Imperfect Fresh Eats in Toronto

I love the food from the chain so my 2 stars for this location go all to the staff here. I work close by, I know I sometimes have only the time to pick up some food and go back to office so I pre-order online. I’m fully aware every time I stop by this location it’s never busy and I do exactly the same with other locations but not once here they are able to have my order ready for pick up. I place the order, I wait for the notification that it actually got accepted but I still show up here when my order should be ready just to find out they still have to print the order itself and start preparing it. I give my name, they look confused at each other, look at another order and ask me back if my name is another one…really? Then they still ask me to list them the ingredients when I specifically placed the order online so all you have to do is read it and can’t get it wrong. Apparently it just doesn’t work out at this location. Quality of the food is always good at least.

I went to imperfect eats randomly many years ago having heard nothing of them and was so incredibly impressed and became an instant fan. It's been many years later now and I'm so happy to see the success they've had with multiple locations being opened - and well deserved. I'm sooooo pleased to say that their quality has NOT changed at all after all these years. So fresh, so flavorful and so darn delicious! If you're gonna spend almost $20 (my large was about $18 after tax) anywhere on a salad, I have no doubt this is THE BEST salad you can get! Friendly and efficient service too. Definitely my fave salad option!

Love the BYOB here. Had the vegan version and it was quite flavourful (especially tofu), they’ve great variety of toppings (picked veggies) and two vegan sauce. I’d definitely visit again.

The food was great! I love the chipotle chicken bowl with colorful toppings, also mango smoothie is super yummy! The service is quick, they might be super busy in lunch time but its worth to wait a little bit longer.

The topping options are so good, I love the char char chicken and sweet potato mash.

Delicious, healthy, and quick! I have walked by this location and finally decided to stop in and try the food. Alot of takeout doesn't sit well with me but this did! (I think it's because all the ingredients were fresh.) I ordered the spicy honey chicken and added extra protein (tofu). I am pleased to report the tofu was seasoned in a delightful lemongrass sauce, not plain like most other pokebowl places. Overall good amount for food for price, top notch ingredients and great service. Will be trying a smoothie next time!

This location is underground in The Path in Commerce Court, to the left of the Second Cup. A friend recommended Imperfect for lunch as a place that's high quality with good portions and affordable - and it met all those expectations! Ordered the Hot Honey Chicken bowl (I think it's a limited time offering in October 2023) and subbed the edamame for pickled radish/carrots. The chicken skin for this order was a little burned and the chicken itself was a bit dry/overcooked, but I still really enjoyed the bowl overall and it was delicious. The Garlic Aioli sauce that it comes with is great! Note that the forbidden black rice is purple rice, and the spinach base is raw spinach (not sure why I didn't expect that, but just throwing it out there in case you're like me)

Delicious chipotle chicken bowl well worth waiting for. The summer smoothie was a great follow up and they have ice cream too!! Reasonable prices. I wouldn’t hesitate to try all the combinations available
