Food was good but they seated us in the corner table, on what is clearly the patio, in December with no heaters and no insulation. Sliding windows on 2 sides of our table (as we were in the corner of a glassed in room with retractable glass panels). I literally ate my whole meal with my winter coat on. I literally had the wind blowing on me. No one should have ever been seated there. That was the most uncomfortable meal I have ever eaten. I couldnt wait to get out of there.

A group of friends co-ordinated a meet up on a Sunday night, but we just left it in Discord and pretty much said come if you want That turned out to be about 20 people when we expected 8. The staff knocked it out of the park even with the big group, no complaints on food or drink that I heard and our server was very hospitable.

This is one of the worst Landing experiences I have every been at, Services is terrible, had a company function here and would not recommend them. We have added them to our no go spot for all meal outings with customers.

Great place for after work meetup and grab a drink. It s super close to Union station which is convenient for people who need to commute. The food is great and tasty. Recommend the burrata and wings! Service is fantastic. Our server Bawo was very friendly and she always come at the right time to get us things!

Great food. Service was a bit slow. Two of our meals didnt get to the table until about 10 min after the other two were served, and the same thing happened with dessert and coffee. Not sure if this was a server issue or a kitchen issue. It wasnt enough of an issue to make me say I wont be back though. Food was delicious!

The food and service is just okay. I ordered a drink, chicken ceasar salad, a side of shrimp and the soup of the day. The soup was tasty and while it was edible, it wasn t hot enough. I order a chicken ceasar that doesnt come with chicken unless you ask for an add-on. I STRONGLY suggest changing the name of the item on the menu because its false advertising. I asked for bbq wings in an attempt to be full and I got hot wings instead. I don t like complaining but I had a really poor experience. My server took the wings and drink off my bill which helped but I still spent over $40 on soup and a salad full of ripped up bread. I wont be back.

Great spot for food after, during or before a game or concert. Busy venue but they have a great staff who will take care of you even when they re packed. Recommend the pepperoni pizza and their dragonfruit lemonade.

First time at Kellys Landing. Came for the cocktails. Will be back for the service Ryan took excellent care of us. Its a busy place. He still made us feel like VIPs. Merci Ryan!

Had a table booked this past week for a holiday by work dinner. The service was not ideal with drinks being missed or forgotten. When it came to the mains the food runners started auctioning off the dishes with many mistakes. I ordered steak, it came missing my side order and the plate was taken away and brought back out shortly after with no changes, except it was now cold. My partner had the chicken sandwich with a salad. The salad was missing and the chicken was dry, overcooked and flattened far too thin. The food was collected with no check in about the quality or question as to why two whole meals were left uneaten and we had to ask twice for the salad to follow. The night turned sour when I went to collect my coat from the rack to find that it was no longer there. The waitress was helpful in checking all the other locations in the place. However the management was on poor form and unwilling to help, which partially changed after a police report was made. The general manager was very rude in the whole process and provided no explanation in the miraculous return of the coat the next day. Suspicious to say the least. All in all poor experience is an understatement, will not be returning.

Called multiple times, not a single time did they answer their phone. I was looking for party booking information and disability information for elderly guests. This is what losing money looks like.

We ordered the steak and prawns and the landing salad. The salad was good, but the steak no! It had some parts which weren t chewable! Also, it hadn t any salt or black papers The prawns were ok. I expected more than this We got our order veeery late..the place was crowded.. In addition to these, they charged us for two salads :)).. and again it took 15min to pay us back and generate a new bill.

Drinks and food were great. The service with Bawo was excellent.

I would love to say Bawo was an amazing server. She really brought a pleasant calm vibe along with her and was very quick with making sure everything came out. As for the food, this is my second time here. I got the Brussels sprouts and steak and frites. Unfortunately, I asked for medium rare but it was served as medium / medium well. However, the Brussels Sprout appetizers were amazing! Highly recommend getting them.

