I love Rudy s burgers and poutine. I had gotten Rudy s this evening, however there was a mix up with orders. My boyfriend had went back to get the correct items, and the workers were very sweet. They offered to remake the whole order too (we declined and just got the poutine) I would recommend:) yummy food and excellent service!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich which turned out to be super stale. The sauces werent incorporated so it was just bun, coleslaw and the chicken. It didnt taste like the usual Rudy burger so Im not sure if this is of the same franchise. And oh yes, the poutine was horrible. Food

Incredible smash burgers!! We are new to the neighbourhood and were craving burgers so decided to try out Rudy s and I m so glad we did!! Their burger sauce was delicious and we will absolutely be frequenting this spot. The staff were also incredibly friendly. See you again soon :)

They offer their own delivery service! You don t HAVE to use Uber. Fries needed a little warming in the oven, but it was worth the savings.

The most saltiest fries, and food period, that I ve ever eaten. I ve never eaten anything that salty. I couldn t eat more than a few fries and I would have stopped at just one if I wasn t starving. But even with just the few fries, my tongue was burning/felt numb later for a while from the extreme level of salt. It was as if the person who made the fries just accidentally took two handfuls and painted it on with a brush on every mm of each fry. The burger was mid. Definitely not great. Decent if you re really hungry.

I ordered for to go , the burger was not hot , the patty was only warm and cheese didn t even melt, the bread was room temperature. I felt like they just reheated it. The price is okay $8 for a small burger and thin patty. The place stinks too, smells like a toilet sorry :(

Had an amazing experience the other day at this location. Staff were super friendly and accommodating to my relatively complex order. Kitchen staff were incredible and packed my order nicely.

I recently enjoyed eating at Rudys Restaurant and tried their Rudy cheeseburger. The burger was excellent on its own. The patty was juicy and medium-rare, grilled to perfection. The bun was nicely toasted and fresh. And at Rudys, the service was superb. The personnel was friendly and inviting. The entire experience was genuinely fulfilling. I will highly recommend this for others .

The menu at Rudy is both diverse and satisfying. There signature chips pickle chips are flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The freshness of ingredients is evident in bite. The chips are cripsy and golden making them the perfect conplementary meal. For those looking for a lighter options, the cheeseburger is also impressive.

I was excited to go to Rudy s, but was very disappointed. The burgers were very salty and the milkshake was almost warm (I m pretty sure the machine was broken, which is not their fault I just wish they didn t give me the milkshake at all).

The burgers are great! I ordered milkshakes a couple of times that were liquidy, and they provided me with shakes at no cost at my next visit. I will def go back!

Got takeout once last night, the lady said 15 minutes- we stayed for 45minutes, only to get ice cold fries and burgers; it seems they prioritized Uber Eats over premade food and forgot about us! So disappointed because all the morning shift people are fast on their feet and the manager is great. Think Ill stop eating here until Evening crew can work out their time management/order management.

Ive been a repeat customer since I finally tried this place out, as the food is always delicious and the staff is friendly. Recently there was mistake with my order and I was given the wrong burger. They replaced my burger without any hassle, and when I got home I realized they also gave me a free brownie for the trouble. Thats great service!

I had the pleasure of dining at Rudys on Eglinton & I can honestly say it tops any other burger spot in its vicinity. The food is amazing but the care of the staff is what really did it for me. Ill definitely be returning.

Classic smash burgers

The best location of the franchise imo! The texture and cook of the smash burgers is so consistent and not too greasy. The Valentino chicken sandwich is also very solid, and I love the sauce that comes on it. This location has a comfortable simple seating area, though it seems that take-out is their main business. The staff is friendly too, which I have found to be the case at all Rudy locations. And its a small detail, but I also love the Mega Heinz packets!

My favourite smash burger in Toronto to date, they also do a mean fried chicken. The staff were very hospitable and the kitchen perfected the order. Definitely recommend this branch

I ordered the rude dude and side of fries. The burger was delicious but pretty tiny for a double burger. The fries were under cooked and bland. The overall price point is terrible. 17 bucks for a tiny burger and some un salted fries....not a good bang for your buck here.

I recently visited Rudys and ordered the Rudy - a single-patty cheeseburger topped with lettuce, tomato, and Rudy sauce. Although small, the burger was bursting with flavor. The meat was tender and juicy, with a satisfying beefy kick that left my taste buds dancing. The buns were perfectly grilled and complemented the meat beautifully. The toppings added a nice touch without overpowering the overall burger. It was a simple yet delicious burger, and one of the best Ive ever tasted.

Solid burger, (I had the Rude Dude) fresh bun, nice crust and still juicy. Tons of fries in an order, but they were way too over salted, even for salt monster like myself. Service was pleasant and quick, will return.

Burgers were nearly burnt and very dry with barely any sauce. Both the thin and thick fries were cooked properly as well, not what I expected for my first time trying Rudy compared to good burger joints like JABS. Sad but won t be ordering from any Rudy ever again as it just wasn t worth the money.

Tried out a Rude Dude Double Cheeseburger with fries and a can of pop. It came out to $19.99. The food was great - the burger was juicy, flavourful, and the ratio of meat-to-bun was phenomenal. The fries reminded me of McDonalds, they were great as well. My only complaint is the price point. The serving of fries is large, but the burger is pretty small. Overall, it s definitely worth the visit and try.

I have tried em all - this is the Best in Toronto The burger is really delicious - it will make you very happy I every way possible - the style is similar to shake shack but BETTER, its more consistent due to not being flooded by people - consistently delicious- not an easy thing to do . I was pleasantly surprised by the size as often double cheeseburgers are not big enough to satisfy my appetite. The ingredients are all very high quality and they have friendly service! Taste amazing. The size of the portion of the fries is so worth it and so good. The milkshake is very thick and tastes amazing. I like how the burger comes in a box that has aluminum foil inside it so it is not super hot when holding and it keeps the burger itself nice and hot. Horrible customer service and lack of consistency. Chinese man who answers phone should be fired- rude and doesn t know the menu. Burgers are decent but small for price and with bad service I won t be back.

Used to be great, now they re terrible. They re close to me and i went often with friends pre covid, so every so often someone visits me and insists on going again. The first couple of times i dismissed it as just being an off night. Time number 4 and I m just done with this place. The burgers are tiny, the meat is badly charred, they ll always forget something in your order or get the order wrong (when you go back they ll fix it, but they re never that busy why is it so hard to get an order right in the first place?).
