Super disappointed. Paid like $18 for the Harvest Heath salad. It was missing gouda, apples and the beets I added on. The lettuce was very wilted and rotting. My partners custom salad was also missing beets. For some reason they subbed - without telling us - pinenuts which are a fairly common allergen. If you can't supply the food, just don't sell that option. What I got was worth maybe $6 if it was in the grocery store's day old bin. Total rip off. Not even worth contacting them cos apparently all you get is a gift card. Why would I even give them a second chance?
We’ve been going to FH since they opened on the east side. The quality of food has gone down hill substantially. The last 3 orders we’ve had has had missing items. 3 of which were the dressing of the salad. How does that happen? I think we’re done ordering from FH. I’d rather spend a bit more and get better quality at Mandy’s. sorry FH, you’ve gone downhill.
Move over, Mandy’s Salads! HANDS DOWN, PANTS DOWN, Forest Hill FarmHouse is the spot for the BEST salads and wraps in the city! The variety and selection they offer are amazing—there’s something for everyone. The flavors are incredible, and their attention to detail is off the charts. And don’t even get me started on the truffle Caesar dressing—absolute game changer! Every bite is fresh and delicious. If I could eat here every day, I would! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy but delish quick meal in the city
My VERY EXPENSIVE salad was straight up BAD. Chicken was very dry and overcooked Kale was unprepared. As in, hardly chopped, very dry, not fresh, unseasoned and unmassaged...you're not supposed to serve raw kale just straight out of the grocery bag. Breadcrumbs were soggy. Just giant mouthfuls of pasty old food. DO NOT GO HERE.
I ordered a Caesar wrap for pickup. When I got there, the door was locked so I had to ask the Dave’s Hot Chicken employee how to get my order. He said he was going to make it - so basically this place doesn’t have its own employees? Odd. They also had no Parmesan and no Caesar dressing. The wrap I ended up with was fine but nothing special, wouldn’t spend $20 again not knowing what ingredients they’ll be out of next time.
I can’t believe I’m writing this about the only place to get a good salad. I ordered on Uber eats, and I thought everything was moving smoothly when I received a call about what I wanted in lieu of red apple as they were out. “Just more chicken is fine”. When I get the salad, it has Gouda on it. I explicitly asked for NO GOUDA because I’m allergic to dairy! Can’t call the restaurant though, no phone number! Customer service is chat-based. I get a 20$ credit on their website. Okay, go to their website to order again. Their website has a minimum 30$ order for the Leslieville location. Yeah, Feels like a scam. Don’t order.
Ordered through uber and not only did they give me the wrong cheese i paid extra for (asked for goat cheese was given what looks like shredded mozzarella) but it was covered in mold and all over the bowl so the whole thing was inedible. Save yourself the food poisoning and make a salad at home.
The most overcooked food I've ever received. The only thing the salmon would be good for us to hammer in loose nails. Both meats looked like they had been left out for days. Lettuce was brown and wilting. An embarassing meal to send to anybody.

