I recently had the chance to check out Pitstop Burger, a new spot that opened up recently, and I must say it left a great impression! The chef, who was super friendly and down-to-earth, made sure to come over to our table and personally greet us, which really added a nice touch to the visit. It’s clear he’s passionate about what he does, and it showed in the food. Speaking of food, the burgers were absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor — clearly made with fresh ingredients. What really sets Pitstop Burger apart is its late hours — they’re open until 2am, which is fantastic for those late-night cravings. Not many places around here stay open that late, so it’s a real gem for night owls. Highly recommend!
Straightforward and very solid Smashburger; 3oz patties, nicely seasoned, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and "pitstop" sauce - which as you might imagine is quite similar to Mac sauce. Bun reminds me of a martens potato roll, nice and soft. Fries don't seem to be made in house but are crispy and delicious, so I take no issue with this. Service was friendly and attentive. I'll be back to try their hotdog and poutine based on this experience.

I have tried their classic smash burger.. I must say it is the best Halal smash burger in town! The patty is juicy inside with a crisp on the edges!! Im old. Im curmudgeonly and I rarely wander off the beaten path that is McD/BK. So, I will admit I was a little put off by the price at first ($24 after tax for one person). But I also told myself that this is a new place that doesnt have a multi-billion dollar empire backing it up and its always good to support local businesses, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was not disappointed. This was one of the best burgers Ive ever had but as great as it was, goodness gracious were the fries to DIE for. Best. Fries. Ever. Crispy, perfectly seasoned, no need to add salt or even ketchup (though I wont judge you if you do). The fries are what brought me back and what made me insists my wife try them via Uber Eats a few nights later. Pitstop Burgers is now one of our go-to cheat meals when were feeling naughty.
My son came here to get a take out for us last week and I am back this week with my daughter. Service is friendly, fast, and the spicy fries and burger were amazing. I live around the corner and I will be back here for sure. Thanks to PitStop Burger for a great meal.
I love this new little burger place in our neighborhood. Excellent service and the burgers are classic, juicy and delicious. the spicy fries are incredible and quite possibly the best spicy fries Ive had in my life. So flavourful and crispy! Highly recommend!

I was there yesterday, which was the second day of their opening! The food here tastes really good and the people are very nice as well. I got the pitmaster, my sister got the fiery chicken and my family got the classic, we all really enjoyed the food a lot. I highly recommend this place

The food here is really great - tried the really cheesey burger and the one with caramelized onions and both were extremely full-flavoured and yummy. The way the cheese melts and is so rich was such a treat. Walking in to the place, you might not expect that the people working the counter have some of the most exceptional customer service I have experienced, and certainly some of (if not) the best customer service Ive experienced at a fast-casual place. Someone give these guys a raise because their care to detail and push to go the extra mile was really noticeable and appreciated. The price is alittle high but the quality is there - onion rings and poutine were also really good and the perfect balance of crispy and soft. Will be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a great burger in Parkdale. Vegetarian options: They had a veggie burger option, didnt try but I heard others ordering it and they seemed happy Wheelchair accessibility: Small curb getting into restaurant, bathrooms are in basement.
Their house special sauce and a generous amount of cheese caught my attention. The burger was obviously fresh, and the patty had excellent seasoning, and the flavours all seemed to be just right. My first bite was pleasantly nice. The burger and bun didnt taste dry at all because of the sauces, and I had the same experience with every bite. #halalsmashburger
Tried their signature PitMaster Burger. It was great with a nicely smashed juicy patty. The soft bun with the crispy juicy patty and melted cheddar everything was complementing each other. Probably one of the best smashed burgers in town. Must worth a try. #halalsmashedburgertoronto #amusttry

They were so very nice to us and the food is excellent Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger Kid-friendliness: Its a regular restaurant. No high chairs or special child proofing. Wheelchair accessibility: Its at street level but there might be a slight bump to get in the door.
