This place was confusing af in every aspects. Charged on one bill with party of 6 for 20% tip when we didn t even know who was serving us. Usually it s 7-8 ppl and up so it made no sense. Food was awfully bland. Drink was disappointing (20$) and the entertainment was cheap basic unoriginal and disappointing stripper show with confusing mashup music and confusing theme of pilot meets Christmas theme meets lipsyncing burlesque like just everything was a mess lol. The lighting made the food even look worse and I couldn t see what I was eating in bright red or green lights. Was seated in front of this nude dancer for my friends bday party and just throughly confused from beginning to the end. I m so glad I m leaving this city soon. Toronto has become one big blob of disappointment. Sad.

I thought their brunch was incredible. They had high quality Prosecco, dancers as the entertainment, the food was great, and the service was also great! I never had to look for my waiter, there was always a fresh bottle on our table, and the restaurant was beautiful. It was literally the best turn up brunch I ve been to and I will be coming back again whenever I m in Toronto.

The experience overall was ok. But the food and drinks came out at inconsistent times. We had to ask about several things we ordered a few times. Our server said she gave our birthday girl complimentary churros, yet they were on the bill and I didnt notice until after we left. I would give it a second chance.

Had such an amazing time here celebrating my birthday here for Sunday brunch! Our server was exceptional and made sure we had the best experience. The AYCE brunch options were plenty and we loved the live entertainment.

Went here for a weekend brunch and was not disappointed, service and food was great, fantastic atmosphere, definitely reccomend. Bottomless mimosas

We were a group of seven theatre-goers. The service was excellent. One of our burgers was undercooked so it had to be sent back; other than that the food was tasty. Our biggest issue is that they do not accommodate any separate billing structure, nor separate payments for groups who do not want only one bill. For that reason alone, we dont plan to return.

Good fun. The mood changes from restaurant to club by 11. DJ was good.

The atmosphere was lit for brunch on a Sunday. But be mindful the Ala Carte menu for brunch is too short and limited. There are not much options. Probably the all you can eat brunch might be better but avoid the ala carte. Food

We recently visited Runway06 Restaurant for my partners birthday celebration, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was very loud and the lack of attention from our waiter only added to the frustration. It was disheartening to note that despite making a reservation and specifically mentioning it was for a birthday celebration, our special occasion went entirely unnoticed. The absence of any acknowledgment from our waiter set a disappointing tone for the evening. Our server, regrettably, did not contribute positively to our experience. Not only was their attentiveness lacking, but they also seemed disinterested in providing quality service. Empty glasses remained unattended, and we had to actively seek assistance throughout the evening. To compound matters, there were issues with the food service. Some items were missing and didnt come.. the lack of timely attention to these issues further diminished the overall dining experience. While the restaurants ambiance and decor had the potential to create a pleasant setting, the shortcomings significantly impacted our enjoyment. It is my hope that Runway06 Restaurant takes these points into consideration and makes improvements to ensure a more positive and customer-focused dining experience for future patrons. We had the weekend brunch menu, though there were some items that were good, the majority of the other items were either too salty or not good.

I ve been to Marked restaurant before I think bc of the change in management, When we went this time everything was underwhelming. Food was terrible, service from the second we walked in was weird and unwelcoming. Everything was undercooked or overcooked, wish I didn t spend my money here. Will not be back.

Enjoyable experience, solid 4 star

Giving it a three star rating due to the huge price hike. It was $95 and is now $120 - this is almost a 30% increase in price. Theres literally no changes or additions to the menu itself. I understand its in a prime location, overhead costs, and all of that, but I feel like were paying for their recent re-brand (cant attribute it to inflation, it was $85 during peak inflation in 2022) Overall, I would say food is tasty, drinks are okay, but NOT worth $120. Its easy to be lured by unlimited mimosas, but they give you a $20 bottle of prosecco and small bites to eat. Its not worth it. Id skip out and look elsewhere.

Terrible service and food I regretted paying for and eating. Only the male hostess was hospitable and kind. The server lacked in so many ways, didn t feel like he cared about us in the slightest Everything was cold, overcooked and/or undercooked and flavourless. Mojo pork - bland and chewy, lamb sirloin was tough. I ve never came here personally but was recommended it by a few people - maybe it s the change made recently. I don t drive downtown often for food but to sit in traffic and pay overpriced parking to eat here pissed me off.

