I want to start by saying the staff is amazing here, however; the manager of this establishment needs to be let go immediately! He s rude, we called to speak about an issue on an Uber eats order and asked if he can make an adjustment as there was a screw up with the app The staff understood the issue and tried to explain it to the manager who just screamed at us and told his he staff to deal with it and walked away. After this experience, I can honestly say that I will never order from this store again and I won t ever visit this location again as I use to go there often with friends regularly and have seen this manager get upset when things weren t going smoothly with orders

Of all the locations, I love this location the most. The wings will be made qualitatively and the toppings will be added perfectly. The service is very satisfactory and they respond quickly to complaints or problems, which is why I give everything 5 stars.

Understaffed, slow service, cold food sometimes, zero bar vibe. The owner clearly doesnt care about this place and it shows. Will no longer be coming here anymore.

I ordered wings from Uber eats and they are kind of hit and miss. Some were ok to taste some were awefully pathetic. Its ok to order once but not more than that. Not worth it

When i went there for dine in the service was good, the food was like wow and delicious I recommend you to go and try their wings - lot of sauce options. My personal favourite is smokey garpar and hot honey

Ordered the 2 for 1 wing deal on Uber Eats. Super disappointed at the quality of the veggies. This is supposed to be 2 servings. Looks like shavings from the compost bin. The veggies were rotting and inedible.

Im so glad I made the decision to order wings from here for my girls party. I ordered traditional cowboy, nachos, appetizer platter and fries..everything was cooked to perfection. Their Nachos portion is really good and have lot of options for sauce flavours. Ash was very welcoming and made the recommendations very easy. Overall I will definitely come back with friends here.

My husband and I stopped in here on New Years Day 2024 around 7pm to grab takeout. There is about only 5 people inside, the place was freezing !!!! WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR TAKEOUT!!! The wings were just ok which is pretty sad for a WING place!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO WILD WING AGAIN NOR THIS LOCATION!!!

I visited wild wings with my family last weekend.I really loved the ambience , service and the food served.. my son who is v choosy about food, especially loved the French fries and wings a lot.. I highly recommend this place and it s a must visit..

First time coming to this location, and worth the visit. Food was really good especially poutine and TRD Single spicy garpar wings hit the spot. My wife ate the Ceasars salad and the portion size was really big. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and pretty. I want to try the Hg Trd wings next time as they suggested. We also took a pound of boneless wings home for kids which they loved. Their new daily specials are also quite interesting especially Monday and Tuesday wings one!!

Ordered Uber Eats from this location. Our chicken tenders were raw. We were duped because there were a few cooked ones. My fiance ended up eating an entire raw one not realizing it. Can t believe we paid $28 for Salmonella. Also don t give in to their Buy 1 Get 1 on Uber Eats - they gave us 8 tenders when it was supposed to be 10 and only 1 serving of fries when it was supposed to be 2. They re gonna scam you! We already contacted Uber Eats for this health violation. And I m bringing it to the local public health units next.

Poor service; unprofessional, inattentive, sporadic, and indifferent. I ordered a drink and wings from a young adult, male server. He never returned to my table afterwards. I could hear him telling a personal story, throwing F-Bombs liberally throughout, while he. sat. at. the. bar. The second server dropped off my wings much later. without making a comment or introducing herself. She was walking away when I asked for a fork. I also requested ketchup, then I asked for salt as well. She then brought me a plate with napkins, utensils and one wet wipe. There were two servers. Neither returned to my table to ask about my food or offer to bring another beverage, despite the female server inquiring at tables on either side. I cant imagine that it was too terribly busy, as the male server was frequently seated at the bar. A couple at a nearby table ordered their drinks and food, but had to ask again for their drinks once their wings arrived at the table, as theyd never received them after theyd initially ordered. My wings and fries werent hot, and they were soggy, but nobody came back and I was hungry. I wanted another drink by this time, but again, nobody offered. Once I finished my sub par food, I sat for several minutes. I gathered my belongings, got my coat on and stood up, thinking someone might come over. Nope. I walked to the bar, where the server laughed at me when I answered him that, No, everything *wasnt* all right. I paid reluctantly, and had to ask for my receipt. I cannot imagine myself returning, and I am sure I wont be missed. This was just such a negative experience.

terrible, went there at 1pm but couldn t order any alcohol because the guy working wasn t lisenced and sever wasn t in until 3 pm on a friday ! what s the point of being open at 12pm if you can t serve drinks until 3 . i will never go here again

