This location does not accept national coupons. There is currently a promotion for $7.99 build your own subs and they don't accept this promotion. Nothing says greedy to me like a franchise that doesn't except it's own franchise coupons. How freaking cheap can you be? Don't waste your money here, go to one of other dozens of subways in the area that do accept coupons. Teach these greedy owners a lesson.😹
This place is one of the few places I find that the employees actually want to have a conversation with you and see how you are doing above and beyond.
really shady place. i went there twice and i don't think i will anymore. I rather order Mr Sub. first time i went there, was charged the wrong amount and was also given a bag charge, even though they did not disclose this information before hand. Why charge .10 cents for a small paper bag??? i thought this was practice was done. the fact they didn't offer me the option if i wanted a bag or not, and that there is a charge is not right. plus i was charged the wrong amount(overcharged by $7 dollars) and it took a long time to get it fixed. the second time, went in for a cold cut combo footlong sandwich 9.99. just the sandwich!! when it was time to pay, i said it will be debit, no bag. with taxes should have been 11.29. lo' and behold, i'm being shown a charge of 15.10!! WHAT??? i asked the employee how much the foot long cold cut combo sandwich is, just the sandwich is!! he looked at the screen and he looked at me and then he said .. oh, i don't know what happen, it's a mistake" WTH!!! really??? this kat was about to swindle $4.00 from me!! I was close to just leaving the sandwich and not pay at all. not really trusting this establishment at all.

Staff and atmosphere were as expected. What happened to the prices though? Since when did 2 standard foot long subs cost $30? It's a sub, not a steak.
Was there to get a sub and even before placing the order, I asked the employee if the debit machine is working because 5 mins before I went to 3 shops near by and non of the debits were working due to a network outage. When I mentioned this to her, she said “no no it’s all good here”. Then when I tried making the payment twice, it got declined. And without hesitation she goes, “our machine is working fine, probably it’s your bank account that has the issue maybe with funds”. It’s the attitude she put forward that frustrated me a lot. Worst customer service I have seen in the recent months. Never going back here again.
Just got a delivery of chocolate chunk cookies, made fresh and chewy! The chicken sweet onion bowl had a nice grainy rice. I tried a $5 special that wasn’t spectacular. It’s a snack.
Good subway, fresh clean, tasty 👌🏻 a go-to subway of mine a few times a week usually.

Say what you want about subway in general, but my local shop is amazing. Been going for 3 years, and they are always perfect.
Just tried to get a sub around 7:30 and was told they are out of bread (only had flatbread) and aren t making any more for the night even though they don t close until 10:00pm. A sandwich shop without bread.
Sandwiches were good. They have discontinued carrying swiss cheese, which is a disappointment.
A dishonest company with gaslighting promotions that they almost NEVER honour and always have a bad faith excuse or con going. So typical a ponzi scheming anti-black country.
Went here one time and saw bed bugs in the bathroom. Left without ordering.
They ask for tips on checkout. Tips for what? Everything is already expensive as is

Excellent sub and excellent service
Just the average Subway, accepts all coupons has a make your own drink machine. If you are expecting a Subway then it will meet your expectations. Only problem is that they arent very strict towards people not wearing masks, they wont do anything.

Thank you mate! Whoever was working the shift at around 4 pm on March 19. My sidekick sandwich was super perfect. And I was happy. It brought a smile to my face. The guy was a jolly friendly fellow. Thank you so much buddy.
Don t go here! They are out of basically everything because of covid! No romaine lettuce? No advertised things. We learned our lesson won t be going here again.
They didnt have anything for my order. No grill for the wraps, no ceasar dressing or roman lettuce for a grilled caesar chicken. There were no more sandwiches for their promotional sandwiches. What restaurant on the planet doesnt have ceasar dressing! One kind of cheese. So disappointing. Dont go suggest

Drop by for the misgendering special. Honestly, youd think they would know what year it is.
The ingredients could be a bit fresher the pop machine is never stock up and always out of pops and flavors. The service is friendly.
This actually has to be the best Subway in GTA for service and sub quality. Staff is always friendly, attentive and quick. The only Subway Ill go to from now on.

A 6 inch veggie sub with no cheese and a bottle of water cost more than 8 bucks. That better be a good sandwich but it was as average at best
Worst subway in Toronto. Staff are beyond incompetent. Will disappear to the back for no apparent reason with customers waiting in line. Avoid at all costs.
Great service and great portions, especially for the salads we got, which were way better than most other subway branches weve been to. Great job!

Its a good place to get a quick bite to eat. The severs are polite, respectful and listen while you are placing your order so that you get what you want to eat quickly and hassle free.

Theres one lady that works who who is amazing, unfortunately Im here pretty late so the service is usually mediocre, to be somewhat expected late at night but still not worthy of a higher star. This particular visit I requested extra cheese several times about 5, he didnt even put the right amount on for regular cheese he noticed his mistake when he pulled it out of the toaster and added an extra piece of cheese at the end. 3 pieces of melted cheese 1 slice of non melted. Its late and Im not going to complain whatever he didnt hear my request, he still gave me a decent portion of veggies. I just wish theyd have a full selection of bread and cheese but cant be to picky late night. That being said they get proper portions at all times of a day Ill change my rating to 5
Typical Subway restaurant. Small Subway restaurant in the middle of Queenstreet West. Sandwiches to put together yourself. The service is quite good so far. In my opinion it could be a little cleaner. Its best to make your own impression.

I stopped in to this Subway restaurant and the sandwich artists made me a tuna six inch sub, toasted no cheese with lots of tomatoes, lettuce, and hot sauce. The restaurant was super clean, and there are plenty of seats to sit down and eat. I got my sub to go. - A Richard Trus review
