Food was amazing, service was amazing 10/10 will come here again! Great family run place, can't wait to have the lamb shank again
The food is very good but not really clean.
Very good food, enviroment too. The food is by people from Somalia. I think that is very good food to eat frequently. Healthy, nd the price was cheap. I like a lot this place nd its food. The only problem was that they dont have all the dishes of the menu to do. Only 2 options.
Incredibly delicious food we cater from the 2-3 times a week. Consistency is incredible. Highly recommended
service here was 10/10 the food it’s self was beyond anything words can describe! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Somali cuisine with amazing vibes and food.
Don’t let the humbleness of this place fool you. This is some of the BEST food I’ve ever had. Definitely hope to be back. Thank you SO much!
This is some of my favourite food in the city. Very comforting and delicious. The service can be very bad but in a way that is part of the experience that I like. The food is so worth it
Fabulous hole-in-the-wall Somali joint! I've been going there for over a year and I think I'm the only non-Somali I've ever seen in the restaurant, but more people need to check out this place. The food is always freshly prepared, tastes great and excellent value for money. Suggest calling them about a half hour before you want your food as it can take some time, but it's always worth the wait
Nice food
Amazing and delicious Somali Traditional Food,,Clean Atmosphere,,Professional Staffs, affordable and reliable place.
Great food good service friendly Kid-friendliness: Kids are ok
VERY VERY RUDE . Someone with this kind of attitude should not own a business. Rudnes for days.
Soup and food was amazing accept that we needed more soup they said no. Service lady was somehow not friendly
Loved the food! Great service definitely we ll be returning
Best somali food, 10/10 Great service
Love their food, the best Somali food in Toronto.
Ill come to try it.. Looks good from seeing the photos. Ive been to other Somali restaurants . I love the rice. People always ask how its made. I tell them its the broth from the meat the rice is cooked in. Ill come by soon
They don t have a customer service at all I went there to buy some food there was no cashier been standing there for nearly 10 minutes finally one of their customers who knew the owner came to me and took my order a lady was in the kitchen screaming and Yelling!!! Another day I called them i was trying to order Iftar as it was during Ramadan a lady answered the phone but she is not talking to me at all she s busy with other things as i can hear her voice talking to another person after long 2 minutes she hangs up on me call them back and they never answered.
Attempted to place an order, the lady who answered was extremely rude, yelled over the phone, and hung up. Over priced for rude entitled service. Never order from here
I tried to order from here , the phone rang for a while and i gave up. They called back and said hello and hung up on me. I tried to call back and no answer. You guys need better customer service. We understand times can be busy but you should respect your customers more. Im glad i saved my money.
So rude the owner
Food was good but customer service was almost zero.
Very spicy other than that it delicious
The worst place to get some food plz dont go there guys waist of money.
The portion and quality of the food is amazing
Amazing service and very friendly staff. One of my favorite restaurants in Toronto. The food is so delicious and big portion. The price is very reasonable.
Best Somali food ever. Their pasta tasted brought back memories of childhood trip to Milan, Italy. Great home cooked feels!
Good little hidden gem. Found parking right across the street.
Sea service. You wait a long time when you order
Expensive, low quality services.
Good Somali Restaurant in the downtown core. The only one I believe. Friendly service.
So special
Nice food
Great Thai food but it wasnt very spicy. I guess the cook has added a lot of coconut cream into the dish. Overall it was good. There isnt enough space for a large group of people.
It was a great experience overall, the staff is very inviting and welcoming. The food had amazing flavours and generous portion sizes. I had a wonderful experience with Somali food in this restaurant in the core of Toronto.
Good place for Somalian Food
Nice dishes served but when you go have something extra in your pocket because the pricing on the board isnt what you got to pay even when tax is added. I once requested goat meat and rice that was listed for $18, when the waiter brought my meal with 3 pieces of meat in it, one fleshy one and two bony ones, it was when he told me its $25 because this one is special goat meat; but earnestly I would prefer the ordinary one I been receiving which had way lot more pieces of meat compare to this special one with just 3 pieces of bony meat. I went there another day and this time he said its $18, I put in for the same goat meat that he said is $18, I ask him again how much is it in total, and he said $18, after eating I give him $20 and he said thats it, I said no you got to give my change, you said $18 in total so give my change, he angrily give me $2 change and right at the door as I left the shop my phone drop and the screen got damaged badly, so Ive never went back there and have no plans to go there again. Im not sure if this is the business, but its an African own restaurant on Parliament street, not too far from 262 Parliament street I intended writing this review on, so if it is the business then yes thats my review.
The best food ever as it suppose to be.
on of the best Somali restaurant in Toronto
A quiet atmosphere. Delicious food and tasty treats.
Portion size is good, but taste not what Im used to with other Somali restaurants. Dont know any other places downtown, though
Amazing food and delicious
Very good food
