Dine-in Hours: 5pm - 10pm (Wed - Thrus-Mon) 12-10pm(Sat-Sun)
One of our favourite places to eat. It’s definitely our go-to restaurant. Budget friendly and hits our cravings. We usually order takeout but have dined in a couple times as well. The staff are friendly, but could be a bit more attentive. The portions are fairly reasonable or deceivingly large. We usually have leftovers.
We had lunch at This restaurant The food and the service was excellent. Utsav was very professional and accommodating We loved the fish pakoras Singapore noodles with shrimp and chicken fried rice they were all delicious and prices were reasonable. Overall great experience. Keep up the good work. We had dinner on November 8th celebrating friends birthday. Our waitress was Ruby, she gave us excellent service, very polite and professional. We ordered chicken Tikka rice, Singapore vegetable noodles and chicken Tikka veggies rice with fish pakoras everything was delicious and made fresh as usual. Great service. Thank you
If you’re ordering large quantities or for a large group (mine was 16 people), be prepared to wait, as they are extremely slow. I had to wait over an hour to get my food. I ordered for 7 pm and didn’t receive the food until around 8:05 pm. This was more than an hour’s delay. The staff was polite but needs to learn how to manage customers better. Communication is definitely something they need to work on. When the food finally arrived, it came one bag at a time. By then, I was frustrated because I hadn’t yet paid for the order, and the food was getting cold. At least they could have taken the payment or allowed me to load my car while waiting for the rest of the order. There’s no point in waiting for all 12 bags to arrive before loading. I won’t be ordering takeout from here again.
Hands down one of the best Hakka places I’ve been to in Toronto. The chicken schezwan fried rice was incredible. The momo and spring rolls could use some improvement apart from that amazing food !
The staff here is very friendly and food is Indian Chinese. Best for a rainy or cold day. Sit and watch rain and enjoy the food with Bollywood songs. They serve the best chicken lollipop and chilli fish.
Delicious and flavourful food. Pretty reasonable prices. Service is very friendly but could be more attentive at times.
Went to this Amazing Indian Restaurant to satisfy our cravings for local Chinese food (Indian street style). We reached late but the food was on time. We Ordered a a few dishes, starting with the usual Manchow Soup, some Chicken Lollipop for starters (both regular and gravy) and some Triple Schezwan Rice and Noodles for Main Course and even tried Kulfi (sweet cravings satisfied) . I appreciate the quick service and friendly response, the quality of food was little low than expected. The food was tasteless and felt like made with no salt. The Servers were quite confused with our orders and made multiple mistakes, sometimes taking back the dishes and leaving at the wrong tables. We were even charged some Gratuity Tax for 16$ because we were 6 people, which I’ve never heard of before. Anyways, my friends had a good experience previously but I don’t feel the same. The quantity was sufficient for the pricing but the quality could be better. Cheers on your visit!!
Worst money i added some photos just check tandoori chicken chowmein is a tasteless not at single salt as well and the taste comes like a maggie you need to change the taste ! Or change the chef i am very tired to typing this much but tired with the service and taste i was waiting 40min and still not getting a taste thats not how it works ! I wont refer to anyone and i wont recommended to anyone. I am throwing this into the garbage to be honest ! Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5
Nice place for authentic Indian style hakka food, tasty , sometimes I feel little salty , might be for me , as I am eating less salt. Vegetarian options: Lots if vegeterian options, momos are very tasty Parking: Just next to restaurant, public parking $2 for 30 minutes and additional every 30 minutes $2, worth to park in paid parking lot.
Tried their chicken, shrimp, and beef schezwan fried rice. It was horrible. Waste of money.
I recently dined at Urban Hakka , and it was a fantastic experience! The highlight of my meal was the momo (dumplings), which were perfectly steamed and bursting with flavor. The Hakka chowmein was another standout tossed with just the right amount of sauce and loaded with fresh vegetables, it had the perfect balance of textures. I also tried the pad Thai, which was rich and satisfying, with a delightful mix of spices .The chopsey was a delicious twist on traditional stir-fry, packed with vibrant ingredients and a savory sauce that tied everything together beautifully. To top it off, I indulged in their mango kulfi for dessert. It was creamy, refreshing, and the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Hakka cuisine!
good taste ambience and vary affordable.
