I had an offer for a free cookie for my birthday, and even though it cost 0 dollars, it still required a credit card. I showed the worker the coupon and they said they couldn’t just give me a free cookie, and after an hour of trying the app wouldn’t function.

I went in yesterday to order 2 turkey subs and the lady on shift took the turkey and ripped the slice of turkey in half and tried to say it was 2 slices. This happened to me before as well with the same girl and again tonight it happened to my sister with the same girl, my sister went into order a turkey sub and she ripped the slices of turkey in half unfortunately my sister hadn't noticed until she got home and went to take a bite to find little to no turkey on the sub. Ive made a complaint about the employee before and clearly nothing was done. Don't order from this subway location since clearly to don't get what you pay for. Also the employee had major attitude when i questioned why she was ripping my turkey in half.
I ordered 2 twelve inch subs and a 6 inch sub and was charged for them. I told the associate that two of these were combos. When I asked for cookies, I was told that there would be an extra charge. Also my sandwiches were toasted. I don't like my subs toasted. Finally when I got home I only had the 6 inch sub and one 12 inch sub, and one cookie per sandwich! Not cool!

This place is filthy!!! There are only 4 tables for two and a small bar table. I came at 11 am, there were no customers. I couldn't believe that this early in the day, no one had cleaned the restaurant. Everything was nasty! All tables, chairs, bar table, floor, and glass of their food counter were so dirty!!!!
This has been my second visit to this location. Store was dirty and empty. The associate making a customers' sandwich got it all wrong due to the lack of English literacy and used her hands to remove sandwich toppings after putting the wrong bbq sauce instead of garlic aloi. My family ordered sub of the day, x 3, which after being told it was the sub of the day we were charged 46.50, for 2 turkey subs and 1 ham sub. After speaking with the manager, who also left the first review on her own store site, she told me that the advertisement was false and there was nothing she could do. Throughly disappointed and would NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone. I have been in the service industry for over 20 years and was appalled on all levels of service by associates and manager
Owner should take care about cleanliness. It's getting more costlier than before. Eat veggie delite foot long which costs me more than $12 which were approx 17% high than before.

Visited the premises , thought subway makes their own bread , but didnt know they serve stale bread at night. i was famished had a footlong just got dissatisfied with the chewy bread which was pathetic my jaw literally hurt after eating that. In addition to that the veggie patty was dry too. Worst experience in any subway ever. The washroom was closed. They dont serve churros at night. I dont know how to react to it.

I just ordered a pick up order and they got it all wrong- mustard instead of Smokey honey mustard, toasted instead of grilled and its missing cheese. The grill is never working unless youre willing to wait the 15 minutes it takes to turn on because they just never turn it on. Never use the app/pick up, you have to watch what they put on.

Very very bad experience here. Why does this subway up charge everything by $2-$3??? I ve been going to different locations all over the GTA for the past month (subway is my fav) and my sandwich price has been the same every time. I asked why it was more expensive and was told that different locations had different prices which is not the truth. My sandwich was also a brick was I got it made it very hard to eat and enjoy. Spent $9 on a 6inch sandwich that s normally not even $7 I will reporting this location to Subway Canada as it seems they are breaking rules when it comes to pricing and service as well. The cashier was also very rude and rushed me and my friends just to get our orders done.

Fraudulent employees working . I placed an uber order , when the delivery driver went to pickup they said they didnt have the items so they cancelled it and i could still see it on my uber that they didnt cancel it , they asked me to cancel the order and assured me that i would get a full refund but when i cancelled my order i was charged for my whole order without even getting my food

Had my worst experience , when i entered the restaurant the counter was unattended . 2 guys were smoking weed at the main door one of them stepped in and told me give me 10 min ill be back , i was very hungry i tried to search other subway and i left but the subway was closed i have to come back to 2575 danforth avenue again. By this time the guy was mopping the floor. And he told me give me 10 min ( he wanted me to go ) . I requested him to hurry up but the guy literally took 15 min to mop small store and went inside for 10 min it was really disappointing and irritating. I was hungry and this is not the kind of service a restaurant should provide to their . Seriously a customers is waiting in the restaurant and the restaurant care taker is smoking and chilling outside. All i am asking is that an individual should be honest to his job

I dont usually leave bad reviews but this time i had to. I took an Uber about half an hour(230am Wed March 20) ago to get a sub at this supposed 24 hour? location and walked into the store and the employee said that he could not serve me for another 30 minutes because it was his break and the store was closed. Door was wide open, no sign saying that it was closed and he still refused my business. I get that employees need a 30 minute break but my guess is for the majority of these late night hours the employee is not working anyways. Thank you Subway for ruining my night!

The food gets 4 stars but thats it. Everything else bout this place gets a 1 to nothing stars and heres why. 1. The bathrooms are always closed even tho theres a city law forbidding places that serve food keeping there washrooms closed (crept during the outbreak). 2. The staff are nice but that location is overcharging massively. Went to the beaches one and the one at Coxwell both lower and Danforth stores and one of the ones downtown and seriously that location is the only one ik that charges me essentially 20 bucks for a combo (a sub, 2 cookies and a fountain drink). And number 3. Between 11pm to 6am depending on whos working they take the chairs away so u cant sit in and eat cuz they dont want the homeless to stay there overnight and sleep in the store while its open. In short, pass on this location seriously. There are better locations.
For whatever reason this locations prices are more. Plenty other ones in the area that charge less. I went in to get the sub of the day they informed me the 6 would be 1$ off the original price, that s not a deal lol

I recently visited the Subway restaurant located at this location and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was prompt.