My nine-year-old daughter fainted while we were having dinner before a Leafs game. The staff was exceptionally responsive and kind, and helped my daughter feel better and put my mind as a nervous dad at ease. Food and service were excellent, and I will never eat anywhere else before a sporting event in Toronto. Big thanks to the staff. Went for dinner with my wife after seeing a show and the food and atmosphere was great.Our waiter was very friendly, helpful and made sure our meals were cooked how we wanted.I would definitely suggest going there for any meal as you will not be unsatisfied. The meals are decently priced for being right by Union Station and The Royal York Hotel..

Ambiance is excellent. People had come there for office Christmas party during this time to celebrate. Service is wonderful too . Servers were great and friendly .

My boyfriend and I had dinner here. We ordered the arancini, beef tenderloin pasta, and fish tacos. We enjoyed everything! The pasta was a little bit spicy though, so if you don t like spice I wouldn t recommend that dish. It was very busy due to the Leafs game but service was quick and food was delicious. I would definitely come here again! I recommend making a reservation if you are visiting during an event.

We had a 5:30pm reservation and arrived at 5:33. The host right at the door with the iPad looked at us shocked and said I think they gave away your table, I don t know, shrugged and told us to go talk to the people inside. We waited for 10 minutes before they talked to us and then they showed us to a table that already had people sitting and said here you go. We said we had a reservation for 2 and we didn t know them, and they said oh, brought us back to the front and we again waited before they gave us a table with one chair only, and no one showed up to even give us water for 20 minutes. Portion sizes were tiny but good and drink was tasty, overall 2/10 experience. How do you give someone s table away, when we made a reservation a week in advance. *Edited on December 3, 2024* We want to get back to this review. We came back and gave everything 5 stars after our most recent visit. After speaking with management and the restaurant, we were contacted by the Service Manager at Kellys Landing; Alexis Garcia. After verifying our previous reservation and our experience, she graciously offered us to come back while she would look after our meal. We decided to accept and we came back at the end of November. When we got there, we were promptly seated, our food was delicious, and the service was top tier. It speaks magnitudes for an establishment (mostly such a well-known and busy one) to take time out of their day to respond to customer grievances and inquiries, and also make it right. Alexis and the crew went above and beyond on our second time back, and I really enjoyed our experience and the food. Again, thank you for the hospitality and getting it right for the customer. Would totally recommend coming here, and we will be back for sure. Thanks again Alexis!

I was told my meal was gluten free, but it clearly wasnt! I was very sick for days.

I had really high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. My boyfriend and I came here after a comedy show, and they were clearly expecting a lot of traffic since the Taylor Swift concert was happening the same night. However, their solution was to pack everyone into one tight area by a half booth. The tables were so close together that I felt incredibly uncomfortable it was impossible not to overhear the conversations around us. There wasn t even enough room to put my coat down beside me. What made it worse was that no Swifties ended up showing up, so we were squished together for no reason. The food didn t make up for it either. I ordered a turkey burger, and while it was okay, it was on the dry side. My dragonfruit cocktail was disappointing too it tasted more like syrup than an actual drink, with no trace of alcohol. I was so anxious and uncomfortable the entire time that we decided to take the rest of our food to go. Overall, it wasn t a great experience, and I don t think I ll be back.

Came by today for a quick lunch after I was at a gym close by. Used to loved Arthur s landing in Newmarket so figured I d check out Kelly s. As soon as I walked in, asked for a table for 1 and was told there was about a 15 min wait, mind you half the restaurant was empty. Decided to do takeout instead as I just needed a quick bite. Ordered the landing salad with grilled chicken. Was told about 15 minutes for the salad. Waited over 30 minutes for the take out, finally when someone did bring my order out she handed me my salad and said sorry we re out of bags I looked at the very underwhelming salad that cost $30 and realize there was also no chicken on it. Had to wait again for the chicken. I try to be understanding as I manage a restaurant myself, but this was just ridiculous. A manager gave my money back for the salad and offered me a bottled water for the inconvenience . Lol. Not to mention, the front desk area and floors were a mess. It s a shame this company has started to go south. Won t be back

Worst hostess ever. We walked in and were told there was a wait list understood. We were told if there was an available table in the bar go ahead. We sat down and also cleaned the table. Then we were told to leave as there were people waiting nobody to been seen. She was rude and I asked for the manager. She came over and told us to leave. Still nobody seen waiting. Then annother team member offered to buy us lunch to make up for the miss information. Don t think I d ever come back.