The best authentic food to be found in GTA, has positive vibes and the staff is always so warm and welcoming Overall, the food is also delicious! Food
We ordered the veg pakora, spicey garlic eggplant, chicken fried rice and chicken Hakka noodles. We placed take order and by the time we got home the food was still warm which was great. Ive not given this restaurant a five star as the food was bland and not as tasty as other hakka restaurants that Ive tried. The garlic Spicy eggplant did not have salt and the chicken hakka rice did not have any flavor. The veg pakora were quite hard and seemed over done. I also removed another star as they charged us for vinegar chilli which is usually a staple condiment with Hakka food. I wouldnt have minded as much if they had provided us with a few containers but they charged for a single small container. Totally disgusting by this. Shame on you.
Great Hakka restaurant with an Indian touch in Yonge a/Lawrence area. Utsav, is an amazing, friendly and helpful manager who makes sure your visit to Urban Hakka is a memorable experience . Keep up the good work! Food
I ordered veg Manchurian from Uber eats and it had small rocks in the food and some dirt that I felt with the bites I chewed. Not acceptable!
Fukin noodles was drenched in oil like an oil rig. Taste wise it was okay not too much flavor abd the portion size were also freakin small Food
Great place for Indian Street style hakka
Went there around 9:30PM. Felt like service was slow even though it wasnt busy, ordered chowmein which was okay but momo was terrible. Looks like it was made several days ago.
I ordered veg gravy manuchurian for pickup and got only 1 box of rice.
The food here is super tasty. As expected with Hakka food, it can be spicy so they will cater to your tastes with varying levels of spice (including completely zero spice). We had a minor issue with our order (things happen, so no big deal) and the restaurant staff went out of their way to fix it for us (and were incredibly fair with the bill). That extra touch goes a long way. We will definitely go back. Try the chow mein vegetable noodles, the chilli chicken (dry), and the chilli fish (gravy).
Bland food .. This restaurant is a scam, they literally pay 50$ per shift (6-7hr) to their servers. Food
I got the chilli chicken and Manchurian vege and they don t have Hakka flavours at all! It tastes more Indian than anything. Terrible!!!!!!
Amazing place to relax and enjoy authentic food. Staff is amazing specially owner He was keep coming and asking if we are comfortable and everything on place..highly suggested ! Looking forward for next time Food : 5/5
Great service, friendly and polite. Tasty food and fair prices.
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 - This restaurant had a fantastic vibe, with a perfect blend of Indo-Chinese decor that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. - The staff was super friendly and provided top-notch service. They were attentive and made the dining experience enjoyable. - The dishes were a delightful fusion of Hakka and Indo-Chinese flavors. Each bite was bursting with deliciousness, especially the Manchurian Chicken, Bombay Chicken, Nepali Authentic Momo and other so many dishes. - The prices were reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food served. It felt like a great value for the amazing taste and experience. - Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and flavorful dining experience. I cant wait to go back and try more of their dishes!
This place is a total 5 star hidden gem! Talk about TASTY FRESH FOOD! My husband and I decided to have a casual date night after scouting through a couple restaurants we were not satisfied we found Urban Hakka and didnt regret one bit through the entire time! The ambiance was perfect for us Cozy and clean the staff were veryyyy professional and warm!!! The food was soo good we didnt even have time take pictures hahaha (next time) for a date night 2 Apps main and 1 drink each the price was not bad at alll!!! Weve marked this place as a Fav to go will be back with friends
Food is amazing but service was too slow we waited almost one hour
Good
Nice place with lot of seating, the food was similar to desi Chinese . For four of us on veg dishes , the price was reasonable
I loved visiting here when it first opened up, every visit after kept going downhill. The quality of the food isn t the same. The service is hit or miss now, you either get checked it on a lot of forgotten. The restaurant was beautiful, but it s now under maintained, you can tell from the dingy menu, the walls and the entrance. Parking: Paid parking available at the back of the restaurant.
