... the shawarma wrap plus their AMAZING lentil soup... that soup is to die for, so uniquely seasoned, I cant get enough of it! Most annoying part is their shawarma wraps fall apart very easily- maybe try different bread? Also love their rice here anytime I do a plate. Both the tandoori and butter chickens are INCREDIBLE as well- very authentic flavours. Be quick, because that butter chicken always sells out- rightfully so! Seriously havent had a bad thing here in the years Ive been going- I really do gotta start eating here more, Im always so impressed anytime I go... so much better than other shawarma spots in that area.

I discovered dormet through the course of covid and they never disappoint! We get it delivered at work and it always comes piping hot, sauced to perfection, and fast! They send a delicious chili sauce on the side that is to die for.

I ve been sleeping on this place, the amount of times I have driven by it for the longest years, hesitant on trying something new. Finally went tonight with my parents, my dad seems to have very picky tastes buds here and there or has something to say which isn t always the greatest. BUT this place all my parents and I said was IT WAS REALLY GOOD! We got the Sultani kabobs from the rice to being flavourful and not dry the kabobs were juicy and the salad. The portions were really great! I think we have found a new spot!! Definitely will be returning!

One of the best shawarma I had! Their meet is so flavorful. Especially, If you are Indian or Pakistani you would find it very similarly to kebab. Their fries are super crunchy and fresh and their garlic sauce is one of the best. Absolutely loved their food.

Fast service, the people were lovely. Food was excellent-- fresh, flavorful. We had the Sultani (half beef tenderloin and ground beef) kebab plate and the chicken shawarma plate. Hard to choose which one was better as both were great. Kebabs were freshly grilled on live fire. Highly recommend.

I bought shawarma week ago around $10, it was ok nothing special. Next week instead of sandwich I order with rice and they want me to pay $20. Thats insane! I wont mind to pay extra few dollars but asking double price with less portion thats a rip off. Not coming back.

Great! Always delicious. I often order a dish with lamb. 18 cad, photo under review. There is also beef and chicken. The inside is clean and washed. You can eat outside or inside. Car parking is literally 2 meters away.

Ordered the shawarma wrap, start of with good, the toppings were very very fresh, they even mix it all up in the wrap before wrapping it up which is really nice as every bite you take your tasting all the toppings, sauces and meat in a bite. The portion size is good for the price. The not so bad, chicken was under seasoned (didnt have that shawarma taste that the spices should bring). Ill revisit Dormet again for another food item.

Ive been coming here for 5 years and each and every time their Tandoori chicken is cooked to perfection. The rice is always fluffy and flavorful and the salad always fresh. The Tahini sauce is just so delicious to the point of addictive. Not to mention the moderate price and generous portion. Hands down my favourite shawarma place in GTA.

Family run shawarma place with loads of extras! Their lamb shank is unbelievable. The safe bet are their shawarma, kababs, or falafels, you wont be disappointed. Everything made fresh, with very fresh, well-prepped veggies. The Butter chicken is surprisingly good considering it seems out of place. Their rice is a bit on the bland side but mixed with their garlic/dormet sauce, it can be addictive. If you prefer fries to rice, go for it. Their fries are solid. Price is great especially for the value/quality of the meal.

I lost myself in the parking lot and can t find where I got go. This restaurant is at the north east corner of the plaza. The lady in store is rude. I try to ask her what is the most popular, she said everything is popular. Also the lettuce was not fresh.