I was in Toronto for a work trip and had the time just to eat out one night and I am so glad I went to Kelly s landing on the Friday night! Great service, amazing food, and even better drink menu! The steak was very tasty and fresh , and the fries were very very good as well! Will be back soon! Keep up the great service!

Went on a busy Wednesday before a concert. Sat at the bar as it was super busy. Hostess was very polite. Bartenders and servers were great. They made sure we always had a drink, food came quick and it was delicious.

This is such a great spot to meet up with friends and to just chill out. Seriously good downtown vibes. The food is delicious and comforting. The hospitality here is top-notch; they definitely know how to treat their customers and make them feel welcome. Highly recommended for sure!

Absolutely loved it last night. We were rushed and Maria was amazing. She got the food and drinks quickly, helped us wrap up and checked up on us regularly. We had tacos and shrimp pasta, both were amazing. And the fresh baked bread was really the highlight.

Went here since we didn t get tickets to the Era s tour. Employees were trading bracelets with us, Taylor swift music was playing in the restaurant Lifted up our spirits!! The food was really good, I took the nachos and the Burrata. My friend took the margarita pizza. I went on an Event night, so I believe they had a shortened menu, which is understandable. However, only 2 out of 3 dessert options were available that evening. Very disappointing!

Went there to watch the Sens game and met a new friend. It was Saturday night after 9 p.m., and I had no problem getting a seat at the bar. By 10pm, the place was packed & the line to get in was out the door. I recommend the Crushed Pistachio Chocolate Mouse and mixed berry desert pictured in the review.

Had the fried chicken sandwich and was very dry. Seemed like it was leftover from the night before. Waitress never came to check on us and we almost had to leave without paying in order for them to bring the bill. It was not busy at all.

Food was decidedly 7/10! Not bad but not exceptional. Our server did a really good job but the floor was understaffed and the manager was completely lost and barely able to make the ship stay on course. Also the scallop and bacon was a single slice of bacon with a single scallop cut into 4 slices sitting on top of it....

The food was absolutely incredible!!!! The Moroccan chicken, the bacon and scallops risotto, and the cheesecake were among my favourites.

They found space for 9 of us. They took orders efficiently and delivered well. My beet salad was delicious. Lots of beets and a huge block of goat cheese.

Our company hosted an event at Kellys Landing and we were not disappointed. The staff were attentive, supportive, and helpful. At the event they always checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking and they provided exceptional service to our guests. Whether planning an event or going for dinner it was a pleasure dining at Kellys Landing.

This is simply average, service degraded a lot. The hostess does not understand the concept of a reservation and does not guarantee low-top seating. Excuse me, then why I am going out of my way to reserve a table? And why would you even ask then? Also, you are so bummed out and unhappy with your job, maybe you should be relieved from it, both your customers and yourself will be happier. The waitress is unable to hear a customers order. When a hungry customer waits for what is essentially 30 mins (insane for an empty restaurant), she comes out with a plate, after all others already got their food, its a wrong plate, takes it back, says wait a few mins, no problem haha. I have a problem with that lady, and it is customary to either offer the plate you are taking back to the hungry customer, or at least offer something complementary for YOUR mistake. Finally the food is nothing spectacular and the prices they charge are insane. Scallops cut in half, tiny strip of bacon, are we rationing during a nuclear war or what? Kellys Landing... Do better, I am not coming back because I do not feel welcome.

MAX was great! The restaurant was fully packed and crazy busy, but MAX provided really fast service. We tried the seafood pasta with scallops, thank you for recommending the scallops! The atmosphere was buzzing from the anticipation for the concert. Very lively for a Sunday night.