We called in our order for pickup. The chicken burger was soggy and not very warm. The music in the background was extremely loud to the point that the girl who took the order could not hear. We repeated each part of the order and asked for an order of sweet potato fries, a large wing order along with a chicken burger that comes with regular fries. We bring the order home and there are no order of the sweet potato fries and the side the chicken burger came with were sweet potato fries. To boot, I was charged an extra 3$ for the fries. I called the store when we got home and the gentleman who answered tried to imply that it was our fault and appeared to have been a misunderstanding. Maybe the misunderstanding would not have happened if his staff had better listening skills and the music wasnt so loud. I wouldnt return as a customer based on the condescending behaviour of the staff. Support your your staff however, support the customers that pay your bills. There are many other wing places that would respect my business!

Worst Uber order I have received in 10 years! Received half my order, the tenders were like popcorn chicken, the gravy was refrigerator cold. Will never order from wild wings ever again. Exactly what you don t want to get. Just gross. I ate the entire meal myself and was suppose to Share with a friend. There was not enough left for him. I feel scammed!

Went there yesterday with my children and found a DEAD MOUSE under my table. We moved to a new table. Was told they had recently passed their food safety certificate and that there was no issues, not even any concessions offered for our experience.

The food was excellent and worth money. Restaurant is live with music and games ON. New offers are really good and reasonable. Best Ribs and personal favourite is traditional wings with Sweet escape, gar par flavours. Yummy Tummy

I recently visited Wildwing Restaurant at millwood-Bayview and had an amazing experience that I cant wait to share. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu that satisfied my taste buds. They provides a great ambiance, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends and family. Peaceful and service is really quick. The restaurant s kid-friendly approach stood out as they provided my cousin s kids with crayons to keep them entertained, even the kids menu itself is entertaining. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their new manager is very welcoming and she briefed us about their daily specials - my favourite is Sundays. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic dining experience with your friends and family.

We ordered online and we re told that our order would be ready 30-45 minutes afterward. We arrived there 45 minutes later to be told that our order would be ready in 15 minutes (which was annoying, but we were okay to wait). When we came back 15 minutes later our we were told to wait another 15 minutes. After waiting over 30 minutes we received our food. We were not apologized too or did not receive a discount for the long wait time. To be honest we are fine to wait a little longer than expected when we order food (things happen we get that!), however no apology and very poor service did not make us feel great about our experience. Probably won t be returning.

After making a last minute order on the phone with the very helpful Victoria working at the time, I had a great experience with the great customer service and help to get the best deal for two people.The food was great and even though I was late picking it up Victoria was understanding and patient with me. Definitely worth my visit

I ordered some wings and a sandwich from here through Uber Eats. What I didn t expect was to get 7-8 pieces of soggy wings for $20.

We tried the Southern Fried Wings. Shame on you to come across as a specialty wing place and sell frozen wings similar if not Pintys wings. Never again.

Was finishing my dinner when another customer come to pick up an order, turn out one item is missing, and they showed their phone to them, instead of apologizing or finding out how, they threaten the customer to do not come back twice. So as they wish, we will not come back to this place.

We come weekly. Super nice owner wings and service great. Salads always fresh. Tuesday is half price wings but somehow we always get here on Thursday. Highly recommend.

Yet another 1-star review for this place. Very rude and unapologetic, for their mistake. Full of ridiculous excuses instead of eatable food. The meal was a direct order on their website, and I picked it up myself. Disappointingly, only half the meal was made upon pickup, waited 10 mins for the rest of the forgotten food to be made. In the meantime, the food I had received was now cold, soggy and unappetizing. Not surprisingly, the missed food was prepared in a hurry and was undercooked and soggy, too. I have more things to say about the extremely rude bar tender on that evening, but I ll settle with saying the course on customer service, professionalism, and general kindness was painfully and obviously not taken or cared about. Overwhelmingly dissatisfied and let down from this business. I will, as the bar tender instructed, never come back.

