They will mess it up. No beans or rice added in the burrito even after explicitly mentioning it. The issues with their food has become quite frequent. They don t pick up the phone after messing up the order. Never ordering again.

My New favorite spot. Got a cheeseburger combo for cheaper then McDonald or Burger King. First...the fries. Delicious hot or cold I only got a small next time for sure Ill up size to large. Second..Burger. omg mouth watering. Fresh homemade pattie. You get to choose your own sauce and toppings. Next will try burrito and bowls. From the moment we walked in to leaving staff made us feel so welcomed. Wish I knew about this place before but now grillies will be my go to spot

For the only late-night 24hr joint on the block, all anyone really wants is something fast, cheap, and edible. Grillies barely manages one out of those three - the food is at least edible. Ive gone to this place a number of times, and while its not the cheapest, the food most of the time is ok, passable. But never, and I mean NEVER, have I waited for less than 15 minutes for anything Ive ordered, even a single cheeseburger. I was under the impression that cheeseburgers existed on the principle that they take no more than 4 minutes to make from beginning to end. How on earth it could possibly take longer than that, especially when I am the only customer in the restaurant, is beyond me. Last night, I ordered a double cheeseburger and a poutine and it took 25 minutes to get. Mind you, this was not a 25 minutes from when I walked in the door or the last time I checked my phone, this was 25 full minutes of me sitting on a greasy Ikea chair at 3 in the morning, wondering if I should sneak back behind the counter and make it myself. Now, all of that might have been excusable, if the cheeseburger had been really good, or if the fries had been hand cut or something, but it legitimately was the most average cheeseburger and poutine of all time. Better than McDonalds, but not by much, and nowhere close to being worth the wait. Id love to patronize the local late-night spot near me, but every time I go, its the same story and Id rather just get A&W and save the time.

WATER SMOOTHIE ALRET. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie because their sign had said no artificial flavour or colour in their drinks i thought awesome! I want one. BIG MISTAKE. First off i paid almost $7 for this smoothie, it was not a smoothie. I watched the worker make my smoothie, he grabbed the strawberries put them in a blender and added Banana flavoured syrup. THATS ARTIFICIAL BTW but thats not the worst part. Smoothies are made with juice. They did not use juice, i watched the worker get 2 cups of water from the tap and put it in my smoothie. The most disgusting thing i have ever had. NEVER ORDER A SMOOTHIE. Dietary restrictions: Don t believe their signs, the lied about artificial flavours and colours being in their drinks, i wouldnt trust them to properly accommodate allergies or diet restrictions

I have been ordering from grillies through Uber Eats regularly for the last 3 years or so and I must say there is not a false note with this restaurant. The food is always impeccable, the service is always speedy and accurate, and perhaps most importantly to me as a customer is there is clearly time and Care taken when it comes to adhering to my special requests and add-ons. Everything is always as I ordered it and prepared with care. Portion size is always as expected and large. They often take the time to write personalized friendly notes on the delivery bag. Its just a wonderful restaurant where they clearly prioritize the needs of the customer and I cant say enough good things about them. On top of it the food is incredible. Great flavor, loads of options. Everything is terrific. Highly recommend.

The food was awesome. Not your generic machine pressed burger. They were hand made and flattened on the flat top. Their watermelon slushy was also not filled with powders and sugars (good for diabetics) the cheese fries were fantastic. The poutine was well made . The service/order taking by Gurjot Singh was great. Never felt rushed like you do at other fast food places. The rest of the staff worked well together.

The burgers are great! The portion of fries are quite small for what it costs which is a shame but they are tastier fries than most places. Service is a bit slow so dont come if you are in a rush.

Ordered the breakfast burrito. Menu is confusing, Eggs Beans Cheese but then further in the menu is extra bacon makes one assume bacon is already included in the burrito. But no bacon was found in the burrito. Needs more Substitution, no beans add bacon or sausage as example. Also needs a option to select No Dressing. Shouldnt have to put it in order notes. Chocolate milkshake was watery and chalky tasting. Leaves a power Residue in your mouth.

I ordered a veggie patty burger, it was cooked really well by the chef (Sumit Malik). It is one of my favourite burger joints! Edit: I went again today (4th April 2024). Jass made me a very delicious chocolate-vanilla ice cream shake. I also enjoyed their veggie patty burger. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy some comfort food.