Let me start off by saying, we have visited multiple high end restaurants in the city and never have we ever experienced such a horrible, discriminatory & humiliating behavior from any waitressing staff ever, and this is a mere brunch restaurant. My girlfriend and I had seen the reviews for RUNWAY06 and were in the area so we decided to visit the restaurant on Saturday, November 9th around noon. When we walked in, there was no one at the front door to greet us or anything, one waitress looked at us and just gave an empty smile but no one approached us. So we very hesitantly approached a table and sat down as we didn t know what else to do (restaurant had a fair share of empty tables). Few minutes later a waitress came up to us and asked if we had a reservation, we said we didn t and as soon as we said that her smile vanished, we were about to explain to her that we just dropped by but she very hurriedly just told us to come to the front of the restaurant. Immediately triggers went off in our brain as the vibes were off. We went to the front and she didn t greet us, didn t ask questions about what we were looking to eat or anything, plainly just told us that brunch was $95 per person and gave us very snobby attitude for no reason (still trying to understand why), I then looked at my girlfriend and she was clearly uncomfortable with the way the waitress was snubbing us off. We were dressed well like always, we were normal and polite, so we couldn t understand what we did to deserve this kind of attitude. Because of her behavior and unnecessary attitude we told her no thank you and she replied with just yeah , basically implying that s what she thought, giving us a certain attitude like we couldn t afford a normal brunch. Now we are both people of color and the waitress was Caucasian, so one can make the deduction there based on her attitude, as there s no other reason that would warrant that behavior. Never in all my life have I ever witnessed such unwelcoming, discriminatory behavior at any high end restaurant in Toronto or anywhere else actually, let alone a brunch restaurant. I d highly suggest for anyone planning on visiting this place to think twice and to take your business elsewhere as this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in the food and hospitality industry. For the management, I d say please reconsider or vet who you hire as waitresses properly as they represent the restaurant and the brand. If this is the culture you want to promote in your restaurant, a culture where the waitressing staff looks down on customers, I promise you all won t be in business for much long. The experience at RUNWAY06 was borderline humiliating and ruined our entire day. If I could give zero stars, I would and that s saying something.

Fantastic food very flavorful, drinks are splendid as well, great place to enjoy a show as well as some great food

What an absolutely disappointing brunch experience at RUNWAY06. My short review is that you should only go here if youve ever wanted to have an overpriced, mediocre brunch in a pretentious nightclub that hasnt fully recovered from the night before. Heres the longer review: it feels like the purpose behind rebranding to RUNWAY06 was to distract from the poor hospitality and overpriced (and candidly, underwhelming) menu with a live DJ, saxophonist and dancers. Dont get me wrong -- the live entertainment is unique and talented, but the food should ideally match or outperform in quality and it unfortunately did not. The venue mentions a casual dress code on OpenTable. Our party wasnt overly casual - I was wearing a hoodie and overcoat with dress jeans and boots. Shortly after being seated, I was asked by security -- who was instructed by management to approach me -- if I had another top to change into, which I found inappropriate and insulting. Another guest was asked to remove his hat in front of his partner. I approached this guest on my way out because he was visibly upset and he admitted that the experience soured the mood of their anniversary brunch. Once again, there is no visible mention of a non-casual dress code on either their website or OpenTable listing. While I was told that ownership/management was informed of my frustration, one of the owners who was on-premise did not approach me until I had asked to speak directly with him. My impression is that there is a clear lack of respect, accountability, professionalism and hospitality that starts at the top. He presented as unapproachable and out of touch with his guests and staff. He minimized my concerns and had the audacity to deflect blame to his staff, when I saw and heard him instruct security. I ended up researching some of the owners on my way out and I personally wish I had done so before making my reservation - I would have certainly steered clear. To be very clear, I had already paid my $300 bill (which included a 20% tip to the hard-working servers) before voicing my feedback. I was neither expecting nor would I have accepted a free meal - all I wanted was a genuine apology from the owner, but much like the starters, the only apology I received was cold and bland.

My partner and I visited Runway 06 for brunch, and it was by far the WORST dining experiences we ve had. We asked a front-of-house (FOH) staff member about the dress code before being seated and we were told there was none. This aligns with what Runway 06 listed on OpenTable (see attached), so we thought we were all set. Upon seating, a security guard (acting on instruction from Runway 06 s leadership team) told my partner to change his attire as it supposedly violated their dress code policy. When we expressed our immense dissatisfaction about the sudden policy, the team explained that this was an owner-enforced rule. We later witnessed the owner on site directing the security guard to tell another guest his attire wasn t appropriate. We weren t the only ones disappointed many patrons and staff shared similar frustrations, indicating widespread dissatisfaction with Runway 06s ownership and hinting at an issue much greater than Runway 06 s mediocrity. The FOH staff and security were merely following instructions from ownership, so perhaps our frustration should lie with the owners, who seem incapable of basic hospitality. After a lacklustre brunch, we requested to meet with the owner in question to address this policy. His response? His expectation is that guests check their website (his words, not mine). To help others avoid this experience, I ve attached a screenshot of their website spoiler alert: no mention of a dress code, only the claim of a casual brunch. According to Runway 06 s other owner, a secret in hospitality in making sure you have great staff is to fire the bad ones fast so the good one can shine. Runway 06 might want to start by applying this principle to their own senior management/ownership. Avoid this place if youre seeking a relaxed, enjoyable brunch experience with leaders competent in hospitality.

First visit since the make over! Great vibe - great cocktails - tasty new apps !

Food is overrated and expensive for mid-quality food. Youre paying more for the atmosphere, which is indeed pretty, but the food and drinks come out bland and without much. Came out for drinks and dinner with the friends and we all came out of it looking for something else after. Also, -5 stars if possible because they will fill your email account with marketing spam after you make a reservation despite being refusing marketing communications and even trying to unsubscribe off their website. Double-checked, its not phishing either. Their marketing is genuinely just spamming you regardless of your preferences.