Always one of my go to s! Amazing Hakka, the best soups, and my favourite is the chicken lollipop. Recently tried the chilli chicken lollipop and omg YUM!
Best Indian Chinese in GTA
They ve got to tone down the salt or MSG a bit but other than that, great flavours.
Food was delicious We had veg Hakka fried rice, manchurian spop and veg chow mien noodles Food
Meet the great taste of hakka.
Ordered food from these guys 2wice and both the order they sent it was wrong.. i called the resturant they keep transffering the calls and than at the end they say please call doordash.. why wil i call doordash i want the food not the money and they communicate with each other in a different language while i am on the phone ! It soundee they were cursing me i wil have to complain about them i do have their recording poor customer service !!
It was a lovely experience to visit there, they have a decent ambience with good food. I went for lunch there and the food was amazing with very friendly and polite staff.
So, I have been to this restaurant before. More than once or twice. I have had given 5 stars before on delivery app sites before. However, this time it was a pure let down. The Chicken Tandoori Chowmein / Veg Chowmein and the Gobi Manchurian were total let downs. The tandoori cheicken chowmein was probably their flagship dish. It was not even close to their previous preparation. May be due to change of chef / or something- the food were utterly bland and not worth trying anymore.
Graf place for Hakka food . They have good non-veg options , they have sea food too
The food was great at an affordable rate! Will definitely revisit Food
Best fried rice!!
Food is best
The service was very professional and friendly. The utensils and plates and glasses were all super clean and pleasant. The chilli chicken was delicious and the mango salad very fresh and proper.
Enjoyed a fun dinner with family at this place. Service was a tad slow and the waitress forgot about one of our orders. But the food is delicious and the quantity per serve is decent.
It was very bad service there for me
Urban Hakka, located at 3305 Yonge Street, offers an inviting ambiance with a perfect blend of Indian and Chinese decor. The attentive and knowledgeable staff enhance the dining experience, providing excellent recommendations. The menu features standout Indo-Chinese fusion dishes like crispy Manchurian cauliflower, Hakka noodles, and flavorful Szechuan paneer, all bursting with unique, balanced flavors. The overall experience was exceptional, making Urban Hakka a top choice for a memorable meal.
Food is delicious and fresh price is good and staff are so friendly
This place never disappoints.
Great customer service by Prasum and food was great
One of the best places in the GTA for Hakka Chinese food. Amazing service by Prasum
The food was tasteless and service was bad except chicken lollipop. waitress forgot our order multiple times and also charged mandatory tip of $16.
Ordered through Uber eats. Low quality ingredients, bad taste, smells of stale oil. Very disappointing.
Gobi Manchurian and veg noodles were awful , literally had to throw everything as it was not edible. There one plus one scheme on Uber eats is to serve the stale food.
A must-visit destination for those seeking authentic Hakka cuisine. spacious dining areas, friendly staff, and delicious dishes. Hands down best hakka place in GTA. Highly recommended it.
Delicious food. Everything we ordered was good...
Urban Hakka s Chicken Chilli Dry Spicy is a must-try! The dish is packed with bold flavors and the perfect level of spice. The chicken is tender and well-marinated, complemented by crispy bell peppers and onions. The dish is beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Combined with the restaurant s chic ambiance and excellent service, it s a standout experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving a flavorful and spicy meal!
Staff were very friendly and the service was quick and efficient. Food was hot and fresh and portion sizes were very large. Food was delicious, haven t had a good Hakka food like this in a while.
Clean eating place
Gobi Manchurian dish is often made with chicken, fish, prawns, etc. I feel Restaurant purposely has description vague on Uber Eats and this is false advertising. I just paid $25 for a container of cauliflower. Rip off! I I see many other people scored this item down.
