Huge variety of options available. Their hot and cold salad and curry bar also has multiple options. I tried veg samosa, Brussel sprouts and California sautéed veggies. Vegetarian options: They are some vegetarian options too but the dishes are not labeled explicitly Dietary restrictions: Only name of dishes available , you have to figure out yourself regarding your dietary needs.

Not at all worth it for vegetarians and it is overpriced as well. I took it and it was a 20$ vegetarian meal. In the market, there are so many better options available. Food : 1/5

Tried a couple of hot sandwiches like chicken melt, chicken quesadilla and Philly steak sandwich. Freshly made and tasted good. The staffs are friendly as well. Going back to try other food. Took one star off because they drastically increased the price within the last few months but still affordable and could provide more options. Overall it s a good grab and go place.

The food is super fresh, people are nice and the place is always clean. I love the Tuna Melt sandwich. For a tuna-lover like me, it s one of the best sandwiches I ve ever had! Recommend 100% Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to move in the space.

Everytime Ive gone to Olly Frescos Ive had a positive experience, the staff and food is great! I want to make a specific mention (I forgot to ask his name) of the gentleman working the sandwich station May 11th 2023 at 10:00 AM. He was incredibly friendly, warm, attentive with lots of recommendations. He made me a delicious egg and cheese sandiwch and ill definitely be back to see him again!

The service at this place is the worst I have experienced in years. Never go to the Royal Bank Plaza location , they are worst and they never open on time.

The food options here a pretty great. There is lots of variety in the breakfast and lunch buffets. The service is pretty good and fast. They also make chain orders are also act as a market for any snacks or cold lunches with water and everything. Their bakery section is baked fresh everyday and after 2 is buy one get one free. Overall I eat here all the time it is great for lunch and breakfast.

The coffee is awesome and the morning pastry is so fresh and tasty all including muffins, crossaints, cakes, etc

Serving fresh breakfast and lunch with many options

Pasta is very bland. Turkey sandwich had one very thin slice of turkey on each side mostly salad and tomato and the sandwiches are not made daily, but where in the past. Might as well been a veggie sandwich. The same food on the same days no variety/creativity. Was so good at first now just bland and boring.

Every time the tall skinny kid serves me my day is completely ruined. His customer service skills are subpar and he shouldn t be allow to help in the front. He s accused me of taking more than one tea bag when visibly I ve only taken one. He s offered to flip my food over because the container was upside down according to him - why would you do this? Every interaction I ve had with him is unpleasant! And I purposely try to avoid him for many reasons, but today I didn t have the option.

It saids open by 6:30... yes there was staff working inside but I was there till 7am and finally doors opened. What time are you open for business... wasted my times going to that place. Even tho I was disapointed with the time they open... the really made it worth the wait with the food... I strongly suggest the Buffet by weight...

The kitchens at this restaurant are highly unhygenic. I have seen several cockroaches in the store area! I have also seen rotten food being served. I would not recommend visiting here. The workers are nice though!

My chili has no chili flavour at all. The remnant of a bun I received was so hard and dry it crumbled into pieces. It must be a week old.

I used to love this place. Quality (and quantity) of the food is way down and prices are up. I will pass on getting my dinner there on the way home from work.

This place used to be much better. Today, you still find multiple hot meal options(changes daily) and a huge salad bar. The good side is the staff, always friendly and smiling. However, it seems they use a lot of sodium to preserve the food, this includes the salad(I notice it on my weight whenever I have to eat there more than once every week). Also, the food quality is getting lower and lower. I really hope they get a wake-up call and not rely on the fact they are one of the few buffets in downtown. I know a lot of regulars who stopped to eat there.

Pretty decent place to eat at. Theres a lineup for lunch and they usually have a 50% deal on after 15:00hrs until closing. The coldxut sandwiches are really good but not really a fan of the shawarma counter. They also have a good selection of coffee and desserts. Lunch is served buffet style allowing you to choose wisely.

Get the small Falafel. Regular too big.

First off, I think its important to say that I have not tried their hot sandwiches or their salad bar. I come here strictly for coffee and a treat. They have a great variety fresh coffee and have soy and almond milk available in addition to milk and cream, this is huge bonus for me since I cant have large amounts of dairy. They have delicious muffins and pre portioned cakes/brownies/squares which ranged between $1-2. They have plenty of pre packaged cold meals asams sandwiches gor wheen im in a rush and always have a bunch of fresh daily soups (they advise itd they are dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, etc. For all soups). A real treat to have this made near work!! Note, it can get busy during breakfast and lunch, so get their early!

For breakfast buffet, they offer fast service along with a lot of options to eat. They also have an omelette bar with many different add-ons. Price wise they are around the same price as other breakfast buffets. Only down side is they dont have smaller takeout boxes.

