Great food

I visit here quite often for quick lunch with my friends and getting drinks. Today I ve had the worst experience so far from a server Vickie. We were one of the four tables she was tending to. It took a very long time to get her back while she was cleaning tables and not being in the area for extended time. Also while the table next to us was getting quite a bit of visit, we were visited once for letting us know of last call. It was very odd as another server in the area ended up helping us most, including bills and take out. We were not being rude or obnoxious just having a snack date after a shopping day. Very disappointed at how it made our evening.

For those who want to go to this place for gathering, be extremely careful of your personal belongings! Especially your WALLET! We went for my friends birthday last Saturday and her cash in her wallet was stolen!!! Yes, Only CASH! The wallet and her bag was left on the ground. We suspect someones working in this place did this because if its outsiders, they would take the whole wallet, or even the bag. And they would be easily spotted! We immediately spoke to the manager and want to check if any camera in this place caught this. But we got you should take care of your own belongings. it was unfortunate this happened Sure, in other fast-food place, maybe! But fancy restaurants like this, should have decent security to ensure your customers safety. And yes the manager waved our bill eventually, but my friend lost $200, so thats pretty much paid! We demand the upper management to give us feedback on this, but never heard back since. $200 for us is not a lot, but our day is ruined at that moment! The motional damage is priceless! Dont go here because you may become the unfortunate one next.

On cyber Monday shopping, We had lunch at RH Courtyard restaurant in Yorkdale mall, beautiful chandeliers and nice decor, service was friendly and polite, food was delicious, specially chip & dip caviar muhhh yummy

My wife, 2 friends and I went to to the Restoration Hardware Restaurant yesterday. First of all - terrible name. Who wants to dine in a restaurant with the word hardware in its name. But after you get past the name, the restaurant itself looks stunning. The atmosphere and décor is amazing (Im too basic to have fancier vocabulary than that haha. My descriptions range from shitty to good to decent to amazing.) The food - to die for. I ordered the beef sandwich, and it came with cheese, and the bread was just perfect. The beef was so juicy. So why only a 3-star review? Three main reasons: 1. Speed. Because I appreciate fast service, I start timing using a stopwatch (yes, really) how much time it takes between when my order is placed, and when the food arrives. My general expectation is 15-20 minutes. If its under 15, I add points. If its below 20, I subtract points. Between 15-20, I dont add or subtract. My order took 33:49. 2. Price. Yes, the food was delicious. Like I said - to die for. But I still felt that there was a mismatch between the food and the price. My sandwich cost $32. My wife ordered 6 shrimps. It cost us $18. And it was just shrimps - no sides. Yes, for delicious food I expect higher prices - just not that high. 3. The default tip minimum was 18%. The highest default tip option was 30%. To me, thats just entitled and audacious. I dont support tipping culture in general. First of all, the salary of the waiters is their employers responsibility - not mine. Secondly, they are working at that restaurant voluntarily. They could have a higher-paying job, but they CHOSE this one. No one held a gun to their head, and forced them to take a job as a waiter. Nonetheless, despite this philosophical stance on tipping culture, I still tip. Yet, I found it outrageous to see the option of a 30% tip on the machine.

As a frequent customer of Restoration Hardware restaurant, it s disappointing that my experience depends on which manager is on duty. While I love the ambiance and menu, inconsistent service has become a major issue. A recent incident where a manager s overbearing behavior embarrassed me in front of clients has left me questioning whether I can continue dining here for business. I hope the restaurant addresses these concerns to ensure a consistently professional and welcoming experience.

Amazing time at RH! We had Vicky as our server and she was absolutely amazing. She had great knowledge about the menu and helped making decisions easy. She s very relatable and personable. The atmosphere and food were even better, if that s even possible. Definitely recommend the salmon and rib eye sandwich.

RH is a wonderful, upscale feeling place. The food is quite good and creative. I had the artichoke appetizer... only suggestion is watch the cooking process...my order felt a little overdone.. the artichoke delicate leaves became too crispy and kind of stuck in my throat. Overall though, a great experience. :)

The steak sandwich was so bad I had to leave my table walk all the way to chick fillet to grab a sandwich and re join my table. Of course they didnt like that. Anyway whoever designed that ribeye sandwich should be banned from entering kitchens for at least a decade.

Didnt get to try it out because they dont mention that they wont let you in after 8:15 :( probably something you should let customers know before they book an 8 oclock reservation :((

It wouldnt hurt for the staff to sit behind each table and realize one was questionable this morning, October 29th. Smell was so strong I couldnt concentrate, how do you open your doors while you have a table smells urine? I wasnt with a friend to feel comfortable get up and leave. I was with my coworkers. Disgusting

Been here a number of times. Came tonight with my wife and 4 children. Outstanding food, outstanding atmosphere and outstanding service. Jeric had excellent steps of service that made for a very nice experience!

