I ordered veggie delite footlong. I wanted to add the CRISPY ONIONS on it, they charged 3.00 $ for that. This is the first subway store ever which charged for the onion. Do not come to this store. Food : 1/5

The worst store ever. They charged 3$ extra for crispy onions. If you guys are hungry for the money you have other options like working for it what everybody is doing in this world rather than just stealing it like a stupid simp. Try to improve your customer service or i would say just take the most important thing you need which is retirement from food industry.

Won t be coming back here. Bought two foot longs, the guy preparing the subs kept putting very minimal toppings on. A tuna sub and a tandoori sub cost $30 on top of that. Never again.

I ordered two Footlongs through the mobile app with a promotion, and they confirmed the order, but then canceled it. Its the first time Ive seen Subway cancel my order. After reviewing the Google reviews, I understand why it was canceled; it seems the owner is only concerned about money. Their prices are also higher than all the other Subway stores around. What a weird place to order. If youre close to Kennedy and Ellesmere, I would suggest going to 1620 Birchmount Rd. They have the best employees and provide the best service.

I see a similar pattern in the reviews as my experience. Cheap owner who should be stripped of his franchises. Ordered through the app and at pickup arrival was told my order was cancelled because this location doesn t honour online deals/coupons. If this is the case, head office should remove the location from online promos. I ll be interested to see what the corporations response is to their practice of cancelling business in the name of his profit. Sounds like scam practice.

This store charged me $3.00 for crispy onions. The owner must be an idiot. For comparison sake, my veggie sub was $9.59, so the crispy onions were almost a third of the cost. I won t be going back here.

I ve never been to a worse subway in my life. Every experience I ve had here was subpar. One time they made my sandwich completely inedible by accidentally putting mustard all over it and then offering no resolution for the mistake. Usually I m forgiving for mistakes but it s not like I can scrape the sauce off my sandwich. Another time a worker scammed me into getting a gift card for a promotion that was no longer available and would not get me in touch with the manager to fix the issue and gave me any excuse to get me out of the door faster (only works if you purchase with the card, try a diff restaurant our scanner isn t working, etc.). Realistically this is probably just the fault of whoever is training these people. The only smart training they receive is making you pay before the sandwich is even made so they don t have to provide you with anything after they ruin your meal. Anyhoo I doubt anyone s reading reviews before going to a Subway anyways so this probably doesn t matter, but as an avid Subway sandwich enjoyer I hate this location so much I needed to provide a cautionary tale to you folks. Save yourself from disappointment and eat at the Subway on Ellesmere/Birchmount, they never let you down. Staff is super friendly and knows how to properly put a sandwich together which I didn t think was asking for much but man was I wrong. Anyways Eat Fresh I guess

Highly unprofessional behavior , employees dont even know how to make sub or even talk to customer.

Best subway I have been to. The lady serving was amazing. No cross contamination which is hard to find in subways. All other stores I have been to grabs the meat or bacon with the same gloves they touch the vegetables. This place is amazing as they are careful with it.

Very bad service and the stuff specially the stuff they are not good they don t understand nothing I give them $50 cash look at the 50 and they say can you change it I ask them why they don t have even answer. Fast and friendly service. Tables were clean and place was tidy. Food was what you expected at a subway restaurant.

Toppings are old and rotted. The guy making the sandwich litterly just throws things on it doesnt spead the toppings then drenched the dressing...I never write reviews like ever but this was a joke.

I pre-ordered using the subway app, waited for the time and confirmed the sandwich was ready. Upon arrival, the sandwich was not ready, they rushed to make it and skipped various instructions such as toasting and grilling. No additional ownership was taken for their fault, lack of professionalism. You can t submit on the subway website as the date required, but you are unable to click or fill in the text box.

Fats service and neat restaurant.

Ordered on the subway app and order got messed up. The employees did try to make the order right by sending out what was missing but I had already left to go to work and all I wanted was to speak with a manager regaurding this issue. Unfornutatly management is very poor here and they refused to speak with me or even set up a date and time in the future to discuss the issue. Staff did everything they could to try to get the manager to call me but they refused. I contacted subway guest services, and I will update this review based on the outcome from that. So far lost money. Based on all the other negative reviews almost all based on management on this location and the ignorant responses to other reviews from the manager calling reviews jokes amd not realizing that there is a problem, I will continue to push this issue calling and writing to head office until they take action.