Remembering the Hot Honey Garlic Parmesan wings and finding myself craving them, I ordered some for delivery. My order came quickly and the driver was very friendly. I was, however, very disappointed in my wings though; the flavour was off and the wings were soggy. I tried to convince myself that I was starving and eat them, but couldnt. After 3 wings, I discarded the remainder. I guess sometimes memories of how yummy something was should stay as a memory lol

One of the worst wild wings Ive been to. We ordered a chicken salad, potato skins and 1lb of wings. When our order arrived the potatoe skins had zero flavor.. no salt, with miniscule bits of embarrassing bacon. I rated the wings 4/10 the barbaque sauce was cold and seemed like it was thrown on for the sake of throwing sauce on wings... The chicken salad was the grand finale it arrived with 1 ranch dressing in a tiny container that was barely enough to coat the top of the salad. To this day I have never seen a chicken salad with so little chicken pieces and dressing. The chicken was cut in tiny squares that were no larger then half inch cubes. We struggled to find the chicken. When I told the lovely waitress that we were not pleased with the salad she asked the chef to remove the dish from our bill. This so-called chef said that they have No Such Policy I couldnt believe what I heard so I went into the restaurant to confront this cook ask how can a restaurant not have a Policy to cancel an item? The cook didnt even bother to look at me and didnt the courtesy to come out and speak with me... even with social distancing. Finally the waitress called the owner and was able to cancel the dish but not the terrible experience. I live on Bayview and there so many amazing pubs and restaurants that serve amazing Warm Wings and hearty salads. Will never recommend or go back to wild wings again...

This place should go out off business, the order of chicken wings does not include dipping sauce or carrot and celery like in the other locations. Be aware you have to pay extra for it.

Have ordered from this place through Uber 2-3 times. Their boneless gar par is to die for. Its a tad more expensive than most places but its 100% my go to taste wise and quality is just much better. Edit: My experience is similar to other customers as of late now that the management has changed. Something has changed and the food no longer tastes the same. I think the sauce changed for the coating. There was nothing wrong with the service and the food wasnt bad, it just wasnt what I had eagerly anticipated. Knowing this, I likely will not order again.

Wild wings has good combination of flavors. We tried double flavor wings with Gar par and Texas flavor plus Sweet potato fries. The food quality was lower than average. It was super greasy that felt bitter taste in my mouth. I do not suggest here if you have craved for wings.

We live in the area and have tried this Wild Wing under various management teams and have had no major complaints. Today at 7 pm we decided to go in watch the basketball game since we saw the large banner outside the restaurant (as well as on their website and written on the chalkboard) that stated Half price wings all December long with the stipulation of purchasing a drink. My partner and I both purchased drinks and proceeded to order the triple (3 lb order of wings). Everything was fine up until we went to pay, and saw that we had been charged the full amount for the wings, not the 1/2 off promo as advertised. When we asked our waitress (Jane) about this, we were informed that this promotion was only available for the single order. We were not informed about this when we ordered and if this promotion is only for the single order, it should be advertised on the signage and on their website. Nowhere does it say on any mention of the promo that this deal is only for the single order. Honestly, we felt misled and tricked. The wings were not bad but not worth the feeling of being tricked by this promo. It shouldnt be up to the customers to determine what is eligible for the promotion or not, especially if there is no restrictions listed on the banner besides the description of a purchase of a drink. We will not be returning to support this business and I suggest you take all of their future promotions with a grain of salt.

Waitress was great! Decor was great, and restaurant was very clean! Some of the wings were tiny though, like I mean not even a full bite of meat on some of the flats. I used to work in a kitchen, and those wouldn t nor shouldn t have been served. The flavour of the wings were good, and our experience was comfortable. Will be back when it s warmer!

Your waitresses who are there to serve food brought from the kitchen and relaying messages from management to customers vice versa, are truly doing their best. However...the new manager of this place is not doing their job and is letting this place down. Food is not served in a reasonable time (we did wait an hour + AND for the wrong food), dishes that food and drink were served on were filthy (ketchup was in our pitcher of beer)...When we got a hold of management she blamed the new staff she hired...Staff she should of throughly trained instead of embarrassing and hiding behind My concern is, have improvements been made? My experience was a few months ago and I d love to revisit if things are looking more on track.

There was no other customers when we went in. We were brought a very dirty sauce covered appetizer plate, cold wings, 2 of the three flavors were identical and the server kept leaving the restaurant. Not good wouldnt recommend.

The service was good and it a nice, quaint place to go on a date (during non busy times; the location is very small).

Came here with a group of coworkers for lunch at 1pm on a Wednesday and they were closed.. sign & website say they open up at 11am. Maybe adjust your hours online if you arent going to be open for business when you say you are! Luckily just a short walk north we found Duffs wings- which was open!

