Was here for a company s year end party. Cozy and warm atmosphere, all the staff are friendly.

Well beyond what I expected. Great food, a variety of options and the staff was top notch. Will definitely be back in the new year. Parking: Dined on a Sunday. Not sure if parking is free any other day.

best brunch I ve ever had in the city. Approximately $300 for two with bottomless drinks but worth every penny as a special occasion meal. just wow. this is a place you want to leave a big tip, not because you have to but because you legitimately feel it s warranted. every single item was at worst good - most were fantastic . guava mimosas were really good. Brussels sprouts literally tasted like candy. prime rib was awesome. desserts were the biggest disappointment but those were good . the scones were just magical. service was wonderful - they fold your napkin every time you go to get another plate, drinks are always full, servers themselves are great. almost every table had a window adjascent to it, only seemed like 20-30 tables in total on the first floor which makes it feel very intimate and special given how many staff are working. will definitely be back and a lifelong customer.

Got food poisoning from eating here. Service was good but can t justify anything over a 1 star if I m puking and shitting all over the place with a high fever. Me and my girlfriend both ate at this place Sunday afternoon then ate at separate places later on and on Monday. That means we only could have gotten food poisoning at this place.

Loved the food! Highlights included the eggplant dip & the soft shell Crab. Our server, Emily, who has served our group before, is personal, professional, and really goes the extra mile, to make the evening memorable. Dietary restrictions: Doing a low carb diet, Emily accommodated & made some great suggestions.

Been here a few times. Love what they are trying to do but music is way to loud for 7pm dinner and they have a bad Mosquito problem. Minnor misshap on one dish deliverd, other than that is was fine. Emily did an amazing job all things considered.

Toronto Beach Club is undeniably a stunning venue, with a very nice patio overlooking the beach. The ambiance of the place is great, especially if youre looking for a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the view. However, it was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night, lacking the lively atmosphere I expected. The service was good, and the staff were attentive. Unfortunately, the food didnt quite meet expectations it was subpar, and the drinks were inconsistent. When I ordered the same drink for the second time, it tasted completely different, which was disappointing.

The WORST experience for customer service I ve ever had a Toronto restaurant. Made a reservation for my best friend s birthday WEEKS in advance. Called the restaurant day of to see if we can move the reservation to later, was told no bookings allowed and our booking was cancelled due to a private event. Host was clueless and lacked customer service skills, didn t even apologize or offer to do something about it. Didn t recieve a call or text of cancellation. We could ve showed up to extremely disappointing night if WE didn t call. WORST customer service ever, I m afraid this is the lowest service recieved in the city. Treat your patrons better and give people a heads up!!!!!! Be smarter pls! Extremely disappointing as this used to be one of my favorite spots.

FOOD POISONING! This is my second time here because I enjoy the ambiance and being somewhere by the water. I ordered the burger and got a really bad case of food poisoning that night ( this was the only meal I had all day) so I call the restaurant and speak with the manager WEI the next day to let them know to check for their beef burgers as I got very sick, who says let me see what we can do and takes my details and never calls back. Safe to say I will not be returning again and would not recommend it to anybody. For the quality of food and what you pay, and the most disappointing is the way the manager handled the situation.

Booked a birthday dinner for 4 tonight, called ahead to ask about the No shorts policy as one of our guests is wearing dress shorts. Had to cancel the birthday plans because they said not even dress shorts are allowed. Even the most posh restaurants I ve been to in Miami allow shorts, won t be coming back.

We hosted our wedding in the small room on the main floor with its own little patio. We couldn t have been happier with the entire experience. Amanda, the event planner at the restaurant, was extremely organized, positive, friendly and made the whole process, from planning to the wedding day, smooth and stress free. The wait staff were also great and the food was incredible. The space was perfect for our micro wedding. We can t say enough to recommend this beautiful venue and their staff!!

