Very good service.

Disha was amazing at this subway I visited. Excellent service and communication. She made perfect veggie patties sub for me with exact amount of sauces that I needed. Would definitely recommend this location to my friends as they serve very fresh subway.

Dont listen to the bad reviews. This is Subway, and Subway are all the same except for the one on dufferin and finch (that one is special). The food is exactly what you expect from subway and it made my girlfriend happy so like I guess thats good. The workers were doing some weird stuff on the parking lot but I suppose its just part of the service.

Fast services

Extremely long wait times even when there s only one customer ahead who ordered one sandwich. Employee is super ignorant as she cannot hear anything with her AirPods Pro in her head.

We ordered more than one sandwich and the toppings and sauce are all minimum! Rip off, plus the wrap isn t even sealed for take out! Horrible service and rude employee who don t even look at you when handing the bag of food!

Fast and efficient, and the staff are nice. Probably one of the fresher Subway locations out there, and it always has tables to sit at no matter the time of day.

Nandini did an amazing job in making our sandwiches. She took time and with utmost patience she made our sandwiches exactly how we wanted it. Great place, very nice service.

I want a free sandwich out of this. I put it straight in the garbage after picking up my mobile order. Is this how you guys make sandwiches when people aren t looking? Pathetic.

My go to location never had an issue here ladies always polite during my interactions. Great location in a plaza full of other shopping needs and tons of parking. I ve dined in and takeout during my previous times and always a pleasure.

Beware, the store hours on the web and sign on door show 11 pm. I went there at 8:20 pm and went to open the door but they were locked. The girl behind the counter was rude, she shook her finger and head saying no no no, witch is not very professional. They should have put a sign up with an apology and the nearest location that is open. Insulting customers is just wrong.

A prime Subway location. Fast staff, large area for dining/distancing (depending on pandemic status), and high quality and good tasting food. Im happy its here!

Lets say that 2 employees should not make a sub for 1 person. Also, working with a customer, finish with them, then proceed to the next. Ended up getting someone elses sub, having to go back to the restaurant explaining it etc. Not the experience you want when just stopping to get something to eat quickly.

I am reading reviews and I understand i am not the only one that thinks this place has multiple issues. I arrived at restaurant after 10 , they open at 8. Toaster wasn t turned on (it takes at least 10 min to heat it up) and grilling machine wasn t working. Employee had to put everything in microwave. I asked for ketchup on my sandwich and employee told me she will put it on the side,l, i checked bag it s not there.

Avoid this location. Seemed like week old bread and attitude from staff.

Very rude older lady She was rude to the 2 previous people before me wanted to leave but needed a subway badly .I was eating when I found a piece of plastic in my food.

Priced at 9.99 and receipt telling me its C$10.49, service not that bad.

The guy working here right now is the slowest person in the world. He spent 11 mins for one customer, and 9 for another one. I have been waiting for 20 mins to make an order. Awful!!!

I went to this morning to grab a sub after 8am. But it didn t open

Just went and got a sub from there, the girl working wasn t paying attention to anything I said. I asked for house sauce she put hot sauce, I said one sec she through some mayo on. She toasted the sub without the veggie patty then toasted it separately and tried to squeeze in the patty. The whole time the manager is there but on the phone and didn t seem to care much. Probably won t go back here. Vegetarian options: Got veggie patty sub but lady making it has no clue what she was doing .

I walk in and since there are no signs promoting it, ask if they are offering a free 6 sub with a $25 GC purchase. I am told yes. I ask if I can do that 4 times. I am told yes, but it may have to go on my credit card as 4 $25 transactions instead of 1 $100 transaction. I said fine. I wait quite a while for them to set up the first gift card and pay for it. I asked if Ill be getting 4 coupons for free 6 subs, as I have at many other locations in the past. She says no, you can only have 1 free sub and you have to buy it now. I said I dont want it now; you are supposed to give me a coupon good until late January. She says they dont have anything to give me. I ask for my $25 back...she says that they cant re-credit my credit card (what?????). Finally she gives me $25 cash FROM HER OWN WALLET and I leave. Picture of this place should be in Websters dictionary under INCOMPETENCE.

Waited for 15 mins to get my order placed. The owner should be aware it s lunch time and should provide more staff. I felt pity for the server as she s only one taking care of all the orders. That s not how this works. You need more staff.

Can t even use the word unsanitary. This location is just plain gross

Went to Subway, located at Dufferin and Steeles. Got 3 foot long steak n cheese but seller gave us partial filled scoop steak. When we asked to give more she charged us $3 for adding what she already cut. Then we asked for combo, she again charged us separately for cookies drinks... $36 meal ended being $51. Wont go back there ever again

Hours on the door and online say you open at 9 AM but there is never anyone there that early. Change the hours or open on time.

Subs are always good when I go to this location however today for some reason (sept 26th) I went in and it was like a cold winters day.... based on how hot they had it inside... its 20 degrees today with sun, not winter. The girl should go to the doctor if she thinks its cold lol

I like to pick up breakfast on weekends and I enjoy a good sub from subway for breakfast, this locations hours say they open at 9am but they are never open so I just gave up and go to other places that are actually open when they say they are. Maybe you should adjust your hours to reflect your real store hours.