I always have the pleasure of having Vicki as my server. She is lovely and always in the best of moods. I love going in there and seeing her smiley face

Great place to disconnect if you get shopping fatigue or if you just want to treat yourself to great food and beautiful views. The pictures do not capture how incredible this place is. Just go in the entrance to see for yourself. Reason for 4-stars is that the food is quite pricey for the portion size and the fact that the taste was not that unique. Still would recommend and will return to it in future.

Vicky was our server today and she was exactly what professional service is. We took her suggestions. Timing of the service and coffee top-ups were good. Atmosphere was gave us the exceptional experience was wanted as a break from the hustle and bustle of our normal week. Relaxing experience with complements to the meal and service - recommend to friends.

We were in a group of 5 people to celebrate our former colleague birthday on September 30th this year. We ve been seated by the hostess who was very nice but not the server. She handed us the menu with a blank face, not even smiling or accommodating. We placed our order for appetizers and after that she started collecting the menu . I told her that we ve just order the appetizers but how come you re already collecting the menu? She put back the menu card without apologizing to us and her face still blank, no smile at all. We noticed that she s smiling and very accommodating to other guests but not with us. My colleagues wanted to speak to the manager/supervisor but we decided not to but instead write a review about her unpleasant behaviour. We felt degraded and under estimated by her behaviour. Later on before serving our entree, she disappeared and never came back but we for sure remember her name as Vicky/Victoria. She wss replaced by a very nice server but we forgot to asked for her name. Food and ambience were great and we were satisfied except for that server Victoria. She should undergo for hospitality seminar to learn how to respect and entertain customers in a nicely manner.

It s a beautiful place however the food is extremely average. We ordered the artichoke appetizer and it was dry, flakey and it was a complete joke. There was no artichokes on the plate- just burnt artichoke remains. The burger was fine I won t complain about that. We also had the Chinese salad which was extremely salty and hard to eat. Fries were also way too salty and burnt. For the expensive prices I expected better. Better go somewhere else !

Visited RH Courtyard for brunch this past weekend. Its located inside the RH Toronto store within Yorkdale, so is convenient to browse while youre waiting to be seated. I loved the how the restaurant was decorated and matched the aesthetic of the store. The menu is definitely on the pricer side. I ordered the chicken sandwich which was $30 and did not come with a side. Hoping theyll look into expanding their menu to add more shareable plates or pairing the burgers/sandwiches with a side.

Only because I like the mall and beautiful atmosphere and how this place been decorated I gave a second try to stop this year again! First time was in last summer. And I can say my previous experience was much better than this time. Usually when you come for drinks and lunch with your bestie you are trying to have a drink first, chat , feel the vibe then have some bites. That s what we tried to do BUT the whole idea was ruined . We ordered 2 glasses of Cava and 2 dishes and guess what? Dishes came first very quick with no drinks. We called the waiter and reminded about the drinks, on what I received the question, if we ordered them? Hell yeah, we did. Why is it not in my hand yet? I would understand if they forgot about ( everything can happen) us if it would be only 1 or 2 waiters on the floor, but there was like 5-6 of them and they were standing seemed not crazy busy. So eventually we got our missing glasses of Prosecco and we could proceed with food and drinks finally . After while our glasses were amply and of course no one came to us in a min time to ask if we needed something or how everything goes with a food. Guys ! That was a really mission to have second round of drinks lol. It was so hard to get any attention from the waiters, we didn t even know who is our waiter, because all of them were always going to the different tables, the same with us . We were trying to wave our hand , calling them , when some of them was passing by was no luck to get their attention at all ! Of course after 15 min of trying someone finally saw our rising hands and benefited us with their appearance! So what can I say, we had a second round of Prosecco but all desire to have a main course , desert or coffee was completely ruined . No thank you ! After all , my experience of food is 3 star ( nothing special but ok) , serving-1-2 stars, easy to say, there is no service in this place , decoration and location are 5 stars. So if you just came for shopping had a good time and want to splash it with some drinks and bites go for it. Hope you will get more Lucky with experience

Im not here for the first time, good atmosphere. I don t like the indifference of the waiters, I waited more than 20 minutes for a glass of water, I asked for less ice for the cocktail, they brought me a standard one, I waited a long time for my order, I thought that there must be a lot of orders, but when the dishes were brought barely warm, I was disappointed, the steak and lobster were like rubbery, impossible to eat, the salads here are delicious and very simple. The price does not match the quality. No desire to come here again

We celebrated a retirement/birthday here. Items ordered were the rose spritz, prosciutto board, fried artichokes, grilled shrimp, salmon, roasted chicken, burger, lobster roll, ribeye steak, broccolini, potato puree, truffle fries, and bib lettuce salad. Restaurant is gorgeous, and food is good. The restaurant was able to accommodate a gluten sensitivity. Our group of six had an auto 20% gratuity added to the bill, but it was fine as our server, Harry, delivered great service...not too much and not too little. Everyone had a great time. I have never eaten food like this before. From appetizers to Dessert everything was delicious. Even the coffee was delicious ( one of the best). Staff members were so welcoming and kind. I will definitely go back again.