Wow! for the price we paid and the miniscule portions we were served I would say this place is not worth it. Nice staff and great decor but food was very underwhelming. I would head to Queen St East for better options on dinner. Okay for a drink or two I guess,

The server was charming and funny/friendly, walking us through the menu and taking our photos. We had ordered the fries, Mediterranean salad, fried calamari, swordfish and the only thing that truly tasted delicious was the calamari and swordfish, the fries weren t crunchy and the salad was soggy and acidic. The server seemed a bit frustrated that I didn t like it, but it s not personal The space seems to turn into a club around 7-8 pm so you ll notice a washroom attendant, perfumes and mints in there but also security at the front door as well as the music getting louder. Then around 8 pm they brought on a DJ, and a few dancers, and as it got later the dj started playing his guitar such a cool vibe. So be sure to checkout this space on a Friday evening! Parking: There s two parking lots one that looks like it s for the beach and the other one closer to the restaurant which is cash only it seems. Depends when you go if you go during busy times like dinner time 5-8 pm there s limited parking, but if you go earlier there s lots of parking.

Very bad food, probably the worst we ever have had in Toronto. On a top of being overpriced. Service was very mediocre Manager promised change the table and never got back. Never back again.

I went to this place to celebrate my husbands birthday, and everything was amazing. Our waitress, Michelle, was super nice and helpful when it came to ordering food. We had the Greek fries, lamb pizza, piri chicken, steak, and rice. All these dishes tasted amazing.

Wade and Alexis were absolutely incredible with their service. I had accidentally spilt an entire coffee all over my pants and they were able to completely get everything out and dry them so I could return to my dinner within 25 minutes. They even provided me with a brand new shirt to wear the remainder of my dinner. Very kind people!

Absolutely horrible management . They over booked the restaurant and my party of 7 was refused entry even though this reservation was made well in advanced. This happened to multiple groups while I was there.

the location, decor, atmosphere, were all 5 star! The food was not the best. It was not as expected for that price. So I would not recommend to go for food experience. The presentation is good, the drinks are good. the service was amazing from our server, bar and even reception. From everyone except a main manager that ruin our night out with family and friends. Rating based on our Summer Brunch Experience I took my boyfriend to TBC for his 30th as a surprise. Knowing they have a seafood heavy brunch buffet was the selling point for me and knowing how beautiful the environment was expected to be. It did not disappoint. We definitely had a few rounds of oysters during our visit. What really made it an experience and not just a meal was our server, Seena. He was attentive, timed drinks and the dessert surprise well, took our photos, and was just a joy to be around. His knowledge on cocktails is undeniable and as my man doesn t venture outside of wine often, he was impressed with the recommendations. As a creature of habit, I know who I d request to be seated with next time we visit!

I was treated here for my 30th birthday by my girlfriend. What an amazing experience. Were both seafood addicts and love a good bunch vibe. We were served by Seena, an extremely experienced bartender who helped guide my drink palate and who was also an amazing server. Seena made the experience great with fun conversation to accompany our tasty meal. Thanks Seena! If you havent gone to Toronto Beach Club, you should definitely check it out! Food was tasty, the vibe was chill and the service was spot on.... parking is tough so just a heads up!

This place is solely for aesthetics. Food is absolute trash for the price and service was just mid if not terrible. Our server was kind of all over the place but super nice. The food came out cold and steak was hard as a rock (we got medium rare). Would not return even if I was paid 1 million dollars.

Love, love this venue! We saved this as our last stop of a 8 night cruise starting in Oakville, up through the Trent Severn waterway ( lock 12), and back. As wine and food lovers our three requested bottles of choice wine weren t available(???) our evening turned into the ambition of a long dinner to a few starters and a return to our boat where we had some choice wine of our own. Sad that this fine establishment couldn t deliver on some wine basics but the food was exceptional and evening great. Essentially what would have been a $500 + evening turned into a $175 evening.

We had a great time for a birthday brunch! We loved the food, such a wide variety of delicious options, salty dishes and sweet treats and fruits. Oysters, shrimps and traditional breakfast, such a nice combo. Im writing this review because I was super impressed by our server, Fazhil. He accomodated us with everything we asked for (help with the birthday cake, pictures, fast service, kept our table clean the whole time, etc. we were high maintenance but he was very kind and helpful). He definitely made our whole experience an amazing one! We felt valued customers. Modern decor and ambiance is beautiful too. We sat at the patio. Great value for our money. Ive also been for a business dinner and it was amazing. Overall a great place to hang out with excellent customer service! Ill be back for sure.