Waited a very very long time for our order to come, even though the place was empty. Ordered a poutine and the cheese curds were frozen. Ordered a BEAN burrito because I am VEGETARIAN. Ordered through Skip The Dishes, food came in approx. 30 minutes :) Can pop was ice cold, unfortunately so was the food. Fries and Onion Rings were waay overcooked and cold, thats a new one...?!? Its called a Timer, it tells you when the stuff in the fryer is perfectly cooked Pulled pork salad was nice, fresh, saucy and everything was shredded. Flavour was sweet, savoury, spicy, lots of things going on here. Pork was this dark mass with Cheese melted on top, it was ok, but cold. This is pricy food without the quality to back up the cost :(

I loved all the foods that Ive eaten at Grillies restaurant! Its not a very big place but neither too small; its always very clean and comfortable. They serve generous portions for the price; their servers are always very friendly and welcoming. I like where it is situated; not far from Main Street Station, and neither my home, so most times I walked. Although Ive never tasted all their dishes, Ill recommend anyone who wants good food thats similar to home-cooked, certainly cant go wrong by visiting Grillies as Im sure that all their food will be delicious! Thanks to the wonderful servers and kitchen staff who work tirelessly to prepare and serve us delicious meals; not forgetting the excellent cleaners; this place is always very clean. May God bless them After the pandemic is over, I shall continue to visit and have my tasty meals as usual. Just an update: once again, Im visiting Grillies and thanks to those lovely people who toil daily to prepare scrumptious meals that I enjoyed. Nishtha is SUPERB. It was my first time eating here and she made my experience amazing. I had an early doctors appointment for my daughter and stopped here to get food. I didn t know what I wanted on my taco and Nishtha took charge and said don t worry, I know what to put on it for you and boy was she right. I purchased one taco, ate it and ended up buying 3 more. Tastes good but I got a horrificcccccc bout of food poisoning after I had their cheeseburger. Soooo bad that I had to get antibiotics since it was lasting days. I have been going here for yrs so it s very disappointing that this happened. I definitely won t be going back anymore after this serious, painful and nasty food poisoning. Yikes!!! Review your cross contamination/ food health and safety practices to avoid customers going thru this hell for eating one of your burgers!!! Didn t think I would end up at the doctor s and antibiotics for eating there.

The burrito that I ordered was absolutely amazing - packed with great fillings (no rice filler in site!) and yummy sauces. The cheesy fries were also really good! I like how you get to pick what goes into the food in terms of toppings and sauces. The space itself was nice, too. We were able. To snag a larger kind table for four, and had a great time hanging out. We notice fmodtly people order food for takeout or delivery, but it was nice to have the dine in option as well.

One and a half hours for a pretty basic order? On Saturday night? Not cool, grillies! Great food but please get more people working on your busiest nights!

Used to be much better. The most frustrating thing is if you call ahead or put in an online order, its pointless, youll have to wait inside the store for 10-15 minutes minimum. Affordable and tasty. Ordered double cheese burger and fish burger. Update Nov 2023 *** years later.... taste consistency is next level. Now its 24 hours ...too excited. Ive tried in the day, late night/evenings....diff staff ...and always enjoy my order. If I can have this once a month, I will.My taste buds are always happy after the meal. P.s. cheese fries and burger are my go to . So affordable. Also to note -ive tried their burritos , tacos , drinks too. Still good.

Tasty affordable burgers! And the employees are very polite and helpful. I will definitely come here again. Edit: do NOT use online order for pickup. Your wait time will be longer than ordering in person.

Shubhita and sumit gave the best service and the food ever got . The burrito and the fries were too good and too tasty that we just kept our fingers Licking and the service is awesome and the atmosphere was friendly and respectful.

the service at this location is outstanding and the have the up most respect for there customers especially shubhika and abhinand and sumit. i have been to alot of place to eat and none have the best kindness ever. they always treat me and others so kindly even when others are rude to them they still hold there heads up and continue with there amazing customer service.

Restaurant service was non professional and staff gossips ignoring customers. Waiting time was longer even in easy time.