Incredible food! I cannot recommend it enough. The service left a bit to be desired, the restaurant was completely empty and they sat us in the far back corner. The server rarely came by to check if we were okay and when they did, they weren t particularly friendly, but that s okay. The food more than makes up for it!

I ll start with saying the food was amazing. But the service was none existent. I had the bottomless brunch with a group of 7. We asked multiples times for coffee (45 minute wait) cold coffee brought to the table, several times we asked just for drinks no one came. Asked for the manger several times and she didn t even come. The only person who was helpful was Ameil who was another server that I had to constantly stop as our server never came back. With such terrible service I would never recommend especially with the price I paid.

Had a great time here. Accommodating and entertaining. Visited with a group. Ill be back for a one on one. Thanks Sanjay!

My boyfriend and I were here last Friday night and unfortunately we had a server who decided to be a little flirtatious with my boyfriend. Her name is Lidia. She pretty much put it out there that she d love to join him for a drink and paid way more attention to him the whole time we were there. My boyfriend noticed it as well which is why he didn t tip her as much as he would have normally. He said to me.. the server is supposed to add to the experience, not be unprofessional! He s totally right!

This place has the best quality all you can eat brunch experience in the GTA! Almost all the food was fresh and bursting with flavour - the only misses were the salad, which was too salty and the churros, which had a nice crunchy exterior but no fluffy center (perhaps it was a eggless dough). Our favourite dishes were the steak and the eggs benny - the bread they use for the base is amazing (great fluffy texture and delicious) and the hollaindaise is thick and rich. The ambiance was very lively with a DJ and salsa dancers and service was spot-on. Randy was outstanding as our server; very detailed, proactive, and organized. Ill definitely be back!

Today I made a reservation when I came to restaurant the waitress want me to sit by the washroom with my wife. Well I sad hell no she was rood an professional. Finally they found for us the table even the restaurant was not so busy. The service was horrible the food was disgusting presentation was horrible. I order the salad and chicken the bright me the hole head salad not cut only they put some salad dressing the chicken was like from the fast food BS. The stuff is not friendly and luck of experience. By the way they change the Manu which is horrible. No more for me I will never aver go to that place again.

I have a gluten allergy. Annoyed that Peter made fun of me, and proceeded to advise me that alcohol and gluten allergy s are a myth. Their bar rail is ketel one vodka which is made with wheat, I asked for a substitute of Tito s. I will pay for whatever subs need to be made because of my allergy, but Peter proceeded to belittle me about it. Things are labelled GF on the menu but I would caution anyone with a sensitive allergy, or celiac to be careful. Dietary restrictions: I would strongly caution anyone with a gluten allergy

Marked was always my #1 until I found my #1.

Marked is an absolute delight. The food is consistently good, but what truly stands out for me is their exceptional cocktail selection each one is a treat. The atmosphere and interior design are both lovely, making it a perfect spot for a great meal or a night out.

+ The waiter is really friendly. The ceiling is high and the interior is very well done. The inside and outside boundaries are set as a bar, and the atmosphere is really nice. The bathroom interior is also very luxurious. The food quality was very good. In particular, I was most satisfied with the chicken because it went better with the sauce than expected. There are no photos of the food, but the food in other reviews is almost always a success. And there are so many types of alcohol. Its good to try something traditional. I think I will definitely stop by again next time. (Approximately $250 for 4 people) - The churros for dessert are a no-brainer.

The cocktails and whole grilled fish are always a hit with my friends and family. Weve ordered the ice cream sandwich for dessert. AMAZING!!! Will definitely be saving room for dessert next time. This place is fantastic during TIFF. We had a great time . Freshly bar b qued corn amazing cocktails great service and awesome views of tiff goers . Go for the Happy hour it s amazing value for the money and the Cuban cocktails are delish ! We ll be back !

The atmosphere, service and cocktails were great. However, the lunch menu options were very limited. I ordered the Chicken Coxinhas and Steak & Egg sandwich. The chicken coxinhas were ice cold on the inside and the steak in the steak and egg sandwich was tough and the bread was soggy causing the entire sandwich to fall apart and making it impossible to eat. I did not have the best culinary experience. Great place for atmosphere and cocktails.

