Great staff,usually nice and calm

We only did take out this time but they were super attentive and it s always a good vibe when we go

Made us wait 15mins to turn us away because it was 9PM on a Saturday night on their patio

Half priced wings on Monday were rly good. No frills, tasty wings. Also recommend the onion rings as well.

Good local pub. Good taps. Good in the community. I do wish they play the sound when the leaves are in the playoffs cuz thats fun too for the locals. Ill be back though I like it there.

Very nice host. Visited here for several Thursday late night drinks. Stayed till closing. The host has been very accommodating.

I love this place! Its the original location out of all the franchises and has been a neighborhood fixture for over 30 years. Best wings and people in the area....IYKYK

Typical Gabbys experience

Used to be my favorite burger place. Still taste amazing but prices have gone up and meals have gotten small. I thought my meal was a kids meal. Blonde waitress is a bit shady speaking as if something is complimentary and then it pops up on your bill.

Was an okay spot to hang out with some friends for some drinks. I had some poor overpriced nachos and some good chicken tenders. Cant say Im planning my next visit. Good service saved this trip from being much worse.

I like this place.

The nachos and wings were not up to par, and the waiter appeared overworked. However, the ambiance was conducive to enjoying a drink. Nachos is one of the easiest to prepare but was by far the worst one i have ever had.

Dined out here recently and the food was tasty and our waiter, who although appeared overworked, was extremely nice and professional. We waited a standard amount of time for food, but drinks took longer than expected. So if anyone contemplates dining here during a Blue Jays game for instance, perhaps avoid doing so during busier sporting events. Had two louder groups next to me and those I dined with, and we could hear their entire (mildly inappropriate) conversations. They were from the Jays game... and likely already drunk from having a good time. No shame in that, but its something to consider for those that would like to dine here with kids. We were greeted quickly and seated almost as quick at a window seat, which overlooked passing pedestrians. I could smell people smoking in the distance (as the main entrance door was opened), which although Im not foreign to the smell, I imagine it would be unpleasant to those that cant tolerate it as much. Besides all that, I thought our experience was great and Id recommend the restaurant invest in a larger space when theyre able. A line formed with people interested in dining and one employee had to reject entrance to at least 3 groups, due to the space already being completely full.

Since August, when I have been in this neighborhood, I have come to your restaurant many times and I like your atmosphere and food very much. But unfortunately, today I was treated unpleasantly by the woman who is working, who does not even have a warm welcome upon entering. I sat behind the counter and after ordering food, she told me to go and sit somewhere else while the counter was empty and there were only 4 or 5 customers sitting behind the counter. This attitude was very annoying and I prefer it from now on.l will no longer be your customer

Was looking for a last-minute place to go on a Saturday night. We were seated right away, and our waitress was quick and polite. Wide variety of pub food and our meals were great. Definitely has that old-time charm.

Super nice staff, very kind. The food can be top shelf, but if the service/staff is not, it can make for an awful meal. That isnt the case here. The food is also delicious!! I had the vegetarian fajitas and they were a perfect meal. Hot, flavorful, decent portion. I quite enjoyed my food. I will return when next in the area. Thank you Gabbys!!

How do people come here? Ordered some chicken fingers (hard to mess up) and they were so unbearably overcooked and dry that I half wanted to throw it out. Add to the fact that the fries and batter were severely under seasoned, this was one of the most disappointing meals Ive had ordered in a long, long time.

Gabbys is as great to lady as it was in 1990!

The place wasnt crowded at all. Food was served pretty quick. Loved it overall. The chicken in the sandwich was very thin for both the chicken sandwiches

We were here last night and while our server was a nice young man, the food taste and quality was awful. Im glad we started with a plate of nachos to share only to find out about what probably was the most tasteless and lowest quality nachos weve ever had! The beef we added on top also tasted poorly, as if we were eating plastic! Wish I had taken a photo to post here. I gave two stars out of respect to our server, but food-wise Id happily give a zero.

Service is friendly (they turned down the AC when I mentioned it was a bit too cold) and the beer selection is good. Only thing is...the wings were meh

Steve the cook made phenomenal quesadillas. I had to meet the man himself, and ask him for a takeout container for a friend. Our server was very pleasant and accommodating. All in all, an excellent way to spend a Monday night.

Thanks to the grill master for preparing a lovely meal - I wish Id stopped at the kitchen to thank him! I had my first burger in a long time and parm fries, which Ive never tried before. Both were delicious and nicely presented. Service was friendly and attentive. So nice to be able to eat indoors, with the double-vax protocols!

I had the opportunity to check out the roadhouse last week I was welcomed by a vary knowledgeable bartender named Tanis She was able to meet my complicated drink order without hesitation and with grace I like burnt martinis and the ones she made me were outstanding I wasnt planning on eating but I ended up getting the steak fajitas They were delicious I would highly recommend the roadhouse Go in and you will feel at home vary quickly

I had a great time here with my family when they were visiting from BC last week. Great food, friendly service, and fun environment. Something for everyone!

Tried to call asking about patio space and to order take away but was hung up on. When I re-called, it was a very sassy response - made me not want to order.

Gabbies food quality is only matched by their service. My server, Dana, was extremely delightful and truly cared about my experience. Her welcoming, friendly aura was enough for me to come back time and time again

Its alright

Just went for drinks. Our server was very attentive, but not intrusive at all. I caught her eyeing our drink levels a few times as she passed, and she only stopped in when we were low. First class.

Super tasty food, a bit pricey especially for the smaller portion sizes but it tastes so good that you end up not caring! Also surprisingly accommodating, Ive been to many different locations at many different times and while theyre always steady, theyre never over packed and Ive always been seated quite quickly

Small but intimate pub. If you want to go somewhere away from the big loud pubs, this is a good alternative. Monday and Wednesday half price wings

Blonde waitress is a bit arrogant. White NO MANNERS kids are so noisy and will stand up and block the T.V. Food is good, only the cook and one brunette waiter are nice.

1/2 price wings on Mondays and Wednesdays when you order a drink. Worth it on those days. The wings are very small so the normal order of 9 wings is overpriced when its regular pricing. There is a very limited amount of flavours. The service is very good and fast. The wait staff are kind and hardworking. Good experience!

Three stars because the server was friendly and the soft drinks were only a dollar. For wing night I had hoped for meatier wings. This was not to be.

They have beer! Not usually busy. Good for if you dont want a crowd. Service tends to be slow. Never tried the food.

This is the worst experience I ever had. The chef should be fired. I had been to other branches and this one had the worst service and worst tasting wings I ever had in my entire life (I am a wings person). I ordered the wings with ghost chilli pepper sauce and it tasted sweet. This sauce is suppose to make me cry having tried it. Not to mention, the wings were dry. No sauce. The service sucked. They didn t give wet tissues with the wings. They put my sides (celery and carrot) inside the wings. Very unacceptable. Whoever is working in the front or back should be fired.

Orders came incorrect. My Greek salad was served with browning romaine. I was not impressed. I would not go back.

Great service and pretty good food. Its one of the older original gabs so its definitely got that run down feel. Bathrooms are downstairs so beware if youre planning to drink a lot ;)

Krista is a gem and although I typically loathe this type of chain bar, I like coming here and do so pretty often. The food is surprisingly good, and they usually have good specials. This place is way more than the sum of its parts.

Ive had their quesadillas, and their chicken sandwich they were both delicious.

This is a more interestingly decorated Gabbys than most. It isnt big but its fun. The staff have never been less than friendly. They seem a bit apprehensive at kicking out extremely drunk patrons, which has been annoying in the past, but they get there and the fun time resume.

Dont eat here. This place is just for beers.