While the atmosphere is nice there as it s right by the beach, I wouldn t recommend going here. We went to celebrate my birthday and there was no acknowledgement about that from the hosts or waitress. There wasn t even a free dessert at the end. Even if it wasn t my birthday I don t think I would go back as it s extremely overpriced for the quality of food. If you look at my other reviews I m not a stranger to fancy restaurants, but I expect high quality meals with the prices. I had the octopus and my friend had the salmon and both were overcooked. And then I paid $140 for a supper with one drink and one app.

Host couldn t sit us. I came there on Sunday around 6 pm and host said if we don t have reservations they can t sit us there. Place was empty. I explain that I would be ok on the bar, I wanted just coupe drink with my husband, but again host said we need reservations to accommodate us. After disappointment and went to their web site and made reservations for next 15 min, this how they were busy . Obviously didn t want to come back

Place was empty and hostels didn t sit us even on the bar. What kind of service it is? She explained that we have to make a reservation. After this I checked their web side and figure out that have available table in 10 min.

Food was cold and very expensive for what it was! Very disappointing to say the least. We were placed where the music was so loud we couldn t hear ourselves talk. Not going there again and would not recommend if someone asked me.

Dirtiest washrooms ever!! The place was very busy, but the management did a poor job at maintaining the food quality and cleanliness of the place. There was pee all over the seats and the floor...no toilet rolls or paper towel in the washrooms and the staff made us wait for 20 minutes before any attention was paid to that complaint. We were overcharged for a few items. Overpriced ! The ambience and the music, both very good. Except for one staff member , there was not even a sorry from anyone, lacks basic customer service. Vegetarian options: Very few options

If I can give it a zero star I would. Don t even know where to start, the initial interaction was fine greeted warmly but then, the wait staff was rude, our apps came super late, our mains came 1.5 hours later, food came out cold, music was so loud you can t hear the person next to you. Don t bother coming here to celebrate anything. If I could forget the horrible experience me and my party went through I would, but sadly I have to live with it.

I was here for a social event which rented the upstairs portion of the establishment. The food being served was timely and most of what I ate, I liked. The upstairs room had nice big windows that let in a lot of fresh air. The bartender and waiters were really good, too. I recommend their drink called First Class, the chicken sliders and the fried shrimp. I would love to come back here for a sit down experience on the lower floor, which also looked very nice.

Good atmosphere and good service. Menu is not at all vegan friendly. It would be nice to have at least one nutritious entree option for vegans (GF too). I paid like $50 for a iceberg lettuce salad and plain rice. YIKES!

Food was great, service was also great. Tom seemed like a genuinely nice person. 4.5/5 just because its probably a lot busier/more fun in the summertime. I will also add that the place is aesthetically beautiful.

We had our wedding here and it was nothing less than amazing! The staff were very friendly and the service was on point! The event manager Susan is so accommodative and patient with us even through our multiple last minute changes and requests. We received nothing but positive feedback from our guests about the food, service and atmosphere. We are so glad we trusted the Toronto Beach Club and would definitely be back!

Service was slow, food was... not great. Kitchen sent out cold pasta to half the party and mixed up some orders. Plating was not great. Bussers were great though. Took over an hour for food to get to us after we got seated. Maybe its because we came on Victoria Day, Pictured is the Wagyu burger and the Wagyu Bolognese.

First timer here. The place looks clean and elegant and comfy, I do like the atmosphere here. We came for winterlicious and the appetizer were nice but the main and dessert are ok. We had the smoke egg plant and the sea bream crudo as app and each dish are quite tasty. I particularly like the warm pita came with the smoke eggplant. Yum The main dishes were ok. The Branzino is little burnt on the skin and becomes abit more bitter as u keep eating. The braised short ribs is not even hot. The short ribs temperature is not even Luke warm. The plate that the food sits on is stone cold, I think the short rib would taste even more amazing if the food temperature is higher.. Overall abit less than 4 stars in my opinion.