Food, Service, and Atmosphere: IT S ALL HERE To say we were very pleased is an understatement. We started with a Caesar salad that was crisp and refreshing, with a good balance of dressing and crunchy croutons. The Yukon gold potato puree was smooth and buttery, while the truffled fries were crispy and had a nice hint of truffle flavor. For the entrée, we ordered the 16oz charred ribeye steak, cooked medium. It was very delicious, with a perfect char on the outside and tender, juicy meat inside. The roasted half chicken with garlic confit was another highlight, with the garlic confit adding a rich flavor that complemented the chicken well. The RH burger was juicy and flavorful, served with a well-toasted bun and fresh toppings. The shaved ribeye on charred garlic bread is also a must-try. We also had the lobster roll, which was generously filled with sweet lobster meat, and the broiled salmon, which was cooked perfectly, with a delicate, flaky texture. All the food we ordered was delicious, and the price reflects its quality. The ambiance is great, featuring elegant chandeliers and sophisticated decor that add to the dining experience. Our server was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. They checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. Located inside Yorkdale Mall, this restaurant is a fantastic find, and I can t wait to go back. Kid-friendliness: Our server brought my daughter a complimentary house-made chocolate chip cookie. So sweet! Also, they do have high chairs available for younger kids.

Honestly was one of the best meals and service ever we have had in a very long time. Harry was our server and we told him to choose everything for us as it all sounded delicious and didn t know what to order. He ordered us the burrata as an appetizer it was so so tasty we left the plate clean. As for dinner he hit it spot on!! The steak cooked perfectly medium rare, truffle fries actually tasted like truffle none of that cheap stuff we usually get at other restaurants. The burger was fantastic, cooked to a beautiful medium. And the broccolini was salty and garlicky and buttery!! Harry was such an amazing server, with his knowledge of food and great hospitality gave me hope that there are still restaurants out there with people who care. 10/10 would recommend.

The food is amazing, the service is outstanding, and the cleanliness is top-tier. Im so impressed with RH. Every time I go, it gets better and better. The restaurant is situated in a lovely, quiet, and classy area. I would give this place a 10 out of 10.

The food is good but nothing to write home about. I think it is definitely overpriced for the portions and type of food they are service. A dinner for 2 without any alcohol cost $150. There are much cheaper places with good food that you can eat.

Brunch menu is better than dinner imo. One of my favorite spots. A lot to photograph and take in. Beautiful layout and ambiance. I would give it a 5 if the dinner menu was better. All their entrees are a la carte (dinner) Food

Where is stylish place nice chandelier and plants very VIP service delicious food. It was very nice experience and off shopping center to go. I recommended to everybody all the burgers and we tried the hot chocolate. It was different than anywhere like this place so much.

I recently dined at RH in Yorktown Mall and was quite disappointed with the experience. The food was just average and didnt seem to justify the high prices. What made the visit even more frustrating was the poor service. It was extremely difficult to get the attention of our waiter, and I had to wait five minutes just to get a napkin. I even had to stop eating to ask for one. I also had to request my towels twice from the waiter, who responded in a very careless manner. Overall, I expected much better service and quality for the

Crème fraiche was added into the RH scramble ($22), but it s still a simple dish of scrambled eggs with chives. I m glad our waitress warned us the eggs are cooked to a soft runniness - I increased the doneness to medium well and they arrived creamy and tender without any of the gross liquid yolk. If only the menu stated the scramble comes with grilled sourdough we would have foregone the artisanal prosciutto ($25). While there was nothing wrong with the board, it was also not exciting. A bit boring in presentation, it incorporated slices of prosciutto, chunks of parmigiano Reggiano, and seasonal fruit that was really a bunch of grapes. At least the baguette was warm and crispy, even though there weren t any spreads, not even a plate of olive oil for dipping. While the price of the side green salad ($10) was a bit steep, the citrus vinaigrette really helped cut through the heaviness of the meat, cheese, and eggs. Plus, it ended up being a great complement to finish the generous half avocado that accompanies the eggs. You re able to customize the matcha latte ($7) to be hot or cold. The cooler version was refreshing for the spring and had a lovely deep green tea flavour.

The only place Ive ever given 5 stars across the board. Harry our server was as pleasant as could be and suggested we go up to the fourth floor to see the view. Attached. The food and atmosphere were also top notch. We cant wait to come back.

When the restaurant is part of RH, there is an expectation of beautiful decor. However the food and service at the Courtyard Restaurant is even better. Appetizers, salad and mains were delicious and presented beautifully simple. Servers and dining room management were pleasant, knowledgeable and actually hospitable .which is becoming rare in the GTA. Well done all around.

Unexpected. Greenery and chandeliers meld into something simple yet sophisticated. Surprisingly, delicious food from a kitchen tucked on the side of a furniture store. The menu is short yet each item seems crafted with care. Burrata with roasted peppers was light and fresh. Burger, lobster roll, and shaved ribeye all wonderful. While first glances may deceive, the taste and textures made up for it all. You get the quality you are paying for. Definitely worth a try if in the area!