TLDR: I highly recommend Marked for dinner. I highly would NOT recommend Marked for brunch. Ive had dinner at Marked on two separate occasions, one recently as an early birthday celebration about two weeks ago, and the other time in the winter. Both times I had dinner, it was amazing. The service was on point. The food was delicious--Id recommend the bacon wrapped dates, the corn, and the steak. My party tried the shrimp and fried chicken and would recommend. Id skip the guacamole and the lamb. The cocktails were great. I tried a few and liked all of them and I can be quite picky when it comes to cocktails. Both times our servers were amazing and others we interacted with were very friendly. I would highly recommend the dinner as the food, drinks and service was great, deserving of 5 stars. Why the 3 star review? Because my birthday brunch at Marked on Sunday was abysmal. I would not recommend at all for brunch. 0 stars for brunch. Given the two earlier experiences I had at Marked, I decided to give their brunch a try. I really wish I hadnt. The server was one of the worst I have ever had in my life. God forbid she crack a smile. She wasnt helpful at all and at times had plates for our table in her hand, but walked past us to service other tables, even after making eye contact with me. It was so odd. There was also no acknowledgment at all that we were celebrating my birthday, which was included in the reservation. That was incredibly disappointing, particularly given all the places I went to over the past week that made the occasion so special. Regarding the food, there was really nothing special about their brunch and I have had much better food at other brunch spots. We tried all the items, and my favourite was the watermelon salad, which alone just isnt worth the cost of brunch at Marked. The all you can eat brunch is a good idea in theory. In practice, its a gluttonous journey that led to upset stomach and diarrhea for me. The avocado in the green salad had quite a bit of black spots and the spring mix was quite wilted. A number of items just werent fresh or even that tasty. It was veryyy busy. The music was also a bit too loud, and I was seated outside--it was worse inside. All that being said, go here for dinner. Go elsewhere for brunch.

Their good was amazing. We went for the happy hour cocktails. Great decision. All the goot is shareable. Recommend the corn ribs, guacamole, paella and empanadas. Our server, Jai was really helpful and suggested us the best cocktails. Definitely recommend for date night or girls night. Vegetarian options: Almost every thing had a veg option, the empanadas, paellas. It s a vegan food paradise. Dietary restrictions: They ll accommodate nut and dairy allergies. A lot of Gf options too

Marked is really special for us. Our first date was here, and today we gave another shot after 2 years. The quality , service, staff (they are so kind) were all same! Everything was really delicious. Thanks to Austin, the service was great too! He made us feel comfortable because he was so respectful and engaging. My fiancé chose the dishes, but the credit actually goes to the chef!

This evening, my fiancée and I came to Marked for the second time. The only thing that was noticeably different compared to the first visit was the number of patrons, but I suppose that the current economic climate has taken its toll on F&B establishments to different degrees. We were seated in the lounge area, and just before 11 PM, there were only half a dozen guests, while the dining area and the patio had about three times the number. There were two bartenders one for service and the other minded the guests seated around the wrap-around bar. Austin was a great server. He was kind, attentive, and always made sure that everything was to our liking. If you close your eyes and pick any cocktail, you certainly won t be disappointed. The food is spectacular, whether it s the steak tartare or fried chicken. There are also a number of decent options if you prefer something vegetarian. As far as Mediterranean-themed establishments on King Street goes, Marked certainly meets and raises the bar when it comes to the quality of service. If you keep an open mind and you re looking for a place to have a good, sophisticated night out, you just may end up finding your new favourite go-to place.

I went there with my girlfriend for sharing plates around dinner and staff and management was A+++. The food was super delicious. I highly recommend the spicy tuna ceviche it has a nice crispy tapioca seaweed chip to compliment it that I had to ask seconds for! The mushroom coxhina was super delicious as well. Id highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fun spot to eat in the financial district/downtown core. Vegetarian options: Shishito peppers

Food is really good but a bit pricey and not enough for one meal. Multiple dishes are usually shared and leave you to ordered more. Overall a good experience.

We went for the boozy brunch with all you can eat brunch and mimosas for $95 per person. The food is amazing, and they were extra careful with my friend who has celiac and made special options where they could like Benedict without bread and pointed out where things could be contaminated. I think around 1 a pair of salsa dancers came out and put on a heel of a show. The dj was also spinning great tracks the entire time, and at a perfect volume so we could still have conversations. The food and staff are top notch, and we will definitely go there again. Parking: There is a lot directly under the restaurant, cars enter on Richmond and the stairs and elevator exit on John right next to the restaurant entrance. Could not be more convenient.

Really enjoyed their cocktails! Steak was ordered medium and was delivered well done, and the fried chicken was okay... But side dishes like the coxinha, cerviche, yam fries and corn bread was really good

Fabulous!!! Food! Environment! And staff! All perfect! MAKE SURE YOU TRY MUSHROOM COXINHA and OCOPA POTATO! You don t wanna miss these two! We tried Flat Iron Steak and Steak Tartare. They were tasty, too.

My new go-to restaurant in the theatre district! It was our second time here and it reconfirmed my love of the bacon wrapped dates! Was also wonderful to try a few dishes for the first time - fried chicken, charred chicken, and baby broccoli.

Go to Marked for a bachelorette. Go to Marked for a birthday. Go to Marked to get lit. Not only is it bottomless but also all you can eat and the food is ACTUALLY really good. They also have dancers and its an overall party.

Great spot in downtown Toronto. Beautiful interior, plenty seating inside with limited patio seating, friendly service & they had an awesome DJ that eve. We only stopped in for some drinks & an app but all of it was delicious. I d go back to try some more.