Came here twice- once in the summer and once for their New Year s party. The first time in the summer, the service was so lovely and personable. The Greek salad and chicken were very good but the pasta was just okay. Now the New Year s party was just like how the other reviewers described it. They sold a story they could not live up to. There was a lot of miscommunication and disappointment. We purchased a table for bottle service and were told they needed to find a place upstairs, then walked us into a private room and then told us to go back to the entrance, before moving us twice again. We moved 3 times within 45 minutes without being served at all. Our server was very lovely but obviously very overwhelmed and stressed. They vibes were also very strange as there were people having a full multi course dinner, while others just came to dance without a table, and others were just drinking. We were all promised to have passed canapés, but they were only given after 2 hour after midnight, after our server told us we would not be served any food at all. I think the event was overbooked and not organized well.

Went for NYE event. Why were we just standing around a bar for the whole event while families had dinner? No seating, no dance floor, just a bunch of people standing in a restaurant for $60.

I had a disappointing experience on New Years Eve at this restaurant. Despite paying $65 for a package that included a Champagne Toast, Passed Appetizers, and a Coat Check, I received none of these amenities. When I asked for champagne, I was told it was finished, and there were no appetizers as promised. The coat check was disorganized, with some coats on the floor. People had to look for their own coats from the racks! Unfortunately, my cost was lost! That place really lacked organization and professionalism. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!!

I recently attended the NYE event at the Toronto Beach Club, and I must say it was a complete disaster. The level of incompetence displayed by the staff and management was beyond belief. Despite the promise of a diverse selection of beverages, my friends and I were left with only the option of beer. Meanwhile, we observed others sipping on cocktails, leaving us to wonder why we were stuck with the bottom-shelf choice. Apparently, they had run out of alcohol which was weird how others were still getting served. It advertised three DJs in three different rooms. What we got instead was a single DJ in a room that resembled more of a dining area than a dancefloor. Trying to dance while people still enjoying their dinners was not the experience we signed up for. As the countdown approached, we anticipated the promised complimentary champagne but no champagne was in sight. Supposedly, there wasnt enough for everyone a lame excuse for a failure in planning and organization. The absence of any food was just another disappointment. The coat check situation was an absolute nightmare. It was chaotic, with people scrambling to find their belongings. Jackets were strewn on the floor, and some individuals were shamelessly taking whatever they could get their hands on. I lost valuable items from my jacket, and the management did nothing to address the situation or prevent further chaos. Its evident that the Toronto Beach Club overbooked the event, and the mismanagement was glaring. If you enjoy paying $60 or more to have your coat stolen, have bad service, and endure a complete lack of planning, then the Toronto Beach Club is the ideal destination for you. Save yourself the disappointment and consider alternative venues that actually deliver what they promise.

Came for the brunch buffet as there aren t many left in the city - especially ones with raw oysters available. The ambiance is nice and roomy. Loved the big windows. Tables were huge. Some items were great, most were underwhelming. Hits: - Fresh pita - Mac and cheese (it s heavy on the truffle for those that might not like) - Cocktail shrimp - Seafood salad - French toast Miss: - Roast beef - very dry and lacking in flavour - Oysters - tiny, dinky little things with a bunch of shell pieces inside, and very fishy. I struggled to understand how people were eating so many of these as they were not great at all. - Most breakfast items (eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles) - All of the desserts - or lack of desserts surprised the only options they had were brownies, bars, and cookies that looked like they came from a commercial kitchen. Service was fine - nothing outstanding or terribly disappointing to comment on. For the price and quality of items, I wouldn t really return.

I honestly have no complaints about the food or the vibe of this restaurant, which are both totally excellent. The service is also very friendly. The only thing that stops me from recommending it wholeheartedly is that the price is very high and feels unjustified for the experience.

Only accepting cash for parking is ridiculous in 2023. Went for brunch and it was fine, the layout is terrible and way to many people at the same time, had to wait 20 minutes for roast beef, such a waste of time and money

Not worth your money or time. Food is over priced and portions are small. Flavours are also underwhelming, especially the pasta dishes. You could do the same at home for 1/4 off the price $25 for pasta that feels like it s for children. And what makes it worse is you having to pay $10 for parking and they only take cash.

Average Sunday not too busy, and still waited about an hour for a med rare steak that was over cooked to well done. 2 stars for the drinks which were decent. Seemed over staffed short and brief interactions with staff. No touch from management after returning multiple dishes and waiting an hour for food. Poor hospitality, I m gonna say poor food cause I didn t get to try it but decent atmosphere? Also price point $$$$ wouldn t recommend. Managers should touch tables, are you guys for real?

