The short guy on the front who took our order was very rude and was seems like he doesn t want to take our order. It was very disappointing from Shelbys.

EDIT: Though I ve really enjoyed the food here in the past, I ve had a couple of really bad meals in a row. Not sure what the issue is, but I ve noticed a decided drop in quality. Fast solid food. I ve ordered from this place a ton in the last year, and never had a bad experience.

I dont think so owner is aware about the wait time for delivery drivers, Workers should increase prep time in order to not let everyone waiting. I have delivered more than 50+ orders. However, the food is always on wait for 7-10 mins.

Worse place ever I just order a quesadilla and I bring back to work and when I open and everything was falling out and really bad Taste and I call then to tell them all that and he said come back I give you the money back and I went there and he said dont order from here ever again pretty much saying dont come back here instead of asking me what was wrong with it and I work I few store down from him so dont order from here dont come here and I will tell all my clients not to come here as well the food is garbage .

I just ordered a chicken sandwich and was shocked with the lack of hygiene especially the girl at the front. Dirty hands and handling food at the same time smells very unpleasant amd her hair all over the food. I had to leave with out even picking it up. Disgusting.

I went in for take out tonight at around 8pm and was deeply shocked with the young lady at the counter, she seriously needs training on cleanliness and handling food, its very disturbing to order food while smelling foul odor from the person taking your order and handling your food. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

I just wanted to personally thank the people at Liberty Eats for participating in DoorDashs Bogo campaign!!! It s hard for seniors to afford take out as it is and fish and chips almost impossible!! After todays experience yet I have been there many times Im done with it. It all depends whos working to get things done properly its never the same when u go today is when Im officially done yall proved it aint liberty quality at all.

Honestly feel embarrassed that I havent tried this place until this past weekend. I was a little nervous about $10/lb of wings but holy these things were delicious. I personally do not think theres a better bang for your buck wing spot around Liberty Village. Will definitely be back. Also fantastic service as the wings were ready before my pick up time. Ive been ordering from here for years and the food is always fantastic and well priced. Staff is excellent and they always give me extra hot sauce. Great people, great place, Id give it more stars if I could.

Flabbergasted and pleasantly surprised how good this was. Gravy could use a little more flour and the onion free(thank you)coleslaw needs a dash of paprika. Meal came hot. Fries and batter were crispy. Fish was juicy and tasty. Might have been cod. Not sure. Didnt taste pre frozen and wasnt overpriced. Definitely ordering again. Thanks.

Exceeded expectations! I ordered the Liberty Healthy bowl with goat cheese added and was apprehensive because salads are never very impressive, especially not via takeout. But after a day and a half of holiday eats, I just wanted a salad, and damn did this exceed what I d hoped for. Lotssss of goats cheese and yummy veg over spinach and rice. And my husbands chicken sandwich was great too. We ve ordered from here before and it s a regular for us, and we will keep coming back. :) Vegetarian options: Good options

Ordered medium rare steak and garlic cheese bread. Steak was overcooked to well done, side grilled vegetables were all bell peppers with one piece of bean and one piece of broccoli, mashed potatoes was tasteless and crunchy. Garlic cheese bread was actually a grilled cheese sandwich with garlic.

Really bummed. This place was one of my favourite places to Ubereats but the portions have been made ridiculously small. For $9.00 the fries come too small and were not full.

Best take out in the neighbourhood. Ive ordered here many times and every single time the food has been amazing. So good in fact that I would say its better than any restaurant around Liberty. The chicken wings were big, fish and chips are phenomenal, and so is the poutine, fries and all the burgers. Also to make it even better, the prices are very reasonable and portions large!

How is this place rated this high?! We tried the burrito and the poutine along with some appetizers and it was some just horrible. Very bland, tasteless and just seemed to have this stale taste to it. We had to toss half of our burritos as it was just not edible. Only bright side is the price which is quite cheap compared to the other options in the area. Do not recommend. If you want late night eats, dont even bother trying this spot. Your best bet is the shawarma spot nearby or just get McDs.

I just ordered from ubereats and I got a grilled salmon. I paid $27 bucks and this is what they gave me. I called their number to complain about the small portion size and he told me they cut it to be 8 ounces. Ive ordered from them before and this is nothing close to what they would give me. When I told the male employee that he literally replied sorry about that (n-word). I then told him i heard what he said and he was like like oh sorry...

An ideal place to grab a quick bite. Good variety of food. Its a great place for some guilty indulgence. The food is delicious but a BIT oily which is expected given the fried variety of foods. Not many non-oily food options. The food was fresh and we decided to eat in. But the place has only 1 table with seating for 3 people. So keep that in mind if you decide to dine in. Very friendly staff.

Liberty Eats exceeded my expectations with their delivery service. I ordered a steak meal with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The creamy mashed potatoes complemented the dish perfectly, and the vegetables added a fresh and healthy touch. The flavors were well-balanced, and the meal arrived promptly and still hot. I highly recommend Liberty Eats for their mouthwatering steak meals that satisfy every craving.

