Excellent service by Susmita. I ordered 8 veggie wraps in rush hours for friend s gathering and she made it so perfect. We were pleased to have such an amazing wrap and served with polite and smile. Amazing customer service skills.

Angel is the best

Had to share this because it was one of the best service and food i tried in a while. i was confused what to order a guy abishek khadka suggested the great canadian club series it was delicious and the guy was really kind sweet and helpful to guide me through the store.Definitely impressed by the hospitality he gave through in this experience.

Went here after a long shift, i was helped by a guy named Abhisekh, he seemed a pretty decent guy, with a nudge to help out when i got confused a bit as i dont usually get Subway sammys , the place seemed clean and yeah i would actually recommend it to others at least my friends living around!!

I was given the best ever service i have ever had at Subway by this Trainee gentleman named Gino/ Juno( not sure of the spelling) on the 12th of Nov 24. I think i was one of his last customers of the day as it was really late but as you would expect someone to be irritated , he wasnt, rather he was so pleasant like he had just started his shift, the conversation, carefulness and cleanliness was at the BEST. I had a really nice and warm experience in this subway. When i first entered in the store the store looked like it was getting renovated and was looking really nice and clean. There were two person working, one was a guy named tenzin and a girl named rose. They both were really nice and sweet at talking and also very good at making sub. Thank you for wonderful experience.

The employees are too good in customer service and well trained.

If you are going to open sandwich fast food restaurant and set up a seating area for dine-in customers you have to have in offer some drinks and you have to give those dine-in customers access to the bathroom. Granted that you are doing renovation, so in this case you shouldn t set tables in the dining area and you should advice your customers that you are serving only take-out customers during the time of renovation. So, the customer who wants a place to dine-in will have the choice to go to another sandwich place that will be more suitable for what they want, i.e. have something to drink with the sandwich and access to washroom. Failure to do so is disrespectful and inconsiderate to your customers

They said new management has taken over this subway i guess they spent alot of money in buying this food chain that they have started selling burnt sandwiches this sandwich is not even tossted. Gotta change where i eat i guess really very very disappointing.

It was crazy busy tonight. So many online orders, walk-ins, takeouts and there was only one employee working named Pratik. Even though it was this busy he managed it so well and made a delicious subway.

Let me tell you, I have tired subway at different locations but yesterday night i never had such mouth watering subway ever tasted before this guy Pratik made my morning meal best of all time. Always had good food and promotions here. Ive visited Subway several times and Ive always been pleased with my experience. Very poor service

Overall enjoyed my visit to this Subway location. The service from the young woman was great. The food was also great. Unfortunately a foot long combo was $21.00, to expensive to enjoy again in the near future.

$5.36 for a sidekick Italian Aioli is pretty expensive for a slider. It shouldnt be more than $2.50. I thought it would be the size of a breakfast sandwich for that price. Never again. Gave it to my hamster and even he was still hungry.

Yet another fast food franchise asking me to tip their staff. This is not a thing, I dont know where you people heard that this is a thing, but its not. How come in 2023 all of a sudden Subway is asking me for a freaking tip. Will not be coming back to this location, you have already lost a customer that used to come to this location twice a week. I am sure others are. Any places like this that ask for a tip, I dont return to, you guys are out of your minds.

I m so sick of going to this location and having to watch the staff like a hawk, to make sure they re practicing proper hand hygiene when making my sub. Coming from the back and washing their hands with ONLY water is GROSS. What is the issue with using soap at this location? Too many times I ve walked out of the line after noticing this. Rationing soap. This is just wild to me.

Understaffed! Visited this store around 8:30 pm and there were around 10 people in the line and just one staff in the store. Only one person to serve the customers taking the online orders and cashing them. One person during the dinner time in a store like subway is ridiculous! However, I got the upmost customer service from the employee, Kavya. I really appreciate her ability to work under pressure. She nailed it! Please hire more staffs!!

Who is the indian guy that works there overnight? He is sooo perfect

I came here at 0358 hours because it showed that its 24 hours and open but when i showed up it was looked but the employee was inside and about to leave when i called he answered and mentioned that the store is closed when i asked him why its shows 24 hours here he said its only today that its closing at 4 am. Why it was closing and only this store while other 24 hour store were open. I am so disappointed at it i came here wasted my time if you guys have changed timings at least mention it on website or on your store hours. I don t know if he was lying or the store was actually close.

I was a fan of Subway, but unfortunately, last time when I was there, I paid the bill without checking, and later, I realized there had been extra fries in my bill!

Staff are polite and professional. Location is clean. Prices are now around 20% higher than before the pandemic. Food quality has dropped abysmally: what used to be chicken breast is now a sloppy mush of indeterminate origin, a wet paste that looks and tastes like something your dog threw up. Veggies are still frozen and wilted; tomatoes seem like an invite for diarrhea. Im not taking another chance with any of this franchise any time soon.

Ordered the new steak & smashed avocado. Was told it comes with shredded cheese, which is great, since its what I get on all my subs, however they put shredded cheese equivalent to half a slice of cheese, and wanted to charge me extra to add any. Nearly the same thing happened with the veggies, I ask for a little bit of lettuce, but extra tomatoes, which seems to cause a system error because every time they load it with lettuce and put 3-4 tomato circles. I dont get it, its really not that difficult. Especially since I came in at 10am when theres virtually no orders at all. So cant blame it on rush.

Staff is rude on another level. Refused to take a 5 dollar bill which was worn out. WHICH WAS GIVEN BY THEMSELVES THE OTHER DAY. The manager started arguing and asking me who gave it to me and how the person looked and kept wasting my time. Worst experience in a subway ever.

This place is the worst in the city. They handle food with dirty gloves, and I just waited 10 min in there and not get served. The only employee on the back was on the phone all along. I did ring the bell as well but she did not seem to care much. I had to leave without food. Great work Subway, what is next she is in a bad mood so I dont get food???

I have a loud voice sometimes. The lady told me its not true. Go to Tim Horten. I showed my medical alter. I think shes a Dr she said its not true. Very rude distribute. If you go there you must bow down or she wont serve you.

I always wonder what dictates poor customer service in these reviews. Ive never had a genuinely bad experience in a Subway ever, at the worst case its because theyre really busy. Its what you expect.

As a subway sandwich lover, Im enjoying it very much. I ordered 4 6inches last week but I found there were no tomatoes on the side. That was second time they didnt do. I assumed they never read the special instructions. As soon as I complained about it, one of staffs said dont be rude, we are human I was so upset and yelled at her and she yelled me back and I couldnt believe she was tapping the table with a nife(she was making sandwiches)I was so fricked and worried what comes after tapping with a nife to the customers. Horrible restaurant will never going back there again.

Ordered on ritual, got charged and everything. When I arrived they told me that their internet isnt working so they never recieved the order. Ritual is partially to be blamed for sure but subway could have made sure it works

I bought a Sub from them an the Lettuce and Green Pepper seemed stale. They gave me an upset stomach ---- Subway is supposed to be about FRESHNESS......Even if business is down due to covid they still should not keep the stuff on the shelf for that long. I am never going here ever again.