Booked a reservation here for a reunion with my 2 girl friends. The food was sensational and well presented, and the amount of octopus we received for the cost was impressive. I loved the atmosphere and there was a bongo player for entertainment as we ate which was awesome to experience. The only thing I would say is the service was a bit slow and the server didnt come around as much as we preferred but its minor due to the food quality and great time we had. My sister went the next day for fathers day and absolutely loved it too. Great food and location! Definitely try the cacio e Pepe and the carpaccio

Great ambience and friendly staff. We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday. The food was great. We particularly loved the piri piri chicken and fries. The cauliflower fritters were surprisingly good. Amira did a great job mixing cocktails and our server Brownlyn (sorry if I misspelled your name!) did a great job with our big party and kept checking in on us with a smile. They have a parking lot which gives $10 off if you have a reservation. Overall great experience, will recommend.

Went here for desserts in the evening. The atmosphere is great in the evening and the staff are very kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend for a night out or an evening dinner. Will be going back very soon for lunch/dinner.

Great place for a family eat out

We here for the sunday brunch special-Oasis brunch. The oysters are fresh. especially the seafood salad i like the most. the price is $75 per person. Definitely worth it.

Visited during their Sunday Oasis Brunch and it was a wonderful experience. The pricing was $75 a person for the brunch, which includes all you can eat oysters and a bunch of seafood as well as normal brunch buffet fare. The pricing is going up to to $85 a person starting July 1, 2023. Is it worth it? If you can eat a lot of oysters and enjoy mussels, shrimps and more then yes! I also really liked the atmosphere as it was modern, open concept with the patio open allowing a fresh breeze from Lake Ontario coming in, and also very nice music playing throughout. I felt like I was at a resort with not a care in the world during my dining experience. Parking is $10 with a reservation. The parking attendant will ask for the reservation name and instead of $50 for parking you can park for $10.

Has a great vibe and food is always good. The patio is great and love that there is a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors. They also have the cutest writing for birthday cakes! Only concern I had was that the plates and glass setting outside were dusty - may be best to ask for a clean set.

Beautiful experience. We celebrated a birthday brunch and loved it. Great food, great choices and great service.

That location, that menu, this place has it all. From cocktails to a serious vibe. I m going back tomorrow in fact.

This place closes early if they are not busy. I wouldnt recommend it at all. They need to update the time they open and close.

We wanted to host a group of 10 and this was the best place. I am glad and happy with my choice. Stefanie the manager went over and beyond in making sure everything was to our liking . The rest of the staff from another gentleman who was also a manager and unfortunately forgot his name I just know it starts with J and the waitress, the bartenders were all very very accommodating. Professional and friendly. Our guests had a great time, the food was phenomenal and drinks were all awesome. Thank you Toronto Beach Club e sure will definitely come back. Even thinking of holding bigger events at your place.

Visited for the first time a few days ago. The best patio I have been to in Toronto. Reminded me of a place I went to in the Bahamas. The ladies enjoyed their lovely cocktails. The food was great. Service was perfectly balanced. Neither overbearing nor absent. Had a wonderful time and will definitely be a regular. Well done everyone.

First off, it s outrageous that you have to pay to park on their property; the menu is terrible I literally saw one item I wanted to try and it was mediocre; it s vibes made no sense to me; what was the thought process? I saw middle eastern food, sea food and Italian?! I didn t think any of it went well together. Our table ordered one item from each section pasta was ok; everything else mediocre and EVERYTHING came out cold.. that killed it all for me. The only thing I enjoyed was the cappuccino; I would never recommend this place to eat at.. this is a place for drinks only; the outdoors was nice and I did enjoy that. Overall, bad experience and not at all worth it.

A group of 5 of us were seated yesterday, and werent served for over 20 minutes. We ordered drinks (mainly beers) & a couple of mains and 40 minutes later we still hadnt received any drinks (although the food had arrived). Each waiter that came by said they werent our waiter but theyll help us. Then when we asked a lady where our orders were, and she rudely responded asking what our orders were and that she was a manager and she could only help if we told her what we ordered. (Youd think once we placed our orders 40 minutes ago they would have been inputted into a system). No apologies, terrible service. Well be going somewhere else next time.