Went to RH for dinner, and our waiter Harry was incredible. He went above and beyond and created a wonderful and memorable dinner date for us. The food was top notch we loved everything that came out. The wine was great, and desserts were perfect. Cant wait to go back.

Atmosphere and service was great. The avocado toast was nice and really enjoyed the prime rib beef sandwich. The truffle fries was a HUGE disappointment. $22 for some fries sprinkled with what appears to be cheese is not what I had in mind. I dont mind paying top dollar for good food but this was unacceptable. Theres no bar selection either which surprised me. Just limited beer selection, some wine and a few spritzers.

This restaurant, like the mall where it s located, is a classy affair. We didn t plan to eat here but when we saw it, although we knew it would not be cheap, it peaked our interest. We made a reservation for a few hours later while we walked around the mall. The restaurant is gorgeous although many of the tables are very close together, leaving little privacy. It would have been nice to have a few more options on the menu. It doesn t take long for your tab to start climbing if you wish to get an appetizer, a drink, a side for your main dish, and dessert! We had many different staff people come to us to ask to take our order of drinks and food. It felt like they weren t sure who worked which table. We tried the RH Burger with a side of fries. For $35 (the cheapest entree on the menu) you would expect it to be super good - and it was! The double patty burger was huge and the fries were delicious. We also tried the Roasted Half Chicken minus the garlic confit. It was the best potato purée, jus, and chicken he had tried in a very long time! Everything that could be eaten, had been eaten on his plate! Definitely to try if you re ready to pay for the ambiance and the location.

W my husband and I had a pleasant night here. Salads and foods were delicious and especially , Abeer as the leader of the restaurant, had a very kind attention to all details . Thanks to Abeer and RH restaurant in Yorkdale Mall. Congratulation to RH restaurant for having such a proffesional employee like Abeer .

My husband brought me here for my birthday dinner and our experience was everything we expected. The service was quick and pleasant and the food was a generous portion and delicious! The restaurant is the perfect backdrop for an intimate dinner and it exceeded all of my expectations. We will definitely be back!

A very nice place to have a girls brunch, lunch, or dinner date. The atmosphere and vibes of the setting are beautiful with comfortable sitting spaces in the dining room and just an overall soft and enjoyable atmosphere. Its the type of place you can call your friends to gather in, talk/chatter over a nice glass of wine/cocktail/coffee with a nice snack on the side.

Dont go here for your birthday. I spent around 650 to get discriminated against by servers. If you are gonna eat your birthday cake here, you gotta pay an extra 10 dollars for every guest you bring. The tip is 20%, and the food and service is horrible. Dont come.

A wonderful atmosphere! The service was excellent, which pleasantly surprised me. Empty plates didnt stay on the tables; they were cleared quickly. The Aperol Spritz was the best Ive ever had. Perfect balance.

Youll be waiting a long time for your food even if its not busy. Sure, its in a nice spot, but everything else is so subpar. Not worth the cost.

Harry who was serving us was fantastic and truly made our experience great. He was attentive , courteous and polite and ensured that he would give unbiased recommendations and also had great conversation. Definitely coming back!

A really pretty and aesthetically pleasing cafe. We actually just needed a place to get some work done. The hostess said they are a laptop friendly cafe and we could definitely just order something small if we didn t want a meal. We just just ended up getting a latte, a cappuccino & yam fries. I definitely want to try their other food next time!

I recently visited this restaurant and while the setting was absolutely stunning, I was left unimpressed with the service and food quality. The service was just okay and the food was also mediocre. The lobster roll we ordered was 90% bread & 10% lobster. Overall, I would say this place is more style over substance.

The restaurant is very beautiful, but the food is trash. The lobster roll is overpriced and mediocre at best, the shaved ribeye sandwich (basically a glorified beef dip sandwich) was filled with slices of fat and tough connective tissue; signs of a cheap cut of meat. The fries are great, reminiscent of McDonalds fries. Youre paying for the atmosphere, not the food.

The food was very good, but I feel that the price point is a tad on the unreasonable side. $11 for quite a small portion of fries seems excessive. The grilled cheese was also $22. If they priced these down just slightly, this would have been a 5 star experience across the board. That said, both dishes were executed almost flawlessly. Our server was also absolutely perfect, very attentive and friendly. I will be back.

This is our fourth time having brunch here, and the food never disappoints. Our favorites are their wild mushroom medley, roasted half chicken, and applewood-smoked bacon. We experienced an odd service during yesterday s brunch. One of the servers offered us extra truffle fries on the house, so we accepted. However, when we received our bill, the fries were charged. LOL. We didn t really mind, as we would have ordered them anyway, but it was strange that they were supposed to be complimentary because they were extra fries.