One of best food in town Must try lollipop chicken chowmein Jhol momo Food : 5/5
I ordered Gobi Manchurian through uber eats. Number of complaints: 1. Food Too much oily (My box contains layer of oil) 2. Food is soggy (Which i totally understand) 3. Food is tasteless (no salt at all hence unable to eat cozz i ordered in office, if i would have order at my home i would have added salt) 4. No taste of hakka at all. 5. Worst part is this for which giving 1 star, i found bug in my food which was frustrating.
Always get their padthai here i love them. And they pack you take out container
We order in on Door Dash and its great food. As Im gluten free I appreciate their rice noodle dish.
I have ordered online from this place many times as well as dined in and the food quality is really good as well as the size of the potions are also large and at a very reasonable price.
Chicken lollipop must have
Best Chinese food in this area
Best Chicken Lollipops in Town. Must recommend if you want it how you want it. The Tandoori Chicken Fried Rice is also a must try. Thank you Urban Hakka for great food consistently Food : 5/5
Friendly service and real Hakka taste . Talented Nepali chef knows how to bring in authentic flavours . Staff was very polite and always carried a smile while taking care of guests. Food
Overall, dining at this restaurant was a delight from start to finish... Food : 5/5
The food was amazing and the service was great however the chicken tastes exactly like fish. It was fish. I m 99% sure that the chicken they gave me was fish. I asked them and thought that perhaps they had gotten the order messed up but they looked me in the eye and told me it was chicken. It was fish for sure. The chicken is fish. It has to be
Food was decent but the prices are amazing
We had an unpleasant experience at Ordered Vegetable Chopsy. We found a bug in our food and showed it to the staff, but they did not apologize or take any responsibility for the situation. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience.
Such a wonderful place to visit for the tasty food and good ambiance with friendly staff loved my experience over there
This Hakka restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to explore the delicious possibilities of this unique cuisine blend. Whether you re a fan of bold spices or savory comforts, there s something here to satisfy every craving. I liked it there everything i loved most the everything Manchurian related items and Momos best there ! I must prefer everyone please go, visit and have dinner s or takes out at once there. You will never forget there-food taste !! Thank you for your service and unforgettable foods ..!!!
I ordered the Hakka-flavored vegetable chow mein , chilli chicken dry , party tray from Urban Hakka, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was quick, and they efficiently fulfilled my order in a short period of time. A great experience! Thank you!! Food: 5 Service: 5
Found a bug in our food is definitely not a pleasant experience. Its disappointing when a restaurant doesnt apologize for such incidents
Best Gobi you will have anywhere! I drive far to get this almost weekly. And the eggplant is to die for. Ask them to go easy with spice if you want cause it is hot!! My family loves the dry chili chicken too. Wheelchair accessibility: You can find on one level
Decent option in uptown for hakka style chinese. Limited options on the menu but if you know what you want to eat, you will be good.
One of the really good desi chinese food restaurants in GTA. I love the Veg Manchurian, it is closest version to what we get at street vendors in India. Also recommend the chicken fried rice and chicken lollipop. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options and they taste good as well
Got a big piece of chicken/ some meat in our vegetarian thai curry ordered via uber eats. Zero disregard for allergies and religious beliefs. I am not sure the quality control in place in their kitchen. UnAcceptable! Vegetarian options: They cannot be trusted with their ability not to cross contaminate food
I had ordered a vegetarian dish however I found a big piece of chicken in my Thai curry. This is absolutely unacceptable. The food quality here is very poor and so is the food. I heard similar experience that happened with my friend too when he was dinning in. When I called them they were not even apologetic about it. Never ordering from this place again ever.
When you mix all colours together you get grey. That s what you get at Urban Hakka. Different shades of grey. They don t balance the ingredients. Just dump it all together. Awful.
The Gobi Manchurian is excellent - so flavorful and not greasy! Excellent momos too! Also tried a couple of their fried rice and noodles, and chilli chicken - all really good. So happy to have found a good Hakka place in Toronto.
Really good Hakka food! Service is great too. I would recommend checking this place out.
