I understand that everyone is working hard, but the restaurant is closed at 12am. I came at 11:15pm the worker was so piss off, I even saw the work throw my chicken into fried machine. Sorry but that already the second this happened!! The Burger was great though:))

I frequent this location with my family. We are always shown kindness and excellent customer service! The food is always great and we are glad they are a staple in the community.

Ive been going to this place for over 20 yrs and Ive been to many places in the area and they all suck compared to this harveys. Im always happy with the food. Im usually unhappy with food and being over charged at other places. This harveys im always happy. So lately the last 4 times Ive ordered the burgers were complete soggy mess. You might really want to consider changing the packaging. I wont be ordering anymore until something changes. Not happy lately at all.

This place was very nice. They returned my wallet without anything missing, and they are always generous. I eat here pretty frequently, and it was very fun. No general problems they make food fast and it feels very nice. The only thing is that I wished that my favourite tables were cleaned up more,

Rasool served us late at night with a smile and a friendly attitude. My husband and I came in for dinner after a religious service and he was so kind, friendly and personable, even though he may have been tired. We have eaten here before, and both times we had excellent service but Rasool just gave us that little something extra. Thank you Rasool! We hope you receive the recognition you deserve for your fantastic customer service. Update: We came back in tonight - Rasool was there and remembered us! What a nice and personal touch. We were served by Mastura this time- what a sweet lady - I messed up a couple times when I was asking for toppings but she was good natured and patient about it. Thanks again for great service from all! Update 2 (April 2024)- it s been a long time since we caught Rasool, because we had a baby, but we went in last week and as usual he was his very efficient and friendly self! The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and helpful, but our friend always manages to up the game just a bit with his charming manner. Great work Rasool - and thank you!

Not good late services

I ve stopped by a few times around 8:30 pm,on my home from work - every time the staff is super rude to me because they are trying to close the place ( i asked them it s open until 10:30 ) I stood and waited for 5 mins to get acknowledged while they kept walking by while they are trying to close up the place 2 hours before shut down . Staff are rude , place was filthy . Should close this place down no one obviously cares here .

Ive been working near this Harveys for 15 years and it was always fine, but certain staff there have made it a much more friendly and comfortable spot. Rasool especially has really made each visit memorable. He always remembers my face and makes sure to say hi and make me feel welcome.

Burgers tasted good, but a bit pricey.

I usually stick to the drive-through when I visit any Harvey s, however this time I decided to dine inside at a location I have never been to. The customer service here was outstanding! Amina took lead and really set the tone for my entire experience. It is no surprise that my meal was delicious, but having an environment like I did really put me in a great mood! The restaurant was also spotless. I will definitely be back. Thank you to a wonderful staff!

I went to this Harveys the other day and was very tired and not feeling great. Harshdeep was very patient with me when my order did not quite meet my expectations . She replaced my order quickly and offered great customer service. The whole staff really impressed me and I definitely recommend going to this particular Harveys location.

Food and service 5 stars. Atmosphere 4 due to a very very rude customer that started a fight with a staff member just because his order got confused and due to that got delay only a few minutes. The staff apologised multiple times but this customer was extremely rude for no reason. Left me a very bad taste.

The owners son was terrible swore at me and told me to get out just because i asked him please stop socializing with people and get my order that was ready for about 15-20 minutes and im just standing there this is unbelievable

Owners son is violent!! started swearing and becoming threatening because he did not want to be corrected or listen when advised he was preparing the wrong food for the wrong person started swearing using the f bomb and threw me out of the store when I simply noted he didn t want to apologize for the mistake .. avoid this violent employee at all costs , only male on staff working the front. 25 years visiting this pleasant location. Owner stood there and said nothing .. I will share this with many .will be launching a formal complaint with Harvey s Canada.if I don t hear back from the O Connor drive location with 24 hours I will be posting this the every review and social media outlet possible . Pretty bad a day later he gets a family member to leave a false review to drowned out the truth slimy

Great food, fast service, bathrooms were very clean. That s always a pet peeve of mine. I had 6 kids with me and expected a long wait but they got our food fast and all the orders were completely correct. The owner of the restaurant Rasool, was extremely courteous and was actually making the younger kids laugh while I was ordering which was great because it kept them preoccupied while I was putting in all the orders.

Went into this location today had and wonderful experience, got the pleasure to be serve by 2 great staff members. Amina, Anisa, love to go back highly recommend