Food was relatively mediocre for a $200 meal. Small portions of under-seasoned dishes, served promptly by well trained front end staff. The cocktails were good, redeeming our experience somewhat. The restaurant itself was not very busy, likely the first warning flag that we dismissed. Left hungry... but tispy... 2.5/5

I came here for a birthday celebration for a friend. While the vibes and the atmosphere was great and the DJ played great music, I was quite disappointed with the service we received. I had such high expectations being that it was my first time coming to this restaurant, let alone be able to experience my first brunch. My food never came and when I had asked the server to check in on my food in the kitchen, he never came back. There was a big group of us.. the whole point of the all inclusive brunch is to have unlimited champagne. After finishing 2 bottles of champagne within a group of 12 people, they didnt come to exchange it until after 2 requests. The continued to miss food throughout the time, we had ordered some appetizers, some juice and it was either the wrong quantity or instructions regarding the food was not followed. After requesting for the manager 4 times, she finally came. She used the excused that these are shareable items and while it is true that the menu was called shareable it was still the wrong quantity and it was frustrating having to continue to send food back to the kitchen. While the food tasted decent, and the music in the restaurant was great, Im not sure if I would be returning here as the service was terrible. This is a $95 brunch, it is way too expensive to be receiving a terrible service. If this place is not capable if giving proper service, please do not offer this brunch experience.

One of the funnest brunch spots in Toronto.

Well this was my second time here. First time went for the brunch and Dj vibe which was great food however the service was poor. Second time I went was for the dinner, which again was great food but service was poor again. The food took forever to come, and also for the price for the evening it s not worth the $$.. you should just go for the brunch - spend 90$ and get unlimited food plus unlimited Prosecco that was a great deal but the evening price was the same but the food wasn t unlimited. Anyways this place has great food but service sucks big time and price for dinner was not worth it compared to brunch. The reason I say service sucks is because both times our servers didn t: 1. Check on us on a regular basis to see if we re okay 2. Didn t bring the item I asked for when we ordered (probably forgot) 3. They are all running around like crazy which tells me management is giving them too many tables per server thus reducing the quality of service I was so dissatisfied with service that even though food was good, I probably still won t come back!

I ve been to Marked many times and usually bring friends and family visiting Toronto here. However, after my recent visit, I feel the need to update my review. The service needs serious improvement. Last night, I brought a few friends from overseas and had reservations on the patio. I had to get up twice to ask for another bottle of champagne, with the second time seeings all the team watching a sporting event. I also had to approach the hostess stand to find out if our server was still around so we could order food. No one checked on us during our meal, and no one asked if we wanted more drinks. The only time we received attention after our initial service was when they dropped off the $650 bill. When spending that much money, I expect quality service, which I did not receive.

We celebrated our parents 65th wedding anniversary a few weekends ago and came to Marked for the bottomless brunch and bubbles - we werent disappointed! The food was fabulous with a great selection of really interesting dishes to try. We had meat-eaters and vegetarians at the table and there were lots of choices to please everyone. All-around great atmosphere, food, and entertainment (salsa dancing). We could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate the occasion. Our servers, Arezu and Raj were amazing (with special shoutout to Sophie as well). They helped create such a memorable day for our folks and were very attentive to the table. I have been to Marked on several occasions and the food and service is consistently outstanding.

We went here for the first time last week & sat on the patio! The patio is beautiful - love that it opens up to the bar. The vibe is great & you couldn t hear or see the street behind. The drinks were amazing! The food was incredible - we shared a few dishes. My favourite being the chicken wings & steak but everything was delicious & beautifully prepared. We will be back again!

Came for Friday night drink & bite to eat. Vibe was amazing on the patio, food was great, and the music/DJ was awesome.

We had AYCE Brunch. Very hip vibe, but for the price ($75 per person, excluding any drinks), I was expecting more luxury ingredients & presentation. Their Apple Blossom cocktail was AMAZING, the cold pressed green apple juice was a game changer. Best cocktail Ive had in a loooong time. I wouldnt go back for brunch but would go back to try dinner and other cocktails.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Marked, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our server, Naomi, was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner very special. She was incredibly fun and engaging, making sure we had a great time while also providing excellent recommendations from the menu. The vibe and ambience of the restaurant were fantastic, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. Highly recommend dining here and asking for Naomi if you want an exceptional experience!

We had an incredible dinner experience! The ceviche was fresh and flavorful, the kale salad was crisp, and the charred pulpo was a standout. The Aperol Spritzes were the perfect spring touch. Excellent service and cozy vibes.

If you are looking to have an amazing night I recommend going to this great restaurant. They have a live dj on Fridays from 10 pm until 2 am. He plays African Latinoamérican music. Servers are amazing too and the food is unique. I recommend the fried chicken and the cassava fries.Is worth to go and visit.

Went for a friend s birthday brunch on a Sunday. We had a reservation so there was no wait. Service was very friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic. I like the set up AYCE tapas as well as ordered AYCE mains. From the tapas my favourites were the shrimp ceviche, salmon tostadas, and shishito peppers. Of the mains, I really loved the steak and eggs and the pork belly. I drank to my heart s content - bottomless bubbly with three juices to make mimosas. Love the concept, the service and the vibe. There was a cute dance entertainment part and a live DJ.

Went as a group for my sisters birthday. Did the very popular brunch with bottomless mimosas. Amazing. The food was great. Our server was amazing. The atmosphere was fun and lively, especially with the live dancers and DJ. Cant wait to go again

The food was really good, but the highlight of the show were the Brussel sprouts! The vibe was great, good music and beautiful restaurant with beautiful food presentation. Definitely recommend!