Very cute place to take photos but the food is really not good. The truffle fries are really good and probably the best truffle dish that I ve had. But unfortunately I wasnt able to have much as my burger was incredibly dry and greasy. I only ate half of my burger but I felt extremely greasy that I had to eat the lemon slices for the water. Also how are you going to be charging $25 for a lone burger and serve american cheese on it?? The burrata was good too, both of my friends enjoyed it. But it was our first time so we had no standards. My friend got the shaved beef sandwich with au jus and she said it was good for the first few bites. My other friend got the lobster roll and was still hungry after finishing it. He also found a lot of the inner shell pieces in it. Service is pretty attentive and they changed our cutlery after the appetizers which is nice. Considering the price of the food, it is disappointing and not to mention it doesnt come with sides. TLDR; Cute place for pics and apps. Would not recommend for having an actual meal.

The ambience and decor of this place is beautiful. The lunch menu selection I expected to have more variety, very limited. I ordered the Shaved Ribeye on Charred Garlic Bread. The meat was not cooked enough for my liking, definitely could ve been cooked longer. Very stringy/fatty and red, not worth the price of $32. The fries were the saving grace, thankfully those were very good and ended up being my lunch. Came here for a special celebration, which was also mentioned to the server, but not once did she mention the occasion or even offer a slice of cake after lunch? Which I would ve gladly paid for. I didn t expect a free slice but dessert was never brought up until the bill was requested and then was asked ´if we wanted dessert? When you go out specifically for an occasion, mention prior to dining the reason for the outing today, you really would expect the server to remember a small detail especially in an establishment like this. Very off putting, which prompted us to have a birthday treat elsewhere after our lunch and wine. High scale atmosphere with high prices, unfortunately the food quality and server friendliness does not match the prices and quality one would expect here. I would not come back for a casual lunch or a celebrate another special occasion here again.

Marked our anniversary at RH and enjoyed an elegant evening. The ambiance was refined, and the service was top-notch. However, the limited menu left room for improvement in both taste and presentation, with the lobster roll being a bit salty. My much-anticipated visit to RH Courtyard Restaurant exceeded my expectations. Despite initial skepticism about portion sizes and prices, I found the experience worthwhile. The matcha latte was a delightful surprise, and as an avocado lover, the generous avocado toast portion left me almost full after just one slice. The arugula salad was fresh, though the excess seeds were unnecessary. The speedy food preparation impressed me, but our small table struggled to accommodate all our choices. The wild mushrooms had a robust flavor, and I appreciated the effort, despite mixed feelings about the seasoning. However, my moms pickiness led to a less favorable experience. Her cappuccino was a disappointment, as well as her grainy potato purée, and the chicken, while acceptable, fell short with the soy sauce. RH Courtyard Restaurant offered a mixed dining experience. If youre willing to take the chance and savor the moment, it could be worth it, but be mindful of varied preferences.

I chose RH Courtyard to celebrate my 30th birthday and was not disappointed! The ambiance was beautiful and elegant. Our server Harry was phenomenal and took care of us every step of the way. He was very considerate and hospitable. Though the food is on the pricier side, the salmon was the best I ve ever had and was completely worth it. The lobster roll and mashed potato were also delicious. I do wish they had a more extensive drink and dessert menu. Otherwise, the dining experience was exquisite. Highly recommend.

First time eating at The Courtyard in RH. Was very surprised at how good the food was. The service is great, quick and efficient. The food came out very quickly, was fresh and tasted amazing. One of the best places for truffles fries, seasoned perfectly. The Burrata with toast and sweet peppers did not disappoint. The flavours come together very well. Highly recommend going with people so that you can try multiple dishes. It s worth the price.

The atmosphere is truly captivating, with its cozy decor and ambient lighting creating a welcoming vibe. However, while the service was attentive and the server kindly warned us about the lack of sides with the main dish, the food itself was rather underwhelming. Despite the mediocre quality of the dishes, the overall experience was still enjoyable thanks to the restaurants charming ambiance.

Great evening , Vicky was super attentive and friendly - her recommendations were spot on ! Steak , burger , lobster roll and salads were delicious and the cookies at the end were a perfect end ! Her unobtrusive service with the gorgeous settings is a must if you are in town.

I came here just for coffee with my partner, I loved sitting in their gorgeous fairy tale forest. It was very easy to make reservations and they were kind enough to let us come 30 minutes late (they have a 15 minute grace). I did not eat the food as it was quite pricy but that is why we went! The server insisted they have a fabulous beef burger, they apparently have little to few vegetarian options but once again, I wanted to come to restoration hardwares restaurant because of its gorgeous setting!

RH Gallery Restaurant offers a delightful dining ambiance amidst greenery and elegant chandeliers. Before our dinner, we explored the RH gallery. The staff is friendly and prompt. The food was excellent - we tried the Burrata with Roasted Peppers and Shaved Ribeye on Charred Garlic Bread. Although the prices are on the higher side, its worth it for a memorable experience.

Enjoyed a very pleasant Sunday lunch on the Family Day weekend. The menu is not overly large but there is something for every taste. Food is superb tasty and beautifully presented. The service is impeccable : professional, efficient and very welcoming. We were taken care of by Sarah and she made the event for us. The physical setting is casual and elegant. Dietary restrictions: 2 in our party are celiac .no problem . Lots of gf options

Had an awesome Thursday night here! The place was buzzing, tried a few dishes - the Burrata was basically heaven on a plate. Shaved Ribeye and Roasted Chicken were also a flavor explosion. Big shoutout to Jan, our super attentive server. Overall, fantastic experience; can t wait to swing by again soon!

