Horrible. Chicken tasted like they stretched it with sawdust. Definitely not real chicken. Washroom stank like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Fountain drink has too much water in it
My mom and I shared a delicious veggie sub, made with care by Ruma today. Thank you! P.S I love that the drink machine has sparkling water, it’s great for those of us who don’t want added sugar in our drinks.
The tuna sub was exceptionally fresh and flavorful; I thoroughly enjoyed it. The white chocolate cookies were freshly baked and delicious. However, the fountain drinks lacked taste. The staff did an excellent job preparing the sub.

I don’t normally review things, but the sandwich made my day. Had my sandwich from here on Saturday July, 22. The gentleman behind the counter crafted my tex-mex cold cut sandwich perfectly! Even asked if my sandwich was toasted correctly while showing it to me while in the toaster. He made sure the sandwich was organized properly and it looked absolutely professional when I unwrapped it, almost as advertised. Thanks for helping with my new favourite sandwich, will come back for more :)
The service I received from the lady working was excellent. She was very nice. Unfortunately my local Subway at Kingston Rd and Midland, the staff there are terrible. My last few visits there is why I stopped going there. When I asked for extra green peppers or any toppings, they told me they are not allowed to do that. Every Subway I have ever been to would make ur sub the way u want with any extra toppings. Now I drive 10-15 mins to other Subways to get our orders. I don't mind doing this. I prefer to support other Subways before ever going back to that location. I have left 7 messages for the owner to call me. So I can discuss with him/her our experience at their location. I have never received a call from the owner or manager.
Customer service, sandwich making and speed are fine imo. They're the reason for a 2 star instead of a 1 star rating. My issue is - don't be fooled by the fountain drink machine! Every time I have been to this location (3 times now) their drink machine appears as if you're getting the drink you want, but tastes like water! Still hasn't been fixed since 2020 unfortunately.

Got the best customer service, super hygienic and the person name Vaibhav customised the veggie patty just according to my taste and I must appreciate the way he attend the customer. Surely it will be my to go place from now on.
Very disgusting place, the employee name Ruma is very rude and very unprofessional. Also customer service is zero. Would not recommend this subway either for dine in or take out. Manager should train the staff.
One of the very few subways that I go to when Im in need of a subway sandwich. The guy in there Id very friendly and creates a very good atmosphere.

These Subways that arent actually Subway is ridiculous. Some participate in promos some dont, its a complete gamble to figure out which. Im basically driving between Subways trying to get a promo. So dumb and disorganized. Zero stars for zero service.

Had a chicken teriyaki sub today and half way through I pulled out a long black hair!! No one with me has black hair or long hair. I asked for my money back and didn t even receive it all back. I not only received a disgusting unhygienic sub they ripped me off. This subway restaurant needs to close down.
Whoever is the owner of this store ...Please make sure the items are available on ubereats as I have to call the restaurant to turn on the availability of food items everytime. Just make sure you dont loose your income because of your associates.

This is one of the worst franchised subways I have ever been too. Now I work stupid hours and my lunch is usually at 7am so when the hours of operation say 7am you would expect it to be open right? HA thats a joke. It has never once been open at 7. And because of this there is nothing E V E R ready. The toaster is never working because it takes 30 min to heat up. The meatballs arent ready, theres never any bread in the ovens. Its terribly run in the mornings which is a shame since we work in this plaza. I would rather starve and get food later elsewhere than to deal with the shenanigans at this location

Slow only 1 person working on a Saturday afternoon!!! Then the washrooms are out of service, how interesting!! I dont think they are not working, they closed it so they dont have to clean it , so they denied the public the use of the washrooms.
On 18th June 2019 at 9:50pm I went with my friend and we bought a footlong veggie delight. While the server was packing it. I said please can you wrap it two separate because one was with onions and one was without. It would be easy for me and friend to identity it. The server told me that he cannot do it in a very rude tone. I asked why? Then he told me that our owner do not allow us to do this. So I said him all the other subway do it. But he denied to do that and took my payment. Later I told him ohk I understand you cannot do this so please void that transaction and and charge me for 2 six inches and wrap it separate. So he told me no he cannot viod the transaction. And completely denied my request. His behavior was very rude. So I asked him to give the details of the store and name and contact of the manager. So he told me that he is the Manager. I dont think he was. And his name was HARSH and he says that he is the manager of the store. I came back from my car and asked him for a receipt to make a complaint, to fool me he gaved me a receipt of 2 fountaindrinks which was not my order. Then I showed him that, that was not my order then he gaved me my receipt. Very poor service and such a rude behavior from HARSH.

Lately Ive been eating in and I must say it has been an enjoyable occasion. The seating arrangement is comfortable and there is usually a nice view out the front window. Its kind of nice to just sit in the restaurant and enjoy a Subway sandwich with a drink.
They need to tell the sandwich makers that you cant put the paper on the panini press with the sandwich. Its not very tasty eating paper stuck to your sandwich....

Standard Subway franchise. Food was fine, place was clean and servers were polite. No issues at this franchise other than it is far away from public transportation. Five minute walk from nearest bus stop.
Mustard sauce everywhere and customer was not great.
It says on the website and their door this location opens at 7 a.m. but when I went there for breakfast at 7:30 a.m they were still closed. No note on the door either with an explanation.

Server was very nice and did everything I requested for my sub. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is coz there was a lineup and didnt go very fast. But the person behind the counter did their best in the most efficient and pleasant manner.