The burrata and tomatoes were excellent, however I was hoping for the cheese to ooze a little when cut. Calamari, brussel sprouts and rigatoni were decent. I visited Kelly s Landing a couple of nights ago and had a wonderful experience as always! I ordered the Landing Carbonara and it was phenomenal, the pasta was cooked perfectly! On top of that my server Kenna and the hostess Alyssa were both sweethearts! Kenna was attentive, kind, energetic, and a pleasure to have as a server! Will definitely be coming back when I m downtown!

We went to this restaurant before N1 Taylor Swift and despite how insanely busy they were the service was amazing, food delicious and the Swiftie theme was on point!! it made our very exciting night even that more special. The staff all dressed up and even had friendship bracelets to swap / hand out! Would very happily return here

5 stars all around mostly. Its just a shame they almost put someone in my party to the hospital. Stated many times dairy and gluten free for this person. And they got served cheddar cheese on the burger. Not lactose but a dairy allergy. Food came out for us after 40 min of ordering. 50 for the person with allergies as of course it got sent back. The whole meal got comped because of all this which was generous. Just non of the issues with food delays and allergens should be an issue at a place like this.

Suprisingly the worst chicken burger at any restaurant. I ordered the chicken burger and let me tell you, this thing will literally damage the inside of your mouth. The breading/crisp so insanely hard and sharp that it hurts. It also tastes incredibly mediocre and I was really surprised of the poor offering by the restaurant, which had decent service and atmosphere. Would not recommend

Absolutely phenomenal service tonight from Connor. He was super helpful and his drink recommendations for my friend and I were spot on! What could have been a tired, post Niagara Monday night dinner turned into a wonderful experience filled with laughter. We had the best pre Taylor Swift experience here! Two discerning New Yorkers and we love every moment. Melanie took great care of us and the entire staff was kind and friendly - even while dealing with a huge volume of guests. Smooth, fast, seamless and delicious! Highly recommend!

We went with reservations before the Taylor Swift concert. The best atmosphere, food was delicious. I had the tuna poke bowl and my daughter had the grilled salmon from the kids menu. Service was great, servers were trading friendship bracelets with my daughter. I live two hours away and I would make the trip just to eat here. Well done staff! Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with not just your typical chicken fingers and fries.

Very nice place to eat if you find seat near windows. Our fried chicken sandwich was amazing. Burger was ok (a bit dry). Our server was not coming to table to check that often so we had to ask other servers for stuff. The waitlist moved very fast so no issue with weekend morning. All in all place is recommended.

My dad and I came here before the Twenty One Pilots concert on the 27th of September, and the restaurant was playing Twenty One Pilots over their speakers, mixed in with their regular music. As a fan I appreciated their awareness of the events going on in the area, and it made us as fans feel welcome! I get the risotto when I come here, and it was good! The both of us would definitely come back, and I recommend this spot as a good place to go before Scotiabank Arena shows. (Side note I am also a concert vlogger so Ill definitely be shouting you guys out in the video description!)

Walked into an almost empty bar willing to give my $, was told by the host who didn t even acknowledge us that we could in the bar. Was rudely greeted by the bartender and was told I wasn t allowed to seat myself. As a bartender myself I m appalled by the level of service given. I m a fan of the landing company but won t be giving any service to this one. Do better.

The food was excellent and interesting. No four or six page menu. Impeccably designed food spot with great service. 3 or four people came by our table to serve us or take something away or check on everything. Alina and Sydney have million dollar smiles and the best attitudes. We will be back.

Just happened to have a bite here while I was on vacation in Canada. It was quite busy! However the food and service was really good. Melanie recommended the prawn pasta which was spot on. She was very friendly and even gave me a few suggestions on what to do/see downtown. Sophie the bartender was great as well. Prices are reasonable compared to the UK and the location was convenient as it was close to the bus/train station.

