I love it MY WAY !!! I really enjoy the staff here. They go way beyond, especially after school. I really like Pooja, why you ask because she taught me how to use the scan id. Het, Tamim, Vishak - the team is wonderful. I love kindness.
I went in for 2 things, a slushy and an 8 count of mini donuts, they somehow managed to give me those 2 items in 17 mins. 17 mins for two items, you did not swap out the oil from when you just fried onion rings and fries in, I saw you do all this. You served me old oil fried donuts, it tasted horrible. I will never be going back to this location again.
Met a cousin for lunch and catch-up, food and service was great, friendly staff. Got there at 11:30, after we got our food, found a seat, 40+ people filed in for the workers / student lunch hour, it was crazy busy. Props to the staff who kept their cool, I would have been going nuts. It's all about location, location, location.
I have a love/hate thing with this place. I both love and hate that I enjoy the food there as much as I do. If I liked it less, I'd eat less of it. That said, the food is always great, the staff there are always super friendly and quick. I highly recommend Harvey's.
“They don’t keep up practice of wearing gloves while preparing your food” These were the words of the manager after complaining. Then said I’ll just give you a refund, not the way you’d expect a manger to handle sick situations. Thank god I got my food and prepared in a respectable manner
I live in the neighbourhood and only noticed Harveys today, and thought I would go in using a discount voucher we got in the mailbox. It was my FIRST TIME at Harvey's ever! (I usually eat McD's) but I have to say, the ONION rings were great and the chicken burger was great. The 3 servers (guy with glasses, young lady, and Nelly) were wonderful. Nelly actually came up to me and asked me how the food and coffee was, as she saw me inspecting my food. I said GREAT and was impressed she actually came out from the back/counter and came to me. THANK YOU. Williemena the place is also very clean and inviting.
Server Malefia was friendly and communicated well. Had to wait but the Food was good and good value given how much eating out costs. Food is made to order your way. Restaurant was clean and it’s a good fit for the area since McDonalds closed down. Not a lot of sitting space if you want to dine in.
A really excellent fast food addition to the area. The food os actually prepared fast and is fresh and tasty. Staff are quick and polite and the dining area and especially the washroom is kept very clean. Definitely going on my go-to places to get a good meal
Get this for lunch almost everyday throughout the week the food is always good and so is the service only problem is the big lines of kids Vegetarian options: Salads and veggie options of burgers

So this place is good in person but do not get delivery from here Twice ive had issues with delivery One time the driver never delivered the food and instead stole it and i had to fight over the phone with the manager there to get a refund and order again. All of which took 2-3 hours start to finish Second time i ordered and it took an hour to get my food, i live just 10 min car ride away. Got the food and it was cold In person its good though but just dont get delivery from harveys

I feel employees need more training how to maintain Harveys standard. He literally gave me open bag without tissues in it. No Greetings. I understand the hurry but I have experience for the first time

On Saturday, I went to this place with a friend, and they gave us our order packed and ready to go. I questioned this because we wanted to eat there, and their official hours say they close at 12 a.m., and it was only 11:15 p.m. They said we couldnt dine in because before closing, they only serve food delivery drivers picking up orders. I dont believe this was true; it seemed like a racist act because we are Hispanic. If they were correct, please modify your closing hours for the general public or make it clear from the start before charging for the order.
I drive for Uber eats. I came in to pick up my order and was told to wait while they prepare it. They kept me waiting for over 10 minutes. When I finally went up to the counter to ask what was taking so long. It turned out that the order was ready, and nobody bothered to tell me about it. I feel quite disrespected by their unprofessionalism. We all work in the service industry, and we need to be helping each other.

There are always the same 2 people working the counter when I go in and let me tell you they are the best! Awesome customer service. And always very efficient. I love that we have this Harvey s in our hood now.

Overall, Harveys, coupled with Vishaks exceptional service, exceeded my expectations, and Ill definitely be returning for more culinary delights.

One of THE best takeout locations in all of Toronto, based purely on the quality of the customer service here all the staff are excellent, I cannot speak highly enough of everyone here. I ve visited around half a dozen times since it opened and every time it has been a good experience. Food quality is excellent also. If you are in the Bloor West Village/Runnymede area, be sure to give them your business, they deserve it. There aren t many fast food joints that care in 2024, but this one does.
This fast food establishment is an outstanding addition to the area. The food is prepared quickly, yet it remains fresh and delicious. The staff members, Malefia, Rayka, and Vishak, are efficient, courteous, and very polite, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Without a doubt, this place has earned a spot on my list of preferred spots to grab a satisfying meal.

Dill pickle poutine was great, as were the cheeseburgers I got on my second visit to this location (delicious!). Restaurant is always very clean (staff are constantly cleaning). VERY friendly staff and management. Just a great dining experience all around. ....I highly recommend!

Harvey s is my fav restaurant chain (literally named my cat Harvey) and this location rocks!! It s new so it s very nice inside, the staff is very kind/professional. I ordered a 5 piece nugget meal and had to wait 10 mins for fresh nuggets. It was well worth it because they were fresh and was given 8 pieces instead for the inconvenience. Thanks again I wish this location all the best, definitely will be returning!