FOOD: to be honest theres not many options on the menu. And beside the Ribeye on Bread, theres not much to say about other dishes. Shaved Ribeye on Garlic Bread: this was the best sandwich I ever had. The meat is so tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. The portion was quite big and loaded with quality beef. However I came back the second time the meat was a bit overcooked for medium rare. Lobster Roll: I was really disappointed with this. Therere barely any lobster, and the brioche was not soft. Its 100% does not worth $38, do not recommend this. Roasted Half Chicken: its tender and not bad. But its nothing special putting in an upscale place like this. However, shout out to the mashed potato was made beautifully smooth and creamy. Wild Mushroom: very salty, not recommend. Chocolate Ice cream: when they said one scoop I did not expect its that big, the chocolate flavor was so rich, Im in love with it! DRINKS: coffee, tea, cocktails and wine are served all day. Bellini: just an average bellini you can find at any bar. Matcha latte: Im actually surprised with this. Its very creamy and the matcha flavor burst in my mouth. VIBE: extremely beautiful decoration, every corners could get you very nice photos. Love the nature light comes through the transparent roof. All the fake balcony makes me feel like sitting in a dreamy garden, not in a mall. SERVICE: food comes out quite slow but the service is friendly and professional.

There was one time the steak I ordered was not cooked to my request, they replaced it promptly so I can still enjoy my plate with the rest of the table. Will continue to visit this restaurant. Been here quite often, it s lovely and the food is good but what makes this a great place is the staff. Was there recently and when we went to check in (we had reservations) the host was confirming our name/time, when this group of 4 walked up and said I m here for my 11:30 reservation . They talked right over us, as if we weren t standing there. The host put his hand up and said to them please wait, I m already with guests and will be with you shortly . Shut the guy right down (who I assume was trying to look like a big shot in front of his friends). I appreciated the host curt response to this rude person, and for that reason alone, I will definitely be back.

If there is one place that you can take pictures worth posting to social media it is going to be at the RH Courtyard. The interior is decked out in the most beautiful and luxurious couches and chandeliers. The entirety of the main floor is just brightly lit with the warmth from the chandeliers and it makes the whole atmosphere so warm and inviting. The food was also quite good too. We got the lobster roll, the half roasted chicken, and the gem lettuce salad, and all of them were superior. The price is a bit in the higher side but they really do give you an amazing experience, so I would say that it s reasonable. The waitstaff was also super nice and since we were celebrating a birthday they even came out towards the end to give us a celebration dessert (a chocolate chip cookie) it was so cute and unexpected and overall really made our day. In short, if you get the chance to, please give this place a visit. The food is good and the atmosphere is even better, but just note that the price is on the higher side.

My family and I had dinner here a few weeks ago, it was my sister s 17th birthday. I must say off the bat the ambiance is really nice. It s adjacent to a posh furniture store (really nice for taking pictures). We made reservations so we were seated immediately. Apparently you are given 1.5 hours at the table but I guess that s only enforced if it s a busy night. For appetizers we ordered 2 cheese boards one came with prosciutto, soft cheese and warm bread the other hard cheese, a strawberry sauce and warm bread, both also had a bunch of grapes. For dinner two of us ordered the roasted chicken and it came with the creamiest potato purée . The roasted chicken actually surpassed my expectations it was very flavourful. The other two ordered the RH burger and added the pork belly bacon. This burger was huge, very filling. The 2 slices of bacon was too thick and felt overwhelming. I ordered a lemonade but it never came to the table. I wasn t too bummed, I ended up drinking the water they provided. All and all the restaurant is a nice choice for a date night or a girls night, I wouldn t recommend it for the younger crowd. Parking: It s located in a huge mall so there is ample parking.

We made a reservation for my birthday party and when I tell you this place is so beautiful. The server was so nice and always there to help us. We had the burrata for the table and at first I thought it was kind of small but it actually fed me and my 3 friends. Lobster roll was great maybe lacked some butter but overall food and drinks were very good. I wished they could add maybe some background music to the restaurant as it would really add to it but its fine.

Its my favorite place in toronto. I ll definitely give it a 5 stars although I had an uncomfortable experience this morning. We were a group of 5 but only 2 ordered something to eat as a breakfast and the rest had only cappuccinos because we were not hungry. The young lady who was serving us told us make sure next time to come hungry and order food not only a cup of coffee I do understand her point of view but yet it s not nice to say it to a client it does happen that sometime you only want to have the cup of coffee that you love Yet, RH will always stay my favorite place in toronto

The food was good. This is my third time here and the food has always been consistent. I wish they would add something new to the menu. The service was even better. I would recommend this place because the interior is gorgeous and makes for great pics.