The tasting menu is overpriced and the food is not very well thought out or executed. Brought out family style for large groups without serving utensils despite it costing 90$pp. Mushroom balls were the only item that stood out, chicken was dry, steak was like rubber, salad was bland, churros were pretty hard and the latin mess dessert was nothing to write home about. One scoop of sorbet to be shared family style between 4 people. The drink (pisco sour) had a pretty presentation but smelled very eggy. Ive done many tasting menus (some more expensive, some less) and this is by far the least worth it. **Welcome staff and service staff were nice, but serving family style and not bringing proper serving utensils really made the experience less enjoyable service-wise. ** Skip it!

This place is worth every hype. It was an amazing experience loved it. Went on a Saturday a little busy but it was a group of 7 people celebrating a birthday and we all spent $724 around $104 each person. This was including tax everyone had a cocktail which was around $20 and ordered plenty of food. I had Empanadas $17, coconut rice $14, Flat iron steak $38, Fried chicken $13 and Spicy chiken wings $24. Everything was amazing, the coconut shaving I think or whatever dried thing they put on top of the rice was good but I just wished they didn t put a lot of it you know. The chicken wings were to die for and the fried chicken was mid the side sauce made it better though. Empanadas was great even after taking it home as a take out it tasted good, worth it . My friend ordered the Marked Burger and Cassava fries $26. The burger was great, I had something against the cassava fries I was expecting more in quantity and flavor, I guess the sauce made it up for it. The Ocopa Potatoes $14 was great and the bowl was full. That s what I love to see price matching the quantity and quality of the food. The Charred Chicken $22 I was not a fan. It tasted blunt to me I don t know that s just me but overall was okay. The Corn Rib $18 was good. I liked their piri piri sauce not to much of a whipped queso fan but it was great.

Food is excellent and atmosphere is really nice. Its a great dinner option for adults going out for a night of fun and entertainment. Just one warning, the music is really loud. So its not the place for you if that bothers you.

They had an interesting selection for food, but I think their main highlight was the cocktails and atmosphere. The lamb dish I got was a little dry, and the stuffed chicken thighs could use a side along with it, but plus points for presentation. Good choice if you want a nice atmosphere with a good cocktail selection

My server Carter and Sam very nice and attentive. Driving from Chicago to Toronto was a blast. Definitely a 10/10. Come to marked for your next brunch experience.

Great vibes, we went for brunch and it was worth it. We had a later reso but they seated us earlier and we really appreciated it. It does get busy so go earlier if you want the full brunch experience. They also had dancers come out to bring the energy up, super lively. Perfect for brunch in the city.

Food and services are embarrassing..like they actually don t care about anything

If you re going with a group for dinner not recommended at all the service very slow and the food is not good at all.

I really wanted to like this place as it came in highly recommended by a few friends but all 3 of us were disappointed across the board. The service was pretty bad. We initially got seated at the bar until our table was being prepared which is fine but as soon as we told the bartender we didnt want a food menu until we got our table, he never came back. Another bartender came over after 10 minutes and we ordered a few drinks. When we got seated, a waitress came to our table, didnt introduce herself and just asked if we moved from the bar and asked what we wanted to order. She gave us a few recommendations and we ordered everything at once. The apps were okay, the empanadas were the highlight. The octopus tostado was mostly avocado. The ceviche was interesting and the fried chicken was ok as well. The waitress asked how the apps were and we were okay at that point. I asked her for water and another beer, the beer came but the water never came. We asked for the steak medium rare and except for few pieces in the middle. What really through us off was the steak served on a bed of tomatoes with some blasmic glaze which Ive never seen before and it really threw the taste off. And to top it off, the tomato still had the top on lol. We told the bus lady when she brought our brussell sprouts and then we never saw our waitress so we just kept eating as we were all hungry. We saw our waitress at the end and I think she could tell we were irritated and we asked for the bill. This place was a massive miss for me and I wouldnt come back. Not sure what the hype is about

The atmosphere is superb and cozy. Options in brunch are numerous, and the food creation is innovative. Servers are super friendly and accommodating to the requests. It is one of the must go Toronto brunch spots. They also had a performance during brunch on Saturday which was an experience in itself. The music got a bit loud towards the end but it was going with the vibe.

The food was amazing, definitely recommend the cauliflower and the brussel sprouts. The drink menu was great and I appreciated the non alcoholic options. For the amount of food that we got and how much we loved the food and drinks, the price was super reasonable, would definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: Great selection of vegetarian options. Great atmosphere and delicious food but the service was by far the worst I ve ever experienced in the city. Our waitress never checked up on us, I had to wait 20 minutes before I even got the chance to ask for more water, and no one at the table was asked if they wanted more drinks. In order for us to finally pay our bills someone from our table had to go look for our waitress.

This was our first time going and overall it was a very pleasant experienced. It was our anniversary and we wanted to try something new. The atmosphere seems to be more for the young demographic which Im fine with that as my wife and I are in our 40s. The only issue I had was that the food seemed a bit expensive for what youre getting. Other than that everything was great ESPECIALLY our server Alex who was just a ball of fun and energy.