This place must be a total scam! I ordered on their website, got there on time to pick up and went inside there was no one there. The door was open to the street, you can see the food, but waited for 20 minutes, no one came out, no one went in. The place was smelly, fruit flys everywhere, and garbage in the sink, very gross, and again no one was there to make the food or guard the place, and there is no number to call, no contact info on their website for a refund, I can t believe I just got scammed.
My salad was delivered without any dressing. Disappointing!!
For $20 I expect more than 1/4 of a chicken breast. Complete rip off
Ordered the chicken Caesar wrap on Uber Eats. It looked like it was just thrown together and wasn t even rolled up properly and wasn t cut in half. The chicken was shawarma chicken, there was no bacon or breadcrumbs, minimal cheese and barely any sauce. Basically, it was a tortilla with romain lettuce and shawarma chicken.
Got take out a few times. Nice place but have found hair in food last time. Tomatoes werent fresh either.
I ve been a regular at FH and I ve gotten some HORRIBLE bowls from their leslieville location. I decided to try it one more time and I was honestly anticipating some moldy food or spoilt rice. Honestly, it was the best I ve ever gotten from FH lol. The rice was cooked perfectly, all my requests and adds on were done to perfection and it wasn t wrapped clumsily or anything. It was perfect! Either they got a new employee or the usual one miraculously changed lol. Either way keep it up guys!
They should make it clear that the chipotle sauce contains nuts. I have a nut allergy and would not have expected that.
I really enjoy their salads WHEN THE ORDER IS CORRECT. I have ordered from them a few times and recently my orders have been wrong. Substitutions are completely forgotten and requests are ignored. Please read the orders carefully as people have allergies and this is not cheap salad!
I ordered the Dunloe Date last night. The dates came whole not chopped, there was no cornbread croutons or roasted corn. The avocado was over ripened as half the serving was black/brown. Looked nothing like the photos. I love supporting local and I was a consistent customer but the last few experiences have been horrible in food quality for price point.
This place is barely a functioning business. My sister and I ordered salads on the website, only to arrive to a locked front door and a sign to enter through Dave s hot chicken. The entry through Dave s hot chicken is literally the back door into the kitchen. When we opened it, the helpful Dave s hot Chicken employee told us the brown rice was too hard to serve, and that they hadn t even made crispy chicken that day (one of the key ingredients in both our orders). Why accept orders if you don t have the ingredients to fulfill them? Why accept orders if you don t even have employees on site to make them and have to rely on Dave s Hot Chicken employees to help very confused customers? We asked for refunds, and were told we d get them, but I have very little confidence. When we called to ask for a refund, the person on the phone was very confused. This business is a joke.
Best salad spot anywhere in the area. The ingredients are incredible, protein. The salads is always fresh and plentiful. Joe made my teriyaki bowl today and he was super friendly and the food was prepared perfectly. Highly recommend if you re looking for a healthy lunch in the area.
Good salad - pretty substantial amount of food. But they forgot the quinoa and smoked Gouda in the salad in the Harvest Salad.
Portion was so small for $16 it s honestly unethical. Chicken was very dry, feta and vinaigrette were unpleasant. Veggies were good
Very disappointed- portion was tiny. Was given walnuts instead of almonds and no croutons. Paid $20 for a salad and had high hopes as I ve tried the other location and it was good. Won t be ordering from here again

The Village BLT with cornbread croutons is undefeated. Best salad out there. If you want to spice it up the Miso Salmon bowl is also delicious.

They take the order and don t make the food. I ordered through the Ritual app since this location is pickup only. When I got there not only was the door locked, when I looked in, there was no one there. I tried calling their other location and they had no answers and told me to contact the Dave s hot chicken cause they could help. The people at Dave s hot chicken just told me that no one was there and they would try to call around, and call me back with answers. They never called me back. This was the worst pick-up experiences I ve ever had and I was really looking forward to trying their salads. But now knowing they take your money and don t actually make the food OR offer some sort of support I don t think I ll ever try them again. If you re thinking about ordering from here maybe think twice since the hours they re open aren t reliable and when they are closed, they still take the money without actually making the order.

One of the worst delivery experiences ever. They forgot an entire caeser salad that I ordered. For 20 dollars a salad you expect a little more.
Very underwhelming. I scheduled a larger order for a group lunch via UberEats, and several items were really disappointing. In particular, the Roasted Vegetable Falafel Bowl, which inexplicably had a single Falafel. The Casa Loma salad was completely missing its standard protein. There may very well have been other mistakes but our guests were too polite to complain. Given that these were standard menu items with no modifications, Id worry about customized orders turning out properly. Perhaps its growing pains, but we wont be ordering here again.
I am so disappointed in this takeout restaurant. I was so excited to see a salad place come to Leslieville, and expected myself to become a quick regular, but it is truly the worst and most inconsistent place Ive ever ordered from. Ive now ordered 5 times, and 4/5 times my salad was missing standard items. They constantly run out of standard ingredients, which causes a ton of glitches while trying to place an order. I thought it may have been the growing pains of opening a new location, so figured I would keep giving them a try to see if things improved. But somehow its gotten worse. The last salad I ordered was missing 6 ingredients + the salad dressing. I ended up not even eating it (wasted $20). Its a shame because Leslieville is hungry for healthy options and this place is a big letdown.
Horrible pick up experience both times I ordered from the queen location. There no one in the store - I yelled several times and waited 10 mins for someone to come. I went next door to Dave s hot chicken and someone finally started working on my order. I had ordered 25 mins prior on ritual, they hadn t even started making my bowl. Such a shame that it s a horrible experience as I love going to other locations.
This is my second time giving this place a chance and I can confidently say I will not be back. The last time I ordered, I ordered two salads and only one was given to me. I went back and there was no one present in the store to rectify the problem. I called out and waited for 10 minutes and no one came. Today, I ordered the Dunloe date salad and when I got home, I realized several ingredients were subbed for others. As a courtesy, it would ve been nice if someone called to say that some ingredients were unavailable and let me choose what I would like substituted.