Amazing food, they never disappoint me
One of the best Hakka Chinese restaurants Ive tried in Toronto! I highly recommend their Schezwan noodles and Tandoori fried rice both are a must-try!
We had a bad experience with delivery from Urban Hakka today. Being a vegetarian & someone who has religious beliefs, we ordered Veg Steamed Momos and received Chicken ones instead!! One of us took a bite as well & were so disappointed to see that veg vs non-veg instructions weren t followed. We would not order again & wouldn t recommend!
Good food and good staff. Loved the food.
Food is delicious. Very clean place. Nice place. Tasty food. Excellent value for money. I will come more often
I often order take out from this place and have also tried dine-in. I love their food! Their tandoori chicken chowmein is one of my favorites!! They offer really delicious Indo-Chinese cuisine. Their prices are also quite reasonable for midtown Toronto. You wont be disappointed!! I would highly recommended this place for all Indo-Chinese cuisine lovers
Lots of space and great atmosphere. Waiters were helpful with suggestions. Portions were a bit small.
Beware of this place. Their food is of very questionable quality, origin. The chicken here has a terrible taste. I am not speaking here out of a single occurrence, although, the last time made the mark. I ended up with the impulse of throwing up for half a day. I kept buying out of convenience but never again.
Delicious flavors and excellent service. I had a great time with the food here. Ideal taste of Chinese Indian cuisine. Everything was exactly how I wanted it. And special mention to the Mango Lassi, hands down best in the GTA.
Got a takeaway from here and wow, it was delicious. Everything was amazing including tandoori chicken, momos and chow mein. Cant wait to have a meal here soon.
Best chilli chicken in GTA. The only indo-chinese food I like.
Mango Salad and chicken momos with johl sauce were yummy!
Vegetarian options: Options for veggie and paneer rice, noodles, mains and appetizers. Food
Great food, lovely atmosphere,good service
Food: good, service not bad, ambience good, overall 4.9 Parking: Paid street parking. Timings are weird and to find a spot is difficult. Food : 5/5 |
Not been a great fan of Desi Chinese in India. Would always look for places serving authentic or less masaledar chinese cuisine. But when you are out of the country and miss Desi food, then I guess you crave for all sorts of desi.
Went there for Friday lunch. Place was so quiet. Had steamed momo & chow mein chicken. Both were very good and appreciate to still find places who charge $12 for a main dish nowadays. Staff was also nice. So everything was perfect.
Atrocious. Food was awful. Threw it away. Something must have been very wrong at the kitchen.
We tried Veg chilly Momos and Veg Chowmin. Outer layer of Momo was too thick and gravy was also not tasty. For Chowmin - it was tasteless. We heard very good reviews of the place, thats why decided to visit, but our experience was not that good.
Delectable flavours and great service. I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this place. Perfect Indian Chinese taste. It was absolutely as I wanted it to be
We have been regulars at this place and not once were we disappointed with the quality of food, service or taste. Great vegetarian and meat options on their menu, good quantity, exceptional customer service and consistent taste and quality of food. Highly recommend Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options for rice, noodles, soup and appetizer dishes. I highly recommend the dry/gravy manchurian balls (veggie balls/veggie pakoras); it s not listed on the menu interestingly, but but they do serve it!!
Have always loved the food over here.. we went there for dine-in once and there was a wait and so since then, we have always taken take-out from this place.
Growing up in Scarborough (east Toronto), Hakka is readily available and I realized I took it for granted once moving to North York. This is the best place between Victoria Park and anywhere west of Yonge St to find good and tasty Hakka. I was skeptical at first but I have ordered numerous times and the quality and quantity of the food (I go for the chilli chicken and Hakka noodles) is always the same.
Really tasty food!! Love the variety available.
Every item is delicious
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian dishes... Parking: Paid parking lot right behind the restaurant... Food : 5/5 |
Excellent food, very true to cusine in India. Dev & Devika were exceptional
Food was great. Service staff were great but the restaurant was definitely understaffed
We went on valentines day.. love the atmosphere.
