I just picked up a cheeseburger with fries. Fries were okay, but the burger was amazing. I was met by two very friendly, hardworking guys and their smiles charmed me. thank you for your time and skill. Id eat at Mama Rosa anytime. Parking: Parking is limited due to construction.

This is one of my favourite places to get pasta in Toronto, however, everything on their menu is fresh and carefully made and you can tell. If you want a guaranteed delicious meal you should order or eat here!

I came here to celebrate my husbands birthday. We had a party of 10 people and the owner and staff were AMAZING! The dishes were all fresh and favourful. The owner really made our experience a memorable one. I highly recommend their stuffed chicken and calamari!!! Its was so delicious. If youre looking for a nice vibe, friendly staff and delicious food, this is the place to go!

Ordered food for delivery... got the Mama Pasta and Tiramisu. It tasted awful... in my pasta there was only 6 pieces of small chicken, 3 mushrooms, 2 onions and no bacon with incredibly dry overcooked pasta. The Tiramisu was super dry and crumbly as well. Will never order from here again. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

Ordered on Uber eats buy one get one mama pasta, they definitely just split the portion of the pasta in two containers, and left out half the ingredients. My pasta was supposed to include chicken and shrimp onions and mushrooms. I only got mushroom and chicken. Where s the shrimp? Lol. This place use to be great, but quality has definitely decreased in the last year. So disappointing

Ive ordered a burger and the Caesar salad and they really dont worth its money Sorry but my husband and I barely could eat them. Hope the quality of food will be better soon. Food

decided to try this place for the 1st time. I walked by earlier in the week and saw the poster in the window advertising fish and chips. I was looking forward to it all week. I went on line and ordered fish and chips with a bud tall boy and cheese cake for desert for pick up. I got the confirmation back so I headed out in the cold to pick it up. When I got there they told me that they had cancelled the order because they didnt have any fish. They didnt e-mail me and tell me that. They also didnt offer to make me something else. They didnt say anything but we cancelled the order because we dont have fish. 1st and last time. never again. I waited for the conformation before heading out and got to the restaurant 15 minutes after placing the order. I never got an email saying that the order was cancelled.

I tried skip the dishes w/ Mama Rosa. It took 1.5 hours, which I still don t know whether it was their fault or the driver BUT even IF the buffalo chicken wrap I ordered was warm, it would have tasted as bad as it did. Fries were good but the ingredients in the wrap were definitely not fresh. It did not taste good.

Love the wings, the cook/manager who makes them and runs the restaurant late at night knows what he is doing and is always kind and provides amazing service.

I dont even call Fridays Fridays anymore. I call them Moma Rosa, its my favorite restaurant in the world and the men working there are a pleasure. Order the club sandy and remove the tomatoes but add onion and egg. Youre welcome .. you just ordered heaven.

Absolutely love the alla vodka sauce. I haven t tried anything else from the restaurant but the vodka sauce is my favorite in Toronto. U have to pay $3 for extra sauce and the dish becomes so good. BEST VODKA SAUCE IN TORONTO AND THEY REPLACE THE PENNE FOR ME FOR SPAGHETTI

Great and simple food, good portions for the pricing. I got a lasagna, steak, caesar salad and quesadillas and had lunch for 2 people for 2 days, awesome deal!

I ordered a 4-item dinner from Mama Rosa online and the entrée didnt arrive in the delivery. I called and explained this to the restaurant. As an apology, one of the staff members drove himself over to our home, and free of charge, delivered the entree, plus another entree, salad, desert and garlic bread. We all make mistakes, especially when we are busy! I was very grateful for this generous gesture and the food was delicious. Thank you so much Mama Rosa, I will always support your business!

Little gem with excellent quality family friendly food. Very reasonable prices dont hurt. Our favourites include the steak sandwich, lasagna, buffalo chicken wrap, seafood pasta or trout.

The chef made a mistake on our order but quickly remedied the issue. The cheese steak was delicious, the wings a good size, but didnt care much for the sauces.

My parents are in their 90s living in a retirement home and rely on restaurants to make them their dinners now. I placed an order 2 days ago with your restaurant and at 4:30 you cancel for their 5:00 drop off. Show some decency if you are going to cancel by giving people enough time to come up with Plan B. Now I am scrambling to find food for my parents. This is not how you treat people.