I hosted my birthday dinner at Marked restaurant and we had a fun time, the cocktails were really great and at 11pm we had a free salsa dance class. I now know how to dance salsa . It was an Amazing experience. Also the washroom has great lighting and interiors for pictures and videos

Stumbled upon this place by accident and we were so impressed we went back. The food is great and really good value for both quality & quantity. Can highly recommend the cassava fries, jalapeño corn bread & Latin mess. The cocktails and mocktails are brilliant, the beer selection is not bad either. They have salsa sessions every weekend as well. The decor is pretty cool and the seating comfortable. Definitely going back here again

I went to Marked restaurant with a friend of mine yesterday May 17, 2024 for a 7 PM reservation as soon as the server came he was rushing us the whole time. We could barely even look at the menu before he s telling us we have to order everything at the same time so he could just bring everything out at once and I m like why do I have to do that. It was such an awful experience. I ve been to Restaurant before And I ve never had that type of issue with the servers rushing you. It is so uncomfortable. That s my only issue with this and they need to probably have a word with him. The last time I went to marked restaurant it was great and I enjoyed my food and they were very helpful. But someone needs to tell the servers that if it s time for them to go home then don t start serving a new customer who is just seated. When they know they re close to the end of their shift that s when they wanna rush you

This restaurant is definitely on the pricier side, but its worth every penny. The quality of the food is outstanding, with each dish expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The ambiance is elegant, and the service is impeccable. If youre looking to treat yourself to a special occasion, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Great tasting dishes, great entertainment with a Dj and dancers during brunch!!

Came for the endless mimosas and ayce brunch but stayed for the vibe and service. We had an amazing server (Alex) who was AMAZING. She took care of us and made sure we got everything we needed and more. Our glasses were always full and the food was more than enough. Everything tasted amazing (the pancakes and the mushroom coxinha were my favourites) I would definitely recommend this spot for a boozy brunch

Excellent food, nice servers, beautiful rooms. There were dancers as well as a live dj. We went for the bottomless brunch and bubbly - there is a 2 hour limit but it s plenty of time to enjoy. Gluten free - their menu is clearly marked for GF and the waiter started off taking note of food allergies and talked about the safety and knowledge of cross contamination. I felt very safe with their info Wish the croquettes were gf since they were a favourite at the table.

I love Marked, I think I have visited the restaurant well over 10 times and enjoyed my experience each time. I recently visited, so Im going to give a review based on that. The brunch is really good, I love that they added a two tiered option for the menu! I opted for the $99 option which allows you to order all food options and the all you can drink champagne. The portions are significantly smaller than what they used to be. I had my birthday celebration in September, which wasnt that long ago and the portions were a lot bigger, however, its not a big deal at all. If it helps them reduce food waste, good on them. You can order all you want, so ideally its the same thing. The server I had this time was Luke, he was super attentive, friendly and I really enjoyed his upbeat personality. When you are brunching with your friends, you want that energy from your server. We ordered other drinks from the menu, Luke would suggest recommendations and all of them were great. The ambience is great, they have a live DJ and dancers that go around and entertain people. Honestly, its a great spot to make great memories. I truly love going to this place and any chance I get to recommend them, I do. Cant wait to go back when the weather warms up! My ONLY negative comment about this place is their espresso martini needs work, adding way too much vodka does not make it better! Focus on the quality of the espresso you use. Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: They have menu options that are gluten free. I also mentioned I had a shrimp allergy and they accommodated. Kid-friendliness: I brought my kids here and had no issues, they ate the pancakes, French toast, potatoes, pork belly.

Fantastic restaurant, great pre theatre dinner. Cocktails were very well made, we had the octopus, Ensenada and shishitos for apps, the lamb sirloin and cassava fries were fantastic and the sundae far exceeded expectations. Service and vibes were impeccable too. Highly recommend!

Good food. Great service. Nice vibe. Pricey. Tapas size portions. Ordered a couple of happy hour cocktails. Well priced for 12$. Got the Mushroom Coxinha, Corn ribs, Baby broccoli & the fried chicken. Fried chicken - very oily & a tad underdone chicken. Loved the accompaniments though. Mushroom Coxinha - great truffle flavor thru it. Corn ribs - the dish of the day. Great char. Baby broccoli - good char. The chickpea puree was neither here nor there. Very pale tasting. The service was good. Overall a positive experience, but for the price paid, the good can be exponentially better.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening out in Toronto. We have traveled extensively and were pleasantly surprised by the menu. The flavour and presentation were excellent and paled only in comparison to the service of Samantha.

GOD I wish I could give -100 stars. Worst food and drinks I ve ever tasted in my life. Me and my friend went for an evening dinner. Shareable restaurant my ***. Unless u want two chicken bones for 12 bucks, don t come here. The drinks tasted like the sewers so we couldn t even escape the horrible taste and appearance of our food. Got two virgin drinks, might aswell have taken a shot of rubbing alcohol with the way it tasted.

