Fast Fresh has become one of my most frequently visited salad spots purely because they are 100% customizable and they have simple dressing choices (olive oil, white vinegar, balsamic) and ways to have it tossed! I have not once ordered it and the ingredients were not fresh. The bone that I want to pick here is regarding their inconsistency. I just checked and I have ordered from this specific location at least 14 times in the past 3 months, so I'm working off of a decent sample size here. Also, most, if not all, of my bowls have the same ingredients. It all started when I noticed that the ingredients not only looked different, but also had varying ratios. Last week, I ordered a small salad. The olives that was included in my salad had pits; out of curiosity, I counted the pits after I finished and there were 8. The salad overall felt more olive heavy which is fine and I loved it. 2 days ago, I ordered the regular size salad, 1 size up the small. There were noticeably less olives in the bowl; upon counting the pits, there were only 6. The roasted turkey that I also get with it was shredded this time, instead of the usual cubes. Fast Fresh, if you're reading this, the shredded turkey was great, but gave me a scare because it looked suspiciously like an ingredient I'm very sensitive to. These are just 2 random examples. My point is, the portion (sometimes a small is way more packed, and a large is ~75% full and loosely packed) is inconsistent and the proportion of the ingredients is also inconsistent. The food is always great, but if I'm paying close to $20 for raw veggies and some turkey, at least train the employees.
Awful, $17 for a handful of veggies. Order: Asian Chicken* kale instead of lettuce (+$1) Ingredients: Kale Don’t try it, it’s always bad.
Food at this commerce court location is great, but the rude attitude of the manager (the short and muscular guy) totally ruins the whole experience . He always seems to be in a bad mood and if you are a little slow in moving up the line to pay, he does this dramatic “wave you in” motion to rush you along!
This location is always so fast, especially during lunchtime, and the staff is kind and they remember you and your order!
My favourite place for a fast and healthy lunch when in the office. The staff are friendly, always remember my order and the food is always fresh. Love that I customize my salad to include exactly what I want!
My go to lunch place. Delicious salads, great portions, reasonable prices. Lots of variety in toppings. Highly recommend the chicken caesar salad! Speedy service every day.

I love Fast Fresh. My coworkers and I go here all the time. The food is always amazing. My favourite food there is their Custom Grilled Sandwiches. I always get a grilled chicken breast with avocado salsa and veggies. And the balsamic dressing that goes with the salad is amazing! Highly recommended this place for a great quick lunch.

My go to for lunch! I love their warm quinoa bowls. It s a popular spot amongst corporate workers for a reason. Quick and healthy.
Rude staff, mediocre food.
Food is always great. But every time I come here the owner/manager is always full of attitude and is talking down in his employees. He is also very rude to customers. Simply asked about calories as they were not displayed and he said check the website and if I m worried about calories I shouldn t be eating a Cesar salad. Severely judgmental and unprofessional. Do not recommend this location at all.

This was always my go to spot for the best salads in the PATH and I just came back to downtown for the first time in 2 years and nothing has changed - still the best! I had the chicken caeser and it really is fast and fresh! You will be seeing me regularly again :)

My fav spot for lunch for over 10 years (since I started working). My favourite food is a Focaccia bread, chipotle sauce, chicken breast meat, Havarti cheese, and just red peppers sandwich. Have not changed my order.
Fast Fresh is my favourite lunch spot EVER and I literally eat there every day. I have become so obsessed that they now know me and it is the highlight of my day. I love the kale salad with feta, almonds, quinoa and carrots but also love the classic caesar :) 5/5 lunch spot
Decided to try this place after many recommendations. Definitely did not disappoint. I have a delicious chicken noodle soup with a cheese & mushroom sandwich. Love the build-it-yourself idea. Great ingredients. Definitely going back soon!

A regular on my lunch rotation. The downtown core is highly competitive for Salad sports but I always come back here, portion is generous and the ranch dressing is amazing. Love the Cobb Salad and always find myself ordering it but the roasted red pepper bisque is great too when its available.
Fast Fresh has been my go-to lunch spot for 6+ years since I started working downtown. I recommend it to anyone that asks me for lunch suggestions because the staff are very friendly and the ingredients are always super fresh!! My usual order is a custom salad romaine lettuce, corn, beets, chick peas, croutons and chicken with one scoop of balsamic vinaigrette.
My favorite make your own salad place in the city. They have so many toppings to choose from and I love how they mix it all for you.

Food tastes great. Too bad the service isn t great. I m not too familiar with how ordering works and the servers are hard to hear at times. When I expressed I couldn t hear the server rolled her eyes and had attitude. It was not even busy, I hope they are more accommodating to customers who aren t familiar with the menu in the future.
Maybe have a little compassion with the coworkers and have a positive attitude none of that screaming at them and make them feel miserable sorry not sorry good food however just need a peace love and positivity in the workplace :)