Our 2nd time here. Also its my wifes birthday. Service was bad, our black server did not come to check when another lady server almost spilled the red wine onto my wife. He did not come back to ask if our meal or how we are doing so far. Did not ask at the end how was the experiance or the food today. Only came once to clean the table (there are still a lot of empty plate left at the end) and asked if we need take out boxes. It is a waste of a special occasion. I would say the manager or supervisor was nice. He came to ask if we are ok. Food was okay, our steak came out dark and had a bitter taste. We are offered to a new one but we are really forgiven so we let it pass. Overall, our server ruined it for tonight. We still left a good tip for such subpar services.

Randomly came across this restaurant while I was shopping so I thought I d give it a try. Service was excellent, water was filled almost instantly. The lobster roll was delicious. I had read a review that said the bread was hard which I asked the waiter about and he promised that wasn t the case. lo and behold it was a soft delicious sandwich (mind you overpriced but that s what you get at the establishment). Yesterday we celebrated our First year Wedding Anniversary. The server was so sweet and she did everything for us to enjoy our dining experience. Excellent service. The food was just perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant was like wow. We felt like we were in Europe. The tour of the Gallery was impeccable.

Had countless wonderful visits to the Restoration Hardware at Yorkdale. The atmosphere is beautiful and staff pay careful attention to every detail. Food is always good with a wide variety of choices for all diners. Highly recommended!

Our server was awesome. The menu options and choices are very limited, youd expect much higher. The decorations are beautiful, its mostly suitable for dating, and not to mention very expensive price tag. The value for dollar ratio is very low, it was my first and most probably last time. Food quality was mediocre, again, youd expect much higher. Youre only paying for decorations, dont expect anything else.

This is one of my favourite restaurant. I love rh. My home is covered with rh furnitures. I was so happy when rh open the restaurant. Everything is awesome. But service is really bad. Waiters and waitress are kind when they come. But they never come in to check. To get more coffee, wait more then 10 min. To order more, wait another 10 min. Every time when i want to call the waitress, need to wait so long. It frustrated me a lot. Maybe short staff ( like every time when i go?) or some other reason. This restaurant is very precious to me. Hopefully they hire more staff or educate their employees better. My favourite dishes are lobster rolls, roast chicken, burrata dish, avocado toast, burger, truffle fries.

Lovely place for a refresher in the middle of shopping. Small menu, but quality of food was perfect and with large portions. Service was a little bit slow, but very friendly staff when they were able to attend to you. :)

I had a quick stop at the courtyard for early dinner. The space feels quite charming with all the greenery and chandlers. Service was gentle and courteous. There was a 30 minute wait as I was arrived bit early but I ended waiting on the RH s cloud couch looking at their wine menu. The burger was great and the sandwich was tasteful especially the pickled pepper it came with. Great place to bring someone with.

We ordered the RH burger with truffle fries and chicken ceasar salad . The Ceasar dressing on the salad was very delicious. We also enjoyed the burger. Unfortunately, our fries were hard and cold. For dessert we got a birthday cookie which was great . Im excited to go back, and I believe the best-selling items are the salads. Highly recommend this location.

Went here with a group of friends. We all thought the food and drinks were fine, nothing special. The server was good, she did not rush us, food came out in a timely manner. We did enjoy the atmosphere and the fact we did not feel rushed and were able to take our time and enjoy each other s company.

I used to rave about the RH Courtyard Restaurant. The truffle grilled cheese was to die for and I loved the space and environment. Fast forward to today, and unfortunately I can t say the same. The food doesn t seem the same, the prices have gone up (but really what hasn t) and you can never book last minute. The crispy artichokes were supposed to be the star of the dish but I felt like the sliced potatoes were and the artichokes were just supporting. We had to book a week in advance, and they tell you the time starts to count down as soon as you are seated (you get 75 mins). I get that they are busy and everyone wants to eat here but I don t like to be rushed, and the food really isn t worth it anymore. The only plus is that our server was nice and attentive.

If I could give the food zero stars, I would have. My partner and I both purchased the burger and it was atrocious. Keep in mind, we were absolutely starving after a busy day, which always makes it easier to eat something that isnt great...but that didnt help here. We had visited the RH location close to Napa Valley last year and the burger there was wonderful, so we figured it would be a similar experience but we were sadly mistaken. The burger at the RH Yorkdale location is the worst burger I have ever had in a restaurant (my partner thinks the same). The quality of the meat was poor, it reeked of fat, there was zero, and I mean zero, seasoning (not even salt and pepper), and even the vegetables were mediocre. I almost never eat McDonalds, but a McDonalds burger would have been more enjoyable. Additionally, I communicated our dissatisfaction to our server in polite terms, and he simply said sorry and made an excuse about the meat supplier but did nothing else--an odd excuse to make. Overall, the atmosphere of the place is always interesting, so having a drink there would be nice but I cant imagine myself eating there again (at least not the burger).

