Ate here for years. Ordered the other day and WOW all of the portion sizes are smaller, whilst the prices have gone up. Even the pulled pork burger is now smaller!!! Last time we order from here.

Good will come again

Not sure what happened to this location. I ve ordered tacos here before and they used to pack up the meat but now it s literally just a few pieces of meat placed on top a mountain of veggies. Definitely won t be coming back here. Hopefully the other locations aren t the same.

I did not eat here. There are reviews that state this place is halal. I asked and they do NOT have halal options and serve pork on the menu.

Was excited to go for a bite on a nice summer night, but at 830pm on a Friday, they were closed.

Ordered the poutine+meat from the meals section of the menu, expecting it to be meal sized. Unfortunately it was the size of a side dish and Im now cooking something to go with it, defeating the point of ordering. It is tasty enough but the menu is misleading about what you are getting. Disappointed overall, if its not going to be a meal, it shouldnt be in the meals section of the menu.

All I wanted was one taco to go. It took over 20 minutes. Highly inefficient kitchen.

Burrito didnt taste good

Yummy yummy burgers!!! Great service. Quiet dining space. I have had their mini burgers a handful of times now. Perfect size to be satisfied with a combo and not feel over stuffed. There are tacos, burritos, rice and salad bowls... Lots of options but I tried the burger and fell in love so much I havent tried anything else! Vegetarian options: Veggie patties and burritos and obviously salads. Kid-friendliness: No high chairs but my kids love coming here. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp but the door is not automatic. There is an accessible bathroom.

Not sure what happened but when I went there was only one worker there and the fries were so dry they turned to dust when I bit into it. The burrito was ok

Mediocre food, cold fries. Was told it will take 20 minutes, took about an hour. I would avoid in the future.

The Monster burger here is awesome, it consists of a grilled chicken breast, beef patty, bacon, and then you get to pick what toppings/sauce you want.

Food is so tasty. Like licking finger tasty. Too good to take pictures just had to enjoy it. Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian option available. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. There is a ramp. Though front door is hard to pull.

Great spot for an early lunch when most of other places in the area are closed at 11AM. Loved the menu and service was on point. Many accessible outlets to plug in my laptop and show down! Bonus! Had a chicken burrito and there was a big amount of topping selection. Don t fall apart at all like some burrito joints, stayed tightly wrapped. I ll definitely pass by if on the area again.

Asked for a burrito with multiple toppings but all I got was beans lettuce and rice. Simply the worst burrito experience I have ever had, how hard is it to get a simple burrito order right?

For us Grillis is by far a better choice than the over priced and underwhelming restaurants around town.

The food is too good and service is fantastic

Been a loyal customer here since they opened! Not only is the food incredibly delicious, the staff and customer service are super kind and friendly and always treat me super well. Never leave a TIP though, managers keep tips and don t give to their staff. I repeat, staff sees no tips. They use this as a way to make more money for themselves. Very greedy. I almost always order the tacos - 3 or 4 depending how hungry I am. The fish, chicken and pork are my favourites and so so tasty. I cycle through these three proteins but its a tie between fish and pork for my favourites (the fish is grilled sea bass I believe and trust me it s so freaking good). They have other solid menu items as well such as burgers, chicken burgers, poutine and fries but I come and stay for the tacos - if burritos, or taco bowls is more your style you wont be disappointed with these options either. Everything is very reasonably priced as well. The Rice salad is another great option for vegetarians - (add mango sauce as a dressing). They also have a vegetarian taco option too I believe. Grillies never skimps out on their portions either, so you really feel like you are getting your moneys worth. No extra charge for ingredients (you choose your own)- pretty much as many as you like except for guac or grilled onions is small charge. Fresh ingredients are always used and the protein is grilled and made just right every time. Make the taste mild, medium spicy or bbq depending on your preference (I always do spicy). Smoothies are great too - I usually do strawberry banana or mango pineapple.

Good food I go once a week

Ordered 40 dollars worth of food. Order got cancelled by accident. Got charged full amount.....Called uber they said grilles accepted the order and has my money. Called Grillies, they said that uber has money. So either Grillies or Uber robbed me of 40 dollars. Been ordering here for years. Never again.

Yesterday i meet up with the girl name called isha she is so talent polite behaviours and good response since i worked in the hospitality-field last 3 year i find out her as one of the good potential and like a professional staff thanks grillies for keeping such a brilliant staff to make us happy.

I ordered Veggie patty rice bowl. The crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy. The toppings worked together beautifully. The flavour was full of smoky and chilly and the soft drink had a great consistency. More to it the cute and loving staff made my day. By the end of the meal I was planning my next visit.

Really great customer service. I always interact with Vicky and Isha when I go and they make it such a pleasant experience. In terms of food I like their halal Montreal steak salad bowl. They give me a lot of meat for the price and it s well seasoned and open late if you re in a pinch and want a healthy meal.