Have tried a few things on the menu here and it has all been amazing. This is the first time I have tried the southwest chicken bowl and I give it 10/10.

The menu items & pricing listed on the internet are not consistent with the signboard in the store. Red flag. When I ordered at the counter my order was yet higher than the signboard behind the till. Another red flag. The fries are frozen with that weird batter on them, not particularly good. The chicken sandwich had an odd flavour in it that I cannot put my finger on. The sandwich was supposed to be on a brioche bun but it was a poor mass produced imitation. The food was edible and I did eat it because I was very hungry .The service was odd. The two chaps working there seemed like they were flying by the seat of their pants. They seemed to question what they were doing or what it was I was ordering from the menu. Yet another red flag. This place is one of those hit and miss set ups. I did not get a miss or a hit. I received food that is the equivalent to ordering at Harveys, Burger King or Wendys. In the end, I can see the menu has too broad of a range to focus on creating dynamic fresh dishes. The owner needs to pair it down and focus on fresh food made with love. There is no point in eating food from this establishment. Sorry. Currently getting a 4.4 stars out of 5! I find that rating to be very confusing. This place must have been great when it opened but it aint no more.

The burger was awfully put together. Bun was dry and crumbled when I tried to eat it. Overall dont recommend it.

Solid salt and pepper wings. Steak was decent too. I expected a hockey puck. It was cooked to desired medium rare (it is gone now. I ate it). Fries are good. Coleslaw was good. Happy to come again.

Ordered a pretty tasty wings meal and paid extra for a side of fries. Overall, an okay place to dine or take out! Personally, though, you may be better off cooking wings at home. The kiosk was a bit confusing and did not specify whether the sauce I was ordering was for the wings, or the dipping sauce. I decided to roll with a garlic pepper sauce, and instead got a ranch dipping sauce. The garlic pepper sauce I got was seasoning FOR the wings, however the wings were dried (not super juicy or overly flavored like Id hope they would be) and the seasoning, while tasty, wasnt anything special. Ive made better wings at home. The fries and veggies that came with my meal was decent, but it was also a bit pricey.

Salmon I got was really bad- had a weird smell and taste.

giving 4 stars because it s great overall BUT they recently made a change to slightly alter the grilled chicken sandwich and now I don t like it as much. I think the sauce is different - not sure. Other than that, good spot and their fries are so crispy and amazing.

I always used to love the Buffalo chicken wraps at Liberty Eats. Recently they have made the wrap smaller and with a different kind of tortilla. Their portion sizes are smaller in general, while the price has stayed the same. It s a bit of a let down.

Got the steak here. Sorry for the harsh review but it was an utter dissapppintment. I Guess its my fault for getting steak at a non steak house resturant. I can make much much better steak myself in my own kitchen.

Took a late night drive from Brampton and ended up at Liberty Eats. Nishan greeted us and recommended a few veggie options. Food was great and honoured a online promo in-store. Will be back again, when I m in the area.

Its a takeout place with some of the bar faves to take home. Tried their prime rib burgers as well as the buttermilk chicken sandwich. Prices are reasonable and they offer a discount when ordering online directly from them. I usually order before and pickup within minutes.

Ordered the steak sandwich and wasn t able to eat most of it. The bread was too soggy and much of the steak was hard and inedible making it impossible to chew. Very unpleasant. Added one star for the fries.

Update: The prices have increased, making the value-to-quality ratio much less appealing than before. Order only if necessary. Liberty Eats is a refreshing return to normalcy for eateries in Toronto. Their menu is unpretentious yet adventurous, offering a wide variety of dishes at fair and reasonable prices. This is not a place that uses the term aioli to justify a 200% markup, and I think that mentality deserves to be celebrated.

was hungry and came to this place late at night looking for a good meal but i was quite disappointed, bought a liberty burger and poutine. the poutine was alright and the burger was dry and had little to no flavour.

Pure disaster, extremely unorganized. Prepare yourself for waiting. Guy working there will tell you 3 more minutes but in real world time that s more like extra 20 minutes of waiting. Never again.

Delicious food for a great price and its open until 2am you cant go wrong with that. Definitely a go to spot in the village.

We found liberty eats over covid and it became our go to local place for food. We have a family of 4 sometimes 5 and it gets pricey to feed everyone. Our go to are the chicken wings By far the best in the neighborhood. I like the chicken fingers but my family does not as they are very lightly breaded. Perfect for those that dont like heavy breading. Cant beat the southwest bowl either And for a fast eats place the steak is pretty good too. Customer service can be 50/50 I guess it depends on the day and the nonsense they have dealt with. For the most part they are great.

Food was good and the staff was friendly. My only issues are that there is only 2 seats in the whole place which isnt big at all so its not like you could have much more anyways but even if you want to go across the street to the park you will most likely be dealing with the homeless people and the crackheads.

First impressions are everything. The atmosphere in this restaurant was exceptional. The service and food was top notch as well. Id highly recommend this place for a great brunch spot. I will be back and will indeed recommend this to friends in the city.
