Came in the morning to pickup an order, been waiting for an extra 20 mins and the food was cold, it seemed like the staff packed the leftovers from yesterday

BAG! It s very important how you ask for things. Try to be polite.

Been great! You get to customize your order, with pickles, olives, sauces, etc. and the burgers are still juicy. Make sure not to choose salt & pepper on burger. Someone new put too much but they redid my order.

Hotdog was dressed improperly. Fine, mistakes happen, no big deal. Then person putting on toppings accused me of saying toppings I know I didn t. Especially when I asked for a single toppings. You argue with customers, you lose them. Will not be returning to this location.

The lady on Service counter was very racist.

Evi was a great worker. His attention the details was great he saw that I have kids and he packaged the food in a friendly way also when I asked for extra cucumber for the kids he totally understood and packed them on the side amazingly. His positive energy was all over the place from head to toe I believe that every worker should be like evi

The $1.65 burger promo is a scam. App says to call a number since it didnt work and it calls Swiss chalet. When told about customer service and a call number the answer machine just hangs up on you.

The manager on Sundays evening Feb 25th is the worst. She yells at customers. Poor quality service. Doesnt remember she just yelled at the customers and does it again without listening what is been said to her. Harveys delivery guy is very disrespecful as well.

Im uber eats driver and the cashier is rude and I arrived and after 15 minutes they asked we just received the order this stupid just waste my time and the customer time so I requested to the manager please train ur stupid cashier properly

I had a cheeseburger tonight, and it was a disappointing experience. The cucumber and vegetables were of poor quality, giving the sandwich an unpleasant and unhealthy smell. After consuming just half of it, I ended up with a stomachache. I wont be returning to this restaurant; its not worth coming back for such subpar food. And also, the restaurant is not really clean and it s really disappointed .

Fried items taste really bad - like they change the fryer oil once a year

Garbage service! Was told I cant order my kid the kids pizza because she wasnt in the store. Maybe you should take the kids pizza off the takeout menu then, or at least add a disclosure.

Super nice chasier when I went, the deal of 2 for $8 was really nice, I just wish there was a little bit kore options on the toppinfs for the burgers though. Lots of place to sit and very clean.

I ordered an angus burger combo with large french fries on Uber Eats today 03/16 and the fries was still raw, withered and super oily. Had to throw them all away although the burger was okay.

Rude staff

The food is good but the front staff is rude at times. On asking for something they seem frustrated. Might be possible that they re overworked or something.

The food is ok. But the workers are soo frustrated for some reason. They would get mad at you for no reason. Like I asked for an extra fork and the girl shouted at me?!! I work at other harvey s and when i have to use my associate card, they enquire me like i m some robber or something, like it s just 20% discount!! They need so much improvement.

Worst Harvey s on planet earth - the toppings are not fresh - lettuce is brown, onions are translucent, cucumber is shrivelled up. Avoid at all costs - they should not be open.

Came here for dinner yesterday and it was absolutely disappointing. You have a clear view of the kitchen and yet not one cook was seen wearing gloves. All food was handled with bare hands and no one washed their hands between stations. Lady handled food then went straight to cash without even sanitizing her hands. Truly disgusting especially during the pandemic. Why is no one washing their hands and touching everything? Please implement proper health and sanitation training for everyone.

First time trying Harvey s, because I was gifted a gift card for dining and this restaurant was one of participants. Ordered Veggie Burger combo with fries. One of the most disgusting fries I tried in my life, I don t even think it was fresh. Burger tastes like absolutely nothing. It s dry and has no flavour. At least I understand why the price is so low.

STAFF IS VERY RUDE. I do doordash or Uber delivery and whenever I go there for pick up, they hand me the order with a rude attitude. It s like they are so tired of their job and they wanna quit it. It s okay but they can t just treat anyone like that for that reason. I hope the manager of this store will get rid of those rude staffs as soon as possible

Service was good, food came out hot and ready. New staff were being trained while on the job. Location is a few minutes walk from Yonge & Eglinton. CAA cards can be used here and Scene points collected or redeemed.

Delicious food. Kitchen staff prepares delicious meals quickly. Counter staff members are friendly when taking your order. Tables and floors are always kept clean. Recommend.

This is a fast food place. The smell is not something that will entice you to eat here. Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is most likely cooked in same grill as meat. Most likely because the taste is subtle but its there. Parking: Dont park on the side street enforcement is regularly going by and ticketing people.

Hamburgers are really good, the fries could be better

They lost our order and when we finally asked what was going on they gave us a bunch of cold food that had been sitting there for 10min while we were waiting.

This Harveys is also a Swiss Chalet. The staff is friendly and the food is consistent. Students come in for lunch on weekdays, so it sometimes gets a little busy, but theres always sufficient seating.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch poutine but the cooksman in the back forgot the bacon. Nice workers up front and following covid precaution protocol. The burger was cooked nicely and tasted good. Fries are good too.

I love Harveys in general, but not this store. The staff is rude, the store never received my mobile order one time, another time they did receive it but it still took them forever to make it while atleast 10 peele wo walked in after me for their order. Complete mess.