Bad service

Im a bit split. Weve been here twice now. Once it was great, the other time it was pretty mediocre. Each time the place was almost completely empty, mysteriously, and the second time we went, the service managed to be slow and sloppy despite being the only customers in the building. That being said, the first time however, the lady serving us was really nice and very good at her job. We got a double order of wings both times we went, and to be clear, the wings were excellent each time. The variety is good, and its fun choosing a couple different types and sharing them. The bugbear is with the sides. A double order of wings comes with fries, carrots, and celery (as well as your choice of 2 types of dip). The first time we went, we got a lot of each, and the fries in particular were really good. We were almost more excited to come back for the fries than the wings! However go number 2, we received at least 40% fewer fries, and they tasted as if theyd never been seasoned. Whats worse, we were each treated to a single piece of carrot, and a single piece of celery. Let me remind you we chose two whole dips for this meal. We had as many containers as dip as we each had vegetables! How does that even happen, we were literally the only people there. Suffice it to say, the wings were still very good, but the sides situation was very disappointing, and just a waste of money. Having only gone twice its difficult to tell which of these two experiences is more demonstrative of the place as a whole, but our experience the second time around was disappointing enough that we likely wont be back.

We have enjoyed the food here for many years. Last week we dropped in again and were pleasantly surprised by the updated looks. The service was a little slow, but our waitress-from Plymouth, England- was nice and friendly. The wings were excellent, crunchy yet soft, fresh and well cooked. We have talked to the new owner; he was welcoming and gave us a few food recommendations for our next visit. Overall a very good experience, we would surely go back!

Honey garlic gar par wings are so good, might even have to go back to get some more. Service is good, food came pretty quick, although it was only me and one other person was in there so id have to see how it is when it is more busy. Fries were good to cant complain and also have half price wings since i guess they just opened so i pint of canadian and wings and fries cost me about $17 thats a really good price. Oh and i also was able to get the wifi password when i asked which was a bonus

This restaurant is impeccably clean. Its the first thing that stands out right after you are greeted warmly when you come in. Theres ample seating space in the dining room or bar and lots of TVs with the latest sports on to enjoy with your food or drink. Dinner service here is often really good; the staff are attentive and offer daily specials regularly to new guests. Mind you, most of the things youd expect to be frozen usually are as this is a pub. But that bring said, even the things that are, are treated with a high level of care for food safety. Ive had the chance to see the kitchen multiple times. Each time it was absolutely spotless. Everything was clean and put away where it was supposed to be. Things were labelled and stored properly. As for the washroom, as clean as the kitchen and the rest of the restaurant (other establishments could learn from this) Surprisingly, the owner (or sometimes the owners wife) is there during dinner service which seems to be the busiest time. Considering that most managers and owners in other restaurants leave before dinner even starts, its nice to know the people who run this place take care and are accountable to their customers by being available at the busiest of times. Ive eaten here many times and never had a complaint. I would return any time and would urge anyone who was apprehensive about pub food to come here to try it. It really sets the bar for other places to meet.

Absolutely horrible service. Waiter couldnt tell me if their medium sauce was butter based and responded very rudely. Seemed like they felt indignant that I had come to their restaurant and had 1 single question.

If there was a zero star rating, I would do so. My husband and I went to this location last night at 8:30pm and the server did not seem like she wanted to be there that evening. Had to ask for a drink menu after 10 minutes of waiting when the server said shed bring one to us. Took our drink and food order 5 minutes later and was later told by the server that my drink order cannot be made. We ordered 2lb wings and realized by 9:20pm that we still did not get our food and yet the guests that came in after us and was seated a few tables away from us got a table full of food. When we went up to the bar to ask the server when we should be expecting our food, she couldnt tell us and some guy that worked there told us they were just starting our to cook our order. Just as we went back to our table, the same guy went back into the kitchen and came out with 3 baskets of food for that table. In all honesty, the level of service is extremely poor, management did not make an effort to communicate with us or made our visit a pleasant one. I emailed the company to address this awful experience and all I got was a reply saying Thanks for the wonderful comment. This implies to me that they dont care and that nothing is going to be done about it. Bottom line: there are much better wing joint establishments out there that will be a greater dining experience than this place.

Great food and good service. Try the Some Beach wings, they are the best. Get it with extra hot sauce if you prefer some more spice.

First wings night out with the family in Toronto and the wings quality is pretty good. I was there on a Tuesday for wings night and got the wings for half the price. They charge you $3 for pop which you have to buy to get wings deal. Thats how they make money? Anyways overall the wings were good n the service was average.
