Ordered online. A bit disappointing selection of vegetables. There are SO MANY vegetables around. Their roasted vegetables base is potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots. Meh. Chicken has bones, very difficult to eat as part of the bowl. Another main bowl component - the sauce. Their sauces are definitely store bought, garlic aioli is garlic Caesar dressing. Cmon, sauces / dressings MAKE bowl, elevate it. My search for a local bowl place continues.

Omg this is insanely good. I left feeling full and happy and clean! I had the tofu lemongrass bowl sub noodles and a smoothie combo for $20. Im addicted! Ill be back, and I wanted to share my love for this new place Ive found.

Excellent food. Not impressed with the lack of cleanliness of the servers. I ve gone in a few times and had to remind them re changing gloves or I ve simply left without ordering due to seeing practices that are not food safe. I left the other day because the woman was at the register with gloves and went straight back to using them to prep food for Uber etc orders. I had to tell her she then denied she was preparing food while doing precisely that. The previous time a guy used the register with gloves on then he went straight to grabbing the yam noodles (or sweet potato) It s off-putting because the food is usually excellent. I ve never seen a manager to complain to.

Excellent food, and even better customer service. I had a problem with an Uber Eats order that Uber Eats declined to resolve. The restaurant, on the other hand, fixed the problem right away. I have ordered regularly from imPerfect Fresh Eats and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this restaurant.

got the charred chicken, the dish itself is good. the only issue is that in every bite of chicken i get, there is either a bone, cartilage or both. which in a rice/salad bowl is not enjoyable and honestly a bit dangerous.

Its a good place, good food - lacks consistency. One day you order a bowl its great, next day its frozen and completely different product. Its hit or miss depending on staff and of bowl is from their freezer...would recommend though.

The best bowl I ve ever had. Ingredients that were fresh and flavourful. Recommend create your own bowl with lemongrass tofu, spring mix and sweet potato noodles, plus tons of veg, avocado dressing is delish definitely add crispy onions. Can t believe I hadn t tried this place before or heard much about it among the neighbourhood food chatter. Uber eats buy one get one free is a good deal.

Delicious and healthier options..though while eating the chosen dish I somehow feel like female popeye the sailor woman due to excessive amount of baby spinach at the bottom and on top of it..

Lovely, quiet atmosphere. Really fresh ingredients and gooey, tangy, salty sauces to give a kick of flavor. The avocado garlic sauce is especially good.

Love imperfect, but this is the 2nd time in this location (Danforth) and the bathroom is DISGUSTING. Mold around faucet No toilet paper No paper towel Pee everywhere Toilet doesn t flush Filthy C mon guys. Please rectify this as it makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the establishment. I won t ever be returning to this location.

I have been here a couple of times and the food was delicious, I definitely will be back. They even have new drinks that are perfect for summertimes. Love it!

I had one of their new bowls, the mushroom bowl. It exceeded my expectations. Compared to their competitors, they seem to offer more food, better prices, and a better variety of ingredients. The Thai mango smoothie was also very good.

I feel healthy but it definitely wasnt judging by how much I ate. Great balance of flavours, not too sweet and nice texture variance. Got the Açai Bowl and PB Smoothie Bowl. For more photos check out @bredgyeats!

Best Acai bowl in town. Highly recommended

Being from Brazil I was craving for a good Acai bowl, however this was a big disappointment. It seems they mix other fruits in the base, so I could not feel the teste of acai berries at all. Leaving two starts just to acknowledge that there were plenty of toppings, but the base was not good and did not taste anything close to even low quality acai bowls in Brazil, let alone high quality ones. Call it fruit mix bowl or whatever you want, but this is not an acai bowl. the name can be misleading

Edit: Manager of store contacted me and resolved the issue. I signed up for this email club. I went to the Danforth location yesterday. The ride Asian girl refused to give me the drink. She kept arguing with me for 30min insisting it is not valid. What a waste of time. She kept insisting that I needed to show her a text message. What a waste of time. Why send me an email to them have me show up at the store and argue with a girl over a petty drink? I ended up leaving with nothing.

Eaten here a few times and the staff behind the counter has always been friendly. This time though I had a bad experience where I went to use the washroom and was spoken to very rudely and told I needed to buy something. I was actually planning to buy something after doing a bit of shopping around the area. After the way he spoke to me, though, it made me never want to go there again. A bit of kindness goes a long way. Lots of other places to support instead.

Rose was very friendly and helpful with my custom bowls on Friday night, will definitely come back and try their smoothies and teas.

Have been there for several times, the food is great and big thanks to the staffs here, especially is Rose cuz she s really funny and friendly. Got the new drink there - the hibiscus tea refresher was so tasty. Affordable price!

UPDATE August 2023 Sadly the last few times I came in here there were issues with service, forgetting my sauce, a rude employee, they would not allow me to get the free drink without showing a text message on my phone ....and an overall awkward/strange vibe. I think I am done with Imperfect. (previous review below) Really cool spot . Great location and helpful staff. The bowls are really delicious and healthy. Will try a smoothie next time . Thank you !