My partner really likes the food on occasion and I am not a fan but I always try and order your fruit shakes because fruit shakes are my favourite thing to eat. The first time I had one it was great but the past 10 times I ve ordered the order arrived with a shake made with fruit so disgusting and freezer burned it s completely inedible. One sip and I spit it out and throw the whole thing away. I ve given up on your fruit shakes but for the sake of your other customers spending money on these drinks please for the love of god clean your freezers, get new fruit and keep the fruit in closed containers. I HAVE NEVER TASTED SUCH FREEZER BURN IN MY LIFE OTHER THAN AT GRILLIES BAYVIEW! I don t understand how you guys could possibly fail to notice this it s so gross!

Surprised by how good that burger and fries were! Got a double cheese burger and it was the best burger Ive had in the Bayview Village by far. The fries were decent - Ive had better, but they were good. The staff were kind and gracious - what more could I ask for? Will definitely come back.

Double cheese burgers was awesome. Expected the cheese fries to be more cheesy; if anything Id called them Chipotle sauce fries.

My go to place for late night. I m not just coming here because they are the ONLY one open this late (2 am everyday) but their food is great. Burgers are tasty and the burritos are fantastic and HUGE. Staff is very friendly too! 5 stars. Keep up the great work!

Showed up about 90 minutes before their listed closing time last Thursday I believe it was when I walked in the staff looked at me awkwardly and claimed they were closed. I left despite the posted closing time being well after my arrival. Drove out of my way for food from here. Wont be returning and I caution anyone going to be weary that they may close whenever they deem fit.

Delicious food, the burger is EXCELLENT

First time ordered take out from here and had the burrito. It was amazing. I noticed many other burrito joints over the past few years have lessened quality where they skimp on meat and put alot of filler like rice. Not this place; lots of meat (pulled pork) and full of flavour. Will come again for sure. 100% recommend to anyone.

Understaffed, uncoordinated for extremely subpar food. If you cannot handle volumes then turn off the delivery apps.

Decent tacos, but too bland and small for the price point. The fish taco was the best. I do wish I tried their burger instead; it does look like a better option.

Date that I had come by : June 26th . 9:50pm So I had decided to give grillies a shot and I will leave a review thats 100% honest . I saw many people were saying how great the burgers were and for someone who doesnt usually go for the specialty sauce . I had decided i should give medium a shot and I must say the burger was amazing . The customer service was great , the female behind the register I sadly did not get her name but was amazing with the customer service as it was out first time . My girlfriend had gotten a burrito and it was not the best , they did forget the rice which was an honest mistake , it wasnt big of a deal but thats why reviews are there . I do feel like the burritos do have room for improvement . As a burger joint I would definitely say top 5 places to go to in toronto . Would definitely recommend. Clean atmosphere with a nice seating area . Well done

Adi greeted me at the cash with a smile, he was very pleasant. I ve gone into this grilliez Bayview location 30 times at least for years and this man always greets me with a warm welcome and smile. Him and isha make the location so good, Isha always so friendly as well! Took my order quickly and Isha made my burrito and lemonade. Both were wonderful, customer server from these two have been amazing every single time I ve gone in here. They deserve praise, they make you want to come back again. Food is amazing as well. Really really good smash burger style sandwiches, and a broader menu with burritos and what not. I had the cheese burger combo, and it was great. Better than 5 guys, burger priest or any of the other better burger fighters in the category. And don t even ring the bell on McDonald s or the others. Solid choice.

Guys, the burger I had was brushed with BBQ sauce then grilled, and it was PERFECTION! So good, its now my favourite burger in leaside! The bun was fresh and soft, great condiments, cheese and bacon on point! I also had the poutine, which was rich with lots of squeeky cheese curds and gravy. First time coming to this location! The staff here were very helpful and the food came out very fast considering it was lunchtime. Chicken burrito was nice and tender but also the perfect level of spice. The selection of ingredients as well made for a very tasty option on a very busy block in Leaside.

My partner and I came in for a quick stop. Burgers were really really good. Didnt know you can make a patty spicy so that was a nice touch. Service was really good. We have no complaints. We ordered the monster rice, veggie patty burger and the cheese fries and I have to say the food was amazing and super yummy! I absolutely loved the veggie patty burger, the patty was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the monster rice and fries were super saucy. 10/10 for the food!

I ate Grillies a number of times during the pandemic with very minor issues. But today. Idk whats happening there. But my medium flavor was bland no taste at all. there was no cheese and the fries looked like yesterdays fries or todays idk. But they were for definitely double cooked.

I am a picky eater and I am OBSESSED with Grillies. The pulled pork burrito and tacos are my favourite. The employees are also so friendly. I am not one to normally leave reviews but I wanted to show my support and love for this amazing restaurant:)