Very nice, live place and the food is really good.

Overpriced. Really outrageous prices. There are plenty of places in the city that are just as nice and tasty. Menu didnt offer a lot. Had the oysters and they were not good. You can find better oysters in many other restaurants. The venue is gorgeous. They also give you these fake receipts for the parking while charging $10.00 that can only be paid in cash.

TBC has an exquisite second floor event space with huge windows overlooking the beach and a patio that meant guests could be indoors our out. Service was excellent and the space was made available to us for a five hour period so we had lots of time to enjoy everything TBC has to offer.

Lovely calamari! The virgin mojito was very fresh! We had a extra dish delivered to our table that we didn t order, but we never paid for it! It was a lovely experience! Live DJ was fun and very upscale, definitely not a place to go after being on the beach, we were a little under dressed here! The bathrooms are on the second floor and make sure to take ur wallet with you because it was weird after the lady hand me the paper towel I had nothing to tip her!

First off let me start by saying the vibe of this place is amazing. The music the decor....amazing. The menu is meant for sharing. Its extremely overpriced for a sharing menu. Even if you are splitting the bill. Our order for 2 people was a $120 bottle of red wine, an additional 9oz glass each when the bottle was done, 4 shooters (not sure how much they were), a filet mignon for each of us at $65 each, a plate of Greek fries we shared, and desert was shared. WHAT A STICKER SHOCK when we got the bill. My bill for me was $250 JUST FOR ME and my share of it. Plus a tip? So it was close to $600 for two people having drinks and sharing fries and having our own main dish for dinner. NEVER AGAIN. I will say however, our server Su was THE BEST. The music was on point, but the price tag? It was just ridiculously priced for what you get. Its cheaper to eat at Ruths Cris.

Great place for oyster lovers~

First time at the club. The staff was lovely and the ambience was lovely. The waitress was lovely and quick to serve us. There was lots of mosquito and we requested the tiki lamp to be lit but this didn t happened. The food took a long time to come. It was steak medium done and took over 40min it s to come. The food was lovely and the lamb rack was nice. Surprise there was no grilled vegetables options. It was lovely but I think it could be better . Vegetarian options: I think there is but not sure. Parking: There are public and private options. Kid-friendliness: No kids menu. My kids were happy with the adult options

Way overpriced. Pasta, a piece of salmon, and appetizer, three glasses of wine and a beer and a piece of pie came to over $250.

The patio is really big and nice, there s an airy indoor-outdoor feel. But the seats, tables, and plates outdoors weren t very clean. They had smoke torches that kept away the mosquitos which I appreciated but it was very smoky so if you re sensitive to smoke you might want to be seated further away. The food was ok but not great. The servers were nice and gave a few recommendations. The cocktails were great and the vibes were fun. On the weekends after 9pm they have a DJ. I think it would be a fun place for a celebration or a girls night out!

Incredibly overpriced and underwhelming. Pasta was disappointing. The tiny glass of ginger-ale is 5$, it s less then can! Mock-tail is 14$. I think the least they could do with these prices is have really good food, then it would be worth it. Parking: 10$ with a reservation

Underwhelming and expensive. The outdoor seats and bathroom were dirty. The prices are ridiculously - $70 for a frozen lobster?! The server was unattentive - we poured our wine regularly and had to ask for water repeatedly. Chicken was good. The rest was just meh - we didnt even bother taking pics after the app.

Decent experience, nice interior aesthetic. Our server was very attentive and sweet, otherwise nothing stood out from food or drinks.

I wish I had the right words to describe my experience here. The ambience, food and service exceeded my expectations. The food was soo tasty and prepared beautifully. The eggplant dip was by far one of the best I have ever had!!! The ambience was nice, the place was well lit and had some vibey music. SEENA was an absolute pleasure to be served by. It is clear he is very talented and genuine. He kept us laughing the entire night, non stop!!! Although, we were joking around he also effectively explained each dish to us and got us excited to taste EACH bite. Such a personable individual who TRULY made our night memorable. As someone whos been in the industry, it is very rare to come across such a hospitable person nowadays. Also, thank you Ali for your generosity. I cant wait for my next visit.