They charge $3.50 for extra cheese.... a turkey sub with extra cheese cost me $17. Not worth the price at this location.

Probably the worst subway in the city. Friend got food poisoning! Staff do not listen to what you ask for. Vegetables do not look good or fresh.

Amazing service & sandwich

The owner does not pay his staff for work they do. He makes them overtime without paying overtime pay. He also tells at them for making minor mistakes and forces them to do all the work while he stands there and does nothing. I have seen this happen many times. I no longer go this location.

Ordered twice online over a span of a month, was disappointed both times. I put more in all toppings but was given a stale bread with next to no veggies for ~$2-3 more per sub compared to other subways.

Ordered on Uber eats and by the time I get my order the bread is a frickin rock, had no cheese, and barely any meat but they made sure to put lots of veggies though smfh if I wanted a veggie sub I would have ordered one I got the steak and cheese never again was cold by the time it was delivered ended up throwing it out couldnt make it through the whole thing waste of money and I better get a refund from uber

Honestly the worse subway I ve been too. I ordered a veggie sandwich and when I requested toppings she would take two pieces at a time and put it on the sub. When I requested more veggies she would literally take one spinach leaf at a time and put it on the sub. I honestly stopped asking for toppings at that point since it was clear they were putting bare minimal toppings on purpose. The bun was also quite hard and difficult to eat even though it was toasted. Waste of money. There was more bread than veggies on the veggie sandwich. I m extremely disappointed. I wouldn t have minded paying an additional fee for the toppings if they were cost cutting on them. Don t waste your time.

If I could give less than one star I would. By far the worst subway in the city. 55 minutes to make two subs. Ive had 2 uber drivers cancel because of how long it takes them to do their job. 2nd driver said they werent even busy in there. Save yourself the time and just get food elsewhere.

Went to this location this evening to order a sub. Asked for Lettuce and she barely put any on. There wasnt even enough to cover my 6 inch sub. I asked for a little more and she pointed to a sign that stated a shortage of Lettuce and that they have to get it from the US. I told her I was only asking for a little more so that my sub was fully covered. And she refused. So I told her I no longer want the sub and walked out. I then went to another location up the street where there was no sign posted about a Lettuce shortage and the staff there allowed me to ask for extra on all my toppings.

Always a wait . Today 1 staff member only . Yesterday 2 staff members but one was watching other employee work while has was waiting on cash in stead of serving other customers. I would give 0 stars if I could! My friend and I went in yesterday and the lady basically refused to put any toppings of any kind in mine and her sub, except bacon/cheese, and she didn t even let us pick the cheese at first. (It was the bacon and cheese grilled panini).No lettuce or anything! I had to argue with her that this is subway and you are allowed to add toppings to sandwiches, eventually she did (after 3 minutes of explaining it to her) but not without trying to tell me the subs can only come with bacon and cheese.

An absolutely great customer service given by an employee working there, named Shivani. She is really good at multi tasking, agreat customer service by asking every single customer for if they wanted a combo, calm and intact even in busy environment. The food was great and of good quality. Shes got the right skills needed. Give her a promotion ;)

I love Subway, this is a bad location. Its prices are higher then most Subways, their products are limited to the bare minimum of what is needed on the menu (fewer spices, less drink choices on fountain, etc). My verdict is Subway is great, this location is best to avoid if possible.

Terrible terrible service. The workers have no regard of making a sub to order. I asked for less mayo and very little olives and they dumped large quantities of both. When I asked them to remove a bit of it .they said that its too bad. As a customer facing business this is unacceptable. Will not be returning, as Im extrmeext disappointed.

First of all when you walk in the place the cashier/server doesn t greet you. They don t even offer you a special looking in my face like I retarted and just wanted me to hurry up order. Only to order a 6 inch dried up sandwich that cause 8 dollars. This is terrible. At least the service there should be better for overprice sandwich.

Aways good value for the money. The sub of the day is under $5 for the 6in sandwich. I enjoy eating my sub inside with a nice cold drink.and its always nice when they put on the toppings that you want. Lots of free parking in Scarborough. Enjoy.