We enjoyed dinner tonight, Divya was great. Food was hot and tasty, we throughly enjoyed it. The only thing is that the parking is at the back and its paid parking.
Reasonable price, delicious foods and good service !
Loved the food. Its a no frills place. Simple ambience, no music..but the food is delicious. The highlight for me was the chowmein !!! Perfect street style chinese, like we used to eat in Bombay. The hot and sour soup is also highly recommended and its a big portion so can be shared.
Simply the best
I Dont Think That $15 is worth spending for this. Seems Like its half plate
It is one of the best Hakka Indian Chinese restaurant. Try their Egg Friend Rice and Manchurian, I bet that you will never have such good Chinese ever. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Amazing Veg Hakka Chinese.
Great experience of the Hakka Style Chinese food. Was craving for a long time. The wait and find was worth! Must try the Tandoori Chicken Fried Rice.
The chowmein noodles are good But thats about it
Ambience is good and the food was delicious!!! Will visit soon Highly recommended!!!! Food
Good food and good service...very nice to chill...
The food tastes amazing... hot n sour soup large was more than enough for 3 in quantity. chilli beef doesnt smell and it was great in taste. Its one of the best indo Chinese u will find in this area. Dont forget to order steamed momos. Go hungry come out full tummy. The server Divya suggested good dishes and brought on time every single dish. Add it in Places to visit in your Google Map... highly recommend. Just have to find street parking but the taste is worth..
Hot and sour soup was amazing!
This restaurant serves the best hakka Chinese in GTA. I recommend all friends, and they all appreciate the food here. You never go wrong with Urban hakka food. Hot and sour soup is the hero of all the dishes. Food
The food is amazing don t walk run best hakka chinese
One of the few options for the Chinese food Prices were too high and the taste was average Overall you could try and see if you like the flavours then return In my case probably not Food : 3/5 |
Urban Hakka really impressed me with the food options. I ordered Manchurian Soup, Chicken Steam Momo, Chicken Hakka Chowmein, Chilli Chicken Dry, Beef Chilli Dry and Spring Rolls. Everything tasted too good. It was perfectly cooked with authentic flavours. Divya who works there helped us decide what to eat and guided us very well! The staff there is very humble and friendly! 10/10 Highly Recommended!
My most fav restaurant!! perfect indo-Chinese food!!
We ordered take out from Urban Hakka for a group of 15. Everyone enjoyed it! Top marks for the noodles, rice, Szechuan eggplant and spicy garlic tofu. Well order again.
Had an amazing time at this Indo Chinese spot in Midtown Toronto. The mix of Indian spices and Chinese tastes was surprisingly good. The food was full of flavor and totally hit the spot. Definitely worth a visit if youre up for a unique and tasty combo! I myself need to try other foods too later
Everything was tasty. Had the Chili chicken, chowmein noodles, mango salad, and spring rolls. Will be definitely be bringing more people with us next time.
If you love Indo-Chinese food, this is it! We reserved tables for a large group. Service, timing and food were excellent. Food : 5/5
Gobi machurian and veg fried rice combined makes a perfect meal. Vegetarian options: Good variety of indian options for Chinese. Very delicious Food : 5/5 |
Best hakka restaurant in GTA. I visit very often and it s serves consistently great food.
Very good taste, quantity and service
Ordered hakka noodles and bombay chicken. Food is not bad, but they made me wait 20 minutes at the restaurant. Initially they advised it would take 20 minutes in total. It ended up taking the 40 mins total to get the food to me. Kept saying, 2 minutes, sorry, 2 minutes. Lady I spoke to said let me see whats going on but never actually went inside to check. She continued with her work, and served the other tables. If its going to take 40 minutes to prepare the food say that from the jump. I dont think thats bring unreasonable. Again the food is decent but the service is terrible. Not taking accountability for it is even worst
Good Hakka food
Excellent food, excellent ambience and to good staff! Had a great time, please do visit Vegetarian options: Good one
If you love Indo-chinese food then its a must visit place... Love the quality and quantity of food... Max 25-30$ for 2... And yes being a Indian veggie its difficult to get our taste but this place ranks top for me... Must visit... Loved Manchurian/vegetable balls Vegetarian options: All veggie options available.