Gorgeous atmosphere and really entertaining staff. The fire dancers are really talented. I loved the cacio e pepe! The building is so pretty, a great date night destination.

Busy parking lot but if you have a reservation you can park for $10 - great for TO!! Love the vibe of the restaurant however staff is too slow & seemed impatient. Some basic training might go a long way!! :) Yum cocktails and peri peri chicken was amazing. Will I come back? Probably for the atmosphere/ drinks.

The overall experience was ruined by the poor service we received. There were multiple instances of people having their orders forgotten about or brought out incorrectly. Even after asking the manager for our missing order, it was never brought out. Eventually, everything was solved, but it ultimately took away from the experience. The food is great, and the ambiance is excellent. Service needs improvement. Parking: Lots of parking right next to the restaurant.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! STAFF WAS HORRIBLE. We did not see our server except for the first time when we got there. The whole time we had to ask other servers to help us. The manager (man bun) was extremely dismissing, no help at all no apologizes. Worst experience. Never coming back here.

This has to be one of the WORST dining experiences I ve ever had in Toronto. I never ever write reviews but this was unreal. The restaurant is beautiful aesthetically but the service is absolutely TRASH. Save your money and go to a restaurant that respects you as a guest. My 2 friends and I were seated outdoors and asked to move inside because of the mosquitoes. Once we got to the new table we asked our server 4 times for ice water and she didn t bring it until we finally asked the manager. She came to our table after and said we re you guys looking for me we told her we wanted water. After this, our server disappeared and so did any service at all. We waited over an hour to get our main dishes, and then again with no server to ask where our food is we flagged down the manager about our food. It was such a struggle to get any service here at all. We just wanted water and our food but we had to remind them we were still at the restaurant. We definitely saw the difference in how they were treating the other guests too. To make it worse, we had to ask for our bill 4 times and waited 30 minutes to finally pay. We again had to flag the manager and he brought it to us. Our server was nowhere to be found again. Once we left, we realized they didn t even bring out all our food. We order 3 pasta dishes and a side fries to share. They charged us for the fries and we didn t even receive them. This place is HORRIBLE!!! They are running a scam and have no decency to serve their customers. How do you forget your customers even exist and don t even bring them water? They are running a horrible establishment. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Superb Views of Downtown

If I could give it a zero I would! Worst service had to hunt down our server for our drinks food, snarky comments rushed us out. Don t forget try to sweet talk us at the end to get a tip we were a table of 7 each spending over $150

Waited one hour for my food and our server was MIA for most of our meal. My friends were able to finish their drinks and their mains before I even had a plate in front of me. Manager was really cool about it and apologized, server seemed poorly trained.

Service was very slow. My friend s sandwich took over an hour to come out, and my friends and I were already done eating. We advised our server we would split our seafood tower 3 ways in the beginning and the server asked if we were getting our bill together at the end, even when we already told her how we wanted it. Some of our bills still came out wrong in the end. The manager was nice to comp the sandwich and bring us still water on the house and shots on the house. Probably would not come back here though still.

We had an incredible dinner experience here. I ordered the Peri Peri Chicken with fries, and my wife opted for the smoked eggplant dip with freshly baked pita. Additionally, we ordered the pasta, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. The chicken was exceptionally juicy and bursting with flavor, seasoned to perfection. What truly made our evening, and honestly prevented us from leaving, was Fiona. She was exceptionally outstanding, radiating warmth, friendliness, and happiness. Fiona completely transformed our experience from the initial hostess who seated us. To add to the delight, she crafted a little paper boat for our child, which thrilled him beyond measure. Needless to say, well definitely return. This place comes highly recommended for memorable moments, pleasant ambiance, superb cuisine, and exceptional service. Parking: Hundreds of spots, they validate 80% of parking charge. Kid-friendliness: The pastor was a little spicy and Fiona offered to remake it for us. So nice!

Giving this place a 1 star is generous. Worst service I ve ever experienced in a Toronto luxury lounge. Had a reservation for a very special occasion - wasn t even greeted for 30 minutes after sitting. Flagged down the manager whom shouldn t even have that title as he didn t listen to a single concern of no service, just looked at us and walked away mid sentence of us explaining. Ended up getting up and leaving after 40 minutes of no greeting or even eye contact. Terrible terrible terrible. We went to another restaurant that took us last minute and it was incredible!! FIGO if anyone is looking for amazing service unlike this establishment :)

We ve been there on Sunday for Oasis Brunch. It was a great experience. Very friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere, delicious and fresh food. Highly recommended. Parking: If you have reservations parking cost you $10, if not Parking is $20.