McDonalds has better service than this place! Our server was no where to be found and never poured our bottle after being served. Felt like we were discriminated because we are young. The front receptionists were okay. The food here looks nice from afar but has no flavor. Overall it matches the restaurant decor. Pretty place, poor taste and service.

Exaggerated prices for lousy food. $38 lobster roll has 2 oz of lobster no sides literally ate it in two bites, disgraceful. 2 lobster roll and 2 drink and fries = $150 for lunch and walk away hungry.... criminal

I was very disappointed with dinner at the Restoration Hardware restaurant last night. Despite having a reservation for 7:15pm we still had to wait 10 minutes for our table. I ordered the same dish that I had ordered last time I dined there which was exactly a year ago. The price had increased but the portion size was literally half. I was really shocked. My friends ordered a side of mushrooms which seemed fine on the first bite but grew way too salty and impacted the flavour of the other dishes they were eating. Oversll a thumbs down. The service was good by the servers. One thing I wanted to mention is that one of my friends is deaf and reads lips she could not understand what our waiter was saying since he was wearing a mask. It was all a bit awkward and uncomfortable

PRO- restaurant is beautiful & the food wasn t bad either CON- To sum it up the server just came up to our table twice to basically ask to take our order & then cash us out. Nothing else. Never got asked the usual things like how we are, how s the food basic stuff. the vibe was very quiet..even as I watched the other servers as well.. which I never do but in this circumstance I did since this situation was new to me but I thought thats maybe just the way they do things in this restaurant? It was really disappointing & honestly I feel like this is rare thing & no one probably is going to believe it anyways but I had to say something since it didn t sit well with me.

My first time was a brunch for my Girls Birthday and it was great, atmosphere is super sexy and nice if you are looking for a fancy outing.

The restaurant creates a fantastic atmosphere thats perfect for a special occasion or a stylish night out. However, I must admit that the food fell short of expectations. While it was decent, it didnt quite match the restaurants chic appearance. Whats more, the prices were quite steep, making it a costly dining option.

First time here. Food was epic! People were saying food proportions werent good, but I have the chicken and it was very filling. Ended up taking it home too because we couldnt finish. Amazing environment and decor!

Ambiance and service was superb!!! But . Food was so salty ! Lobster roll and artichoke fried, hamburger all very heavily salted. A great chef use herbs , spice to add taste NOT over salting! I don t mind your expensive pricing but expected food to be flavourful not just by salt . Ambiance alone will not bring me back. I ve paid $45 U.S(= $60 cd) for an out of this world lobster roll in Singapore and was hoping this roll was as good. .

RH has been my go to for years now. The service has gone down. My staple order is the avocado toast, you cannot go wrong it s so filling

Beautiful restaurant, good options for food, but I find it very pricey for value. I had the Caesar salad with salmon and I found the salmon was salty and the Caesar dressing didn t taste accurate (more lemon garlic). Service was good but probably wouldn t come back. I d prefer to go to Joey instead, where the food matches the atmosphere.

Pretty disappointed with the service here. I booked a reservation for 2 well in advance. Reservation was for 12:15pm. On the reservation I indicated that it was my wife s birthday. We weren t seated until after 12:30. We were seated in the noisiest part of the restaurant, two loud fountains on either side of us. The server was not attentive. I had to get her attention a couple of times. Birthdays seem to be a pretty popular thing as we saw many tables with candlelit desserts being served. They must not have been attentive to my reservation notes as nobody acknowledged our special event. The food was decent. But that s expected based on the cost. Won t be returning. The little things matter.

I was at Yorkdale Mall and seen this Courtyard Restaurant and I thought I would give it a try. First: the atmosphere is outstanding! I loved the vibe, the trees, and the open but cozy spaces. The water falls are wonderful! Second: the food is really tasteful and well presented. However, the side options are a joke. Seriously! It was $11.00 for the basic fries you see here in addition to the $33.00 for the sandwich. Now the sandwich was amazing and was worth the $33.00. I would not make an issue if the fries matched the quality of the sandwich as well as the price. The fries were simply cheep fries that any restaurant old restaurant serves as a filler. Not impressed. The service was disappointing to say the least. No one checked in on me to see how the food was. If they did I would have told them about the fries and perhaps an opportunity to correct would have been offered. My beverages ran out and I had to track a server down to refill it. It s worth noting I was in the center and several servers passed by the table the entire time. This restaurant has most things going right but the service is grossly lacking.

My family and I had such a great time at RH. We brought my cousin from out of town and we had the NICEST waitress, Vicky. She was really personable and recommended we try the chocolate chip cookies and wow was I not expecting how amazing they were! I also highly recommend trying the artichokes, truffle fries, and the shaved beef sandwich.

Do not waste your money. All the food is pretty expensive for no reason.

My friend tried making a reservation for 13ppl. The website didnt accept more than 12ppl so he made a call to RH. The receptionist said RH couldnt accommodate over 12ppl. Met a friend for dinner here and absolutely loved the vibe. Relaxed, sophisticated, delicious food in a beautiful environment. Vickie was our server and she was the perfect combination of attentive, friendly and engaging. I will return!
