First time ordering from here and honestly I was a little sceptical to get the pull pork burrito I usually just get beef but best burrito I ve had in a long time the vegetables are so fresh the meat is perfectly seasoned a little salty but still good !! Only thing is the burrito Could use a little bit more sauce but I honestly am so happy with my choice and definitely will be my new burrito spot keep it up gillies!!!

Delicious Burger and Beverages

I had no idea they put bbq sauce on the tacos as a default, its not written anywhere. Not a fan of bbq sauce at all, and there was so much of it... I couldnt taste any other flavors. Was looking forward to a simple shredded beef taco with tomato and onion, you know, Mexican style. Shredded beef drowned in bbq sauce on a taco? Yuck! :/ Confused flavors here, terrible idea. Ask for your taco without bbq sauce lol

Every time I want late night Mexican food in the Annex, I settle for Grillies and am disappointed over and over. The food doesnt really have any flavour and isnt very fresh. Its mediocre and they benefit from other burrito places nearby closing by 10pm.

Anmol served us fries and grilliotos in a Doritos bag. The food was top notch. This was my first time and I was impressed by the consistency of the fries. Anmol was fantastic. She was engaging and ensured she understood our order. She served us with a smile, I will finally be back.

The food is amazing. Thats not the issue though. You will have to WAIT at least 20 minutes to get your food. A couple of times I waited 40 minutes for a burger. My entire lunch hour was wasted and didnt have time to eat until after work when the burger was cold and soggy. They only have one person (and I feel sorry for them) working here during the lunch rush and having to take complicated orders AND cook the food for a massive lineup of people. I even tried ordering ahead of time online and went there 20 minutes later and they said they didnt get the order. I had to wait another 20 minutes because I had already paid online. My friend tried to email the owner a very nice message indicating that the person here needs help and the wait times are driving away many potential customers. We got no response after months. Thus, I leave this review. Edit: about a year later, they have finally staffed this place better and wait times have been reduced. Still a bit long, but better than before. So I improved my rating.

This place is open like all hours of the deadass night and its solid at any hour! I go in there baked af, just totally fried off my gourd, like bleary-eyed and Hungry at the weirdest hours ok, and those burg patties are cooked to perfection every time. Ive been doing this for months now and theyve not let me down once. You get so much selection for sauces and toppings, sometimes I stand there a while, but honestly they put up with me! I really appreciate that. Theyre really cool people there and they deserve the best tips!

Rohan and Parth were friendly, professional, and made sure to change their gloves regularly to prevent any food contamination, which we really appreciated. Found a flattened bug in my poutine and when I advised the staff I was told I cannot get a refund and they ll just make me a new one because it s the fruit flies in the air. It was in fact not a fruit fly as it was larger with tentacles. Very disappointed because I am a huge supporter of this establishment.

The menu has been updated and sadly the burritos are much smaller (like 2/3 the size) than they used to be. For $12+, its no longer worth it. Such a shame!

Oh my god I love love the burger from here I find it so reasonable plus the dressing and toppings they dont charge extra which is super good plus the taste is good and the girl harpreet she is sweet and prompt with the order every time I go there.

Anmol, Raskin are excellent servers and cooks. I am always pleased with their services at the Bloor and Bathurst location.

This is by far the best Tacos Ive had in all of Toronto. The staff, Anmol and Raskin are so very friendly and genuinely happy to take your order. They prepare the food fast and it just tastes so damn good. They play good music at their location and they get it right every time. If youre looking for tacos, you wont be disappointed. This place is sure to become your favourite taco spot too. I will be back here again and again. Thanks Annol and Raskin.

I just purchased a meal at 5:44 AM and got the best service from Anmol. She worked with impressive speed/efficiency and served me with a smile despite the late hour. Will be coming back after a graveyard shift again!

Solid late night desperate food.

Walked in and asked for a nacho platter that comes with ground beef, cheese, and any vegetable toppings. The employee proceeds to ask their coworker for more information and put down our order for nachos and asks for guacamole and sour cream. We receive our order almost 15 minutes later and it s just plain chips in a small container. Not what we asked for, no problem. The problem, is that when we went in to ask for what we originally ordered, completely ready to pay the difference for the new order, the employee accused us of eating two chips and failing to mention the order including ground beef and cheese and initially refused to allow us to pay the difference for the correct order or allow us a refund. A couple of guys sitting at a table next to the cashier were inebriated and i struck up some conversation with them while waiting for the cashier to check with her coworker and the till , and the worker comes back and says that she s refusing to help us because she understands english and we were making fun of her. Absolute ludacrisy as that literally never happened. We had to get nearby customers to vouch for us that it never happened and she completely misunderstood the situation. Horribly handled service by the staff and super unprofessional. Don t come here the staff are super rude. Never returning here again.