Vibe was cute and food was okay. They ran out of certain items we had specifically come for. A heads up would have been nice. Waitress was horrible. Girl seemed like she was on crack or on something for sure, you could tell. Very unprofessional. The man who seemed to be the manager on duty wasnt performing like one. Very poor customer service, especially for a table coming to spend money. Very dissapointed in this place and wouldnt recommend going in if youre looking to spend decent $$ and have a good time. Other places are more worth your buck.

I read so many positive reviews and live nearby, so with out-of-town guests to entertain, I was looking forward to trying The Beach Club. Bottom line is that the food was well-prepared, but over priced compared with other restaurants. Certainly enjoyable, just not a wow by any stretch (we had Piri-piri Chicken, greens, branzino, salad). The real disappointment was the whole vibe and atmosphere - it was plain unfriendly and devoid of any warmth. Our waiter was a pleasant individual, but the food took a long time to reach us, and no one stopped by to see how we were doing or if we needed anything before, or during the meal. The restaurant was barely 15% occupied downstairs, but I still felt like we were an inconvenience. Maybe it was a one-off bad night, but I wont be returning to, or recommending the Beach Club.

Worst customer service!! I was so excited to try out this restaurant but from the moment my friend and I sat down the vibe was off. No one came up to us for over 20 minutes (place was not busy). The servers took other guests orders who came in after us. They kept walking by us like we didn t exist. The 2 couples that sat down after us received water, wine and their appetizer before we received a hello. We flagged down a manager for water.. and when we were in the middle of talking to him and explaining that we have been waiting a while he walked away. He came back shortly after poured us water and left. Didn t say a word. No apology for the wait..nothing. We waited another ten minutes of being ignored before flagging another random server walking by. By that time my friend and I were fed up and walked out. Never will I go back to this restaurant. Awful.

Went during the Oasis Brunch. The ambiance was nice as we came in. There were lots of wasps on the patio and we asked to move inside which the server was gracious in accommodating. What struck us was the behaviour of some of the guests. The table beside us was vaping inside and another table was so intoxicated the man came through the bushes to his table. The management didn t seem to do anything about the table vaping inside. Food was good but not great. Overall, I think the quality has gone downhill since the last visit. DJ was great and the place is really nice.

We had an 80 person wedding in September at TBC and the service and experience was amazing from planning to execution. They accommodated all of our requests and helped us create the perfect wedding day. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the 3 bar tenders at at our reception were awesome. We had our ceremony in the sunset suite and reception in the Louis salon and can not recommend this venue enough for an intimate and personal wedding experience. Thank you TBC staff for helping us create the perfect day for both us and our guests!

Idk if they had a horrible day but the food I ordered was the worse pasta I have ever tasted. The pasta was hard as rock and dry, however, the waiter was great, seems like he had a lot of tables to cover. But I am 100% sure I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.

I have no royal lineage in my family tree. But last night I ate like a king. We were greeted by the manager Jules who was very welcoming. I was impressed by the quality of the food and the quick service. My compliments to Chef Jules. You can tell he s a man of focus, everything was impeccable. Food critics beware as you ll find it challenging to find a negative thing to say about this place. It s evident that the chefs and cooks in the kitchen have a true passion for their craft. Our sever Emily took great care of us and engaged in some cheeky banter which is something I always enjoy. And don t get me started with the cocktails. I had to restrain myself from falling in love with Mira the bartender, who is truly a magician when it comes to making drinks. I highly recommend the cucumber, basil, gin cocktail. This establishment suits any kind of occasion. I definitely will be coming back.

The branzino was tasty, not recommending the lamb chops, wasn t tasty enough, need to be marinated better. Loved the salad and calamary. Nice decor and friendly staff.

Had a reservation for my friend s birthday yesterday. Staff is friendly and polite. Our server Rovon was incredible! Super helpful with recommendations, kept checking in on us and made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Food was delicious. Will be coming back!