Pineapple ice cream is refreshing and delicous

I didnt have breakfast; the only food I ate for lunch was..Mexican wrap, I have mango ice cream, and juice...when biting the part with red rice, it has slimy texture..I felt like its old! I didnt finish it all..been having diarrhea, after 4hours of my lunch! The chicken was recently put in the insert,when I was there, there was flies around it..I told the lady about it! Please, be more careful of what you serve; dont make it unperfect, as you are already imperfect!

I tried the Miso Lemongrass Tofu and it was delicious. The vegetables are super fresh and its among the best bowls Ive had in the city! Highly recommended. Service was also exceptional.

Harry is the best store manager! Uber eats cancelled my order and I never received it. The driver took it and never gave to me. Harry was courteous and made my order for me for pickup

I ve been loving the bowls from here lately as I m on the hunt for healthier options in the area. The ingredients are good quality and they combine them nicely. Not only that, it s healthy and actually still tastes really good. Great job!

Cashier is quite rude and inattentive. Staff assembling the bowls was much more pleasant and professional. Daily specials are available. Edit: upon visiting again a different male cashier was helpful and friendly.

The problem is im ordering the same thing every time and sometimes different. Sometimes it all field leafs and cheaped out with the good stuff For example my keto bowl sometimes comes with the charred veggies sometimes just mostly filled with leafs for an Over $20 dollar plate. The quality Is good no doubt about that but you also put the sauce in the plate what to me is kinda weird because why is dirty container in my food?! And also takes space away....

Just ordered from Uber eats the Mexican wrap. It came with potatoes and broccoli on it, neither are listed as ingredients on the Uber eats menu or website menu. I called the restaurant and they didn t really care and just asked if it was an allergy issue.

I just stmbled on the place as I was in the neighbourhood and decided to try. I must say the food was super fresh , very tasty and friendly quick service. A healthy eaters delight. I will surely be coming back again and again. The perfectly green smoothie was so refreshing that it will force me to come back.

Love their build-your-own wraps and bowls! I usually get a wrap since the bowl is a bit too big for me. Highly recommend the spicy peanut sauce and jalapeño lime sauce. They have just the right amount of kick! Excellent service and lovely ambiance as well.

The yummiest bowls in the city. Love the kalbi beef bowl with sweet potato noodles/greens and carrot ginger sauce. So many topping options to pick from and you can get as many as you like. I used to go to the Adelaide location during work lunches but super glad they opened a lot more locations now!

I always get surf-and-turf bowl with extra vegetables. Love their food and swift service. This place just stands out from the crowd! Definitely recommend to anyone.

Super delicious and healthy options. You can have a build your own bowl with noodles, veggies or rice as a base. They have different proteins to choose from including vegan chicken option. You can also get smoothies and smoothie bowls. Their smoothie bowl menu could have descriptions so that you know whats in there. A little on the pricey side, but delicious.

Never had any issues coming here for lunch during the week. Weekend staff dont seem to listen to customers orders and just want to get back to chatting with their friends and coworkers. Not sure why I paid almost $20 for a meal when I only got half of what I asked for.

Imperfect caught my attention with their unique name, and as a Food Reviewer, I came through and tried their build your own bowl, and drink Thai Mango Smoothie, I was really impressive since their food were amazing. The staff are also so friendly, and nice to me and my partners when we are there. Don t hesitate to tell them what you need and your problems, they are so helpful to support you! Highly recommended you guys!

Amazing spot in town aka my all-time favorite place. The store has many spaces for dine in, the staff are good listeners, and the food are PERFECT!!! I asked for vegan stuffs and they did recommend me to try The Hungry Buddha Bowl, it was the best ever!! The Thai Mango was refreshing as well. FYI, They also have Mango and Pineapple Soft Serve NOW! Love themmm!

Freshie got NOTHING on imPerfect! I didnt know what to get so I chose the Build A Bowl option. It was delicious, so full of flavour & fresh that I bought 4 more for my family lol Highly recommend if you are looking for a delicious healthy meal. They also have great smoothies & açai bowls, I like the immune booster or celery detox smoothie, cant wait to try them all! My new favourite go-to spot!

Absolutely delicious!! Ordered for delivery for the first time. The salad bowls were way bigger than I expected and definitely fresh. Got a Chipotle chicken bowl and Keto bowl and loved them both. Cant wait to try something new here next time.

I love this place, it is very clean. At imPerfect Fresh Eats has a lot of vegetables and fresh food, especially the sauce is delicious. Balance is the whole process, if you want to EAT CLEAN and EAT but still loose WEIGHT, please give this restaurant a try. You will not be disappointed! Service attitude 10/10 (because the owner is very funny and professional). Taste 10/10 (fresh ingredients, just the right temperature to eat Asian and Asian do not eat light)

This new smoothy bowl is a bomb. I have tried their açai bowls before and just came back to try another thing. Smoothy bowls are a must try at this place. The service is pretty friendly and helpful.