Decent food but they overlooked my parents order and didnt apologize nor offered a discount for their mistake. Their customer service needs to improve for them to last in this city.

Best chicken wings and pasta

Pretty good restaurant, I came here a few times I was at the hotel across the street and I was looking for the closest restaurant and I saw this place and I have had a few of their items and there meat are good so are their burgers and fries especially the poutine the way they make their poutine has a really good flavour to it. Also the price is reasonable for a family restaurant.

Ordered here from Uber Eats - absolutely incredible. I couldnt wait to finish the food before reviewing! Got the penne arabiata, baked cheese tortellini, agnolotti, jalapeno poppers and popcorn shrimp. The apps were amazing and held up VERY well in transit, but the pasta was the real standout. The agnolotti is the best Ive ever had and the cream sauce is to die for. Will absolutely be ordering from here again!

I ordered here from Uber Eats the steak and mash and veggies was delicious. I ordered the penne arrabbiata , and wish I read the review before I did. It was overly spicy and my tolerance is pretty high. the meat was rubbery and gross. So i will recommend ordering everything else expect that lol.

I placed an order for pickup and was pretty stunned to see that neither the server or the cook were wearing masks. This far into the pandemic, with numbers as bad as they are, its pretty appalling that people serving food to the public think that this is acceptable. Or maybe they know that its not and just dont care? Either way, I called them out on it and they basically brushed me off/ignored me while looking sheepishly away. I was trying to support a local restaurant by ordering directly from them instead of through UberEats. I guess this isnt one that I will be supporting anymore.

This place just opened in our neighborhood and we gave it our first shot last night. We were very pleased! We ordered a couple different wraps with fries & onion rings - - - It was perfect for a little Friday night comfort food! Well prepared / Well balanced ingredients! Like a previous reviewer mentions = dont be fooled by the exterior ... from what the very kind waitress/bartender Penny told us, they are just getting started at this new location, so the storefront may still be taking shape ...That said, its clean as a whistle inside and the staff was upbeat and welcoming! Their menu is stacked with options ... Glad to have them in the neighborhood! = = Give them a go!!!

I came to this restaurant for lunch today and had the most amazing food. We ordered the fish and chips, a burger and seafood pasta. The food was super flavourful and tasty. The server was really attentive and nice too. Definitely will be returning.

Our go-to Sunday night dinner spot as the food is absolutely delicious. It reminds my girlfriend and I of having an old fashioned home cooked meal (the chicken parm, hot chicken sandwich or hot hamburger). There cool does an incredibly great job with the food and the portions are perfect. And the prices are far which means we get to come back regularly without feeling like were getting robbed!

Absolutely our new fave spot!!! All the food has been unreal and perfectly comforting, as well the service is amazing and friendly. The Daily Specials are fab and there is some coupons in the take out flyer that are a real steal!! Honey start the car! ***Washrooms clean and on main floor no dungeon exploration required!!! Even at regular prices, its better than anywhere else around, and the quality and quantity are just... WOW! So far weve enjoyed egg benny (huge and delish), NY steak special (cooked & seasoned like a boss) and coconut cream pie garnished with whipped cream and roasted coconut~ these folks are going all out! Go on and support this awesome place, help your wallet, leave the dishes for them and have a happy heart and belly. We hope they stay around forever cuz we need real diner food and not hipster takeover fake outs like the Skyline and Harrys. This is the real diner deal. 100%!!! P.S. I did notice a bit of that musty thing the first day but not at all the last visit - and it wasnt a deal breaker at that, obviously! Im pretty sensitive to such & it really wasnt too bad. Old bars often have a linger like that, nothing new in tdot spots. The place is renod & clean and washrooms being upstairs really is great for senior and anyone with accessibility issues.

I just moved in the area, decided to check it out. They have a bit of everything. Reasonable prices and very good. My go too is steak and fries special On Tuesdays. Lol thats all Ive had so far. The potato skins are good reviewed by my mom. A touch of your mamas cooking with mama rosa.

AMAZING! We called 5 minutes ahead saying that we would be coming with a group of 12, and the staff was nothing but accommodating. Christina was the only server there and she took care of us so well that after dinner and many drinks, we came back for more drinks later that night. She was so nice to us and we loved chatting with her all night! The food was amazing too, best chicken parm I ve ever had. Compliments to the chef! Overall 10/10 experience