Spent more than $30 for 2 half full containers just to find long hair in my food, tons of fat in my shredded beef, and get diarrhea after. Was gross, and will not go back.

The food is usually really good with lots of flavour. Sadly, the last few times I have bought an egg salad wrap there have been huge chunks of egg shells in it, making it very difficult to enjoy and Ive ended up just throwing them away. Ive also found a hair in my food when I bought from the hot table... Another issue is that the staff who prepares the sandwiches/omelets is not very pleasant... I havent bought many breakfast sandwiches from here because each time theyve made a mistake and the lady preparing it throws it on the top shelf without a word - Ive waited 15 minutes once until I realized that my sandwich had been thrown there waiting for me to pick me it up. My point is I probably will only buy bottled water/juice from here.

Fast and efficient. Good place to get a quick lunch. Ive had a lot of shawarma across the city but theirs might be the best in all of Toronto - go to the shawarma counter to get shawarma or falafel instead of getting one of the pre-made ones.

Accidentally turned the sunny-side egg over and realized the whole bottom has this disgusting black guck, its not even charcoal, i don t know what this is, i tried to scrape it off but it was futile. Makes me question the rest of the food

I picked up a mealpal meal from here and the meal was ready and hot for pickup. This has been the largest portion I have seen with mealpal till now and food tasted great. Would definitely recommend if you any on online meal ordering services. Otherwise the place is very busy during lunch hours and there is a big lineup.

Thank you for offering vegan choices. May I just suggest that you review the nutritional value of what s being offered. It s rare that I find a good source of protein: tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils. Most dishes are just carbs. Also, cashew milk would be super appreciated. I find it to be the only plant based milk that is creamy enough for coffee.

Food is great, but was asked to pay for a 5 cent bag to hold a very hot pasta bowl when I ordered the food using mealpal. The mealpal service is meant to be used to skip lines and save time. Ridiculous that I was asked to pay for a plastic bag when I was handed a for pasta bowl so hot that I couldnt hold it.

Food is good and healthy, although $/gram is quite high! Approx $14 p.p filling up there small containers. Drinks are extras. More annoying is the fact that theres no food left after 3pm. I dont understand why they dont replenish and stay open for dinner also!

Got a roast beef sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. Ingredients tasted fresh, plentiful, and well priced. Ordered through ritual to skip the line. Ill be back to try the same and more!

I enjoy going to Olly Fresco s because there s always something for my mood, however this particular one is smaller, and didn t offer as much selection mid-afternoon by the time I stopped there after getting off the train mid-afternoon. The soup I had was not as flavourful and rather watery. Otherwise the food is fresh and worth checking out but perhaps more during peak hours.

If you prefer packing your own salad during lunchtime, this is the place to go. Pretty good options for hot food buffet too. Reasonably priced.

One of my favourite hot food spots in the PATH because everything is reasonably priced. The food isnt spectacular - but everything is good and I leave happy with my wallet relatively intact. Definitely a welcome change from the majority of overpriced food options in the PATH.

If you are a young professional still reeling from student loans but still not waking up early enough to make breakfasts, this is the place for you. Though this location can be very cumbersome on their peak times, it is still a great, healthy option that offers a hot and cold buffet table, a food preparation station/counter and fridges with prepackaged salads and baked treats. For the buffet, which offers classic breakfast staples in the morning and roasted chicken and dinner options in the evening, they have eco friendly and plastic standard take away boxes and then it is weighed and paid for. They also offer a plethora of coffees and teas that are all self serve and allow you to mix and match as desired. Olly Fresco gives you the freedom of eating well and saving your pocket. Majority of the staff is friendly with the regulars going above and beyond to talk to customers. The minor cons are that they do not allow you to bring your own containers to pack your meals in and I have found prepackaged salads to be severely overdressed. Also when I went for lunch today, I was cashed out by an older gentlemen who was very abrupt and didnt speak to me but spoke to another client while cashing me out. Despite the saltiness, your waistline and bank account will thank me and yourself for picking Olly Fresco.

Had a taco salad, and it was gross. Think the chicken was off, so only managed a couple bites before the rest was tossed. So disappointing.

Great healthy lunch option - I usually get a spinach/kale salad with chicken and fresh guacamole. Its delicious and usually comes to much less than other places downtown. They price based on weight. They also have a great selection of teas/coffees for cheaper than timmys.

Inside the RBC plaza at the PATH nearby Union station, I was surprised by the quality of their food (real food) and the price. I had lunch from the hot buffet and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. They have a sandwich station which is very popular judging by the long line at peak hours. What I liked the most is that despite the crowd the cash out process was seamless. Will definitely come back...soon :)