Not sure if prices vary from store to store but I used to get a simple pizza sub for $7 Was charged $9 at this location. Quality and taste is level across all stores so you know what youll get here which is nice.

These days you can mix and match....

Convenient location, neat and clean inside. I wasnt very happy for a few reasons, first they didnt have a lot of toppings available and two I felt like the customer service wasnt very polite. Ive been to other subways before, where most are always nice and polite, and even if they do run out of toppings at least apologize.

Google said theyd be open by 8 on Saturday, the sign on the window said 9, I got tired of waiting by 9:20. This location has had very erratic hours during the pandemic so dont trust the hours you see listed here.

Banreet. Was behind the counter. Two other women in the store were NOT WEARING MASKS. Again, this is the second take-out restaurant in this area where people are not wearing masks. Banreet tried to defend the fact that these other women were not wearing masks. They post signs outside their restaurant. They post all the right signs. But inside the restaurant..... One of the women not wearing a mask said she forgot. I cant believe that. I just cant believe it.

Made the mistake of ordering online. They cant seem to get a simple order right. Its a Veggie sandwich and yet they seem to have difficulties understanding or reading the order correctly. 4 pounds of lettuce is not what I consider to be a veggie sandwich. Had to go back twice and they still got it wrong.

Asked 2 times for chicken bacon ranch salad, the lady barely put any chicken in my salad, put one tomato slice and never added the bacon. I got a dirty look when I asked for more tomatoes and she added one more slice... Horrible experience

Quick service but more like an assembly line, the staff isnt engaging. Clean location. Food quality is good. But they are extremely stingy on portions, particularly if you choose the as a salad option- the result is a container less than half full that leaves you hungry and feeling tipped off. If you want salad option, Pita Pit is a far superior option.

I have had terrible experiences back to back. Subway used to be the paramount of healthy fun fast food. Now it has been tainted with unfriendly and callous employees. The lady overcharged me and then later messed up my sandwich and both times she blamed me! She was unfriendly. Unwilling to take the blame for a simple accident and both times berated me. Even with a guy behind me she messed up again and when she remade my sandwich she was very stingy and rude when she said they were out of some of the breads. This is not cool and from what it seems she works there a lot so i will not be going back.

Came here for four meatball marinaras and Preet was kind enough to get them ready, even though store was closing soon. The store was clean and customer service was great. I d travel to come back to this specific location.

Says on the sign on the door that they close at 11pm. Google maps says they close at 11pm and yet we are here at 6pm and the doors are locked. The lady inside is flailing her arms and telling us its closed. Ridiculous!

Not as enthralled as I used to be about Subway sandwiches. Since that Marketplace special that aired that they have fillers in their chicken and that McDonalds chicken fillets has a way higher percentage of actual chicken. Hope Subway have adjusted since then.

The staff here were super nice, extremely accommodating with my order and all was to my satisfaction. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was perfect. I will definitely come back to this location again!

I have been going to this location for some time, and the server is always really nice. However today, this other server Payal was extremely rude. She burned my sandwich as she was going to the back to do stuff. When she took it out of the oven it was black (clearly burned). She asked me what veggies I wanted so I pointed out it was burned. She sighed (like I was being unreasonable and somehow it was my fault) and very grudgingly got another bread to toast. She toasted that bread for THREE seconds (barely toasted) and then scraped off the blackened meat and cheese from the original sandwich ... I hope I get the other nice server when I go back next time ...

Skimps on meat. Ordered a steak and cheese sub and they put probably 65% of the meat that they should have put. Very upset.

This place is cheating customers big time. Since I have worked in Subway before I could clearly notice them giving less meat/veggies than standard subway limit in almost all the sandwiches they make. Please don t go to this location. If I can, I would give zero rating for this location.

Bad at customer service, I wanted my 12 inch to be cut in half and separate them into two and this old lady told me that they dont do that and will charge me for extra if she will do that. What she did instead is cut my sub into 3 ! My sister works at subway for how many years now and wherever subway I go, they always do separate the subway into 2 and will not charge you for extra.. but this location is an exception.

Not too bad. I felt like they put more tuna than any other subway did. They do not put a lot of veggies, and I think they charged me less than the said price (note that the kind of sandwiche and size were right on the receipt)?so yeah, Id go there again, I guess.

Place was dead. Ordered food. Prepared correctly had to change seats 2 times to find a clean table. 2 staff onsite. 1 working the counter, the other sitting in the back eating chips and playing with phone. The seated one saw us move 2 times and a small argument broke out between them. Was not in English so could not understand what was said but shortly afterward the seated employee got up and wiped tables. Food ok.

Though initially disappointed that I could not use this place as a means of transit, nor to purchase nuclear underwater craft, I resigned myself to try the sub that they offered. My disappointment quickly turned to satisfaction.

I ordered 2 party trays for the office meeting 2 days in advance I showed up 5 minutes after order time to find out that they just started to work on the sandwiches ... I wouldnt bother to rate them just for that if I was satisfied with the food. There were only 2 pieces of the tuna sandwiches in 2 trays and several sandwiches had ONLY vedges inside!! That is stealing!! I paid almost $100 for just bread with lettuce! This location just bringing down prestige of the chain.