Exceptional food and very nice staff, they took their time to explain the menu and made good recommendations. The main course, sides, and even the dessert was well prepared with string and unique tastes and a nice dressing, We ordered Lambchetta (Perfect taste) and Picanha delicious barbecued on open fire with tasty sauces. I would definitely recommend Marked and would go back there. Update: I did go back and Marked surprised me again with all the unique tastes and colorful dishes. This is the only place I give 5 stars and visited a second time. I have to say the music was too loud but I wont let this take any stars I understand that I went on a busy Saturday night. If you are looking for a new food experience I would definitely recommend Marked.

Everything about this spot is 10/10. The food, the service, the ambiance. This spot is known for bottomless brunch on the weekends but its also an incredible spot for dinner. On weekends at bottomless brunch they have entertainers that dance throughout the restaurants and engage with diners. Its overall and incredible spot that you wont regret.

The food was great, but the waiter we had was bad. She did not say hi and never smiled. We got the bills and got asked to pay before we even got our dessert. Except for the waiter we got, all the other staffs were amazing and nice, especially Josh! I recommend this place!

Celebrated my bday here today and honestly, hands down the best service, food and atmosphere!!!! Everyone made our group feel so welcome and taken care of. A must try if you re in the city. Literally everything on the menu was exceptional! Thank you for making my bday celebration extra special. Can t wait to be back.

Was very disappointed with my experience at Marked. Came here to celebrate my birthday as a group of 10 on Good Friday. When I made the booking through email, I had specified I d be coming for my bday and inquired about bringing a cake. They said it was fine so when I arrived that day, I dropped the cake off with the host. Probably one of the unfriendliness hosts I ve encountered not to mention rude. When I handed the cake to him, I told him kindly to be careful with it as it s fragile to which he replied in a snarky manner, This isn t the first time I ve handled a cake before. Instead of reassuring me, he had to be passive aggressive about it. Not the best way to start off the night but I went in excited to celebrate with my friends. Going into the dinner, I had assumed that either the coordinator I made the reservation with or the host that greeted me would ve communicated that it was a birthday I was celebrating, hence the cake. However, I found out later on that wasn t the case. Halfway through our dinner, the server asks if we re celebrating anything today. This confused me as I thought that would ve been communicated to her already at this point. To confirm, my friend goes back to the host stand to ask if our server knows about the cake. It was another host this time and she affirmed that our server did know about it. My friend then tells her but she just asked if we re celebrating anything, to which the host replies, Oh she knows, she must ve just forgotten. A very unprofessional response and quite frankly, you don t simply just forget that there s a cake in the fridge for a large group to which you re serving. However, we trusted her on it, that is until after our mains when our server asks us if we d like to see a dessert menu. You probably could ve seen the sheer disappointment on my face as I told her, We have a cake. We ask her she didn t know? She tells us she didn t and that she only knew that there might be a cake. I d like to also add that the restaurant wasn t very busy on this night either. Not sure how 2 hosts could have messed up the communication that badly to the point where our server didn t even know there was a cake until the end of our meals. Really soured the experience and far from what I would ve expected from a restaurant of this caliber. Since we were a larger group, there was also a 20% gratuity included in our bill. I already knew this beforehand but if we re being charged that much on top of an already expensive meal, you d expect to have the bare minimum of the server knowing the party s for a special occasion. Never experienced this during a birthday dinner for a large group, sad it had to be a first at Marked. Aside from that, the food was pretty tasty especially the apps. Loved both of the ceviches and the octopus tostada. I got the charred chicken as my main. It was good but a bit on the salty side. The lamb sirloin however was quite dry, which my friend didn t enjoy at all. Another damper to the night, my wine glass was dirty and hadn t been washed. It was sticky around the rim, which was pretty disgusting. The server switched it out for me but this was after she had already poured me a glass of the Prosecco we ordered. That meant we lost a glass of it as a result. We had ordered 2 bottles of sparkling wine to start. Definitely won t be back to celebrate anything at Marked again after this experience. The unprofessional hosts were enough to turn me off from this place.

Cool atmosphere and great tasting food

Beautiful ambiance and good drinks. The ceviche was particularly enjoyable, and the prices were reasonable. However, the absence of valet or indoor parking could be an inconvenience. One unique feature is their postcard concept, where they provide a postcard for you to write a message and an address, and they send it for you. I tried it by sending a postcard to myself, but unfortunately, it never arrived, which was disappointing.

WOW, what a fantastic experience!!! From the amazing food and drinks (SHOUTOUT TO THE CHEF/COOKS AND BARTENDERS! MARKED food and drinks are out of this world!! ) to the classy yet warm and inviting atmosphere to the great music, it was truly an unforgettable night!! It was our second time here and it has been great. Larise was our server and she was amazing, Austin took over and he made it even better! Super busy, I recommend a reservation. Food was good but not worth the price. We came for the Prosecco and it was well worth it. The juices to mix with the Prosecco was great.

Great energy, service was good as well. The bottomless brunch is rave worthy - I hope it NEVER changes! French toast and pancakes are delicious, the streak and eggs are also good. Would be interesting if they played with the flavours of their dishes a bit more. Ill be back again simply because its a great atmosphere