I went into Grillies one evening while exploring the neighborhood. I ordered a couple of hard shell tacos and a beer. The server was nice, took my order and I paid. The store was quiet, well kept, not too many people around. I sat down and waited for my order, took maybe five minutes for it to be ready. I picked up my food and my beer, returned to my table and quietly ate. The atmosphere was pleasant and once I finished my beer, I cleaned up and put my garbage in the can, put the tray in the pickup area and the beer bottle in recycling. The washrooms were clean, well supplied and the sinks and dryers were working properly. Grillies was clean and quiet with good food and polite and respectful staff. Thank you for a great dining experience!

The perfect option for a late night snack. Great selection and I love the choices available. I always go for the cheeseburger or the pulled pork salad and I love it every time.

My favorite food place ever, they have so many options from rice meals, burgers, tacos/ burritos - for drinks they have sodas, juices, fruit shake and ice cream shakes and guaranteed all of them are delicious! My favorite order is the monster rice, chicken + beef and rice with other toppings. And they even have everyday specials which is such a great deal. But the best part of this place is the service! The staff are so kind and welcoming. I have to say that Ive been to the other Grillies location but the one in Bloor (Koreatown) is the honestly the best! They even remember regular customers and their orders, and they prepare food so fast. I have nothing not positive to say. Shoutout to Tanuj and Muskan theyre the best! :)

Ive been frequenting this location since I moved to the west end and the burgers are my go to, love that you can choose the spice level and they have so many toppings! the burger bun is always really fresh, and its just as good as takeout as it is for delivery! the cheese fries are tasty too! Parth and raskin gave me one of the best burger experiences in my entire life- it was like biting into a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for the first time. The clever assortment of lettuce and onions and diced tomatoes mixing with the sauce and the expertly cooked patty was pretty divine, I feel like thats the word- maybe I have bad taste. This place rocks.

Not all my requested customization and toppings were added. I ordered ground beef burrito and fish burrito but what I got was like rice burrito with droplets of protein Barely any fish and meet in both wraps. That was so damn disappointing and On top of that the wraps were very small.

I ordered a BEEF burrito with no beans. The lady at the counter thought I said bean burrito which doesn t make sense. She said she had clarified but I clarified BEEF many times, as a bartender I was trying to get home because I didn t think my beef burrito wouldn t have any beef. Terrible experience.

Portion size is pathetic. The burrito is that same as the frozen gas station microwave kind that used to be a dollar but it s $15 before tax tip and delivery. It tastes ok but it needs to be three times bigger.

Eaten here a couple times and the food is great and they have an interesting variety. Great for late night too. If you want authentic mexican then Im not sure why you would go here with so many options nearby. But for delicious fast/diner style food then in my experience it is worth going

Very bad today. I want to grab my food so there were a bunch of orders. I showed my order number and told the stuff to give my order so a girl told me to wait for five minutes, so I wait for five minutes after that I went there to ask whether if my food is ready, she did not respond so I had to wait another five minutes by following that I had to wait almost 16 minutes and then I started asking what happened with my order and then they realize they didn t start making my order so they were telling me to wait for another five minutes and after that they gave me food around 10 minutes later in total, my experience was horrible in this restaurant, all of the stops were Indian, and they were talking in their language. I did not understand whether they are yelling at me or not, but they were so rude. The date is 4/09/23. If the authority of this restaurant, see this feedback, please check the date we were working and take proper initiative. The location is bloor and Bathurst.

Horrible service ever!!! I ordered 3 tacos at the Bloor location today and used my debit card and received an automatic notification from my bank that the purchase went through. They did not receive the update on their end and told me I had to pay again! I told them I won t be doing that because I ll be paying twice. They denied me food and my money back. I ended up leaving. Please guys if you do go to that place don t use your debit cards!!! Not worth it!!! Horrible service!! I REPEAT STAY AWAY!! I had to call my bank back and get them to refund me! You failed to mention the payment was received on your end and your workers repeatedly mentioned that if I don t pay again the food that they were going to give me will be free. Would accept workers telling you that even though paid?! Makes it make sense. Ridiculous customer service. My bank was even shocked that proof of my online bank statement wasn t enough. They have tons of unique toppings (egg?) And most of them are at no extra charge. Might take an extra free minutes to make, butt its worth the wait. Everything is made fresh to order, even the protein! Theyve even got smoothies and shakes made with real fruit, and you can taste the difference! The rice in the burrito I ordered was tasted like a topping, not intended to be the bulk of the meal. Plus, they add the protein on the tacos LAST, which just makes sense. I order extra beef every time, and they add so much beef you can t even SEE the taco anymore. This place is freaking amazing. Highly recommend.

Always come here when the guys and I are craving a late night snack. Tonight we were lucky to be served by Harpreet and he was kind and respectful, and took the time to adequately take our orders. 10/10 Thank you Grillies and thank you Harpreet!

I really work late and struggling to get back to home I found this place opened at 4 in the morning I tried to go to 24 hours burger shop but no offense but smells bad and feel unsafe I was really blessed that I could food here thank you harpreet, parth