Good selection of vegetarian options! We had the Singapore noodles and the steamed jhol momos. Both were great, but I felt like both dishes could have used more, and a variety of veggies. The malai kulfi was nice too! Reasonably priced, would recommend.
Hakka here was actually quite good. Good quality, good service, smaller portions compared to many other hakka restaurants.
Best place to eat Chinese food with reasonable prices.
Split meals with group of 7 people. Very filling and decent prices. Staff are friendly too
Good food and great service.
I came here for dinner and food was delicious. Worth to visit.
Had very high hopes for this place but was a bit disappointed after trying their chili chicken and fried rice. The chicken had a weird aftertaste and schezwan fried rice was bland. Looks like it was just food color and the flavor was missing in both dishes. Recommended dishes Fried Rice, Chilli Chicken
Loved the food. Very authentic. Staff was very nice as well.
Ive been a regular at this Indo-Chinese , and every visit reaffirms my love for their authentic fusion flavors. Whether its the spicy tang of Schezwan or the Hakka noodle
One of the worst noodles I had in my lifetime, i.e, singapore noodles. They are selling vermicelli in the name of noodles. Not sure about other stuff, but vegetable singapore noodles are worst. Reply to the owner: As you mentioned I should know about the item first It s not the first time I m having singapore noodles . Secondly, if you want your customers to know before ordering, start giving them the tour of your kitchen or atleast mention your ingredients in the menu. Here are my 2 cents: start learning from the constructive feedback.
Ordered through Uber and the food was delivered fast, still fresh, and so flavorful and great portions! I can t wait to go in person.
My fiance and I tried the food from Urban Hakka for the first time and unfortunately we were not happy with the quality of the food. The mango basil chicken was over cooked and very dry, the crispy beef tasted like fish and the chicken pad Thai noodles were dry and not flavourful at all. The egg fried rice was okay. We did however enjoy the mango lassi. Would not recommend this location.
Chilli chicken was soggy and rice was too over cooked. Definitely my least favourite Hakkah food.
The best authentic Desi hakka Chinese I visited till date in GTA Food- Regular prices, good quantity & quality,, very flavorful & balanced, not too oily or color added Any soup is a must try, full of top end ingredients like tofu, seaweed, bamboo shoots, broccoli etc Service - the server was very friendly, helpful, courteous, food arrived quickly Atmosphere - clean cosy place with a very large dining area, just check your range hood & exhaust we could smell everything being fried in the kitchen Vegetarian options: Many veg & vegan options Parking: Street parking
Great food, but far too spicy for me
The food was amazing. Beef hakka noodles were my favorite dish Ive had in a while. We got medium spicy which was very hot but super flavorful. Next for the chilli chicken I would get very hot instead of medium
In my life Ive had Hakka hundreds of times in the GTA (no exaggeration). This place has the best chow mein noodles Ive had. No excess oil, season to perfection, great texture.
I ordered the Hakka-flavored vegetable chow mein party tray from Urban Hakka, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was quick, and they efficiently fulfilled my order in a short amount of time. A great experience!
Best place to have Indo Chinese food love the people and the service too must visit place in Toronto
One of the best tasting Indo Chinese restaurants. The food is good quality. Service was slow though. Not a lot in quantity but the prices are reasonable as well. Parking at Dollarama or paid on the main street. Some free parking on side streets as well. Worth trying if you love Indo Chinese.
Great food and friendly staff!! Parking: Lot of paid parking Food : 5/5 |
Very good food and awesome customer service
The fried rice and the mix veg pakora is our all time go to!
The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the vegetable Hakka fried rice, which was just okay. I also ordered the chili chicken with gravy and Manchurian chicken with gravy. I could not tell the difference in taste between the two but worst of all, both takeout containers came totally filled to the brim with oil. Really disappointed in both the taste and quality of the food.
