Ordered on-line for a staff holiday party. Alby was SUPER helpful in helping me to organize and navigate on-line ordering options. Big txs to his heroic help!
They charge 5% fee for take out when you order from their tablet, it’s hidden in taxes & fees, while the price for items is already higher than in branded restaurants.
I had a best experience of Thai food
I was pretty excited to order from Wingstop. They had it ready pretty fast. However, when I got home I realized they missed my fries. The wings weren’t that good either. I know it’s a bit pricier, but if you can, get Duff’s instead.
Ordered PAI and Wingstop from this location for dine in. Was a little bit confusing on how to get in until realizing it was IN the longos itself. The food was well made and the girl at the counter was quick and solved our minor issues (my jarritos bottle wouldn’t open so she gladly exchanged it!!).
Fast and fresh! I usually order from ubereats but going in person is so much better. Also shout out to Alby for the great customer service!
Such an efficient food hub! Very clean, tables were not sticky, Ample seating. Garbage & recycling bins were readily available, however they could be changed out more frequently. Food was fresh and delicious. Cooked in a good time frame. Love that there is a digital board that keeps you updated on the status of your order. Being inside the Longo’s is great, however you’re paying $3.50 for a bottled beverage when it’s cheaper & larger selection to buy from the Longo’s cold fridge (i only realized this after I ordered and saw every other person doing this).
waited 25 mins for this $16 hot dog, where the bun and sausage was severely overcooked. this was just for the wvrst hot dog so i would avoid getting hot dogs here

I had a great time. My daughter love this place. One of my favourite place to o eat chicken wings. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for vegan Parking: Great environment and amazing staff. Kid-friendliness: My daughters love this place. We order food which takes about 15 mins. You can browse and look around the store

Cool concept, good food. Most tables NOT clean. The person behind the counter on their phone constantly and the place is not even busy. No one coming out to clean tables (service), just as important as the food quality and pricing!

The kitchen hub is a great way to get restaurant food quick. The food was of course excellent, but I admit, I wasnt expecting the same, high, restaurant price. I am taking the food to go, not staying to enjoy the atmosphere. I understand restaurant prices are higher because they have to pay for a large dining room, servers, and ambiance. When you get takeaway from a grocery store that is already making profits hand over fist, I had hoped the prices would be lower. Food was of course amazing. I ordered from pai and it does very closely mimic the actual restaurant. I rated service and atmosphere as 1 star because I didnt speak to anyone to order (they have a tablet at the counter) and I received a text for pickup. It was a humanless interaction. The atmosphere... A grocery store. No thanks. Ill probably go again, but it would be nice to see the food cost a bit less, but wouldnt that be ideal at the grocery store also?
Cool concept, but it fails to amalgamate quality eats into one kitchen. Youre better off visiting the actual restaurants like WVRST for a proper experience. The place was quiet but service was painfully slow as a walk-in (+25m), just to have to dress my own sausage from to-go containers. Looks like their high rating is propped up by a lot of folks with only 1-2 Google reviews that know the owner.
I will choose to shop nearby so that I can grab a salad (Mandy s) and an entree (burritos or tacos from Tecolote, pad Thai from Pai). The food is always delicious and prepared quickly and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Burritos, salads, pizzas, Thai noodles all offer vegetarian and or vegan options Dietary restrictions: Vegan options are ample, as are vegetarian. Parking: Ample one hour free parking in underground parkade.