Kellys Landing is one of my favourite places to eat and drink after a long day. My last visit was truly one to remember. My server Suzi was just on top of everything. She even recommended her favourite dish which is the fish tacos. She was not wrong!! So delicious!! Paired that with a paper plane (suzis recommendation :) Best experience by far. Definitely will be coming back, but not just for the tacos and cocktails, but for the great service!!! 10/10 recommend. Thank you Suzi

Conveniently located by union station, getting to lunch was easy, the food options diverse, and the upscale bar had a great and professional vibe and atmosphere. Service was great and food tasted delicious. The fish taco portion was very generous.

My husband and I really enjoyed our first time at Kelly s and that was largely due to our server, Kenna. She was bubbly, easy to chat with and was very knowledgeable on the menu. We weren t sure on what to order so she suggested the Maple Cider Chicken and the new featured dish Prawn Aglio E Olio - she was bang on with her recommendations! Great food and an even better server, we ll definitely be coming back next time we re in town.

Had a great dinner with my wife after watching a late concert. Our server was Jamy, who provided exceptional service. The food here is ok for a quick bite or drinks, but Jamy is the reason why I am leaving this review. It was nice to see a hardworking young man.

Been here a number of times....either corporate events....or personal dining....always been fantastic. Max was our server.... really gave us a great recommendation on a bottle!

Overall experience was okay, but the service was poor. The waiter asked if we wanted Italian cheese on the pizzas ordered, to which we said yes. I was very disappointed that he did not mention there was an additional fee until the bill came. It turned out to be an extra $10 per pizza. This should have been communicated before as we almost felt tricked into adding it to our order. Unfortunately, the waiter also did this to another table next to us as well.

Very delicious food! 10/10 recommend the steak and fries. Plate of nachos is great too, but rather heavy. Staff are nice and helpful - they know their drinks and will pack your food for you too! Atmosphere is great but rather loud at times.

I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. I had the salad with apple and grapes as well as a side of sweet potato fries I couldn t resist. My husband also loved his poke bowl. Both were prepared excellently. Our server was also extremely friendly and attentive. I would recommend! Vegetarian options: They had multiple vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: I am gluten and dairy free. They had gluten free buns available for sandwiches. I ordered a salad and the server even checked the dressing for me to be sure I was safe to eat.

I do recommend to make a reservation as it filled up about 20 mins after we got our table Walking distance from union station , rogers center , cn tour , scotiabank arena, perfect location

Had a wonderful lunch on 10/21 at Kelly s Landing. The server Suzi was outstanding and was a wealth of knowledge when asked about the menu and recommended entrees. She was always close when we needed her assistance, and efficient when additional food or refreshments were required. All the entrees I noticed were very appealing to the eye, and the customers seemed to be very happy with their meals. Our entrees arrived in a timely fashion and everything arrived HOT. Well done Kelly s Landing. I will be back.

Great night out with friends. Fun, exciting atmosphere. Loved the lighting fixtures, table settings and many televisions and music selection. Food was delicious with lots of affordable options. Our server Sarah was amazing. Will definitely return.

My mom and I are from Michigan and were only in Toronto for a few nights, but we loved Kellys Landing so much that we ended up eating dinner here twice! I have Celiac Disease, so dining at a place that understands Celiac and cross-contamination is really important to me. I was very pleased to learn that they have a dedicated gluten-free fryer, which made me feel confident about my meals. Both times we dined there, I let the waiter know about my allergy, and he made sure to note it, which really put me at ease. The food was incredible! One night I had the chicken carbonara with gluten-free penne, and the next night I had a burger with a gluten-free bun. Both meals were not only insanely delicious but also visually stunning, which is a rare treat for gluten-free dining! My mom couldn t resist getting the special hamburger with bacon jam both nights it was that good! We ate every single bite, which says a lot about how delicious everything was. The service was great as well our waiter was attentive and made sure we had a great experience both times. Highly recommend Kelly s Landing for anyone, especially if you have dietary restrictions!
